A lawyer from M/s SA Associates, is sending legal notice on behalf of M/s. Reliance Communications Ltd.,
and M/s. Reliance Communications Infrastructure Limited, “Subramanya Arcade”, No.12/2, Tower ‘B’, 2nd Floor, Bannerghatta Road Bangalore, to me on 18th March, 2014, even after I have paid the pending amount of Rs.3822/- on 6th MARCH, 2014 as outstanding bill against usage of Internet service.
I made this pending bill amount payment after notification of a lawyer representing M/s Reliance on 6th March itself through Instant Payment through online mode. Online receipt is attached herewith.
I request M/s Reliance to resolve the issue and close it forever, as I am assured that there is no further liability from my side once I made payment of the outstanding bill

Please find that with reference to the subject lawyer notice on your behalf and the MDN No. [protected], I have already made the necessary payment of Rs.3822/- towards pending bill as claimed by you. The receipt of the online payment through Instant Pay in your website www.rcom.co.in is attached herewith (Ref receipt no. AMIP51144152 dtd. 6/3/2014).
Please note that this was done after telephonic conversation with one of your lawyers (by name Mr. Gautam). The receipt copy was also sent to

560029) to make payment of Rs. 3822/-.
Kindly resolve this issue and update your records with my last transaction to settle my account with you. I am sure there is no further
liability from my side after my above payment.

Unified Telecommunication Services to its valid customers. You have availed
the said services from our client by submitting the requisite Customer

provided by our client. The said services were provided by our client in
pursuance of the terms and conditions and you have specifically agreed and
undertook to pay all service charges in full without any deduction, set off
or withholding with respect to the services availed by you. Our client has
been generating Statements of Service Charges and the same are dispatched
to you regularly from time to time for the services availed by you.
We state that, you have defaulted in payment of the service charges and
consequent to the said default, there is an outstanding amount of Rs 3822/-
in your Account. You have failed to pay the said dues in spite of repeated
requests and reminders from our client and this has caused wrongful loss to
our client.
Wherefore, you are called upon to pay a sum of Rs. 3822/- to our client
within seven days from the date of receipt of this Notice. The said amount
should be paid by cash / DD / Pay Order in favor of Reliance Communications
Infrastructure Limited or can also be paid at any Reliance outlets of ADA
group. Failing which, we shall initiate civil and criminal proceedings
against you before the competent court of law at your own cost and risk.
