My GSM number : [protected] has been active for more than 3 years untill 08-May-2014, when it got deactivated suddenly. On contacting Reliance Telecommunication at Haddows road, numgambakkam, Chennai[protected], I was asked to resubmit my residential and identity proof by one lady called Sofia and her Line manager. I did on the same on the subsequent day, i.e, 09-May-2014 at Reliance Web World, North Usman Road, T.nagar, Chennai ([protected]). I was assured by their Staff named Mr. Dharani my services would be resumed within the next 24 hours. The acknowledgement number of the receipt form is :[protected] Today is the 6th day and I am still suffering. The Customer care unit of reliance is NOT AT ALL RESPONDING to my phone calls and I am really getting harassed by this. Please look into this immediately

    I received an email from "Reliance communications" for non payment of my service charges yesterday May 12, 2014. Interesting part is I have been a reliance customer since my life time. Not sure why I am being targeted for sum of Rs.1313. Below is the email that I received from them.     Hi Team,

    This is regarding the following mail as well the notice has been issued against me due to the unpaid amount in my account #[protected]. Thou this is moreover an ideal service charge for my then post-paid account. Actually this was my corporate Post-Paid connection and due to less uses I had submitted a request to Pre-Paid migration on 20/02/2013 at Reliance Web World outlet in Forum Mall, Bangalore. But due to strange delay in processing the request my account has been charge with pro-rata basis until 14/03/2013 when the account finally got migrated to pre-paid.However I had paid all my outstanding amount for the post-paid account before submitting request for pre-paid migration. Even now I have no issue in paying any amount for which I already avail any such service. But due to delay at your end it's not justified to pay the outstanding amount.

    Now this looks like Reliance is forcing me to pay the amount at any cost. Also it seems my account has been terminated which means I have also lost the usability of the Data Card which cost me around 1000/-. Presently I'm not in a position to respond this notice legally and fight for the truth but this will surely be a worst experience for me to share across.

      BALANCE DEDUCTION BY RELIANCE GSM

      Respected Sir,
      I want to inform you that I am customer of Reliance GSM of mobile number [protected]. I do online recharge of Rs. 55 on 6-5-2014. Some balance is used by me till[protected]:00 pm and Rs. 48 is left in account but when I checked balance on[protected] then its shows Rs. 0.03. This mean that approximate 48 rupees deducted wrongly from my balance.

      Now, I kindly requested you to please take action against him and told him to refund my balance.

        i am facing the same issue. Let's be to getter friends and we will take a legal action with huge compensation.

          She call me and told to me that deposit rs 3000 for courier amount. But she
          Didn't tell me before any time about rs 3000.


          She said if i willn't deposit rs 3000
          Then she cancel my registeration i deposit rs 3000 in that account but my
          Friend didn't want to deposit becouse her parents didn't allow her to do so. I
          Told this to miss maahi she said to me it is ok you deposit that amount.
          After 2 days i call her and ask for courier and she told me that your
          Registration has been cancelled because my friend did not paid for the courier.
          What is the connection between me and my friend we both are different . She
          Told me that if reshma paid or cancelled the registration then she send the
          Courier to my house. Then reshma cancellsd her registration .But still she
          Cancelled my registration . How rubbish it is. How could she do that.


          I paid my 4000. I want any action against that
          Girl. Please send the courier to my house or give me my money back. It is my

            I have received the same email for PLC : 77416/2014-[protected]
            I am abroad and have made the payment and contacted the customer support to help.
            They replied saying that my reliance number is already terminated and they can not help.
            I have received the same email too for Pre Litigation Case - 77778/2014 yesterday.
            My problem is different in my entire life time I never had a Reliance connection. Does any one have the right customer care number. I have been trying to reach the customer care. I have sent email and trying to call. No response. Looks like some kind of fraud activities happening with my identity.

              HI, I was using reliance postpaid data card 3 years back. They had such a pathetic service that i couldn't even bear it for some time. Requested at the customer care to solve the issue. An engineer came and said that there is some technical problem and it will be resolved in 2-3 days. And to my surprise it was not resolved and I called the engineer back after 5 days and he was surprised to know that it has still not been solved and said that he will resolve it asap. and since then he stopped picking up my calls and ultimately I had to go for the disconnection. you know what did these guys do? they didn't disconnected the service and kept generating my bill even for the next month which I didn't used at all. over a year back they called me for the payment I said that the bill has 1 month of extra amount. please correct the bill and resend it to me. I will pay it immediately. They said ok they will do the same and not heard since then. and now recently I have been receiving mails to pay whole bill of Rs.1849. I have received Pre Litigation Case - 77832/2014-[protected]. My contact no. is [protected] connection detail : Account No :[protected] Mobile No :[protected] Amount Due : Rs.1849/- What should I do. I have really got frustrated of Reliance. This is the worst company I have ever seen. Any advice will be appriciated.

I have been a resident of Australia for last 4 years and have not been using any services of Reliance Communications since 2009 as per my memory. I found the emails non-legitimate and tried to figure out what the matter was. Upon calling Reliance customer care, I was advised that the number mentioned by Reliance Communication doesn't even belong to me and that it was registered under someone else's name in November 2006. Today I received another email from Reliance using the email address given below, advising me to appear in front Lok Adaalat in June 2014. I tried to further investigate into the matter, searched this over google.com and found that someone has already complained on www.consumercomplaints.in in relation to the same issue. I am hereby seeking assistance in taking legal action against Reliance for causing such distress and discomfort to me.                       Figured out that Relianceada.com is a horrible company to deal with. My misfortune started after becoming its NetConnect customer. Although there were frequent connectivity issue and unsatisfactory net speed most of the times, I persisted with them for around 5 months as even if I wanted to continue associated with them, I could not as the data card itself stopped getting recognized. After hours of wait to get a customer service professional attend to my call, had to spend couple more hours in making them accept my connection termination request. As such, I had to resort to making call to care personnel as several emails sent to them were not acted upon. One wonders why should a postpaid customer pay the service tax to them if this is what one is going to end up with. The misery didnt end over there as reliance deliberately delayed the termination and generated approx 1000 as bill to be paid. I'm hoping that whoever reads this review takes the high risk of going ahead with a reliance product as these appeleate, head services and many other customer care divisions are all alike and utterly hopeless and useless. Based on my previous experience with RCom, I certainly know that no resolution would be arrived by Reliance to solve my issue and all they do is post a standard and rhetoric response extracted from some template.                           Customer No:[protected] Name: Pranav I have recently purchased a new broadband connection and in this short period of 1 week I have experienced a hell lot of problems which I had not never expected. First thing, I was promised that I will get working internet connection in 2-3 days, for which I had submitted the application on 29th of last month. That did not happen as installation itself took 7 days. I accepted this but still after this the problems continued. At the day of installation, it worked for a while at a speed of GPRS data on mobile networks.The next day it stopped working completely. I had to call customer care as the installation guy said that once it worked it's not my responsibility now. I got to know from customer care that my details were not updated so it will take 72 hours to activate the connection. I waited... On Friday night, I again phoned and they said there is some technical problem (an engineer need to visit my place) and they registered a complaint (with STA of 24 hours) for my problem. I waited at home the entire Saturday waiting for the guy to come but no one appeared. I called at 23rd hour and they said there was problem in entire Pune and you will get your problem resolved next day morning. On Sunday morning, I called again and guy named "Dharmendra" said it's the problem at server end and it may get resolved any time (THERE IS NO NEED OF VISIT). In afternoon I called again and guy named "Praveen" said there is nothing wrong at server end. (VISIT IS REQUIRED). I just need to understand what's the problem and why customers are treated this way. The customer care representative are like repeating machine "Please wait, please wait. We can't tell".

My broadband connection is not working since 02 of May 2014 and I have filed so many complaint since 03 May 2014 daily That I have fed up now calling Reliance Toll free . Still there is no solution to my problem. The customer care executive just reminds that your Internet will be working within 24 hours and they will forward your complaint to concerned department and I will get call from Reliance office in few hour. BUT BUT THE NET IS NOT WORKING AND THEY ARE NOT TAKING MY REQUEST TO DISCONNECT MY CONNECTION.                               I am constantly getting calls from so called Reliance people since November'13. This is my story!

                              I was using RCOM 2G datacard since 2010 and never had a delinquency till I lost my data card in October'13. I have filed a request on 21/10/2013 to terminate my connection. When I contacted the same on 31/10/2013 for the status, they told me there was no complaint raised. So, I have requested them again to raise a termination request and now it is done[protected] dated 31/10/2013. I have received the bill for October'13 as 533.71/- (which is actual and normal) on 1st of November'13. I have paid and cleared the bill on 7th November, so that they will process my termination request. Then starts the story!
                              I have called RCOM on 06/11/2013 for the status of termination and they said it is under process and will be done soon. After I have paid bill on 07/11/2013, I have called them again on 12/11/2013 to know the status of my termination request. The CS team raised another request with[protected] dated 12/11/2013 and my connection is reactivated/ swapped/whatever it is.
                              I was waiting for my bill on 1st december'2013, surprisingly, I got bill for the period 01/11 to 06/11 and again from 12/11 to 30/11. From the bill, it is clear that my connection is terminated/ closed on 06/11 and reactivated on 12/11. My question is how can I use the service when I do not have the CDMA dongle with me. Ideally, I was supposed to get a pro-rata basis bill only till 06/11. I would have paid the bill if this was the case, but have been following up with these people since then to send correct bill. Suddenly, I started getting mails from Billing.[protected]@relianceada.com that it would be a legal case and so on.
                              Even now, I ask them send me a correct bill till 06/11/2013, I would pay for it. The below is the latest mail I got from them. Please help me proceed.

                              I did receive a call from Reliance person after this complaint is posted. He talked to me for more than 15-20 mins and advised me to reach out to Reliance store or the CS on their mail id. Store people said they couldn't help me on this, so sending mail to CS team for further action.

                                I was cleaning my spam folder and I found very interesting mail form Reliance, It was a notice sent by RCOM for a billing dispute in Dec 2009. I have only 2 queries form Reliance: 1. I was in unlimited plan for which later I was told it was unlimited on paper only, the limit was 10Gig, why rip customers like that, why call a crow as pigeon, when it is a crow. 2. My credit limit was 3100, how can you send me a bill of Rs. 5659 /-, I remember receiving reminder if I'm near my credit limit but in disputed month I did not receive any reminder nor the service was disconnected and final bill amount to wooping Rs.5659/- Account No :[protected] Mobile No :[protected] Clarify these 2 doubts and I'll pay your bills, also I'm no more in staying at same address so might have missed your communication from your side.                                   Bought reliance datacard ([protected])in july-2013, with three months advance bill payment. datacard stopped working after 2 months. Customer care exe asked me to approach service center. They carged me extra 700 rupees for replcement. Again after 2 months data card stopped working..so I didnt pay any bill for that month. Because they asked me to approach service center and in sevice center they were again asking for 700 rupee for data card replcement...Since every 2 months I couldnt pay for datacard, I called customer care and asked for datacard replacement.For that they denied and after 6 months they came back saying I have pending bill of 1550 rupees(which I have not used at all). Even though I have not used for whole month, I was ready to pay one month bill of 625 rupees..But they didnt respond to my e mail and now sent some notice to appear in lok adalat..what to do??

                                    Dear sir. My balance in RELIANCE gsm ([protected]) is getting automatically deducted for VAS services to which i am not subscribing. I am having all the details of amount reduced from my account from 9th march 2013 till date. 146 rupees got deducted all together. It is getting reduced in amounts of 1-/, 3-/, 5-/ under various names like VAS IndiatimesVPak, VAS VideoStore, VAS Shemaroo, VAS USSD Services, VAS TechzoneSMS S etc. This itself shows the fraud happening. I have not subscribed to any of these services from reliance for which they are charging me. Please do the needful.

                                      I am constantly getting emails from this address for a connection which I had 2n half years ago !. And these are quite threatening emails. I have confirmed from reliance customer care that I do not have any dues on this number !!! . Kindly look into this matter else I will have to sue reliance !!                                         Dear Sir, We have 10 corporate numbers in Reliance network on the name of .Our proprietorship firm, BINARY AUTOMATION. Due to network and service issues we have given the porting request to port out our numbers from Reliance to Vodafone. Out of 10 numbers we got the porting code for the 5 numbers immediately & for the other remaining 5 numbers we have not got the porting code yet. We have already sent the multiple mails to Reliance customer care & have visited the reliance web world 4-5 times but getting no positive response from anywhere after putting so much efforts. Now our numbers have been barred, as per them we have not payed the Bill. We have shared with them the Billing Details along with bill receipt. They haven't updated their data regarding the bill submission. Our outgoing would not be available for further 3 days, which will effect our business. Please help us out regarding the issue we are facing from the long time Listed below are the 5 numbers for which we have not received the porting code yet.
