    Connection id:[protected]. My internet connection is not working for 2 weeks now. I have complaint through reliance customer care on 5th, 7th, 10th, 13th march, 2014. Everytime I called, i was told it will be resolved in 24 hours, technical team will call us. But, i didnt get any call or no one came to even check the connection. Even customer care executives are not giving any person mail id to whom I can escalate the issue. They dont even tell their full name. On asking full name no one gives it, I was asking full name just to keep track. Anyway, my concerns is who will pay for the last 2 week and what is this, I am in chennai, its a metro city and they are not able to resolve an issue for 2 weeks. Please suggest me what action shall i take.

      Balance deduction by reliance gsm
      Respected sir,
      I want to inform you that i am customer of reliance gsm of mobile number [protected]. I do online recharge of rs. 55 on 1-3-2014. Some balance is used by me till[protected]:00 pm and rs. 36 is left in account but when i checked balance on[protected] then its shows rs. 0.014. This mean that approximate 36 rupees deducted wrongly from my balance. This balance is deducted is in between 8 march to 10 march. When i call to customer care then call was disconnected before reaches to customer care person and i call him from another number then they told me “your information was not shown here, call us later” and i do again after a day then told me “system is on updating, we unable to help you, call us later”. But when i call today i.E. 13 march 2014 they told me that “your balance would not be refund, our system show details of three days”. Then i asked him what i do now then he told “ab kuch nhi ho sakta” means “now, it is impossible to refund”. And when i asked any other way to refund money then he start repeating sentences “ab kuch nhi ho sakta”, “ab kuch nhi ho sakta” and “your balance would not be refund” which irritates me and that why i lose my temperament and uses some wrong words, i am sorry for this.
      Now, i kindly requested you to please take action against him and told him to refund my balance.

      I receive call from customer care team, and told him actual problem in detail in a peaceful way.       I've been facing a continuous issue with the services. on a regular basis balance gets deducted. Have really got fed up with the services. Also customer service executives sucks.. They cannot provide information properly and always give excuses of technical errors. Also they hang up on he customer. Please i want my balance to be credited on my account of Rs.28

      after a certain period of time rs.3 balance automatically deduct from my account...it has now become hectic for me... when i call 198 my call automatically get disconnected...my friends are also facing the same problem... plz do something against it... plz...thnk you

      I have a complaint regarding balance deduction from my reliance prepaid account and it's been happening very often and we are unable to contact the customer care. This is totally rubbish. I have lost more one hundred rupees within 1 month as the balance gets deducted in a regular basis and if we try to contact the customer care they do not give the line to agent and end the call...I am very frustrated with this and the pathetic service...I have to make urgent calls but when I try to call I get the IVR message that I have insufficient balance and it's been deducted for no reason at all.

      I recharged my mobile number [protected] with rs 73 on 18/06/2015 for low call rate and this recharge is valid for three months and personal sim scheme is valid for six month but company deduct my balance as per normal rate. customer care disconnect my number.please solve my problem as soon as possible

        I am reliance gsm user today they deduct 124rs from my mobile balance account, when I was try to contact with customer care then no one give me response I was continue trying then IVR told me wait for customer care representative then told thanks for calling reliance and cut the phone. please give me any saggation what should I do ?

          My data card was not working & due to that i want to close my data card connection but reliance persons called me & told sir you purchase new data card & will give you 3 month free subscription. But now they generated bills & their collection agents calling us for payment. Reliance Care - [protected] case id[protected] Can anybody help me out. As last time reliance charged me 2 months bill around Rs. 1700/- & after that i procured new data card with same no as rRs. 1350 /- but they stopped my service & telling to do the payment. Reliance doing this with me from last 3 month & it is very hectic for me . They are doing Business by making people fool. My data card no ois - [protected] My contact no - [protected]

          Height of fake commitments of reliance & still the are generating bilss which subscription is stopped by them from last month.
          Reliance not taking care of their customers they just doing people fool by fake commitments & earning money from them.

              1) I have purchased your Modem No : [protected]. I paid Rs 1, 100 2) I have installed it in my Lap Top. I click "connect" in the Start Panel 3) I click on "Settings" to find my date of recharge. 4) It gives a menu with 2 options. "Network" and "Update" 5) Both are not showing the date for recharge. 6) I have bought the modem some months back in Alwarkurichi, Amabsamudram Taluk, Tirunelveli district. (From Satish Mobile, a good servicing agent). In between I paid around Rs 600 for keeping it alive. 7) I am not able to use it till now. It is a dead Modem. I have lost Rs 1, 100+600 = Rs 1, 700. 8) The dealer is not able to solve my problem. 9) Reliance customer care and service is lethargic and do not make my modem work and show the renewal date. 10) It is a shame for Reliance to be in the internet market. 11) Reliance is cheating the customers. 12) Please pay back my Rs 1, 700 immediately. 13) I am recording it in Consumer complaints in the Internet.               It is not at all resolved. Only talked unwanted things and the modem is not working or showing the renewal date. Relance is an Unreliable company. Selling products that does not work and cheating the customers.

                  Reliance Officials have mailed that the issue will be resolved but the other side the messages, calls are still coming regarding the payment for not provided services and I have received a call from Mumbai Executive, he has asked me that, Who have called regarding payment ?, Which agent have you called ?, from which city the call has come ?, these kind of questions he asked. His questions are like the opposition advocate asks. After all these questions, without resolving the issue. He has redirected again to the Reliance Store. What for the Executive has called?
                  They wants to resolve it or continue the issue ?, If they want resolve the issue, they have to take action on the collection Agent/Agency to whom they have appointed in my area and close this issue.but they are simply throwing the issue again on customer. That means they aren't interested to resolve the issues. Have I made any mistake in choosing the Reliance Communication, why they are not terminating.

                  I agree, I am also facing problems with reliance infocomm. They just call and do nothing about it.

                  Here is my complaint

                  Reliance Infocomm - Non receipt of security deposit - [protected] & [protected]

                  I am a user of the above 2 numbers from Reliance Infocomm. I have migrated from Post Paid to Prepaid since the past 4 months. Previously I had deposited security deposits with them of Rs. 2000.00 & s. 250.00 Upon migration I was informed that I will receive the cheques via mail in 90 days. As I did not receive these cheques, I have been repeatedly following up with them at Customer service Numbers, who refuse to take a complaint as my calls land up in the pre paid department due to automatic choice of the IVR. They advised me to visit their local Web World office, and they send some internal email, where I receive no confirmation and neither any complaint number or a reference number. When I wrote them an email they refuse to respond as there is no complaint number to the nature of this complaint. I have written numerous emails regarding the above, but there is no response from their end. Sir, please tell me how am i supposed to follow up without getting a valid complaint number from any end? Please guide me out of this mess and ask the company to pay back my security deposit which is lying with them my email id is kabirmaster.[protected]@gmail.com

                        Hi,

                        My name is Nelson, I'm using reliance datacard netconnect+ prepaid usually i use to recharge my data card with either 1GB are 2GB. But in mean time by last week i got a call form a sales person from reliance saying that there would be offer if you wish to change your plan to Post Paid, and they said the plan is 400 2GB unlimited, and when i consulted with the customer support executive they said that there is no plan in this basis.

                        And then i received same call from the sales person saying that that your plan has been activated.

                        Without sending any proof are any approval mail are without any prior information how could they activated my account and saying that monthly you would be receiving sum of amount of bill 500/- or 1000/- for non usage how it could be possible.Please disconnect the current plan and make it has prepaid itself.Please do the needful solve the issue ASAP


                        FYI: And for this month i have received the bill amount for Rs 259/-, (Feb-2014) wats the necessary of paying the bill for non-usage and non activated device, and my device is in almost worst condition not even attempting the network support.So kindly do your needful support in this condition.

                          Unwanted VAS services are activated on my mobile number. Around Rs.30.00 was deducted from my number by activating USSD, techzoneSMS, One97 etc. It was promptly refunded when complained by sending an email to [protected]@relianceada.com. I thought the service was great. I also explained in my mail explicitly that I never subscribe to VAS under any circumstances and requested them to deactivate all VAS. I am contemplating legal action against this fraud. I want my money (Rs.30) to refund and all kind of VAS deactivated on my number including the missed call alert service and never to activate any VAS on my number in future.my no is [protected]. To add more, this is not the first time I am facing this problem with the Reliance GSM pre paid .Even when I call the customer care for the enquiry they talk very erratically and manner less language. As if they are at loss and customer's problem means his stupidity or its always we at a mistake.

                            I have just port in my existing vodafone connection [protected] to smart(Reliance gsm)in the last month successfully and used the connection for 20 days.Suddenly after that my connection was terminated;when i contacted to my nearest reliance web world they told me that the connection was terminated by trai since i have maximum number of connection on the same document.
                            But i did not purchased a single more connection on the same document except it.
                            How is this happen

                              This is to inform that I had reliance broadband Internet and I terminated it on end of November 2013. My Internet plan was of 3 months advance payment, so my some money has left after all usage. They said they will refund and send cheque within 45 to 60 days, but now more than 90 days has passed, they haven't refund my money. Please look into the matter and do the needful.                                 Hi Team, I am reliance customer for more than 3 years. One month before, My Prepaid SIM got rejected and have changed to post paid for the same number. Frequently I got a pop-up stating 'Allow SIM Activation?'. I gave response as 'Yes' 4-5 times. Today I got the same pop-up. Accidentally I have clicked on 'No' button. Now No network range is available on my mobile and it shows 'No service'. To report this and get help from Reliance I have called Customer care, but no response. I have waited for more than half an hour and still I was not connected to any people. I am really frustrated because of this. Please help me on the same. Regards, Shanthi S

                                  Reliance Communications has automatically renewed my plan of Rs 97 a day before without giving any pre notice.. on complaining to Reliance customer care and wasting about one hour.. they said that your plan is non refundable and you have got a message about this 30 days before...

                                      i recharge my mobile no.[protected], on 3rd of march by net banking (kotak mahindra bank)Rs-30/money has deducted from my bank account. but only sms recived on my mobile that -your account has recharge with Rs-30/ not recived the balance, many time calling customer care since that day but no result.

                                        I used to use a Wireless hand set with No:[protected]wireless handset), in uppal, Hyderabad. It stopped working six months ago. So i contacted the reliance store where i purchased the instrument, but i couldn't find another replacement and the reliance store people said that the instruments were stopped by reliance.So i discontinued the use of the instrument.After few days the Reliance executive called me few times regarding the Payment in the month of November-2013. The Reliance executive promised that the phone connection will be terminated if i pay the amount of Rs.1074.00. So i paid the amount of Rs. 1074.00, vide Receipt No: IB[protected], dated: 14/11/2013 and cleared the complete balance amount. Later i have given the Reliance executive the receipt on 14/11/2014, who called me earlier regarding the amount. The executive promised me that the connection will be disconnected. Later i called her several times regarding the termination of connection details, but every time she replied that the disconnection is in process and i need not call her. I never received a bill for the Wireless hand set thereafter. I never had any reminder or any bill for the Wireless hand set in the past months. Later on 06/03/2014, I have received call from Reliance executive, and the content was that the Wireless hand set is in Suspended mode and i have an existing balance of Rs.863.00 to pay. I explained the complete situation to the executive who called. I later received a message on 06/03/2014 that i have been served a legal notice, 12/A, ON: [protected], O/S:863; from Reliance regarding the bill. But as i said before i already contacted the Reliance executive regarding the termination of connection and i was promised that the connection will be terminated in a few days in the month of November, 2013. I need the Reliance people to look into issue and take immediate action.
