I had a west Bengal CDMA postpaid connection which I want to terminate. I had lodged this request on 22nd November 2013 in Mumbai. Post this request I had received a call from the retention centre where I clearly mentioned that I want to terminate the phone connection. But still to this date I am receiving bills for this phone. When I went back to the Reliance world outlet, they told me that some error had been made and the number had been barred not terminated. They said that the mistake would be corrected in 2 days but again I am receiving bills from Reliance. I have complained multiple times to the outlet and have also sent mails to rcom.appllateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com, but in vain. I don't expect such lackadaisical approach from an organization as huge as reliance. As of now I have paid the December, January and February bills for which I expect a full reimbursement for it. Also I want my number to be terminated ASAP.     sir, i am sirdhar i bought reliance netconnect+ on 24feb2014 it was activated on 27/2/2014 but it was suspended on 6th march without any intimation i called customer service after long time they picked my call and requested me to resubmit the proof to reliance outlet but till now it was not activated if call they told data was not updated sir pls solve my issu

    I am Mayank Srivastava and I have a Reliance Netconnect plus dongle - [protected], which i was using till 07/04/2014, until it stopped working. When I contacted customer care executive he said my services have been terminated due to no use. I had a balance of about 2GB data and a month validity, then how can Reliance stop my services. Its so ridiculous as my work is suffering a lot due to this.

    When I tried posting in the above page, it said " failed to post your query"

      I was a reliance dongle user from Baroda I wasn't satisfied with it & planned to change it. When after the outstanding payment was done. i told them to discontinue with it. They asked me to talk on toll free number.The person suggested that i can keep it in safe custody for two months if i'm not happy or have problems with the new broadband then i can use my dongle otherwise the dongle facility can never be availed. I asked if i have to pay anything during the safe custody period time & they confirmed that i won't be charged. It sounded a fair deal to me & i thought i have nothing to lose. After two months & four days i went to terminate it & again they made me talk on toll free number. They kept asking me the reasons for discontinuation after more than half an hour he was not coming to any conclusion & i was highly irritated as he started telling me to pay money. As i was already informed i won't be charged. I insisted that at no cost i would pay them & left their Race course circle branch. I kept on receiving bills &messages to pay & every time a new person calling me would waste my time for no reason. Day before yesterday the person called up asking me to pay Rs, 1334/ to avoid any legal proceedings.I had to fight & tell them that when i have not used the internet through a dongle I am not liable to pay. They have a different story every time, When the consumer is not made aware about the company's policies beforehand, how can they charge? I'm not going to pay a panny to them & i need legal support.Looking forward for your reply & help.

        after going through bad experience in MY COLLEGE PLAN, i decided to subscribe to WHATSAPP PLAN. today[protected] i did sent an sms and my rs 16 were deducted and i did received an activation msg as well. but on turning on mobile data i realised that this plan had similar fate for me. the plan is not working, my 40 paise were deducted as soon as the mobile data was turned on. why do reliance even bother to write fancy plans when they are never activated! i am sick of this never activation of a plan game. my contact number: [protected] kindly do not contact me from 9am- 4pm

          My Reliance land line No.[protected] it stopped working since 6 months ago, but I had been sent mails and messages to pay the bill( though the connection was in suspended mode). In the month of November, the call center person had said that pay the amount Rs. 1074/- you will not get the bill, the connection will be disconnected. On the assurance of the reliance call center executive I had paid the amount Rs. 1074/- on 14th November, 2013 but the suspended connection was not disconnected. After 4 months, they have sent the message today that I have to pay amount Rs. 863/- on suspended telephone. They are threatening me that, they will file a case against me.

            Dear Sir, My Relaince Broad Band connection account No.[protected]. I have taken this connection in the month of December 2012 by Paying the one year annual amount paid through cheque in favour of Relaince in the month of December 2012 and I have used the services up to October 2013. In the month of October 2013, I have contacted the local Relaince person who has arranged broadband connection and taken the annual payment from me, for disconnection of my broadband connection, he has advised me to give the disconnection request to the call centre. I had called the call centre and I had given my request for the disconnection. They had taken my request and told me that the service will be disconnected and the balance amount will be returned to me within 30 to 45 days of time. My broad band connection was disconnected in the month of October 2013 and the Local technician had called me to take the wire and broadband equipment, but he had not to collect those equipment. In the month of November ending when I was not in my residence, he had come and collected the equipment without giving any receipt to my family members. From January onwards messages and mails are sent to me instead of refunding my amount, they are insisting me to pay the bill without using broadband services.

              We have your data card (Broad band ) from last 3-4 years no [protected] . last year on 30/3/13 your executive came to us and show us your plan about 14 months for 8100/- one time payment. we paid him this amount by cheque no 314959 dated 30/3/14 (hdfc bank) amount 8100/-.

              After oct or nov 13 this number stop working . We complaint many times to your local branch on chd road, ludhiana.

              Thay did not take any action . Now thay are saying your plan was only for 6 months.

                I have submitted the request for Migration of my PostPaid Data Card Account([protected]) to Prepaid siting less usage. I have raised request on October after settlement of bill. I was then offered 3 months 2GB free offer which i was forced to take in. I was confirmed during that time that if i am still not satisfied, an email would be enough to change my PostPaid to PrePaid Account. I have dropped mail on Feb 4th 2014 but still my connection is not migrated but i see that multiple requests being raised for each mail stating my request will be within 5 days. Since Feb 5th, they have raised 6 requests and none of them have been processed Request No 1: Your request has been registered with Service Request ID:[protected]on 02/06/2014 at 11:06:08 PM). It would be resolved within 05 days from the request date. Request No 2: Your request for prepaid migration has been registered with Service Request ID:[protected]on 02/26/2014 at 01:04:53 am). It would be resolved shortly. Request No 3: Your complaint is already registered with Service Request ID:[protected]on 03/04/2014 at 12:46:00 am). It would be resolved within 5 days from the request date. Request No 4: Your request is already registered with Service Request ID:[protected]/04/2014 05:02:21 PM ). It would be resolved within 7 days from the request date. People are raising requests and there isnt even one who is looking to requests and customer's previous history. I have been without Internet for almost 1 month now and this is really frustrating. RELIANCE doesn't care to respond customers properly

                  I was using 3G net from Reliance communication (number [protected]) and disconnect the connection in November Month 2013. Their customer care contact me and offer less plan but i was un happy with service. I was agree to active connection again only on one condition that their technical department will visit my place and check the problem but no body has visited and they have activated account again without any confirmation. They have send bill for December and January. Now their collection agent asking for money from my side.

                      I had recharged my mobile no. [protected] with Rs.150 on 01:54 pm on March 5 2014. I also received a message of successfully recharged and when I dialed *367, everything was fine.I had around 50 MB of data that day. But later evening when I checked my account balance again, there were less than Re.1 and all my 150 rupees were gone.No VAS is activated and this is happening to my the third time.1st time around Rs.15 were deducted and second time around Rs.40.I humbly request the company to refund all the amount back and take serious actions.

Instead of complaining regularly my Internet service has not been resolved and every time the complaint had been closed by them. In a month of 30 days we are suffering this connectivity problem around 10 days and no proper solution is been provided by the company.                           It is to be intimated that I was using Net-Connection of Reliance since 2008, I had deposited Rs.3390.00 (InCash) vide receipt no.9112735 dated 16.09.2013 as lump-sum advance for 6 months internet plan. The plan was to be started from 18.09.2013, however my net connection failed to give proper services and frequently being disconnected in the months of Sept. &amp; October, On enquiry from Customer care, it was revealed that I was not getting the desired services since my above advance of Rs.3390.00 had not been deposited in my A/c. However on taking upthe matter, later on it was credited in my A/c No. [protected] on 01.11.2013.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Under the above circumstances, I requested to the Customer Care vide E-mail dated 10.11.2013 to get my connection disconnected and the total amount may be refunded back to me.My Net-connection was disconnected from 25.11.2013 but instead of my refund bill raised for Rs.1648.00. On further enquiry from your customer care, it was intimated that this amount is pertaining to the period of Sept-October .Since I was not getting the proper services during the period of Sept-Oct., I was not supposed to be billed for this period. It is to be noted that Ihad deposited cash on 16.09.2013, then how my A/c was credited on 01.11.2013.As delay on this part in entirely pertaining to your dept. I may not be penalizedfor the same. It is requested to settle myissue by refunding the advance amount of Rs.3390.00 without any further delayand also investigate how this advance remained un-deposited for such a longperiod.                             Respected Dignities, I have recharged my reliance data card [protected] with Rs 155 on 04/03/2014 . But the balance bandwidth 9.5 GB of last month is not carry forward to next month.I got the information, last month i had recharged unlimited package &amp; it will not be carry forward to next month. as far as the bandwidth is 9.5 GB is limited &amp; i am not found this information anywhere. Also, while using it is consuming the final recharge bandwidth. As per customer care information... It is like that... what an answer !!! My money &amp; Reliance is cheating myself !!!                                 I have applied to reliance office sector 11 Panchkula on 22/2/14 to convert my post paid number into per paid due to over billing by the company. I was assured to convert the same within 5 days. Till date 4/3/14 I am receiving unnecessary SMS or calls from the company and my number is still post paid one.

                                  Apparently the solution to my problems was temporary from your side. on 2nd of march deduction of rs 16 took place from my account for the activation of my college plan but i don't know what is wrong with the my phone or my network that it is never really activated i have lost a lot of my balance previously because of this and now it is not acceptable to me anymore. on my last complaint you executive talked to me and assured that due to some problem the plan has been deactivated and activation charges returned but similar problem has occurred again! Should i simply stop trusting your services? kindly refund my balance of rs 16 and deactivate this pack as it has caused me more annoyance! ph:[protected] and kindly do not disturb me during 9-4.

                                    SIR...Iam Ramananda T.V. having postpaid Reliance no..[protected] and also having add on no..[protected].I hve closed first no..n second no..was not activated.Even after closure I hve received one more bill that on protest I paid it..Now I received a bill of Rs.513 for second no..As the no..is not activated n bill was not received earlier..the question of payment does not arise.Do the needful kindly...my contact no..Is [protected]..

                                      DO not fall prey to Reliance offer to give you iphone and a 2 year lock in plan with EMI option. They have very limited network coverage and surprising further even if you make complaints, they are least bothered. Since last two months, I am only following up with requests to get network coverage at my place of residence, however the company is totally DEAF. Their engineer visited my place and confirmed that there is no network at all but still no action taken by company. I ended up paying Rs 3600 each month for services which I am not getting. My mobile number is [protected]. Staying at sispal vihar awho colony. Need help..

                                      It is going to "WORST" mistake from a bad mistake. I am feeling stupid for trusting reliance communications. What a non-performing and non-concerned customer care service you guys have. Since last 2 months 10 days, I am only suffering and wasting my time and effort and still paying you guys Rs 3600 per month for a service which is not available. I am forced to use airtel wifi on this phone on which I am supposed to get free 3G instead there is zero network. All I get from your stupid service is a standard reply that your services are running at optimum level. This is how you treat your customers. This is the worst network and worst customer service i have ever experienced.
