Hi,

I have already complained regarding unnecessary deduction of balance due to push messages or any push plans which are subscribed to user phone without his or her request.


My mother possess reliance connection with number [protected].

Yesterday again there was caller tune subscribed to her phone without her permission and balance got detucted.

every time we are just complaining, problem get resolved but again the same thing happened. I think we really should not trust on Reliance as there are lots of fraud and forceful deduction of balance.

Hi,

My mother posses mobile with reliance connection.

Whenever it get full recharged, due to some PUSH messages balance gets deducted.


This is really creating problem to her and ,moreover loosing reliability on Reliance Communication as we whole family is connected with each other through this mode of communication.

Kindly help in sorting this problem so as to continue the service.

firstly i have activate the boolywood pic alerts from r world by mistake...den i hav do multiple phones to cst cre to deactivate it....they say u will receive the deactivation msg from our side still now i am unable 2 recive itnow i m receiving msgs from PICALERTS(wats dat) hey reliance plsssssssssss deactivate it......i found my balance deducted by 6 times......20 rupees deducted..for 20 days even after the calling 2 cstmer cre..

On 7th May 2011 at around 8 pm my mobile balance of Rs 30/- got automatically reduced from my balance.After noticing the reduction i called the Reliance Customer Care at 198 twice.
Both the times they verified and told me that i took the scheme from R World whereas i never opened R World at all.
The customer care employee assured me that my complaint will be processed and i will get my balance back.
Today on 8th May 2011 I got 3 messages from Reliance that my complaint was processed but my balance i still not refunded.This was the 3rd time that such a automatic balance redudtion occured on my SIM.
reduction of my balance and activated service which is not recommended by me because my mobile number was in switched off position and this is second time i faced problem with reliance company. Earlier it was happened in month of may 2011 and i din't get my balance because i din't register any complain but reliance communication are doing this on regular basis with many customers which are compelling to switched to another network and also losing goodwill because i m loyal customer of reliance but my loyalty may not be continue.
Hello sir,

Customer care service of reliance is too bad.They don't even receive our calls and without receiving our calls they used to charge re.1 per call.
Calls from the numbers ([protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]) used to come many times in a day & after the call end 3rs from the balance is deducted automatically.

Yesterday,balance of 25/- is there in my cell bt today i saw that the balance was deducted to 22 firstly then to 17/-.

please sir help me.It's not first time.
The same problem happens with all reliance customers in India. Even me and my friends faced same problem and then quit Reliance.

There is no help from reliance customer care.They are continue with there push value added services and deducting balance.
Importnsnt thing is that this consumer complaint site is also not helpful to customers.

My mother posses same number [protected] and whenever she recharge her mobile, balance get deducted.

Can we hope for help from consumer complaint online court.

    my amounrt is automatically deducted from my balance. when i called customer care, they say i have activated some service. But i have not activated any. 2 days back also it happened the same way . being fed up from this i also registered on DND. after registering it seems the call rates from reliance have increased.
    the customer care executive on friday told me that he will deactivate all the services but the amount cannot be refunded. today when it happened again..the executive is giving me the same story. the amount has been deducted again.
    my self Ramnaresh Bhakt my mobile no is [protected]. On 10th of July 2011. the reliance service provider detected Rs 70 from my balance without any reason. Regarding this i tried several times to contact their customer care executive but always they mentioned that our system is busy we can't check. one of his customer care executive Bankim roy (he mentioned his name) was unable to answer why the amount has deducted from my balance. i asked when ur system will work he told that i haven't idea. it seem he wanted to ignore then i mentioned file my complaint he told that i couldn't, his behavior was very irresponsible. so here i would like to complain. from this forum i got justice couple of times, so i am sure i will get positive this time also . kindly resolve this matter.

    I am reliance customer and my mobile no.is [protected]. One week ago (25/10/2011), they have deducted approx. Rs. 70 from my account without any reason . This is 3nd time in last four months. In July they have deducted approx Rs 100 without any reason. In July I wrote complain in your site and within three days they have reimbursed the deducted money and same in august. Once again i am sink of your help and also help that it will not happen again.

    Kindly look into the matter and sort out the issue and arrange to reimburse my deductions.

    I recharged my mobile with 59 and enjoyed local and std at 20 paisa for one month, after one month they didn't renew my service and call rate changed, in this situation I recharged again with 59 after 1 day they renew my 59 STV plan. This is wrong, why they didn't renew plan immediately otherwise they should closed the renew scheme.

    My self mahesh hirve from pune. I am a reliance([protected]) customer. I have problem deduct 1 rs amount for VAS. But i was not press any key to activate this service.

      I have ever seen such worst service than Reliance. Simply cheating customers. On 20th May i had recharged an amt 53/- which benefits 150 mins for 10 days. Due to some problem told by their customer care representative I got only 110mins instead of 150mins, even i got an sms. The Complaint number is[protected]. Mob number is [protected]. when i called to customer care they informed that i was already got the benefit which i never got. Later when tried to call them they never picked up my call:( They are simple cheating and making money, there was nothing to do.


      This is not just about 40 mins i loose, but i am worried that Reliance cheats for every transactions you make. Those who never check their balance and those who not worried about such things. Previously i noticed such problems like activating many unnecessary services without my knowledge which eats my account balance. This happened not only to me but my other friends/colleagues who quit using Reliance services. Later i thought to use this number simple to receive calls. I was desperate about their services.

      RelianceMoney — worst customer service

      One of the worst customer service i come across. Called 3 times to customer care center for opening a demat account. only 1 time got a call from Mumbai number, but never turned back. I don't know why the company is paying/executing the customer-care sorry customer-don't-care services. For opening a account itself the response like this, we can imagine the service for the customers!!
      Anyway thanks a lot of showing the real picuture of Reliance money before burning the hand

      I had recharged 81 rupees ON 16 MAY 2009 GPRS pack which is validity for 7 says.But the reliance centee didn't gave any facility of this pack.when i complain to the custumercare they coporate me.but for this ther activatr cricket pack automastically on my no and deducted 5 rupees on daly basis.for thls i also complained.

      hello mam i am again back with my problem my number is [protected] when i called customer care in the morning a staff named rupa received the call i told him i am getting speed problem she said you have also called earlier regarding this i old yes she transferred my call without saying anything to me a person received the call i asked his name he told me whats in name tell me the work i asked his name more then 10 times but he told me i cant say u my name and abused me so many times. he was abusing very badly to me. i disconnected the call and called again but now i was talking to a supervisor named ankit i asked him to transfer my call to the manager i want to launch complain against that staff Mr ankit also transferred the call to the same person and he was again abusing me. when i asked his name he told his name is kanahiya but i am sure is name is not kanhaiya.

      same thing has happened thrice before the person abusing is also the same who abused month ago i also complained earlier here also but no action was taken i have also given recording to the company the also no action was been taken

      Reliance — Worst Services

      Dear Money minded Reliance Executives,
      Please look forward for providing a better service to the customer, rather than collecting money only.
      I have purchased a Reliance 3G tab from authorized Reliance Store on 01 Sep 2011 from Nehru Palace. They have charged me for 3 G plans as well but till 10th Sep 2011 I was not able to avail the facility of 3G even got my 200 rs balance deducted. I lodged a complaint (no[protected], and inresponse the executive said that this will be resolved in 4 days but till 15th Sep 2011 it was not been resolved meanwhile I was traking followup from the customer care for the same and they were telling that on 14th Sep 2011 it will be rectified but so I again called up on 15th Sep 2011 and asked the fellow for the status then he said that there was a wrong complaint registered on 10th Sep and he himself lodged a complaint and a new complaint no[protected].
      But till date i.e 17th Sep 2011 I am not able to see the services of Reliance and even not able to get a good communication from the team.

      I provided my mobile no as [protected] and i did not notice any call unattended. Please call to my number or send the resolution through sms.

      Again the same exception happened. According to the plan today I recharged 53/- which should benefit 150 mins where as it again gave 110 mins.

      I called to customer-representive and told about this. They told again that this was some technical problem and it will be resolved in next 3 days.

      Based on my last complaint experience, i am pretty much sure about what resolution they are going to apply. The same thing will be told that i have already got the benefit which i would never got. Simply habituated in lying without looking into the issue seriously.

      I must keep this on track and wait for 3 days(72 hrs). If no resolution is made i will quit Reliance and log new complaints in all Indian consumer and in corporate sites.

        I recharged my reliance 3g dongle at rs 199 with 2gb data pack But when I surf the net my goggle chrome take 2 to 3 min time to open .Like that I cant able to download any software or pc games online my donle is running tremendously at very slow speed due to which I cant even able to open my email .Please send the imformation how to fix my slow speed of the dongle & to maximize the speed of my dongle.

        Reliance GSM — slow 3g speed

          I have reliance broad band service .From two months I am getting Dns server not responding error every 10 min. and connection is disconnected for some time , connection is also very slow after 2 pm every day. IPv6 connectivity is also not there.

          From two months I am complaining above problem on tole free no. but every time they give two days after date for solving this problem and it was from 2 months .They are not interested in solving the problem. When I ask that can I remove the connection and take another one they says its your problem.
          I think reliance no more required customers.

          Is there any who are interested in solving my problem in reliance customer service? or tell me upper management no. for complaint.

          Reliance Broadband Connection — Not removing the Connection

          i had taken a broadband connection plan with 150 kbps since august 2008 and made the request to disconnection of my broadband connection because there was no use of it for me, so when i tried to make a complaint their customer care centre executive told to submitted the bill worth of 1700rs on dt 03/01/2008 against the receipt no s[protected] that i paid up after two days when i had a word with reliance customer care centre and again made a complaint and they gave me a request number [protected], but after making the calls to reliance customer care they are reluctant for removing the dish even though they had closed my services in feb 2008, plz do something for me.

            reliance communications has not updated the new rates/packs for gsm prepaid on their main web site.this has been informed by me to them as an e mail around 10 days back.
            the reluctance in updating the new rates /packs clearly shows they cheat the cusumers.Eg when we recharge through their website for a 2G plan for RS 101(which as per the site gives 6GB data and 30 days validity)actually now gives only 1 GB of data with 21 days validity.
            reliance while changing its tarriffs should do it on its official website also.The reluctance clearly shows cheating.

            Reliance Prepaid — Recharge

            I Had Recharged with Rs.38 but i didn't get recharged by the reliance web world.Even I had received message for recharge.
            Dear Customer Service,

            My reliance number starts with [protected] (Banglore number). However I am unnable to register the number with my citibank online account so that i can easly recharge my prepaid account online.
            However unable to do register the above specifed number:-
            Error received wihile registering " The service provider and mobile number combination you have entered is invalid. Please try again.". Please can you advise on the above issue and when expected to have a solution for the same.

              I bought Reliance Net connect in advance rental Plan. The Connectivity speed should be 3.1 Mbps as per my plan, But for past one month the connectivity speed is 5 to 10 Kbps. Reply from Customer care is negative. Please i advise all not to buy Reliance net connect and lose your Money.

                sir, i had bought myself a reliance data card 10 days ago... and since 2 days i encounterd a problem with the device. i got it replaced.. but the replaced device is an old one and the card is not active for 2 more days.. so i am not able to use the net for almost 5 days.... i am not at all happy with the service provided. i want a device which is a new one

                  Hi,

                  I was using Reliance postpaid ([protected]) Netconnect+ from more than one year. But in November 2012, I started using Idea 3G and I requested reliance customer care to deactivate the connection. But they offered me that I could use 2 GB of data for three months free of cost and if I would like to continue after three months, I could and otherwise I may deactivate netconnect+.

                  Even in the bills generated during these three months also have data usage as discounted data.

                  But now in Feb 2013 when I asked them again to deactivate the connection, these people asked me to pay the amount of about Rs.482 which I used during this period. As I denied to pay, instead of deactivating the connection they changed my plan to Rs.500 monthly without even asking me.

                  And after the denial of two months they deactivated the connection but now sending me the legal notice for non-payment of the bill stating that "Legal notice generated against your non-payment of-[protected], Amt,1144, Please make payment to avoid legal action..

                  Please suggest me what should I do now....Thank you!!

                  I want to complain you that why you send notice to me whenever I am not the actual account holder of no [protected]. I received a notice regarding due bill on date 12/12/10.
                  I applied a postpaid connection on date 4 August 2010.I submit my driving licence for proof.
                  I received a no [protected] but on date 9 August 2010 this no is closed due F.I negative,Then my money and document is returnd on date 10 August 2010.
                  I am not the account holder for this no.This no is in account of Rajesh Kabra on date 3 August 2010 when i applied for this no.

                      Reliance person from its Kolkata office called and said that the following issue has been resolved and asked me to check 3G balance but what I found is no resolution at all.

                      My Reliance No. is [protected]. I have made an online recharge at 7:44 am on 22.05.2013. Recharge was of 255 INR for 1 GB 3G data. It comes with an offer that if I do recharge through rcom.in website then I will get 10% extra.
                      After recharge I got that 10% extra but not the main 1 GB. I have 3 times registered my comolaint with Reliance. The complaint numbers are[protected],[protected]. Every time message appeared that the complaint has been processed but I am not getting anything out of them.

                      It was a big mistake of mine to switch over to reliance. CHOR company hai: The So Called RELIANCE.

                      Reliance launced their GSM SIM. Each person who purchased it never used again because it never works, SIM just piece of stone it doesn't not act. U will keep calling it would say these things:-

                      Busy phone
                      out of reach

                      This story runs every second, if it connects then in next second it will disconnect. how a company play with people's money in name of Goodwill... who is accountable.

                          I have been purchased a reliance internet prepaid HSD connection from Kapoor agency (30, Khun Khun ji Road, Chowk, Lucknow) on dated 30/01/13. Now it has been postpaid without my concern and my connection is showing some other Customer name.
                          i contacted with Kapoor agency (30, Khun Khun ji Road, Chowk, Lucknow) and want to give in writting but he refuse to take and say he will rectify. now its around 20 days.
                          Kindly rectify the problem.

                              I recently port my number from tata docomo to reliance which got activated on may this month all was going smooth for two day then their started deducting my currency amount from 150 all of a sudden it came to zero I complained it to the customer care they're told me that it will take 3 working days then I again recharged for rs 150 and the same day that also had been deducted from my main balance I have been calling customer care their put my call on hold for twenty minutes and later say that it is in solving stage from past ten days I have been getting the same answer from them I have been mentally torched for all these days I am not able to make outgoing calls today also I had called them but receives the same answer that it is in solving stage from past ten days this is what I am going through.
                              The call center asks me to go to the reliance outlet in D Devaraj Urs road when I go their their ask me to talk to the customer care center.
                              Plz you are my only option( Consumer Form) plz do the needful.

                                    On April 22, 2013 at half past twelve noon I recharged my Reliance GSM number for a internet pack for a week through a RCM at a voucher retailer. Though the pack was activated, neither I was informed about the validity of the pack i.e. when would it be over for use, nor did I receive "ANY" info past the due date of the usage pack but rather over 50/- rupees from my main balance were deducted as I was duped about the validity of the pack.
                                    Now second time when I recharged my cell [protected] for the same pack, Reliance GSM is not providing me my GPRS data network access after an initial hour or so. Reliance is not at all reliable for me now, as I've been cheated twice. Goodbye.

                                    Hello,

                                    I have being using Reliance number past 2 years. Since past 6 months I have realised that my reliance account balance keep on reducing without any calls or SMS. Money is being deducted stating 'Shayari service activated' which we have never asked for. Inspited of several repeated complaints, there seems to be no action taken. I have asked for 'Do not Disturb' service. Past 1 month I noticed that the trend of deducting money from my phone account has changed : MONEY (Rs.10) is being deducted every week without reason & intimation. I am aware that I am not the only person facing this problem from Reliance. Customer's hard earned money is being deducted now & then without intimation & sufficient reason. Its similar to "ROBBING MONEY FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT". I think this is the 'MONEY MAKING TECHNIQUE WHICH THE AMBANI FAMILY HAVE IMPLEMENTED'. Is there nobody who can take action against these whitecollars??? I do not know when Reliance would stop LOOTING the public ???

                                    Hi,
                                    I would like to say that, I have a Reliance CDMA Mobile and they always deduct my balance with reference to his services like mitti ke rang etc. I am post graduate and not a mentally disturb, I can understand meanings of all voice and test sms. They said to me you have activated these services I know these services are not activated by or me other persons because my cell always with me.

                                    Even after 7 complaints to their cutomer sopprt of illegal disconnection since[protected] to[protected]of my phone even for SMS and incoming calls even with balance of Rs 78 and even with lifetime incoming validity purchased 4 years back, even with Rs 300 recherge 14 ays back I was told no reason for such disconnect and told to pay Rs 106 more for no reason if i wish to continue services
                                    Then i submitted my complint in the consumer court 4 times since[protected] but in vain
                                    but
                                    for the kind informaiton of the Hon'ble court that they have laughed encough on my these efforts by constantly ignoring my pleae to at least start my SMS service so that i can change service provider

                                    ultimately I paid Rs 58 18th February and Reliance also dedcted Rs 48 from my previous balance without citing any reason to restart my phone. Though this looting of Rs 106/- and one and half month torture may not be big thing for Consumer court but this parctice they will keep on doing with all its prey,

                                    if our consumer court is like, no effect will be on shameless company and barvely they make us pay whatever they want without citing any reason, that service provider mock on our effort to (waste of time to submit complint to you) when we have to ulimately kneel down and be prey of their dirty greed

                                    what else can we expact with useless judiciary like our's

                                    petty on India
                                    Hope sometime justice will prevail and Reliance like demon will be punished

                                      I have taken a Broadband data card from Reliance communications through Balaji Communicationes at Coimbatore( Franchissee for Relaince) and I have paid for Advance payment scheme for three months Free usage Rs 2650 on 23/03/2013.After two months they were suspended the connection w/o any information on 10/05/2013 for payment due.Till date they are not reactivated the connection. I have made lot of complaints with their customer service centre[protected] but no action taken. Complaint No:[protected] &[protected]. No use of it to register a call in customer. Every time i called them for rectification they ask for 72 hrs time. But nothing rectified. Please do the needful.

                                        I purchased a reliance passport or what is known as world SIM. It did not work in Korea. I lodged a complaint which was never even acknowledged apart from sending me a docket number. it failed then in China and recently in Spain. I wrote emails with same response i.e just a docket number. I escalted this to their appellate authority and they do not even acknoeledge the email. I spoke to pramod Borse who is national head of customer care and he was rude enough to bang the phone down. Emails to him went unanswered. I obviously am with a SIM which does not work and my money is down the drain. please please learn from this and avoid this product.
