My prepaid reliance netconnect+ no is [protected]. I got the connection from Hyderabad(Mehdipatnam) and though applied on my name, when finally connection was activated after almost 2 weeks, it was registered on one K Subbalakshmi from hyderabad with e mail also belonging to her. I called up customer care umpteen times and also the dealer but till date (its been about 6 months) nothing has been done by reliance. It shows the attitude of the company once the customer is trapped in purchasing the product. .

      Hi, I am a very frustrated customer of Reliance Communications. The company is a total cheat as it is selling the 3G dongles and 3G plans at very high rates and yet providing the internet speed of 2G services. The company is selling its plans with a promise to deliver internet speed upto 7.2 Mbps yet the max speed does not cross 150 Kbps during most part of the day.So I have to complete my tasks only at late night (Speed is bit better after midnight). This is causing huge inconvenience to me as I pay huge amount of Rs. 1200 per month for getting good services but eventually I end up calling to the call centres of this big and fraud company. It is causing a great mental agony to me as I have taken the connection for official use but I am not able to perform my duties due to this. I have called so many times to call centres yet no concrete action has been taken. I am bound to use this connection only as I had to arrange so many approvals in my company for getting this connection.Why the company is taking its customers so lightly? Instead of promising false max. speeds, Why the company is not promising the minimum threshold speed which will be always maintained during 24 hours of the day.       Till date no action has been taken by the Reliance Communications. I am still getting 2G speed after paying the money for 3 G services.
      Reliance is a total fraud company. Please take some sutiable action.

        i got this connection before 2 months and i don't get stable connectivity.It stops working for every 4-5days and when i made a call to customer care, they promised that it wont occur again but i am facing the same problem again and again.they take around 3 days to solve the issue if it occurs once. i get this issue so often, that on an average i have to be without Internet for 14-15 days a month.Today everything is via Internet and this issue is faced by every reliance users in my area (Mugappair Erischeme).

        this is the worst isp i have ever experienced connection stops working ever 3-4 days and takes about 1 week to resolve and the technicians never respond to calls i waited for like more than 1hr for some 1 to answer my call the worst customer service i have ever seen

          I am belong tom Guwahati (Assam). I was a BSNL post paid mobile connection. Same was converted to Reliance Telecommunication in last month. But recently same has suspended due to unknown reason. the address prof given is correct. The representative of Reliance coy was approached me for transfer same from BSNL to Reliance for giving better service. I am facing so many problems as this was used from last 8 years.I was approached to Customer care of Coy and out let but no response received. Rather they replied carelessly. Please look into the matter and arrange to assume same connection immediately.

            By mistake I did recharge of Rs. 95 (pack) to [protected] no. (which is currently out of order or not in service - as I tried to reach the no. for a settlement) on 8th April 2014 Though I'd to recharge on my no. i.e. [protected]. Since 4 yrs I've been using Reliance kindly help me out in this case. And, try to recharge the same on my no. i.e. [protected]. I called several times to the Customer Care but instead of helping me..they simply told there is no solution to your issue & your money is gone. Then I asked to transfer the call to their Manager or senior authority but instead of transferring the call they simply put my call in hold for long time & disconnected then. I would like Reliance Comm. Customer Care Senior authorities to look into this matter seriously & kindly do the reverse the amount to my stated no. i.e. [protected].             Thank you Reliance CC for solving my issue at the earliest. I really appreciate.

            But, unfortunately Bangalore Customer Care persons are not at all customer centric as in Mumbai (HO).

            Again, I am facing two issues.

            1. Though I have been getting message from RCOM that by recharging 95 pack I'll get Rs.20 talk time as an extra. Valid till 25th April 2014.
            But, transferring Rs.95 to my mobile no. [protected] on 12/04/2014, it got recharged but till date I've not got Rs.20 extra talk time as per the RCOM offer messages. I called Customer Care but they could not give me any solution & said we can't do anything. (If you can't do then who else will..AirTel, tata, idea will do for you),
            2. This one is really a pathetic one. Since last 2 yrs I've using message pack @ Rs. 19 (1ps per msg.). And, on every month 26th or 25th day it gets renewed automatically. But from this month onwards I decided to deactivate the msg. pack was waiting for 23rd or 24th of this month to come when I'd have given request to the Customer Care to deactivate sms. pack (or else it'll get renewed on 25th automatically). But to my surprise it got renewed on 21st Apr. 2014. I called today (i.e. 22/04/2014 @ 8:50 AM) to the customer care regarding this issue. But instead of helping me he just kept my call on hold for long time.(i could even hear their gossip & laughs). How come on the earth 26t to 21st is 30 days. I tried to make him understand this & told him to deactivate SMS pack & refund/revert back my Rs.19 (which is already deducted prior to 4 days)

            I also told him please solve my issues or else I'll go to consumer forum he just said go & give complain, I can't do anything on this.

            So, RCOM CC Head Office Mumbai. I request you to seriously look into this as the previous one. and, kindly revert my Rs.19 (for SMS pack) & deactivate it. and Rs.20 (for RC 95 pack offer) on my Reliance no. [protected]

              My data card was not working & due to that i want to close my data card connection but reliance persons called me & told sir you purchase new data card & will give you 3 month free subscription. But now they generated bills & their collection agents calling us for payment. Reliance Care - [protected] case id[protected] Can anybody help me out. As last time reliance charged me 2 months bill around Rs. 1700/- & after that i procured new data card with same no as rRs. 1350 /- but they stopped my service & telling to do the payment. Reliance doing this with me from last 3 month & it is very hectic for me . They are doing Business by making people fool. My data card no ois - [protected] My contact no - [protected] after this complaint they stopped my service on 12-March-2014 & still they raised bill to me. Request you to do the needful Now Reliance is saying that their executive saying the person spoken with me is left the job & he has not committed the same. THis is what reliance doing the Business & making money from wrong way.

                  Yesterday ( 27.11.14 ) I Talk on[protected] at 06-30 Pm from My No. [protected] and Deduct balance from my Account around 2.00 Than for clarification i called on 198 at 06-57 Pm and talked with Mr. Prabhat
                  1st he told me that balance deduct wrongly because i have recharged rooming plan for Rs. 55.00
                  and after checking carefully he said me that balance deduct is write because i called in home location
                  Whether i am not in Delhi from 04-08-14 to till date Mean i am Regular in Rooming from 04-08-14
                  I can’t understand the company policy

                  My Data Card No is [protected] Rsn No. Rztcd[protected] when I Plug in Laptop it shown Network but after a few minutes network shown 0. I plug out again and again, remove software and reinstall but problem is same. Called in customer care not benefit. The customer care Executive suggest me once plug in another computer if i face problem the same Thant mean there is problem in dongle and i should go at service centre. Now I am plug in another Pc ( 28.11.14 at 10.45 Am ) but same problem

After few days my balance is started deducted even I have sufficient Mobile data balance. I have recharge on 6th April 2014 and my balance started deduct from 8th April 2014 to till I am facing this problem. Due to which I have lost almost 30 Rs from my main Balance.Even Costumer care is not responding when I try to contact them. So I request to you kindly look into the matter and do me needful.                       i m having a reliance gsm postpaid connection with the number [protected].i had given request regarding activation of std pack 399 along with change of pack from 599 to 99, but they had only activated 399 pack but didn't change my plan to 99.in 599 plan i m availing unlimited reliance to reliance call all over india, so it's sel[censored]nderstood that why should i go for std pack without changing my plan.i had also given request regardinh this but they didn't take any action.

                        I am Mayank Srivastava and I have a Reliance Netconnect plus dongle - [protected], which i was using till 07/04/2014, until it stopped working. When I contacted customer care executive he said my services have been terminated due to no use. I had a balance of about 2GB data and a month validity, then how can Reliance stop my services. Its so ridiculous as my work is suffering a lot due to this. When I tried posting in the above page, it said " failed to post your query"

                          Return from your end amount is 108Rs
                          But my actual amount deduct is 152 Rs 6th April to till date
                          My issue is not solved, when I used net so balance cut from main account balance
                          Now again deduct amount is 18 Rs.

                          WHEN I USED NET SO BALANCE IS DEDUCTED...

                          Plz stop this bad deduction and return my all cut amount

                            Original post on nov 22nd 2013 i am surprised that reliance doesnt have backup ups for their servers in coimbatore. So whenever there is a power outage the broadband wont work. I called them regarding this 3 months before and they said that they escalated the issue but till now its not fixed. With the power cuts going on at the moment in coimbatore using broadband when we need most is not possible. So now we have to plan and use the broadband according to the power cut intervals but still paying for the full month usage which is not fair as per day the power cut normally ranges from 5 to 6 hrs. please invest some money in the basic infrastructure and make the customers happy.I am going to wait and see how long its gonna take for them to fix this issue.will keep posted with the progress. Latest update: 4 Months completed and still its not resolved.When u guys gonna put backup ups for ur servers. ur net is so unreliable without backup ups because of this frequent power cut. i even submitted my details on the link u guys gave http://on.fb.me/18AVldn on nov 25th2013 but still no progress.

                            whats the use? i am not the only one who got affected by this issue its the whole area. Its a general issue and i hv already submitted my details in dat link. Anyway i know that this is as far as it gets and it wont be fixed.

                              I have migrated from reliance post paid to prepaid on this april 2nd due to high bill, i called customer care atleast for 20 times, the service holders are not giving any proper response only pospnding the activation date, they told us from submition date it only takes 4 days for activation and today is 8th till now they havn't activated, itz like fooling the customers, your service holders are not providing any responses, itz a shame to you company.

                                For 1GB data for 30Days. Recharge on 05/04/2014 time-11.3 Am from Kamothe Reliance galary navi mumbai I have got sms form reliance you enjoy 1GB data for 30day

                                But when i net(mobile) on than about 5 Minute net running ok after 10 minute net not on and 1 GB data finished i complaint to customer care about 4 times they told your data finish and server not properly running problem not solve
                                many times customer executive these words repeat and problems not solve
                                NOTE- .Your data pack 156Rs, 1GB is not written that if dongle use than all data will be finished.if dongle used than you should stop Internet than why you finish all data
                                sir please check my data how finished in 5minute and refund my all data soon

                                  I want to inform you that I am customer of Reliance GSM of mobile number [protected], 20 RUPEES deducted from my mobile on 17 March 2014. I was checked my balance on 16 March then approx. 20 rupees in available in my mobile but when I checked my balance on 27 March then its shows Rs. 0. Then I call to customer care they told me that THIS CHARGE IS DEDUCTED BECAUSE you activate MISSED CALL ALRET service through R-WORLD and this will not refund you, if you call within 3 days of deduction then it’s may be refunded to you. Then I talked to senior then he told me that you activate MISSED CALL ALRET service through SMS (you send us message for activate) and this will not refund you. Actually this balance is wrongly deducted from my account and they making different lie excuses. And saying that “YOUR BALANCE WOULD NOT BE REFUND” which irritates me but still that I didn’t lose my temperament.
                                  Now, I kindly requested you to please solve this complain, take action against him and told him to refund my balance.

                                      This is reference to problem with Reliance Net connect Data card # [protected]. The dongle was not working and I had it replaced . However My broadband speeds are still not working properly and speeds are atrocious, I get most of the time only 120 KBPS for Net connect Plus broadband package. I pay Rs 1068/- monthly for this and i am very disappointed with whole service, also today I called your customer service to find out that I am not eligible for a waiver (Ref[protected] this is not acceptable as I did not have the dongle for about 10 days and still I am being charged for those day.

                                      I request you to kindly help me in this regards and finally the customer service person did not give any information about the waiver and she said I can go to consumer forum. This is most pathetic service I have ever had.

                                      I would appreciate a quick response to the this issue.

                                        sir, I am fed up with reliance services. Reliance is a chindi chor company, worst to worst service. From last 20 days my reliance no.[protected], balances has been deducted n drop to rs.0. again i recharged then very next day without use it becomes rs.0. again & again it happen. from last 20 days i can't do call or cant use gprs service which are recharged the pack of gprs but approx full month i cant use gprs because of balance nil...when i call to reliance customer care executives only one reply from customer executives i got from last 20 days that "there is server down or no detail is available now please call after 1 hr i cant do anything"..so from last 20 days server is down so what the hell they all are doing there... shut down the company..why they all are sit there to collect chindi paisa from the customer..every time they all are saying no detail is found so what i do. they have no reply or not taken any action but when i recharge my number they deducted, what the reason of deduction they also not known or not want to know..they do nothing for the customer only harrased the customer.. so please do necessary action about reliance communication... sweta rathi
