sir, i had bought myself a reliance data card 10 days ago... and since 2 days i encounterd a problem with the device. i got it replaced.. but the replaced device is an old one and the card is not active for 2 more days.. so i am not able to use the net for almost 5 days.... i am not at all happy with the service provided. i want a device which is a new one...

I was using Reliance postpaid ([protected]) Netconnect+ from more than one year. But in November 2012, I started using Idea 3G and I requested reliance customer care to deactivate the connection. But they offered me that I could use 2 GB of data for three months free of cost and if I would like to continue after three months, I could and otherwise I may deactivate netconnect+.
