Dear sir,
I have taken postpaid land line connection having phone no[protected] from Reliance communication ltd.After three month.I requested to convert it to prepaid but they have not changed it to
prepaid but sent the bill of 500.They sent their representative and told that if pay
your bill then only your connection is converted to prepaid & don't use the phone during this period otherwise again bill...

I am using this data internet connection - [protected] for more than 2 years, with Rs 850/month - 10 GB plan. I am always using less then allowed GB like 5 GB, 6 GB. But last 3 months, reliance always generating and sending the monthly bills for huge amount - Rs. 1250 for Feb, Rs. 1500 for March and Rs. 5600 for April.

this complaint is against reliance customer care which calls on my mobile number for bill payments on some person name called vikas. Even though i asked them to update proper data regarding their customer, these people did nothing against it. I get calls from this reliance customer care number [protected] and it is 3 or 4 times every month. And it has become a big headache for me.

i had brought a reliance dongle on 18th from reliance world CMH road Bangalore. After one week (initially they said it may take around 1 day to activate the netconnect+ dongle) i.e on 25th they called me and given my dongle number.

Now, even after that, it is not getting connected to the internet. I called to the customercare and had spoken to the people however, neiter i got any resolution...

I have asked customer care from reliance to recharge my account by Rs. 14 for using GPRS services. but they my account by Rs. 14 twice. How can be a GPRS pack can activate twice at the same time.

AND THEN on the same day rs. 72.80 was DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE ON USAGE OF WHATS APP

WHEREAS ON ONE HAND THE PLAN SAYS FREE WHATSAPP AND FACEBOOK USAGE ON OTHER HAND BALANCE WAS DEDUCTED FORM MY ACCOUNT

I have already complained regarding unnecessary deduction of balance due to push messages or any push plans which are subscribed to user phone without his or her request.

I have ever seen such worst service than Reliance. Simply cheating customers. On 20th May i had recharged an amt 53/- which benefits 150 mins for 10 days. I recharged my reliance 3g dongle at rs 199 with 2gb data pack But when I surf the net my goggle chrome take 2 to 3 min time to open .Like that I cant able to download any software or pc games online my donle is running tremendously at very slow speed due to which I cant even able to open my email .Please send the imformation how to fix my slow speed of the dongle & to maximize the speed of my dongle....

I have reliance broad band service .From two months I am getting Dns server not responding error every 10 min. and connection is disconnected for some time , connection is also very slow after 2 pm every day. IPv6 connectivity is also not there.

From two months I am complaining above problem on tole free no. but every time they give two days after date for solving this problem and it was from 2 months .They are not interested...

reliance communications has not updated the new rates/packs for gsm prepaid on their main web site.this has been informed by me to them as an e mail around 10 days back.
the reluctance in updating the new rates /packs clearly shows they cheat the cusumers.Eg when we recharge through their website for a 2G plan for RS 101(which as per the site gives 6GB data and 30 days validity)actually now gives only 1 GB of data with...

I bought Reliance Net connect in advance rental Plan. The Connectivity speed should be 3.1 Mbps as per my plan, But for past one month the connectivity speed is 5 to 10 Kbps. Reply from Customer care is negative. Please i advise all not to buy Reliance net connect and lose your Money....
