It is to be intimated that I was using Net-Connection of Reliance since 2008, I had deposited Rs.3390.00 (InCash) vide receipt no.9112735 dated 16.09.2013 as lump-sum advance for 6 months internet plan. The plan was to be started from 18.09.2013, however my net connection failed to give proper services and frequently being disconnected in the months of Sept. & October, On enquiry from Customer care, it was revealed that I was not getting the desired services since my above advance of Rs.3390.00 had not been deposited in my A/c. However on taking upthe matter, later on it was credited in my A/c No. [protected] on 01.11.2013.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
Under the above circumstances, I requested to the Customer Care vide E-mail dated 10.11.2013 to get my connection disconnected and the total amount may be refunded back to me.My Net-connection was disconnected from 25.11.2013 but instead of my refund bill raised for Rs.1648.00. On further enquiry from your customer care, it was intimated that this amount is pertaining to the period of Sept-October .Since I was not getting the proper services during the period of Sept-Oct., I was not supposed to be billed for this period. It is to be noted that Ihad deposited cash on 16.09.2013, then how my A/c was credited on 01.11.2013.As delay on this part in entirely pertaining to your dept. I may not be penalizedfor the same.
It is requested to settle myissue by refunding the advance amount of Rs.3390.00 without any further delayand also investigate how this advance remained un-deposited for such a longperiod.
