It is very shameful for a prestigious company like Reliance to beg in front a his customer without providing service.I had registered a complain on16th feb2013 having no[protected] for the id[protected] for solving the net problem.Despite of my regular contact with the customer care,higher authority and attend to the office,none of the staff took a step to solve the issue,rather de were playing with me that the technical guy will contact with u soon.....
Atlast on May[protected] the billing dept dropped a mail having due amount of some thousand rupees.
Deposit the money is not a big matter,the topic is where de are working in dozing mode ya the company is under drowning so it beg in front of the customer.


FRIENDS GIVE UR SUGGESTION WHETHER WE HAVE TO KEEP FAITH ON THESE COMPANY THOSE WHO DEMAND WITHOUT SERVICE.

    Reliance India Mobile — Unwanted Calls At Night

      Hi,

      I got following SMS from LMRELIAN- "After Repeated follow-up you have failed to pay Rs. 2039 vide Caf[protected]. Hence be present at Pune count on 30/06/2013".

      History:
      I have paid 3 month's rental at the start itself. After that I got only one hard copy of bill. After 3 months over, I never received a bill from Reliance. REASON: They have updated my email ID incorrectly. Now since I did not receive any bill and hence could not pay it, my postpaid internet connection stopped working. I remember paying one bill voluntarily but this happened again next time and after that I did not use connection. In fact it would never connect to internet itself.

      Customer care failed to update my email ID correctly; why should I pay bill for the period I have not used??

      Now I have got this SMS after almost 6 months.Is this legal by the way??

        Dear Sir / Madam,
        I had discontinued my Reliance Data Card connection vide CAF No.[protected] almost two months back after clearing all the dues informed by them for discontinuation, after which their call centre people call me many times asking reasons behind the discontinuation & if I can continue if they give me a better plan. But I clearly informed them that I am sticking to my stand of discontinuation to which they confirmed that we are closing the connection.

        Now their customer care is asking me to pay another Rs. 409/ telling me that the complain was closed after 15 days & the bill for that period has been generated.

        Is it my mistake if their customer care people have wasted 15 days in trying to convince me to continue the connection and failed to do that. I had already paid all the dues which they had informed at the time of discontinuation & have always maintained the stand of not using the connection again.

        Kindly look into this please, they are harassing me for this outstanding which is not at all due to my mistake.

          I got a call that i am shortlisted for getting loan on 0% interest. for that i was asked to deposit ten percent of the loan amount which will be utilised by Reliance Insurance for investing it and the return received on that first installment will he kept by the company as interest. i will to pay ten percent every year and thus i will pay only the sum and not any interest. I asked about the authentication and assurance of the product offered to me but unable to get so. May I inquire you about whether there is product with Reliance of that time and what should I do when I get the call again.

              I wants to say about customer care of 198 staffs.This staff are careless and fraud staff. I am using Reliance no. [protected]. I had recharged with rs rs 61 two times at the
              date of may 23,2013.I had checked this recharge detail at the detail of may 24, 2013. Two recharged had been completed.My balance had deducted after sometimes for rs 61.
              I had done recharged with rs 58 for call rates. but I had not any benefit received this recharged.I had done call to customer care of 198 staff. Call were received by Mr. Kamal( gents). I said all detail about balance deduct. But That person said that You has activated
              this sms vas 5p in four time and internet pack rs 5. I said that I has not activated this service. But Mr. Kamal Had not listen my talks. And said me wrong abuse talks.
              That person Said That I will kill you And where are you. That person Said that my company has not effort from your new fool customer. That person Disconnect the call.
              I had Done the call to customer care again. Call were received Manju.I told all matters about that girl. Manju had call transfer to senier. Senier supervior Mr. Tapen Singh
              asked all matters. I told about all matters. Mr. Tapan had ignored this matters and said me fool.That person disconnect the call.
              I had done many time call in this customer care. Call were received the person"S name as - Jagdeep,Tarpen, Supender,pooja, manoj, rajeev, narender, karan, kamal(ladies & gents)
              Sushma, Ankit, Prakesh, Ankush, Amrik, Govind, Malti, Prem, Vishnu,Satish, Shashi,parikh, Sarabjeet, Soniya,Lokesh, Gurmeet,Prateep,Kishore, Anoop, Nisha, Soniya,Sakit, Harish, Raam,
              Nanak, Manju, sumeet,lokesh. Call were done as the date of May 24 and 28, 2013.
              After Many times call, I had done call again. Call were received this person name as Satish and Shashi. That persons said that If you done call to customer care again
              Then we will kill you. I said that You can Kill me.Where are come in. That person Disconnect the call.
              Than call were received from this number - [protected]. And Said If You will call customer care number again. we will kill you in your place.and disconnect the call.
              I said to customer care of 198 seniers about this matters. But That staff had not done anything and said me fools.
              All Junier And Senier Are meeted Each other. They are ignouring this matters and doing fraud.Now they are not receiving call. When I do call to customer care 198 no. then
              This staff are not pick up my call several times.they are not pick up my call in manytimes.They are come back my balance.this staffs are cheating with me and deduct my balance.
              This staffs are thief person and cheated with customer.
              customer care 198 chor hai jisne mere balance deduct karke mere es number ke record ko gayab kar diya. Es staffs ne apne aap ko bachane ke liye desa kiya hai.
              Please help me Sir,
              Please give me my wrong balance deduct with rs 61, benefit rc58 for call rates and punish that all careless staff.This careless staff are not doing come back my money.

              Hey i m geting a calls around 5, 6 or 7 am daily in the early morning frm 51234 & i hve already complaint in reliance web world but they could not able to stop can any one help me out frm this can u stop the calls

              I am using reliance GSM since long time my balance is deducting 30 rs in last days..and many more time also whenever i recharge above Rs 50my balance deduct by activating some abuse matters or msg used to request often customer care regarding this problem and also tel your local executive they will activate mu DND but after this My balace is deducted again i complain. thus they have deducted my 30rs. without any clue.. i am helpless. now i am complaining agaist this.. even i will not use this no in future..any one can help me out

                  I am using reliance mob with number [protected], but due to bad network problem i want to change this company by using the mobile number portability facility, and for this i had applied two times (on 17.05.2013 and again on 03.06.2013) to change the company from reliance to airtel, but reliance is not leaving my number from his operator.

                    A guy called up from[protected] to offer 3 lacs as loan at 0% interest , with repaying tenure of 10 years.
                    But he asked for a security deposit of 10% to be paid as cheque immediately.
                    I sensed something wrong and asked him to deduct Rs. 30,000/- and pay me the balance of 3 lacs, om which he discontinued the call,
                    Request anyone visiting this site, not to invest even a rupee onto such schemes.

                      I am here to complaint regarding my broadband connection. it is a new connection and have made the payment on 17th may2013 by cheque. I was told that my connection will be strated with in 3-4 days of cheque clearance. and now its been more than 15 days and no installation has been made till now. I have called the dealer named ravinder singh who is working in your office 231,patpargunj ind, area delhi. and daily found no progress. in starting he said no wires available we will soon get it to you. and now he is just delaying he action by saying that we will do it today or tomorrow. yesterday he has stated that remind me in morning about your connection. that was redicolous and frustrating too to remind him everytime about my connection,he said i can go for cancellation. is this his manner to deal with costumer, he also said cancillation would take 45 days to make my payment back to my account.i have already waited and wasted my time for more than 15 days and want a quick action.
                      i have also called customer care regarding complaint and they said no status available for our connection so you have to wait.

                      now i am here to mail my complaint for the sake of written avidence, so to have a quick action against my complaint from your side.
                      this is very frustrating to have such an irresponsiblsir/madam

                        I had activated reliance gsm unlimited whatsapp and facebook plan of Rs 16 on 24th Nov. and after activation too , my balance was getting deducted. I complained here and later my money was refunded after deactivating the plan.
                        Since then, every month they take Rs 16 from my account for the renewal of this pack. I have to take pains and complain to them repetitively to get my money back and everytime I am assured that this will be the last time.
                        This time too on 19th may, my money got deducted. I have complained to the customer care about 6 times since then. Initially I was told that the details are not available, for the first 5 days of my complaints and I was told that as soon as possible, my problem will be solved. After that whenever I called they said money will be refunded within 48 hrs and this pack won't be renewed anymore. Now they say that money can't be refunded as it is refundable for only the first 3 days after the deduction and I should have complained then. Neither the refund occurred nor the customer care responded satisfactorily.
                        Please kindly take an action concerning this.

                          I earlier request to customer care to deactivate all sms pack in my number [protected] on 31st may.
                          Then on 2 june onward i again call customer care and request to check whether my sms pack deactivate or not.
                          They said all sms pack deactivate.
                          Then today my balance is deduce 39 rs.
                          I dnt knw why it deduce if sms pack is deactivated.
                          I want my money back otherwise i switch it to other mobile operator

                            I had posted one complaint earlier, there was no solution. I know reliance cheats for every transaction and openly.
                            Please see my last complaint, on 31st May 2013 i had recharged my mobile but did not get the benefit which has happened many a times.
                            Regarding last complaint there was no resolutions even after 72+hrs.

                            Here I am posting this as to express my thoughts and experience. I donot want to spend time and effort to opt for small things which reliance cheats atleast for a single penny from all customers. I will let everyone known and blog nicely about my past experience in corporate list. Please donot call for any clarification in future and LIE SAYING MOST OFTEN AS BELOW. PLEASE I DONT WANT ANY SORT OF RESOLUTION.

                            I called to customer-representive and told about this. They told again that this was some technical problem and it will be resolved in next 3 days.

                            Based on my last complaint experience, i am pretty much sure about what resolution they are going to apply. The same thing will be told that i have already got the benefit which i would never got. Simply habituated in lying without looking into the issue seriously.

                              From the time I am using it, the internet speed is not acceptable. As I
                              was out of station, could not pay the bill so I cleared the outstanding
                              balance and decided to discontinue the service. I have been to the
                              Reliance Store in Palsikar(Indore). As it was delay in payment internet
                              was disconnected and was working when I cleared the balance. The advisor
                              asked me to pay 500/- so that I can apply for the disconnection. I was
                              ready to pay for the notice period but I will not make the payment for the
                              days it was disconnected, will not pay the rental for the service I have
                              never used. The advisor started shouting and was not even ready for the
                              conversation in order to resolve the issue.
                              Also, you can check if I have used the internet even half of my usage
                              balance as it was not working properly. This is not the problem, the
                              problem is once you have disconnected the service, why are you billing me
                              even my connection is disconnected. I need this complaint to be escalated
                              and to be resolved as early as possible. I feel that Reliance is playing
                              with the customers who are not aware of their rights.
                              I request for the resolution as soon as possible. I will only pay for the
                              notice period and will not pay for the days the service was disconnected.
                              I have been paying my bills at the right time and being a loyal customer.
                              Will have to find other ways if you do not take any action. Please do the
                              needful.

                                  I have taken the Broad Band Connection of relaince[protected] on 12 Jan 2012 and given cash to reliance sales executive on his request of payment by cash after which my connection got activated after one year reliance found that the cash paid by me was not given to account department by the sales executive and my connection was deactivated. On 4th april 2013 my connection was deactivated for 3 days after that i was informed to go to the nearest webworld and show the slip when i went there i was ask to visit the Nodal office in Praladh Nagar Ahmedabad and meet some one in the account department. When i went there i shown the slip to Mr. Kiran in account department then he ask me to go to Mr. Pradeep Parekh the sales executive when i contacted him he saw the slip and recognise the signature of one of his subbordinate but he said that now this empoyee has left the organization i told him that i have made the payment but it is not reflecting in my account he came with me in the account department and met Mr. Kiran on his request my connection was activated then again next day it got deactivated i called kiran and he again activated it after 15 days again the same thing connnection got deactivated and again i called and he activate it. After 15 days again my connection was deactivated and this time Mr. Kiran refuse to help and ask me to call to customer care i called and discussed the whole issue with them at that time my connection was deactivate for 5 days without any reason after a long battel on phone i finally wrote to consumer forum after which i got a call from reliance and they said my connection was activated now and will not face any problem in future and requested to withdraw the consumer forum complain which i did so. Again after a month now my connection was deactivated and i was given same pathetic reason for its deactivation now .I am no where at fault i have made the payment and i have the proof of it even i was getting a call to make the same payment again. I have also made the payment of 2048 Rs in advance of 3 months till july 2013 but my connection was deactivated since last 2 days for the non payment of Jan 2012 which i have paid and submitted a proof to reliance through mail. Please help me on this it has been 2 months i am struiggling with this.

Still they are not answered my 4th march 2009 dated letter. No responding.

                                  i havee requested reliance to keep my broadband no [protected] in safe custody for three months and have been visiting their office since one week..Both the customer care officials on customer care helplines and in their offices havee been assuring me that it will get deactivated by the next day. i havee provided them with my full details and mailed them my ID proof also yet no action has been taken to deactivate my no. Also i have already paid them the rental for the next three months also and due to this delay they are extending my rental as per each day..
                                  kindly help me in this regard to get my relaince no. deactivated as soon as possible and be kept in safe custody for three months.

                                    sir my name is sura pradeep and i wish to kindly fix the issue very soon my account ie broad band connection which i used to use was terminated on 6th april 2012 and the bills are generated very frequently on this account ie...[protected] ....the payments were made and the account was closed permanantly the customer service representatives say that the account has been terminated long back on 6th april 2012 but still iam getting bills on my account which iam not laible please look into this issue and fix it or else i will speak to your heads with out fail

                                    RELIANCE BROADBAND NETCONNECT — Wrong Billing and the complaints posted were closed without giving the end-user any evidence

                                    I have taken Reliance Broadband plus net connection but the billing for my first month was wrong also I have lodged a complaint which has been closed many times without proper intimation or evidence given to me.

                                    Please look into this issue

                                    RELIANCE BROADBAND NETCONNECT — Activation of prepaid account

                                    I had purchased a Reliance Netconnect braodband+ prepaid connection on 16th Feb, from "Arihant Technocom, Shalimar bagh, Delhi".
                                    But till now my account has not been activated even after repeated calls and mails to the customer care.

                                    Reliance Broadband — Billing Error and Terrible Customer Service

                                    Copy of my complaint to reliance broadband:
                                    I am a broadband subscriber[protected] from mumbai (andheri) since years. In the month of july, your service was regularly down in the andheri area so I had called to complain on your automated service but it repeatedly rejected my complaint saying that my ID was not registered. Then I called up customer service who told me that I could lodge a complaint with him but the internet was down in andheri area and will be rectified next day. So I waited for a day and when I checked with cs again they said it will take another day. But this went on for some more days after which I called them up to ask about the problem which they said again will take 3 days, so I asked him about the billing in this case to which he replied that it will be adjusted and if not then to call cs and they will get it adjusted.

                                    I got my July bill and there was no adjustment so I called up cs and complained. (Ref. 1575929) I got a call from reliance broadband and they said they cannot adjust it as there was no complaint made for the internet issue during that period. This is absurd! your connection was down for almost 20 days then your automated complaint DID not work (still doesn't), then customer service keeps pushing me around everyday regarding the internet problem and also tells me that billing will be adjusted. After all that now this! this needs immediate response and action. Payment will be on hold till this is resolved including in the next half of this month's bill. Expecting your reply asap.

                                    No use with the facebook page either, I had also mentioned this problem on your facebook site. After that I got a call from reliance regarding the above mentioned issue but it was surprising that they were saying they same thing that no complaint was made during the down period so it can't be wavered.

                                    I emailed the CS at Reliance and they are repeating the same 'mantras' which I have heard before but not positive.

                                    How weird is that? Reliance knows when the net down time was when no one in Andheri was able to use, they have the records if net was used during that period. It's just common sense! secondly, the cs didn't take my complaint suggesting that the connection will be up the next day and the down time non-usage will be adjusted.

                                    Now what?

                                        My reliance net connect number is [protected]...i asked for deactivation last september i.e 2012 but customer care people have sent me the bill in the next month though i did not use...when i asked them they told it was by mistake...and now i am receving a threatening call saying that they are lawyers from delhi high court..and i need to pay the bill as a case is filed against me....they are continuously calling me....what should i do now...should i pay for reliance careless mistake...?????

                                        This is bring to your kind notice that, I have been getting continuous harass from Reliance Communication team here in Bangalore. The issue in details is “ I was using a net connect+ data card device being MDN no- [protected], and have given the request for deactivating and terminating the services in July-12, and the same has been not used by me. But RCOM customer care team was least bother to hear any query and deactivated the service after numerous reminder post August-12 and from there on the harassment act started, which is continuing till date and the issue is unresolved. They are continuously sending the bill of Rs. 1205.47/- which is completely irrelevant and not pertaining to me. On top of that has sent many a times so called legal notices on my mail id threatening to pay the amount and then long follow up from different advocates, which is not at all ending. Such an unprofessional team that no one bothers to listen to the customer’s request but at the top of harassing by whatever ways. Post reaching my frustration level I have written my plight on Consumer complaints forum “http://www.consumercomplaints.in” complain link http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/reliance-net-connect-being-billed-th... for hoping the resolution and indeed it worked when I received a call from Reliance Social Media team from Mumbai office to whom I have addressed the issue in details and got an assurance on this matter will get resolved and an apology from the team. Things were silent after that but legal threat started once again from Delhi now to clear the amount else the case will go to court. A girl keeps on calling from 11th Sep-13 no. being ([protected] and [protected]). I don’t know who these people and what is there intention but one thing I must say all of them are truly responsible for this harass. And I hereby declare each and all in RCOM team accountable for this plight.

                                        I am still looking forward to end this issue and harass from the such well known Indian giant.
                                        And requesting for the last time, for closing this matter once for all.

                                        Similar to above complaint I got call from some guy saying that he is in Delhi highcourt and calling from Mr. Gowtham (+91 [protected]) and I need to pay my bill (of Rs. 875) in 1 hour. I have register many complaints to reliance for settlement of my bill, as my society has disconnected there services due to damage cause by them, but still they are asking me to pay bill for disconnected month even thou reliance service guy know about it.

                                        Even above incident I ask that guy to settle my bill and let me know the final amount which not be more than Rs. 100 for 1 or 2 days. But still he incest to pay all amount and his language is so arrogant that we have done some crime.

                                        If RCOM team is not able to resolve this complaint, they need to stop this kinds of calls.
