my last complain was "i subscribe to WHATSAPP PLAN on[protected]. i did sent an sms and my rs 16 were deducted and i did received an activation msg as well. but on turning on mobile data i realised that this plan had similar fate for me. the plan is not working, my 40 paise were deducted as soon as the mobile data was turned on. why do reliance even bother to write fancy plans when they are never activated!" which was acted upon and service was deactivated then but their is hardly any peace for longer period of time today morning i received a message saying that Rs 16 were deducted from my account for WHATSAPP plan. i did not ask for this plan! kindly return my money! i do not wish to fall for false plans which do not work anymore. i would like an immediate action! also you facebook query page does not work which adds to the irritation! my phone number:[protected]

    Respected sir I am consumer of reliance and my mobile no. Is [protected] and had a balance of Rs.12 on 20th march 2014 so that i took an recharge of Rs.205, so the total main balance became Rs. 216, but on the night of 22nd march 2014 when i checked my balance it showed only Rs.24, just after checking i called the no. 198, the customer care of reliance and talked to one of the officer, at that time he told that let me check and took a lot of time then also he was unable to give proper information and the same went on for 4-5 calls then an officer told me that balance of Rs.34 has been deducted than i told him to check once again than he again took a long time and after 3 -4 calls he told that the balance deducted was Rs.88, than again i requested him to check and i had not got proper reply till now and only got Rs.37 refund . Till today i had been calling them for about 30-35 times but had not got any refund or proper reply till now and each time when i call a new officer picks my call, I had got frustrated by telling the same story 25-30 times and also after attending a few calls from my reliance sim no.[protected] they blocked my connection to costumer care so that i had called from my bsnl sim which also charged me and due to this my internet had not worked for more than a week even after having net pack but no one of them replied properly or provided me any satisfaction and also 3-4 times they had disconnected my call . I request you to kindly look out and help me to get the entire balance refunded

      Dear Sir, I have recently MNP my contact Number in Reliance Communication ltd.. I have done my 1st recharge of Rs. 70. Earlier I was using services of Tata Docomo.Reliance Communication deducted Rs. 25, but I make use 15 minutes out going call and use 256 KB data.They are charging 1 rupee for 30 seconds. The earlier executive told me before MNP they will charge 1.2 paisa for per second of outgoing call without any tariff (Power), and they will charged 10 paisa per 10 KB.         In a year we are complaining every month two or three times regarding poor network its not only me but the villagers of 5 villages namely CHITTISINGHPORA, DEVIPORA, HARDUTURU, BUNTURU, KAMRAZIPORA.The custumer care executive is asking that your problem will be solved in three days.But we are facing it from the begining.it is also the truth that VODAFONE has started its services here in our village only in 6 days.We are loving RELIANCE only it is the only company i think giving best services in india except in our village.i am complaining from past 3 years but all in vain.At last we hope that Reliance would upgrade network in our village giving a sign of relief to its custumers.

          To, pehredar Hello, My self Dr Sanket Vadgama, Writing you from the surat, gujrat. I have my clinic at 203, turning point complex, ghoddod road surat. I am using your internet services since last 8 months at same place .i have taken 1 year internet unlimited (512 kpbs of speed) plan of Rs 4600/- in last month of May . My customer id is [protected] .Persons who are your representatives contacted me at the same place convinced me that I will get unlimited internet for 1 year if I pay Rs 4600/- . They are Mr Pankaj and Mr. Mukesh (mob [protected]). I have issued cheque of Rs 4606/- on the name of RCIL . Cheque number is 754256 ( axis bank – Date – 4/4/2013 ). I feel cheated when the service has been disconnected from the reliance last month by saying that your bill has been due since last month (fab-2014). Though I have paid 4606/- and I am not supposed to pay any single rupees till the month of May- 2014. I have talk to customer care many times. I have talk to higher authority also but they are threating me by saying that we will file case against you if you will not pay bill. I have never seen a fraud company like reliance. They are no 1 fraud. I will never ever suggest reliance to anyone in my life if my issue has not been resolved. Now I would like to take strict legal action if Reliance communication is not ready to take any proper action on this issue. I need justification from the higher authority as early as possible as I am planning to take help from consumer court also. Hope you will take some action on this and get back to me. My number is [protected].i need to expose such fraud people who are cheating their customer like this so in future people can be saved from being victim. Looking for positive actions to save future victims and expose such people in society. reliance is cheater.

              Sir, I am a reliance GSM user and my reliance GSM Mobile no is [protected]. I have recharged Rs. 156 for 1gb data on 26/03/2014 ( inspired from plan "3g in 2g price"). But I have only found 500 Mb data in my GPRS balance. I haven called reliance customer care but they have refused to register my complain and only reply please wait 48 hours. After 48 hours their response was first consume all gprs balance then call to us. This problem is frequent with my mobile number. Reliance doesn't give me full data balance on my number.                   Respected Sir, I have recharged 599 Rs in my number [protected] on 22-3-14.Company promising me for giving 30 mins daily to other number.But everyday i have not getting this facility.I complany customer care every day 4-5 times.And also talk to senior superfizer name Mr Amol, and Team leader Mr Ram Prajapati.Everyday i talk to them .They promised me to solve this problem.But till today this problem has not solved.I am facing mental stress for that purpose.                   Respected Sir/Madam.
                  Myself Krishanu Baksi, had complained about 599 recharge on 22 Mar 2014.Company is promising me for giving 30 mins for other number.But company is not giving this facility.Thats why i give this complains to customer care senior executives.And when company is not solving this problem then inform to COMSUMER FORUM.Then some days i getting this facility for 30 mins.Again from 31 March i am not getting this facility.Every day at least 5 times call to customer care to inform why i am not getting this facility.Then also call transfer to senior superfizer executives(Named Mr Amol, Mr Shoib).They are not solve my problem.Then i go to their senior TEAM LEADER (Named Mr Ram Prajapati and Mrs Meera).They are giving me cause of TECHNICAL PROBLEMS.
                  Sir i am TeleCommunication Engineer in INDIAN ARMY.I know whats the technical problem about telecommunication.
                  Respected Sir in todays statistics crore of citizen are used reliance numbers.Most of them are not able to talk to customer care.Company deduct the balances to giving the issue of RamDev Baba Packs, Jokes Packs, Love Tips without knowing the Customer.
                  Sir every 5-6 times call to customer care for taking this facility.I am in mentally frustration, Harrasment about company activity.
                  I am demanding 50, 000 Rs about this harrasment.
                  Sir pls Pls solve my problem.

                    I have been using reliance broadband for last 6 months. I have registered a complaint for connection not working before 45 days.daily I m calling customer care about this problem and nobody contacted me to fix this.I have registered 9 complaints. I have paid one month bill without using a Kb.still my connection is not woking.I have registered another complaint for connection termination.thats also in pending.unbelievable.This customer care is just a crap. people from chennai, don't ever use reliance broadband.

Today, the service provider M/s Reliance Communications have made an unauthorised and unjustified deduction of Rs.10.00 from the main balance towards VAS while I have never opted for any VAS. So, please look into the matter and refund the amount deducted immediately.

                        Hi, I had been using Reliance Netconnect broadband service since 2009. My device was lost on 21st Dec 2013. I had called customer care immediately to disconnect my number. I have already cleared all my dues till Dec 31 on 11 Jan14. Even after that I continued getting bills. Then I raised a request through myservices portal to disconnect my device. Then I sent a mail to customer care giving all the backgroud. Even after providing them the details, they are saying that they didnt get any disconnection request from my side and asked me if I wish to go for disconnection. I said of course I want to disconnect. Then they are asking to clear the overdues. I told I have already cleared my bill till 11th Jan 2014 and why should I pay beyond that. It is their mistake that they did not honor my disconnection request which I had raised first through customer care, then through myservices portal. Now I am getting the message from LM-RELIAN to pay the overdue 976 vide CAF [protected] or to be present at Pune court. I dont understand how can they people send me such messages when all the mistakes are from their side? Why do I pay for what I have NEVER used? Regards, Neelu

                        Whatever you want to tell me, tell me here. You have nothing much to explain except saying that I will have to pay so and so amount. What do I do if your system is not strong enough to take the customer requests for disconnection. Had I requested for any value added service, you would have promptly served it so as to make money out of it. Then why did you and your customer care and even your portal did not get the disconnection request? I am still getting the threatening messages from your side to be present at Pune court. Why should I?

                        You check my Internet usage details for the months Jan, Feb and March 2014 and then tell me for what usage I have to pay Rs 1277? Tell me? I am fed up of talking to you people and still getting no resolution.

                        Whatever explanation you have, post it here.
                        I am continually getting the messages to be present at court. I am very much disappointed. I don't want to waste my time in the court and can't any more waste my time asking Reliance people for clarification. Finally I have made the payment. Here are the details -

                          My self Abhishek . I had a recharge of Rs.156/- on my number-[protected] for 1gb 3g data on 28/03/2014 .But my data got lapsed .I used dongle for 2 min and whole data lapsed . When I contacted customer service, a lady told me that this data pack is only for mobile and not for dongle. I am not aware of such a plan and also not given such information by the vendor.So, I want reimbursement of my data ASAP. my current contact no. is [protected].

                              dear sir, my name is kaushik sen from west bengal, my reliance cdma no is [protected], there is a major problem in my connection, that is callertune automatically activate in my ph no, and regularly it deduct 30 rs per month, several times i try to contact with customer care, but i unable to connect, several times i have massaged " STOP 1003 " to 121, but there has no result, last four months i have been suffering in this problem, so kindly deactivate the callertune as early as possible and also refund my deduct amount, if you are not reply my email i will mail to consumer forum. regards, kaushik sen, radhamohanpur, west bengal. ph no : [protected] mail id - [protected]@rediffmail.com

                                My data card was not working & due to that i want to close my data card connection but reliance persons called me & told sir you purchase new data card & will give you 3 month free subscription. But now they generated bills & their collection agents calling us for payment. Reliance Care - [protected] case id[protected] Can anybody help me out. As last time reliance charged me 2 months bill around Rs. 1700/- & after that i procured new data card with same no as rRs. 1350 /- but they stopped my service & telling to do the payment. Reliance doing this with me from last 3 month & it is very hectic for me . They are doing Business by making people fool. My data card no ois - [protected] My contact no - [protected] after this complaint they stopped my service on 12-March-2014 & still they raised bill to me. Request you to do the needful

                                  To whomsoever it may concern, I am a resident of Bharwalia Bujurg, Taramandal Road, Gorakhpur, U.P. There is a cell phone tower constructed by my neighbour on the second floor of the building. I have to the people in the area and all agree that the tower be removed as soon as possible from the area as it causes a lot of nuisance in the area. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.                                     I want to complaint against Reliance communication they deducted 79 rupees from my mobile balance on 15th march on complaining they said there was some technical problem so they could not tell the reason so kindly call after sometime on repeated calling for 2-3 days they told the same reason and after 3 days they said they do not had any data because every 3 all data get automatically deleted. i also mail them but they did not replied so I want to my money back and some strict action should be taken so that they got a lesson.

                                      There has been incorrect deduction from my phone balance twice in a span of one day..due to Poor customer care services, I haven't been able to lodge a complaint with the customer care.The total sum of incorrect deduction amounts to 210 rupees. Waiting for the reliance people to show any response

                                        Still I have not received any solution from Reliance. The customer care people calling my wife again &; again and demanding unnecessary demands. Some times they are asking 65000 & some times 35400. It is totally mental harassment to me. I am loosing lots of calls on daily basis. Please take this matter on top priority basis. Due to non activation of my mobile I am loosing business opportunity also.
