I have complained for broadband not working complain no[protected] and had followed at least 8 times thru call center and 6 mails. In call center they tell it will be resolved in next 24 hours recording of which I have. In mails to their appealate authority they revert that it will be resolved in very high priority. Today I came to know that they have closed it as resolved. It is not resolved and none contacted to resolved. When i told to revoke the complain they said only fresh complained can be filled. It iscnot resolved and they are fooling me. Pls suggest action onwards.

    I have registered a complain on 23rd Feb for Broadband not working. Till now no one has taken any interest in resolving the complain. I have done at least 8 calls and 4 mails to their appealet authority but getting response every time that it would be resolved in next 24 hours. Height is on 2nd March they have closed the complain with remarks that it has been resolved. When I called up again today they told that previous complain has been resolved as per them and I need for a fresh complain. Its difficult to trust any reply from them. I have call recording of all. Pls. Suggests what to do next as heavy ex pence and difficulty we facing in going to cyber cafe.

      This is Mohana Rao A, using internet from reliance communications 5 years ago and i cleared the bills perfectly untill my last usage of internet . But the reliance communications continuously send some minimum amount of bills for sometime. When i approach him and they doesnot stop the bills upto some period ... Now also after 5 years also they are blame on me and make me to pay some amount by mail ... I don't they are real or not ... they continuously send mails to me without any legal identificatio... how i trust them... so please kindly take some action regarding this issue...My mail Id: [protected]@gmail.com

        What you will do on my phone number just say we will solve your problem within 24 hours but nothing has been done by your Reliance Company also.I think some person from your Reliance Communications is doing these useless and ugly things to the customers.What will you do on my Phone nothing.As I had sent you complaint to ur email id on 9th Feb.2014 why you are not responding to me via email.I think your Reliance people consists of and fool people as they cannot solve 3G services from the last 15 days inspite a technician visits 2 times.You people cannot progress and you people consists o[censored]nskilled people who cannot solve 3G services from the last 15 days..Thanks

For the net usage which I had not used from my number from last 30-40 days. CCE rejects to lodge a complaint by saying that your balance deduction is correct. Reliance is making fool every time to me. They charged me for the Internet which I never used from that number from last 30-40 days. Please help.                 I have add broadband termination request to reliance customer care on 17th Feb 2014. Complaint Number is [[protected]] They allow 9 days to cut the connection, and i received final termination call from mumbai after two days, i tell them to termination as my final decision and next day i receive call from reliance team member name KAMALDEEP SINGH. He ask me to terminate reason and i said i have to move on next place so i don't need it now. he said ok we receive your request and will terminate it. Today is 1 march 2014 and connection was not terminate yet and i ask to customer care[protected]. Customer care said me "KAMALDEEP says you want to continue, so we did not terminate it." I want to complaint against KAMALDEEP, he is fraud person. Kamaldeep said me we will terminate it but he saying to customer care "that customer wants to continue." WHAT THE HELL IS THIS GUY.                     But unfortunately this number has been deactivate since 17 days (Aprrox).When I contact Customer Care, They informed me that they have not any DATA about this connection / Sim.
                    Its might be happen for unusing for long days. They advice me for contact any Web world.
                    After that, When I contact Web world, They informed me that, this sim has been de activated for internal problem and they can not re activate it.

                    Please note that, This number ([protected]) is a very important contact number for BLUE DART, MAYAPUR, NADIA(W.B).
                    This number has given on all contact form, website and customer data sheet.

                      I have raised a request for my broadband connection transfer. They told me that it will take 5 days. Now its almost 15 days. Now no calls, no status update from reliance team. Whenever I called to reliance customer care team, every time they told me "Sir Pl wait few more days we'll transfer your connection." Even their local engineer told me that "Sir pl don't transfer your connection its better to take new connection" I am sorry to say !! but this is true ...A very poor service, hopeless people.

I already complianed about it. But the bill value for 25.12.2013 to 24.01.2014 is again more than 1 GB. The bill also shows we use more than 1 GB.How this is happened?Why we pay more than we use?.Why this happened again and again? Please take action.

                            This is to bring to your notice that We are resident of Krishna Gali No-7, Adarsh Mohalla Moujpur Delhi-1100053 and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on the Premwati Niwas, 201-25/A, Krishna Gali No-7, Adarsh Mohalla Moujpur, Delhi -110053, The owner has illagal 4G Tower on his roof. The nearby buildings addressed is school which name is BIRGHT STAR PUBLIC SCHOOL and a residential area. Which building construction have been progress this is only 4 inch wall and has no pillar and also basement.

                            We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.


                            For safety reasons We are not disclosing my identity to you. We have already send a complaint 2-3 days beforeon this registration form. But no action have been taken till today.

                            It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

                              My name is T.D.JAYARAMAN S/O T.DURAISAMY residing at No1/23, Mariamman Kovil Street, Thirumangalam Via, Thirumangalam Post, Villupuram Taluk, & District - 605501, Tamil Nadu.I have not received rent of tower for last four months (i.e nov, dec, jan, feb of 2014 ) and as per the agreement a 15% increment after three years (i.e the agreement was bonded on 28th march 2007) which was also not settled.so pls take necessary action for the retrieval of the rent as early as possible.

                              I'm very much depressed and frustrated of your behaviour towards the customer. Their is no response for call and this situation is happening many times.

                                i have a simcard of westbengal circle, i was using the sim card for intrenet uses. once i had recharged of my sim 158 rs 3g pack. my number was [protected]. i has been closed suddenly. without any warning given. when i contacted the reliance customer care they had told me to go near by reliance store and submit my document once again, when I went there they told your sim is closed for permanently, and they have no details regarding thjis number . i just cant understand why is his been done. its just been such a waste of time and money. atleast they should provide me back my 3g balance. its very disgusting. reliance

                                    Sir/Ma'am, I am reliance prepaid CDMA user ([protected]) since 6 to 7 years, but last 20 to 30 days I'm facing SMS problem on this number [protected]. I am unable to receive sms instantly on this number like (*225 for balance, my bank A/c 3D secure pin, dynamic code and my friends sms etc.). It has takes 1-3 days to receive and sometime never received any sms. I am extremely worried about Reliance Communication services, they charged for "VAS IndiatimesVPack". The Reliance communication has activated unnecessary VAS service without my concern and deducted Rs. 5 + 5 from my balance dated[protected] and[protected]. I tried call 198 and *333 for customer care but they were all busy. After half an hour, they received my call and told me that "reliance server is down and you can call again for ask your queries after 15 minutes".After half an hour again I dialed in reliance customer care, the customer care executive told me, "Your number has activated 'IndiatimesVPak' VAS service". I said that I want to deactivate this service and they suggest me to call 155 223 where I can deactivate 'IndiatimesVPak' service. Then I call 155223 toll free number, but they informed me that my number has not any VAS service has been activated. So, I would like to say that please resolve or help my sms problem and deactivate all VAS services on my number if have. Also refund my charge amounts as a balance on that number.                                       I am Atanu Ghoshal from singur, Burosanti Hooghly.My Alternate number is [protected] Few days back I have ported my sim from TATA-Docomo to Reliance Gsm Prepaid (No:-[protected]).Suddenly with in few weeks o[censored]se the number got disconnected.There was no outgoing or incoming call was possible.I called customer care they asked me to submit my document to nearest Reliance outlet.My nearest out let was Barrackpur.I went there but they told me you need to convert your mobile no to post paid otherwise nothing can be done.After some hot discussion i asked them for nodal office number and called some senior officer.He told me to go Park Street Reliance House with this document.I went Park St and after some harassment they activate my sim with some illogical cause that some other sim is activated with same documet.Overall I got my connection back and was happy.But after 2.5 month o[censored]sing Reliance today (25/02/2014) again sim got disconnected.I called Customer Care they told me a absurd cause that TRY select my number to convert itfrom prepaid to PostPaid otherwise nothing can be done.I usually recharge handsome amount with this sim I recharged 156rs on 24/02/2014 and on 25/02/2014 my sim got disconnected.This is complete harassment my essential transaction net banking depends on this number I am really suffering after getting Reliance in my life.Total disappointment . I have recording with customer care guys I will submit it to TRY and going to ask them is there any rule that a customer without any notification got deactivated or any one can forcefully convert them prepaid to postpaid???Reliance you can not keep a real customer like this.Be prepare, I am going to tell everyone On Facebook on twitter blog about this.

                                        I am always getting 500mb 3g data when i recharge for 1gb 3g data plan and when i put complaint for that then the customer care says that i have used the sim card in a dongle altough i dont use my sim card in a dongle and thats why i dont get my rest of 500mb. My complaint no is[protected].I have put complaint that i did not get my 500mb balance data and the solution has come that i have used my sim in a dongle but i have proof that i haven't used my sim in a dongle.So please do the needful.I don't want to get fooled again and again by Reliance Telecomunications.My mobile no. is [protected] and email id is [protected]@ gmail.com
