I have 1 PS per second calling charges plan activated on my prepaid phone and also Rs19 monthly SMS package on it .

My Number is ( Eight+Eight+Eight+Zero+Zero+Five+Zero+Five+Nine+Zero)


Noticing for
1) past 3-4 weeks my calling charges are charged more then as the plan I had activated on my phone

2) With no reason the prepared balance is reducing from my phone , I had not activated any of the chargeable VAS or any internet/data package on this phone

3) Last 3-4 weeks all the SMS are getting charged on 1 Rs and 1.5 Rs on per SMS/ Even though with SMS package

4) Last 4 weeks time 5-6 Recharging happened, all because of no balance in the phone

5) Also Got recharged Package 39Rs for ” 500 Loc / Nat SMS. Max 100 SMS per day Charging “ assuming my SMS 19 Rs plan is deactivated .. but after couple of hours this recharge the Monthly SMS 19 also Activated reducing 19 Rs form my Mobil balance

But still my SMS charges are 1 Rs/1.5 Rs being deducted, none of the plans are activated ( both 39 rs or 19 rs ) but money got deducted ..

Is really cheating the customer and grabbing money somehow
Requesting for the support for resolving this with immediately and get all my Extra charged amounts back to my account ,

reliance prepaid no. — wrong commitment

dear sir,
im ur customer last five or six month iuse std unlimited pack of rs.496 rel-rel free but last two days im not use this facility.i complaints customer care but he is not aware those no.i use and call that no. is relience or not.im using std himachal pradesh no.the series is no.098177 .sir i loss most of my bussiness beause o[censored]r poor services.pls resolve this problem other wise i complaints consumer courts.i complaints customercare 10 times but not giving me possitive response.if any querry my no. is [protected].

Reliance — wrong sms and extra charges

Resp sir as i have regular customer of reliance but last month(13th march) i have charged doubled for sms facility in same period and i got fraud sms from company about free calls(RM-651234 = 08/04/2012 12.50pm) from reliance and as customer care executive not taking complaint. my email id [protected]@gmail.com Mob No. [protected].

    As Reliance launched its new data service o[censored]nlimited Whatsapp only for 16 Rs. per month. If you go on their website you will see that scheme ads on front page Reliance Prepaid Mobile Recharge Vouchers & Reliance Mobile Recharge Information http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/prepaid/PlansandPacks.html?w=W after seeing that ads I had activated that service on my cell phone. once service get activated they deducted 16 rs. from my balance. and when i used that facebook and whatsapp. my balance also get deducted because i used the internet. I did complain in customer care more than 5 times. even they are saying, sir, their is a problem in our plan. when it will get activate even they don't know. and even they are not giving my 16 rs. refund to me… so pls do something on this. and take action against the Reliance.

    anil bhai, see, i sent an email to u abt ma complaints.
    n look, it seems ur email is being used by someone else.

    i made a conscious complaint n it went to the wrong hands.
    these people got ma address n ruined wtver ws gud earlier.now
    no network in ma place.whatever was there, everything is gone.
    instead of taking hid of complaints n try to improve, they have
    taken away the network.

    Reliance Communications — forgery

    i have taken connection in name of shalu jain from reliance communication having credit limit of rs 1100 although i have been charged above that and my connection has been barred without any prior notice.There after they have applied a forged cheque in my account rs 2930 while en-quiring in company no one is helping and providing me any detail. One of the employee MR.Ajay tripathi came from branch and taken rs 1054 for final payment and clear my account stating being company fault i need to pay rs1054 and my account will be closed.After 10 days again i got call from company that your outstanding bill is rs 3093 which i need to bear. No one in company is helping me to resolve my matter.

    Reliance Communication — False activation of Video of the day scheme

    2 or 3 weeks ago i buy a reliance mobile handset but it is already used by other person.
    i am very disappointed from reliance mobile service.

    Subject: wrong balance deduction on free watsapp plan of Rs.16/30 days

    Today on 03rd June, 2013 i activated Watsapp plan for Rs.16 for 30 days and using it on watsapp application only downloaded from watsapp website. Still full day, 10paise is getting deducted from main balance. I called customer care more than 10 times and they all say 1 line repeated line:
    watsapp is free, abb balance nahi katega, aap use kijiye.. & some stupid customer care representative have even told me that watsapp is free but you have to take any GPRS plan for 30 days, , now what a foolish thing he told me.

    I have talked many times with RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE for solving my problem but none is interested in solving. instead all say, "there is no wrong balance deduction."
    i am the pioneer reliance customer when it launched its 2 mobile: LG & SAMSUNG and i have more than 8 CDMA/GSM numbers & 2 reliance landline. Means a loyal customer and still being frustrated from reliance wrong deduction. I am not asking for any refund, but at-least solve the problem of wrong deduction as i was about to activate this plan for whole family in reliance numbers.

      I have purchased a HP Compaq laptop presario v3000 about 2 years back and subsequently got a reliance netconnect modem during the time. I am using the same for past two years and fully satisfied about the performance of net connection and speed sofar.

      I have decided to sell out my laptop as I have been given a brand new laptop with home net connection by my company, I have decided to surrender my RELIANCE NETCONNECTION also.

      Please note the same and disconnect the same immediately.

      Also please inform me about refund details from Reliance Communications with regard to this. and also the surrender formalities for Reliance netconnect modem and the CD which were given to me earlier.

        I was using Reliance Broadband Service along with Landline phone. When i received the bill of first month I came to know that the bill generated was of some other landline no[protected] which was not at my name(The landline I was using was with no[protected]. I complained regarding the same with customer care so many times but no action was taken.
        Later in month of January the service was stopped for my whole society without any prior notice. I complained again but customer care always asked for two to three days time period for fault removal which they never removed for whole two months and finally they stopped providing service at all. But they never forgot to send the bill. When i received my January month bill I complained regarding no service was provided whole month but no body took any action. Customer care also replied that if no service was provided, the bill amount will be reduced but no reduction in charge was reflected in bill.
        Later I requested for connection removal in first week of February but again I received a bill for February Month and Customer care called every alternate day. I asked them again and again but they never took any action. And then they send me the bill in March month also.
        I asked them that I had already stopped using their connection they neither removed the Modem nor paid my security amount back.
        Later they send me a Legal action notice in May. I wrote mail to Relaince but no response again.
        I have so many Complain No with me which Customer care has registered but haven't provided any clarification regarding the same.
        When I requested the Customer Care people to transfer the call to some senior officials, they never did so everytime and said they can't.
        I also wrote a mail to reliance help desk but no one called for clarification. Now these days, i received legal action message everyday. I am just fed up of their service and planning for some counter legal action with the help of consumer forum/court of India.

        Please suggest.

        Reliance Communications — Bill received for no services provided.

        Dear Sir,
        we wish to inform you our Reliance Boradband connection was terminated in July without any notice to us. However, we are still recieveing bill (added up for no serivces) for the services which we are not incurring.

        Reliance Communication Ltd — pending new internet connection

        this is to infomr you that my company name is "Sarco Roadlines Pvt Ltd" i have opted reliance for wi-fi internet connection. we got the document varification call also. i alreay given advance cheque to reliance. i arleady calling to relevant person of sales and technical depart of reliance but no one takes care for response. i have been calling to numbers " [protected] (Sanjay)" and "[protected] (Technical department person". they have been just making fake promise. would you please help me to get my new connection: ????? i have strong beleif that you may help me.......!!!

        Reliance Communication — No Service

        I am using Reliance mobile for last seven year no. [protected], But On 15/12/10 the out going service has been blocked with reason no document update. However the same document was submitted to Relaince Web Sec-18 Noida on 04/12/10 Cap no. [protected]. Then I contacted Rel web sec -18 again on 16/12/10. The document was collected from my residence on 17/12/10 by Mr. Varun Mob [protected] but till date services not resumed back and I facing a lot of problem. We can not make a call even to customer care.

        On 15/12/10 a request posted on line[protected] for resolution of the problem, but closed without resolution.

        A call received from 20/12/10 from Mr. Sarfaroj Customer care and I fresh request taken with ID[protected].

        A fresh new on-line request also generated ID no.[protected].

        But till date no action to resolve the problem

          I tried to do transaction through reliance communication official site, I recharged with Rs. 89, they mailed me that your transaction had failed but still they deducted Rs. 89 from from my account.
          When I talk to customer care they didn't help me saying they don't have information, I have got proper mail from there official site of failed transaction.
          They are even asking for transaction id, which was not given to me.
          I want them to refund my balance as there was no proceeding of my recharge.

          Reliance Telecom — without information deduct my amount

          I am regular customer of reliance telecom .Whenever i recharged my account, automatically deducted my balance . When i asked costumer care about it, they always replied "any service pack was activated on your sim" .While i told that my all services were closed by them but not a singal person was care about my request.
          So i am sikeoff this problem.Please help me as soon as possiable.

          The bought recharge card torn after scratching and no proper bill was made to this effect for the purchase of recharge coupons worth 120 rs. Instead only the advice fo visting to the Loop gallery was given. The right of asking for the bill after purchse was violated. Please take note of this

          Reliance Communications — balance deduction without information

          Sir,
          I am a prepaid subscriber of reliance cdma no. [protected] and on 7th january 2010 from my account around 60 rs. were automatically deducted when i enquired from customer care they said that some other packs are activated on ur mobile when i asked for the request no. in which i had requested for the pack activation they cud not provide me that as i had never requested for any pack. Besides this despite making several requests to customer care for do not disturb activation nothing has been done and i keep on getting promotional calls from the company.           Reliance Communication — without usage balance deduction

          good afternoon sir this is to inform you that i am really fed up with reliance communication its been hell lot of issues since the last one month regarding unwanted balance deduction ,today in the morning around 6 i checked my balance and it was 20.58rs and after i have been to sleep i have received 3 text messages from 3600 stating that your outstanding balance is -9.42 rs recharge to enjoy value added services to know your balance amount call *225 ,sir i haven't touched my mobile phone ever since 6 am till i received the text from reliance communication i have called their customer service 6 times today and they have neglected and hang up the phone on me i had a word with supervisor (rita,amandeep,vanice etc ) and once i have spoke to their escalation team with ajay but everyone kept on saying that you have activated the service which i havent as the matter of fact is how can a person use wap while he is sleeping the customer service says i have used reliance web world to activate shirdi sai baba service which i havent and they are not able to explain me if i have used reliance world why i am not charged for using their WAP service (10p/10kb) they cant explain this and they say you cant get your balance back if you are going to investigate this problem arised on 28 dec 2010 as well and they have done the same thing but that time a helpful girl helped me and i received my balance back after 1 day and on the same day i have activated DND on my mobile phone and deactivated sirdi sai baba service kindly help me as they are literally robbing their customer i am seriously waiting for MNP to start so that i can switch my service provider and could you please tell me where is the office for consumer complaints where i can go and file a written complaint against reliance communication

          Reliance Communication — No information about deduct of balance

          I am Surender Panchal. I have taken new number of your company, my mobile no. is [protected] and now i am facing problem of deduct my balance and you don't give me any information about deduct balance by your company.I am not using any package of your company but nevertheless you have deducted my balance, I have told you already before. I have recharged my balance on 30.08.2011 but you have deducted my balance of Rs.3 on 31st aug.,2011. and i do not have any information about deduct my balance. Since when i have taken number from your company, i am facing this problem regularly.
          The above complaint was in January 2011. However, Reliance is still at this scam and fraud over an year later.

          My mother (senior citizen)'s phone kept mysteriously getting depleted of balance even after recharging with large sums. On calling *333 on May 26, 2012 she was told she had subscribed to India Today alerts (when?!! by whom?!!!) and was being charged Rs. 30/- per month. She requested that it be turned off. She was told it would be, within a day.

          Thus reassured, the old lady recharged with Rs. 111/-. The next morning her balance was Rs 81/-, the phone was leaking again.

          At this point she worried that she had recharged too soon, and Rs. 30/- had been cut for India Today alerts which she had not given time to get deactivated. Right??

          WRONG! On calling up customer care (*333) the old pensioner was informed that she had been subscribed to another service (she had not even touched the phone out of fear in the last 24 hours), the above mentioned "Missyou" pack for which Rs. 30/- had been deducted!!!

          At least this time the young lady on the phone was polite (unlike the last two times that my mother got shouted at for wanting to know where her money was going) and said she would refund the balance at once.

          Hence, lessons from the ordeal:

          1. Be POLITE to Reliance Customer Care Executives. They get nasty pretty fast if they get annoyed with you.
          2. Keep an eagle eye on your phone balance. Hourly checks are recommended.
          3. If your balance is lower than it should be, call them and ask for a refund. They can do it, but will create problems if you are later than some arbitrarily specified time.
          4. Start finding out about mobile number portability!

          Cheers to all others stuck with Reliance.

          the date of transaction was on May 11, 2013 at 12:45 am for Rs. 89 through rcom site, which they didn't recharged and deducted my balance.

            With concern to my interaction with your customer service executive for five times in a day, none of whom had provided me with right information and tried to convince me on false account saying that my problem is solved, but each time I discovered that they have cheated me. one of them have even said that he has registered my complain and and I'll get my complain number immediately after our interaction which I didn't got and next time I got to know with that he has not registered the complaint and instead lied to me.
            And second time when I called the second executive again tried to fool me by convincing that my problem is solved and he even gave his number to contact him if it doesn't resolve, later on I got to know that the problem persists and the number was fake.

            dear sir,
            i deposited my realince broad band bill at a realince center named friends communication(rishikesh,dehradun),situated in uttarakhand on 18 jun 2011.and they accepted my payment,and gave me a receipt. but after one day costumer care made me call that my bill is not paid,when i inquired at the friend communication they told me that you have given the wrong number so your bill is not paid,and when i matched the number,the number was correct.and when the found they wrong they returned my bill payment by saying this we cannot deposit your bill,so they totally harnessed me

              i have a reliance netconnect 1x,which i recharged throw a retailer by 429 with unlimited surfing for 90 days on 8/05/2013. i received a successful recharge message then i start to connect internet but ridiculously, i could not connect internet and my main balance which was 19 rs something paisa , deducted. then i complaint about this on customer care on 9/05/2013 id is[protected] but no resolution, then again 10/05/2013 id is[protected] but no resolution, then 13/05/2013 at appellate authority id is[protected] but i could not receive any resolution, i still not connect to internet when money was deducted . please take appropriate action against reliance. i am very thankful to you.

                  Hi,

                  I am from Chennai (Royapettah). I need your help in resolving the issue with Reliance broadband internet connection. I am facing this issue from last 12 days.

                  I made payment on 3rd May by requesting new broadband internet connection, at the time of payment MR Elumalai (Sales person) told me on 4th May they ll setup internet connection. Still it is not yet setup the connection. Whenever I am calling to sales persons they are giving new contact and that new contact person is requesting me to wait for 2 to 3 days.

                  I contacted to Reliance broadband customer[protected] for twice after waiting for a long time in line and they are telling with out customer Id they cant able to take complaint and third time they have provided new customer care number i.e [protected]. After this also my luck doesn't work they too request me to wait for 2 days for conformation.

                  Now I am not getting whom to contact to resolve the issue. I am in diloma whether they ll give connection or not. I cant go with other network for internet as my money is locked with them. Simply reliance people are making customers mad. They are playing with customers by changing dates and time oftenly.

                  So please help on this.

                    I have been using Reliance GSM Services on my number [protected].
                    I activated blackberry services on 2nd April but am not being able to use the same till today 14th May. I tried all packs i.e. 129, 99 a couple more i do not remember now.
                    I placed number of complaints through phone and emails but everytime i was said that the issue has been escalated.
                    I would like to have the refund of all the recharges I have done for my Blackberry Immediately.

                      Mobile Service providers are mean to maintain the secrecy of the customers data. But am surprised that they are selling the Customers data to the third party customers like

                      1. Share trading companies from Mumbai

                      2 Local Real Estate Agencies

                      3. Country Club

                      Today I got a call from [protected] and asking me to invest in the share trading and forcing me to join for minimum Amount. I was surprised to note that these persons called and asking me "am i Balaji Shankar" and asking me to invest in shares. When I said am not interested they are forcing me to invest with a minimum amount. This it self makes it clear that "reliance communications" is selling the data of the customers which they have to maintain as a secret until and unless a police case is registered against a particular number they are not supposed to give the particulars of the data.

                      Relaince communication better change their slogan from "karlo Duniya mutthi mein" to "thum agaye reliance ki mutti mein"

                        I have Reliance GSM Prepaid Numbers registered on name Vidhit D Shah.
                        No.[protected]
                        Every month the Call Tariff Packs gets auto renewed.
                        I m tired to calling the customer care every month and telling them to permanently deactivate it, but it then too gets reactive next month and respective amount is deducted from the balance.
                        Customer care doesn't even understands what permanent deactivation means.
                        I want my deducted balance to be refund else I swear this is the last time i will be using Reliance.
                        Today at 8am 21Rs has been deducted.

                        when rim launches gsm in up from those days , rim network not stayed continue in 24 hour, it stay in 24 hour only 1 or 2 hour, and 2nd prlm is internet disconnectio in only 1 or 2 second so its too bad for rim plz solve it.

                        reliance gives a very bad service and due to this both reliance and ambani's are loosing credibility and i also think that the day will soon come when reliance will become the worst service provider if it continues dealing with its customers in this same way

                        i am using reliance sim and reliance is known for its no.1 network but it is the worst there is poor network coverage. we are tired of this type of network we are facing many difficulties we cant even make emergency calls.                         I am mitesh aher from pune I am using reliance prepaid no.[protected]. I have committed big mistake by activating sms pack and other packs to reduce my tariff but reliance committed to cut my balance on the sweet name of auto renewable packs. I believe company offer such pack for customer satisfaction so he should be loyal to company. However my balance is sucked with every recharge so I avoid to even recharge and had taken other card which is giving better service and not such stupid auto renewable option and special thing my customer care is actually help you which is actually pathetic in reliance service. observations and statistics indicate that my reliance usage show down trend.
                        I will also suggest other to have safeguard before opting for reliance.
                        Pathetic coverage in Pune idea is much better.
                        Customer care is arrogant which is no case in other case.
                        Auto renewable pack is creating havoc and money sucker pump instead offer satisfaction and compliance.
                        Do I need to say any more?

I am trying to porting my aircel number to reliance but everytime reliance mobile store charges money from me and every time it's not converted. 1st time i tried in 15 december and now 22 april but number not converted and now they don't doing and help. when i contact to reliance store they says that please wait to expire you porting code and after that got again and send this ported code to us and i do that but they don't doing anything.
                          What action i can take again reliance store they charges me to 2 time but don't convert.

                            I am a reliance customer for a very long time now, and I face a series of disconnection and many problems from their end. These problems re-occur almost every alternate month, and usually the connection is down for around a week, or sometimes more than that. I am tired of asking them for a permanent solution, but I don't think any of such solution is applied. However, every time the connection was down, I used to get a waiver for the same in the bill.

                            However, this time the connection was down consistently twice in the same month (April -13). For which I raised a request twice (Request no.[protected] &[protected]. Both these requests were rejected claiming that they recorded usage during that period.

                            For which, I sent a series of mails to the Reliance team ([protected]@relianceada.com). I have never received any response from them on this issue. Now I contacted the Appellate authority of Reliance, where I was told that they would forward the call to the Customer care representative who will give me my usage log for the April month. My call was transferred to Uzair Shaikh (Coustomer Service Association). He gave me the whole log of my usage for the April month, and I clearly saw there was no usage between 9th and 13th April & 19th and 23rd April. For which I asked Uzair to register another complaint regarding that (Request no.[protected].

                            I have not received any response from them since today (13-May-13). I called the customer care to know the status of my request. I talked to Swapnali, who told me that the request was rejected by the back end team saying they have recorded usage on my end for that period. However, I have a complete log of my usage for the April month, and i can clearly see there is not usage on my end for that period.

                            I am tired of registering complaints, writing emails and talking to customer care executives for hours, when I don't get any resolution to my request.

                            I am clear on my side on this issue, if I do not get the waiver, I would simply disconnect the service.

                            Reliance Telecom — disruption/disconnection of service

                            Sir,

                            This is in refrence to number "[protected]" that my service has been barred from 18/02/2011.I have been using the service for last 15 days before 18/02/2011.I contacted the customer care for the same and asked for the reason then i was answered that my document has not been logged and they have no clue where is my documnet.

                            I was told that Reliance does not follow Trai Rules and that is the reason,I was given the service when I bought the connection and then my service was barred at their will.

                            I want to know if my document was not present or there was any issue with my documnet then how I was given the service from day 1.

                            Is it like first the customer is given the service and then the document is checked?

                              i am faiz ahmad. using reliance GSM sim [protected] since 4 year.but from 3rd of march i cant make any out going call to any number local or std both.i have 70 rs balance in my reliance sim account, i talked reliance customer care executive continuously but he dnt resolve my problem still. know last 4 days my account balance is also deducted 10 Rs per day without any reason or any information ,please solve my problem otherwise i will port-out my no in other service.

                                we Are facing the network problem i m fedup with this company... there is nobody in this reliance company who can help us... All are working only for pay in Reliance and nothing else... from 2011 we are facing network problem during absenty of electricity when the tower is 10 footsteps after my house... plz help us our Doongle, 3g packs, net packs, unlimited talking packs are useless because of no network...i have talked many times to our Tower head (ZSM) AFROZ AHMAD (cell number +[protected]) but he is ignoring us... I ThinK this AFROZ AHMAD is not any Tower engineer he is anything else... Our ZBM ARSHID AHMAD (cell number [protected]) He is in waiting from last 5 days an is not recieving our call... they are working only for pay... our J&K Head VIVEK JASROTIYA (cell number [protected]) also not receiving our call... our tower is working only on electricity... i think i m working as caretaker of reliance when i call them our network system resumes when i don't then we are without network...many Relaince teams visited the spot earlier they also had done nothing... now tell us what to do???????...                                 employed — Poor tower

                                Dear sir,

                                I have been using Airtel for more than 5 years for my 4 CUG lines out of 40 lines we had and there was not problem ATALL up to three months before and I was getting full tower inside and out side of my home. But for the past three months the connectivity is very poor and many times I could not talk in emergency situations. I have given the complaints , No.. F[protected] and I was assuered that the problem will be solved soon.

                                If the problem is not solved before 15.09.2009, kindly refund total advance rent you have receivedfor all 4 lines and please note that the recent mobile service providers like IDEA, DOCOMO are providing very good service in our area.

                                I really suprise, what happened to Airtel?

                                    Because of radiation of this tower we are feeling many health problems about hearing and many other problems.
                                    We had given complaint about this to authority of this society but they had not shown any interest in that case.

                                      I am a consumer of Reliance Communications holding Wireless Land line phone. For the past three weeks, the instrument is dead. Despite numerous attempts, I could not get through to call center agent for complaint and was forced to visit reliance outlet to register Complaint. On receiving the complaint, i was told that Engineer from Reliance Comm. would visit in 4 working days and either repair or replace the instrument. It has been over a week now and no one has turned up yet and i simply could not track status of complaint. I am seriously thinking of terminating the connection and switching to other provider.

                                      In case anyone knows number to get pass through reliance comm. call agent then pl do let me know.

                                      this is the worst customer care i have experienced, Struggling for past 2 weeks to know status of my complaint and yet i am no where.
                                      My Landline phone [protected] is dead from past 4 weeks.
                                      this is more then 10 year old connection.
                                      Last Wednesday I got the call from your side and the lady commit to send somebody in 24 hour but no one come.
                                      after several complaint nobody comes to repair the Phone.

                                      We call to call centre, mail the complaints. but no solution.
                                      Is there any human in rcom or you all are pig.
