Hi,
I was using Reliance postpaid ([protected]) Netconnect+ from more than one year. But in November 2012, I started using Idea 3G and I requested reliance customer care to deactivate the connection. But they offered me that I could use 2 GB of data for three months free of cost and if I would like to continue after three months, I could and otherwise I may deactivate netconnect+.
Even in the bills generated during these three months also have data usage as discounted data.
But now in Feb 2013 when I asked them again to deactivate the connection, these people asked me to pay the amount of about Rs.482 which I used during this period. As I denied to pay, instead of deactivating the connection they changed my plan to Rs.500 monthly without even asking me.
And after the denial of two months they deactivated the connection but now sending me the legal notice for non-payment of the bill stating that "Legal notice generated against your non-payment of-[protected], Amt,1144, Please make payment to avoid legal action..
Please suggest me what should I do now....Thank you!!

Both the times they verified and told me that i took the scheme from R World whereas i never opened R World at all.
The customer care employee assured me that my complaint will be processed and i will get my balance back.
Today on 8th May 2011 I got 3 messages from Reliance that my complaint was processed but my balance i still not refunded.This was the 3rd time that such a automatic balance redudtion occured on my SIM.
Customer care service of reliance is too bad.They don't even receive our calls and without receiving our calls they used to charge re.1 per call.
Calls from the numbers ([protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]) used to come many times in a day & after the call end 3rs from the balance is deducted automatically.
Yesterday,balance of 25/- is there in my cell bt today i saw that the balance was deducted to 22 firstly then to 17/-.
please sir help me.It's not first time.

Importnsnt thing is that this consumer complaint site is also not helpful to customers.
My mother posses same number [protected] and whenever she recharge her mobile, balance get deducted.
Can we hope for help from consumer complaint online court.
