I have add broadband termination request to reliance customer care on 17th Feb 2014. Complaint Number is [[protected]] They allow 9 days to cut the connection, and i received final termination call from mumbai after two days, i tell them to termination as my final decision and next day i receive call from reliance team member name KAMALDEEP SINGH. He ask me to terminate reason and i said i have to move on next place so i don't need it...
