A lawyer from M/s SA Associates, is sending legal notice on behalf of M/s. Reliance Communications Ltd., and M/s. Reliance Communications Infrastructure Limited, “Subramanya Arcade”, No.12/2, Tower ‘B’, 2nd Floor, Bannerghatta Road Bangalore, to me on 18th March, 2014, even after I have paid the pending amount of Rs.3822/- on 6th MARCH, 2014 as outstanding bill against usage of Internet service. I made this pending bill amount payment after notification of a lawyer representing M/s Reliance on 6th March itself through Instant Payment through online mode. Online receipt is attached herewith.       Hello there, I had requested for new broadband connection, the installation was done after all the drama, wherein I had to make 50+ calls and write 20+ emails... Finally installation was done on Sunday 16 March(payment was done on 3 March), but from Monday connection is terminated, when contacted the technicians, who did the installation, they told there is some issue with the line and they will fix it next day morning. It's been 3 mornings since they replied and issue is not fixed yet. If possible restore the connection by tomorrow or refund the amount. I am really fed up of writing emails and calling customer care... Please do the needful... Thanks in advance

          I have requested for mobile no. portability into reliance gsm prepaid from virgin gsm on 7th march for my no.[protected]. On 10th march I got the sms from them that the request was received & will be processed shortly. But since then 10 days are gone & now when I contact them they are saying that they neither received my documents nor my request. Meanwhile my Unique Porting Code will expire today. So don't know what to do. Take stern action against them & port my no. in reliance gsm as soon as possible. Earlier I sent email to their appellate authority but didn't get any reply from them.

Even I send a mail day before yesterday to the authority. they didnt replied me till now... Reliance is fake company who never give very very bad support to its costumers. I already paid 1600 Rs to him for the below said connection details. but till now he only have false representations like... we are short of wire, not picking the phone for so half of the day, will call you within 5 min, a boy is on the way.

            In conclusion I am not looking to go for reliance broadband connection. Pls return back my money.

              Respected forum, This is in regards to Reliance Smart Kolkata circle SIM # [protected]. I recharged a 3G GPRS data plan on 3rd of March 2014 for an amount of Rs.156.00 which has a validity of 30 days and a usage of 1GB 3G data. It worked fine for 10-12 days and from the 10th, 12th of march 2014, it has been intermittent on its service. The Net goes off and comes on on its own. I called up the call centre for support. The operations team said that their systems were down and that they will not be able to provide any help for 48 hrs. We contacted them again on the 18th of March 2014, a customer service executive by the name of Neha Jaiswal stated that their system showed that the phone number did not have any data usage plan activated and that there were no records showing the data plan recharge done. Now, to be honest this is not the first time with the recharge service irregularity. it has happened twice before with the same number for the same recharge option. Every time, the service gets disconnected within 10-15 days' time. We asked them to log a complaint against the same. They said they could not help us in anyway as the system showed them different. But for proof, we have all the messages saved for the number of recharges we've done. Kindly provide us with assistance as to what needs to be done here to take the issue higher and to get it resolved ASAP. Thanks & regards, Rajesh Kr. Singha

                  Hi, I am having a reliance broadband customer[protected], My connection is not working from 9th March 2014 to till now and i have registered many complains but no solutions has been provided. only yesterday my connection started working and today again same problem occurred, this problem has been still there and i am paying money for nothing.                     Hi, sir. after five to six days in my reliance gsm no-[protected], some VAS services activate in my no and some balance reduces from my no. last one month my phone is in roaming and in switch off mode.when i on my no than i saw .35-40 rupees will be reduces in my balance.i call to customer care but they could not able to solve my problem and back my money in my number. NOW approx per month i loss 30-40 rupees...i m very tired to call to call to customer care every time.                       Sir, I am Amit Kumar Panja & My Netconnect number is- [protected]. I Faced some problems for a long time which are 1. Network up down problem, full network is not available 2. Internet serving downloading speed is fully break down for 45 days above. 3. 30-40 min proper working it in 24 hours & auto disconnect is harassing me always for these issue I inform it to customer care so many times & complain it but no resolution is found still now.                         Hello, I am Purvanshu, on 12/03/2013 reliance deduct my 120 rs for wrong deduction and they refund my balance on 14/03/2014 and when I was called in customer care department no one can give me response all are customer care reprasentative busy on another call after that I was submitted complaint then resolve my problem. Now I am try to connect with Reliance customer care department, they block me they cancelled my access to connect call center. What the hell is this ??? anybody can help me

                          This is regarding an illegal construction of a mobile tower in a residential area by reliance mobile company at Vill- upper Seri, near mata kali temple P.O. and Teh. Joginder Nagar Distt.- Mandi, State- Himachal Pradesh, Pin code - 175015 We have even filed a case in the court and while the case is in court the owner of the land is doing construction, he is least bother about the case, now being court vacation he is doing all this work.Even NOC is not issued by Municipal authority, construction is still going on illegally. We have tried to stop the work by the municipal authorities but they are doing nothing due to holidays. He is doing construction and breaking the rules as per TRAI( telecom regulating authority of india). There is a govt degree college nearby. This tower is surrounded by the houses.Most of the people in my village are illiterate and they singned the NOC may be under his pressure. We know the ill effect of mobile tower radiation, therefore we have opposed the construction. I am (Anil kumar) serving in Indian Armed Forces. At presently i am at Mumbai and can not go to village. but my neighbour is there who is also opposing . and this tower is being constructed beside his home.                             hello reliance gsmi am very much upset with the customer related policies of relianceneither i received any resolution for my previous complaint nor of my current complainti am a customer of reliance gsm from 10 years and i never used any chargable services andalso i didnt know how to send message and neither i used messaging service in my lifesimilarly i never used gprs/internet service on my phone since i purchased connection nor i know how to use the internet service because my phone is NOT A GPRS ENABLE HANDSETon 6th of march it was the evening time when i got a call from reliance gsm customer cell, FIRST OF ALL HOW A RELIANCE CUSTOMER CAN CALL A DND CUSTOMER, then the executive forcely gave me an offer for internet, i refused for that because neither i want to use internet nor i know about how to use internet in non gprs enabled phone, then suddenly my rs 55 deducted from my accountwhat kind of practice is this being followed by reliance gsm, , , first reliance calls then reliance forcefully reduces the balance...didnt u think its a kind of AUTOCRATIC DICTORSHIP BEHAVIOUR of relianceit really driving me out from reliance, i have full intentions of porting my number to other companyplease resolve my complaintashok dodwanipersonal number - [protected]retailler lapu number - [protected] (last few months activations are nearly 1000 connections)the problem of wrong balance deduction is on my personal number - [protected]and as a retailler i have activated neraly 1000 connections from my retaillers lapu - [protected]

                              I m customer of reliance. I m using sim of reliance gsm. Yesterday there was a auto deduction of money from my main balance about 80-90 rupees. Since morning i m trying to contact customer care of reliance. But since morning its showing busy and waiting. And after slmetime automatically disconnects the connection.

                                I purchased a calling relinace sim card. For some years it work properly but after few years my tarif plan and call rate changed . I made call to their costumer care but they said they said your sim card is 3g dongal sim thats why you can only activate 3gplan on your sim and can not recaharge your sim wiyh any stv.Now my call rate is rs-1/min local or std and their is no any 3g facility in my locality.

                                  As we all know TRAI has allowed to access towers of different operator where you dont have coverage... Which is very valid service hence its very useful too... By the way Reliance GSM using the Aircel towers past 2 years I am compaining that when I went to Aircel tower area I could not able to make out going calls but they are not even taken a single step to resolve and they are not at all understanding also I am keeping TRAI email ID also in loop which also waste in all the way.

                                    I am post Paid user of Reliance for the last 1.5 years.
                                    During the day time especially from 10 AM to 6 PM signal strength is very bad and hardly able to make/receive calls.
                                    Working fine again after 6 PM and on week ends.
                                    Worst ever experience and planning to dump my reliance and will continue with other operators.

                                      Hi, Despite my mails to your email address, I have not seen any responses. Your customer service representatives are like "eid-ka-chand". They are always busy on calls - god only knows, for what. I am not able to reach them, any time of the day. Despite the network failure for the past 1 week, reliance just seems to be careless about the service. In the wake of such a situation, I have decided to stop this connection. I am sure they are not going to waive off the network failure for the 1 week duration for which I am paying post-paid. Please help!!! REgards Raveendran V.

                                        Hi, I have been continuously raising complaints with reliance customer care for the weak Signal coverage in Urapakkam - Chennai over the last 6 months(Oct-13 till date) and there has been no action taken on it till date.Even now i m still facing this issue. I am not able to use the data card at all even after recharging and wasting money on the same. If this is out of your capability please let us know because i have wasted my money and time and completely vexed up using your service and raising complaints. I feel i have done a mistake in choosing reliance net connect. Completely un happy with the way customers complaints are being ignored. If possible, please do the needful.
