I had taken a post paid connection from your network ‘RELIANCE CDMA’ in the year 2002 and was given Mobile No.[protected] but suddenly from 10th june 2013 onwards, it has stopped working, neither incoming nor outgoing can be done. Even though my bills are all duly paid.my latest bill paid receipt no. S[protected] OTC Code : 03015 by credit card and amount is 6193/- I immediately contact web world at Jagatpuri, Delhi who intimated that my mobile number is terminate from database and they suggested Mr.Munsi Iqbal posted at Reliance office, Preet Vihar Near woodland showroom Delhi to whom I also contacted and informed about my problem Till date, no action or step has been intiated from Reliance Company to restore my mobile number back. Please help me as day by day Bcoz I am suffering loss. Resident of House No.1/4649 A2C street no 10 New modern shahdara Delhi 110032 Alternate Mobile No.[protected]

Reliance Mobile — number barred

My reliance m no is [protected], and it got converted from prepaid to postpaid on 9/12/09 and then there came a message that my credit limit is Rs300. but in 3 days my usage was 282Rs and my both incoming and outgoing was barred. then i paid bill of RS400 on 19/12/09 ant till 23/12/09 my number is nit working. i contact customer care, reliance outlet but they r not taking any response. Plz look into the matter.

Its was very pethatic to say one of india's biggest telecome service provider is treating customer like this,since i took the connection most of my call i made to reliance customer care.one fine day they barred my connection saying i did not submit valid KYC documents,even though i submitted my passport

NO SERVICE IS AVAILABLE ON MY NO SINCE 12 MAY EVENING TIME. WHEN I CALLED 198 COMPLAINT CELL AT EARLY MORNING ON 13 MAY, THE EXECUTIVE SIMPLY TOLD ME THERE IS NO PROBLEM SHOWING IN MY SYSTEM SO I M MAKING COMPLAIN FOR THIS ISSUE AND HE TOLD ME THAT COMPLAINT IS MADE HE WILL MESSAGE ME THE COMPLAIN NO AND CUT THE LINE.
AGAIN I CALLED THEM AT AFTERNOON THEY TOLD ME THAT NO COMPLAIN IS MADE REGARDING THIS. AFTER A LONG INTERVAL THEY TOLD THAT DUE TO DOCUMENT PROBLEM THEY HAVE SUSPENDED MY SERVICES.
NOW I ASK ONLY THE QUESTION THAT WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION HOW A BIG COMPANY LIKE RELIANCE CAN DO THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR. ON ASKING THEY ARE SIMPLY TELLING THAT WE HAVE GIVEN YOU A MESSAGE AT 1729 HRS FOR THIS AND CUT THE SERVICES AT 1729 HRS. DOING BOTH THE ACTION SAME TIME.
IF THERE WAS ANY PROBLEM IN DOCUMENT YOU WOULD NOT HAVE GIVEN/ STARTED THE NO. ON ASKING THIS THERE SUPERVISOR SACHIN SIMPLY TELLING THAT AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPLICATION RELIANCE COMPANY WAS NOT HAVING THE TIME TO SEE THIS.
THIS MEANS YOU ARE SIMPLY STARTING THE SERVICES WITHOUT ANY VERIFICATION AND THERRE AFTER HARRASING THE PUBLIC FOR CONTINUATION OF SERVICES BECAUSE I HAVE USED THIS NO MORE THAN A YEAR SO NOW IT IS MY PROBLEM TO START THIS NO AGAIN.

PLEASE SEE THIS MATTER ON PRIORITY BASIS OTHERWISE I MAY HAVE TO TAKE STRONG ACTION AGAINST THIS PROBLEM CREATING COMPANY RELIANCE.

I HAD RELIANCE CDMA PRE PAID CONNECTION WITH NO [protected]. LAST MONTH I HAVE REQUESTED PORT FROM CDMA TO GSM IN RELIANCE NETWORK ONLY AND SUBMITTED ALL OF MY DOCUMENTS TO RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE ON 04.02.2012, WHICH INCLUDE COPY OF MY PASSPORT AND A PHOTO. I HAVE FILLED A FORM ALSO. ON 10.02.2012, MY CONNECTION WAS PORTED FROM CDMA TO GSM. ON 15.02.2012, I HAVE GOT A MESSAGE FROM RELIANCE STATING THAT MY CONNECTION IS GOING TO BE BARRED. I HAVE CALLED RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE, 30333333, AND ASKED HIM THE REASON, THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO GAVE ANY REASON THEREFORE I HAVE FILLED A COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS WITH RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE. I HAVE ALSO VISITED RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE TO GET THE ANSWER BUT THEY WERE EVEN NOT ABLE TO ANSWER THE REASON. THEY HAVE ASSURED ME THAT BEFORE BARRING THE SERVICES YOU WILL DEFINITELY GOT A INFORMATION OF D]BARRING. TODAY RELIANCE HAS BARRED MY SERVICES AND WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY HAVE ANSWERED SIMPLY THAT THEY CANT DO ANYTHING. I HAVE ASKED THEM TO WHAT THEY HAVE DONE ON MY COMPLAIN, THEY HAVE ANSWERED SIMPLY THAT THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO ANSWER THESE COMPLAINS. FOR RESOLUTION YOU HAVE TO CONTACTED RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE PERSONALLY.I HAVE ASKED THEM WHY MY DOCUMENT HAS NOT ACCEPTED THEY HAVE NO ANSWER.

DUE TO THIS BARRED SERVICE, TODAY MY WIFE HAS TO WALK FROM HER COLLEGE TO HOME AS SHE WERE NOT ABLE TO CALL RADIO TAXI SERVICES. DUE TO THIS SHE WEE NOT ABLE TO REACH AT HOME ON TIME AND I HAVE TO COME FROM OFFICE TO SEARCH FOR HER. WE HAVE GOT METAL TENSION DUE TO THIS.

    Hello,I am Umesh Dadhich from Ajmer Rajasthan .I want to lodge a complaint against Reliance GSM Mobile Services Rajasthan. Yesterday evening I had done a recharge of rs. 200. on my daughter's phone number [protected]. Today without any information they have deducted around 75 rs. from the main balance. There is previous history of Reliance cutting the balance without any reason for many of my friends phone numbers and they always warn me not to do any recharge of a big amount to avoid unwanted balance cut by Reliance. I hope the concerned authorities will look into the matter and solve it by refunding the deducted amount as soon as possible. Hoping for a swift action. Thanks.

    Dear Sir,
    In reply to (53739) message 14/12/10 04:38pm the required message was booked which was reported successfully delivered 18/12/10 10:02pm.
    On 19/12/10 two messages from 51234 19/12/10 08:15am were found on my mobile [protected] I was confused because only last night unwarranted SMS pack was got deactivated and now caller tone has been slapped. I rang 198 but fruitless. This resulted negative reply to both SMS from 59111. I had a very tough experience of 198 since 14/12/10 either they get mom….or say” your voice is interrupting”. After several efforts on 16/12/10 I could know about the SMS pack which was got deactivated on18/12/10 but about Rs.3.00 (three) short of balance found on 15/12/10 is still unsolved.
    Your 198 insist on the SMS been booked from my mobile which I sternly deny because the caller tone needs liking of the customer. There were four types of caller tones given in SMS from 51234 19/12/10 08:15am.Had the consumer given his choice that might have been shown on consumer’s SMS but 198 failed to give the version of consumer’s SMS. More-over SMS from 51234 was booked 19/12/10 08:15am whereas consumer’s choice on the same day and the same time was delivered successfully to 51234. Is it possible? (Liars do not have memory).
    Because you have an intention to give the better service I am sending these details to you and request you to get all of the unwarranted pack etc if still standing on my mobile [protected] be deleted and the amount deducted up to date be refunded.

      i recharged with 72 rs......but the benefits doesnt given to me...only a msg comes as u r successfully recharged with amount .01 rs....amount payable is rs. 72.....but they said later there is not any offer like this existed....so if offer is not existed then why recharge get done....!!!
      Hi, I recharged my Reliance phone with Rs 300. It is a life time valid nimber. But the company gave me only Rs 117 saying that the remaining amount went towards extending validity for 1 month, whereas I have a life time valid number. No one is willing to help. They say if I paid Rs 221 I would have got 250 worth of talktime and for Rs 301 Rs 322 worth talktime, but for Rs 300 I get only Rs 117 talktime. How stupid can the company be. This is only cheating, they are not even willing to take Re 1 more and give me more talk time, All this in a matter of seconds, FRAUD only FRAUD

AMOUNT WAS DEBITED THROUGH MY BANK ACCOUNT. BUT SAID AMOUNT WAS NOT CREDITED TO PRE-PAID PHONE ACCOUNT.           from last 10 days am facing a problem that on my reliance phone number ([protected]) a subscription of altruit pack is made automatically and i am being charged 5 rupees daily , i have complained many times at 198 customer care but got no solution and now i am left with only 60 paise balance in my mobile ..i am fed up of reliance servers and customer support services !

I OPTED FOR AN UNLIMITED POSTPAID PLAN BUT IN THE RIGHT HAND SIDE CORNER OF SCREEN THE A SMALL MESSAGE BOX DISPLAYS THAT YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE IS LOW AND YOU HAVE REACHED 95 % OF YOUR USAGE BUT IT IS AN UNLIMITED PACK IT ALSO SHOWS SOME ANOTHER SUBSCRIBERS NUMBER..

              Reliance Mobile — false charges and non disclosure of bills

              Sir,

              I am a rim postpaid subscriber. my no. is [protected]. On 30th of july 2008 I recieved an sms from reliance confirming that my plan has been migrated to 440 unlimited (rim to rim all India free unlimited) following my request made earlier.

              But after that I am regularly receiving sms from reliance finone about my high unbilled usage . and consequently today my outgoing has been barred totally . I am not able to make outgoing calls using even my STD card .

              I did called only to rim numbers and rarely I call to any other network that too not more than 2-3 calls min per day(to other networks).

              But my unbilled usage for last 10 days shows around 1400 rs. which is totally unexpected and too high considering my postpaid plan and my usage types.

              This immature behavior has caused me a lot of tension and mental torture by regular "high usage notification" messages.

              Today I am not able to use my rim mobile . I contacted your consumer service centre through *333 many times but their response is too irresponsible . I talked to amrit ji and anil . I will make available my complaint docket no. in my next communication
              I agree with this problem. i too have subscribet to the 440 plan.
              and i am also getting simillar kind of message from finone, it always states 200 rs more than my real bill.

              The company uses many fraudulent ways to extract money from its clients and is frequently violating most of the Telecom and Business Laws of India.

              In spite of DND registration the Reliance itself keeps calling on the mobile and disturbs us which is most extravagent example of its disrespect to the law of the land and the way it mocks the orders of the Supreme Court of India.

              I already have 14 of my colleagues and friends frustrated with the fraudulent ways of the company's billing and illegal business practices.

              We are placing our case in front of the Consumer Court in Delhi with strong evidences with claim for compensation.

              Reliance Broadnet — wrong billing

              When an agent of Reliance approached me for a connection, I was told that I shall have to pay Rs. 500/= for installation and Rs.750/= per month for unlimited usage. When I received the bill, it included Rs. 100/= extra towards Service Tax. The total amount paid by me was Rs.750+100=850.
              Is it not cheating the consumer? Why should the service tax be added in the bill if the agent has committed to Rs.750/= per month or is it to lure the consumer>

              Reliance Netconnect — Wrong information given

              Hi, I took Reliance net connection in September. In that plan, I was supposed to get two months usage free. I took this connection from Lodhi colony showroom. There were two girls and they gave the information that I can disconnect the services anytime. Today I went there and they said I have to pay two bills-Nvember and December for disconnection.TThey are forcing me to use the services. They did not give me the infomation prior to taking this coonection. I gave about 2900 rupees while taking this connection. These guys give wrong information.

              I have reliance broadband connection for landline and internet, in the last two months they have charged me the data usage internet for the data transfer which i didn't actually used. Without using internet, why should i pay for the bill.

              Reliance Mobile — less validity

              i have recharge the rs. 30 SMS coupen. its validity period is 30 days but after 20 days SMS validity is finish. i called at the reliance customer care but the manager's behaviour is very bad.

              Reliance Broadnet — Wrong Bill

              I am using Reliance Broadnet internet service from last six months and my monthly average billing was around Rs.850 as per my plan, but now Reliance send me a totally fabricated bill of Rs.7673 this month of period 23 Dec 08 To 21 Jan 09. They even barred my service for a long period. I had registered a complaint with some strong evidences with me like they show a session duration in my accounts in a day period, which is quiet impossible as in day time i am in office. Secondly they show a login period 3 times in a period of three hours but in this particular period they show session duration of around 10 hours which indicates that there are some technical flaws from their side. Very interesting thing is that all this huge consumption was done when i registered so many complaints regarding slow speed of internet connection.
              Their customer care department accept their mistake and forward it to their Billing Department which ultimately refused to change my billing amount and not accepted my request against the complaint no. 87151051. At last i have no choice and i deposited my bill amount. Now i want to get justice and compensation as early as possible.

              3.Sir any normal and financially not very solid person wouldn't connect his internet at 5:51 am or 5:44 am, and will leave it for 3-6 hrs, when he knows his free time expires at 6:00 am.
              4.How can i connect internet at 7:44 am only for two days consecutively and the main thing is i was having my holi holidays at that time so i used to be in deep sleep at that time, so how can i connect internet during my sleep.
              5. there was a virus in my computer which changes system date to 1 jan 2090 and some random time, so i hope reliance doesn't uses the system clock to generate the bills.

              Reliance Data Card — Wrong Bill Charged-- Changed the billing cycle date without notice

              I am using a Reliance Data card ( Monthly charges 650 + Taxes 66.95 -- Total 717.00) for last 6 months. My billing cycle was used to be 8th of every month.

              This month Relince has changed the billing cycle date to 11th instead of 8th and they have charged an additional Rs. 71.65 in my this months bill ( Now this month the bill is INR 788.65. Monthly charges as 715.00 + Taxes 73.65 )

              This change in the billing cycle was done without any notice to me.

              Now from next bill onwards the billing cycle would be again from 11th to 11th thats for complete one month... Now where Reliance is going to adjust these 71.65 ?

              This is pure cheating. Is any official of Reliance will be able to give proper justification for this ? I have sent saveral mails to [protected]@relianceada.com, but nobody has answered my query.

              Reliance Netconnect broadband — Wrong plan information

              I took 3 GB day and 10 GB night, I applied for this plan, but get 1 GB plan, secondly I haven't been told that the usage includes both upload and download, for ex. if I downloaded 1.5 GB and downloaded 1.5 GB, my free usage (which is 3 GB) will be over and I will be charged for above that.

              That means I only have 1.5 GB plan, but on their website nothing is mentioned like this, and even the Reliance representative didn't mentioned this thing,

              Reliance is fooling customer around, please this is thing in consideration.

              I was given wrong information about free internet surfing on mobile pack.
              And at the end all I was said that they r sorry. Full detail is below (the mail which I have sent to Reliance India Mobile) :
              Dear Sir/Madam,
              a wrong information has been given to me in customer care about recharge. I asked about the free internet surfing on mobile, I was told that Rs.98 recharge is for free mobile internet surfing for 30 days, so, I recharged my account form that but my balance was deducted for using internet so i called back in customer care and told them then they told me that the internet pack is of Rs.99 and i should have the balance in my account and then activate the free internet surfing on mobile, I asked them that why did they give me wrong information they said they are sorry, and then I talked with the head there but no clear information was given to me and all they keep repeting was that they are extermely sorry. Pleas look into this matter and kindley do something about it, if possibale I want my money transfered to my account cause of costumer care mistake I suffered the lose.

              Reliance Broadnet — Wrong Billing for Internet usage

              Reliance Broadnet is billing its customer with wrong amounts for its Broadnet Internet service.

              The calculation of internet usage ( in case o[censored]nlimited usage / non fixed amount connection ) itself is faulty .

              This results in huge amounts of bill every month . And in the bill we cant get the idea on why this amount is this high.

              Even when notified, the company doesnt recognise the issue / help the customer by rectifying the error!

              I am writing this from Hyderabad , and the nodal officer and other supervisors are just un responsive for any of the complaints being logged.

              The basic credibility of the company lies with its billing and Reliance has proved its loyalty to the customers by cheating one and all.

              Since 13th August i have been having follow up with reliance net connect but till data there is zero % solution i have received. They have cheated me, one of their executive have sold me one schema by stating that the rental for plan is Rs.750/ after receiving my bill I came to know that actual plan amt is rs 950/- and there are giving the 200/- discount for 1st 12 month.
              Now they want me to go to their nearest branch why should I go , this mistake is not from my side.

              Hi this is naveen, And My reliance net connect id is [protected].I have got internet plan activated by reliance for 2-times 3 months rental planmistakenly instead of 1 time, and got bill 2490+rs.instead of 1100rs, on june 22nd.and after then my netconnect was in deactivated mode not able to use then, i used for 1 month only, remaining 2 months i didnt used.and they are asking me to pay 1600 rs.(including late payment of 200 rs).I should get 1100rs right bill and next 6 months activation for free.as appallate team offered me, but asked me to pay 1400rs.But i asked for written proof and she was reluctant.Am under tremendous stress

                I got reliance broadband connection on january 3, 2013 and got subscriber ID (ID[protected] generated. I had paid total Rs 1300/- advance rental (Rs. 799) plus one time installation charges (Rs. 500). My housing society had already decided to disallow Reliance in my society due to their unethical/illegal practices. Reliance representative knew this fact but made connection just to fetch money from my pocket. On January 5, 2013, we got official notice to discontinue reliance connections from society. Relience representative kept on saying that we are negotiating with the RWA and internet connections will start functioning in short time. Finally I fed off and raised request to cancel/terminate my connection on January 14, 2013. Reliance took 15 days in canceling connection and finally I got my connection canceled on January 30, 2013. In the mean time on january 27, 2013, they generated advance rental for February 2013.
                I had paid Rs 1300 and got no service except harrassment. I kept on calling and got many tickets raised to refund my amount. Reliance said that they will refund my Janurary month rental amount as I hadn't got any service but cant refund one time installation charges. I was ready for this as well. They never refunded my January month rental but demanding for February month rental as well. Ofiicially my connection was canceled on january 30, 2013, so I'm not liabable to pay Feb month rental while Reliance should refund January month rental legally and ethically for no service.
                Now reliance is harrassing me for Feb month rental. I'm planning to file a case in consumer court. I have kept all communication with reliance.
                Really surprised to see the unethical/illegal behaviour of Reliance.

                  I have been a service receiver of Reliance Communications for a very long time.

                  It is quite shameful that after being associated with Reliance for eons I was labelled indirectly though by one of the customer service executives as a "Liar".

                  At least that's what it means when you tell or blatantly accuse someone of an act they have not committed in spite of several denials.

                  Over the past few days I have been "robbed" (it displeases me to use such terminology) of my money from my Reliance Smart prepaid connection. Approximately Rs. 30.

                  On calling customer service yesterday night i.e. on the 10th June, 2013 at about 9:30 p.m. I was told that neither have I subscribed to any service pack nor would I be granted access to information as to why my balance has disappeared which is quite absurd.
                  Wouldn't someone protect their integrity after being termed as a "heister or burglar or cheat or swindle".

                  As a precautionary measure and the breakage of trust, I henceforth decided to make a note of my closing balance before retiring to bed since last night. This balance last night was Rs. 47.95. I double and triple checked my balance so that I do not make an error in entry.

                  To my surprise, the next morning my balance was reduced to Rs. 37.95 after exactly two local calls which I'm sure would not cost Rs. 10.

                  I called customer care predictably, and wasn't surprised that the customer care executive tells me that I had accessed the internet at night for which Rs. 10 was deducted which I conspicuously denied.
                  But the gentleman, kept on claiming that there was usage of internet from my phone.

                  Now, WHAT DOES THAT MAKE ME???
                  A LIAR......AND AN ILLITERATE as according to your executive I either do not know how to operate a phone or I do not know what am I doing???

                  Now, in case you are wondering why am I making a hullabaloo for 40 bucks, let me chalk out a few pointers;

                  The money you have robbed me of, is my hard earned money..
                  I do not lie, when making a statement of that sort your executive should bear in mind that if reflects on my upbringing, which I am not willing to tolerate.

                  I would request someone to take strong action against such corporate crimes.

                  Reliance — Prepaid connection

                  Its has been more than 2 weeks since I have taken a new reliance connection.

                  Yesterday I got a message that my outgoing calls has been put on hold without communicating why. So I called the customer care for more information but the customer representative on call ‘Kiran Rathod’ don’t have any idea why my outgoing calls are on hold. He was throwing random ideas on me saying that this may be because of address verification, document problem or verification call. He was not polite in answering my questions.

                  This happen twice to me that I brought reliance prepaid connection and my outgoing calls closed.

                  I went to retailer for more information, He said that this may be because of your call verification, I must say that I am going gym regulalary from 4 to 10 P.m and during this time there is no coverage of reliance network in Gym.

                  Also, I am not available on my local Pune address Monday to Friday as I have a job, if any verification happen in this time.

                  This is just a feedback that reliance network coverage and sound quality is not that good, even if network showing the full tower sometime voice is braking in between.

                  I have also seen same complaint in Infosys public folders.

The charges for this new connection was Rs.50/- Only and the showroom/seller assured me that I'wd be getting Rs.82/- talk value along with the new prepaid connection. However, till date, the balance has not bee updated neither am I getting any satrisfactory response from the Reliance customer care staff, who are passing the buck on to each other. They are shifting the onus to the seller whereas the seller is saying that it has been done at his end and now it's the company which has to do the rest. All this is causing immense agony and pain to me and I am running from pillar to post.

                  Reliance Prepaid Service — Balance-Cut-Down without any reason

                  From Last one week my Reliance Pre-Paid mobile's balance cut-down continuosly without any reason and whey I tried to call 4 to 5 times to pre-paid customer care all the time they given me one answer "Because of System Upgradation they don't know why it is happening" I m very fed-up for this service and from last one week when I recharge the balance after 1 day they cut-down my all the balance. I m tired to call them again and again for complaint but they people neither my complaint register nor they given any answer.

                    I mistakenly done wrong recharge and called customer care to know what exactly happend... and CC person tranfered the call to his supervisor for extra help as i got the information from the first guy only... but the sr person was not at all talking actively on call, he was responding reluctantly... when i raised my voice that plese be active here m paying money for this call... he started talking roughly and abused me... he was using very local language in Telugu n hurted me by his language and words....the way they spoke was not at all professional... why these ppl are selected for support and help industry when they dont even know the meaning of polite....

                    i seriously want to take an action against that person, he dint even told his name on call....

                    let me know what actions i can take and how to proceed...

                      I have a Reliance Netconnect+ Broadband (Number : [protected]) since Aug 2010 and it was giving me an average speed of 1.5 Mbps for all these years.

                      But since 15th May 2013, the speed has drastically reduced and the max speed is around 100-120 Kbps which is hardly anything.
                      I made a complaint to the Netconnect Customer Service dept on 20th May 2013 and I was promised that some representative from Reliance would call me and look into my issue.
                      I waited till 26th May , but nobody called me. :(

                      I again called on 26th May and asked them to escalate my issue as I was not at all able to view websites, but still now NO RESPONSE from reliance.

                      I then made a call again on 2nd Jun 2013 and demanded a service person to visit and solve my problem, but till today, I have not got a single response from Reliance.

                      In today's scenario, how would you expect me to have a internet connection, if the speed is merely 100 Kbps where as I am paying for a Broadband connection and that too without any delyas and within the stipulated timelines.

                      Reliance Communication has betrayed my trust and this complete month's bill would be something which I haven't used.

                            I am a new reliance prepaid gsm user. I had taken Masti offer. I belong to India, Andhra Pradesh, Kakinada. My number is [protected]. Here i am writing u mail as my last try for a reason due to terrible suffering towards the usage of this reliance service. The problem is that i have been going through with the deduction of my balance frequently due to added services which i am never awared of their activation. They have been activated by its own n without my permission n balance been deducting, so far i had lost more than 200 rupees due to this mis-leading services, where i am almost fed up with n dis-satisfied. Also fed up with customer care where they never pick my call n keep me on hold for hours together with a slogan of saying that their executives are quite busy on their issues n will catch me soon but atlast after a long long waiting, they simply disconnect my call. Never been faced this much trouble with any other service so far. The experience i had with this reliance service is as painful n never forgettable. Had to take this sim just becoz of favorable sms offer for an year validity with 1rupee daily. But now really feeling sorry for me for being a victim for this trap of reliance service providers. Dont know how can i solve this matter. Dont even know whether this mail would reach to destination n my problem resolved. But if it is not, i swear that i switch to another service n quit this reliance service as this left me with very painful moments of experience in due course of its usage. Ur response with solution would be highly appreciated.

                              Worst operator ever in wireless and broadband is reliance.
                              It provides the worst of all services and deduct money without any reasons.
                              Unfortunately I have both of reliance broadband connection and reliance gsm connection.

                              I got this sim on 26th April 2013 and got a balance of rs 70 and a free gprs 500 mb every month for 3 consequitive months. But after completion of one month I didn't receive another 500 mb gprs.

                              So I called reliance and informed them about this and customer care representative said that I will receive my remaining 500mb in 24hrs, but I didn't receive it and again I called th next day and the same false promises I got,but I never received it.
                              But after calling them for 4 consecutive time,when I called them 5 th time the next they,they rudely talked to me and told that I will not receive ant data as it wasn,t in my subscribed first recharge.
                              Guys you only tell that once they are saying that I will receive the data balance and another day they are telling me that there
                              is no data to be given,so till how far is this correct on behalf of reliance.
                              Another thing is that after that issue I subscribed for do no disturb service to fully block reliance calls and sms,but I still am receiving them from past 15days and I received a message that in recharge of rs 74 , I will get balance of rs50 and gprs of 500 mb,but I received only gprs 500 mb and no balance of rs 50 .
                              Upon calling reliance customer care I was informed that I will not receive any balance because in recharge of rs74 only 500 mb gprs is there,but I told them about the message which I received from reliance and they rudely said that I am lying and no such message is sent by them.
                              So this is really very cheap and fraud from reliance deducting balance and gprs by these kind of acts.
                              So I strongly recommend everyone nit to use reliance ever in future.


                              Guys one more incident with reliance I like to share is about reliance broadband.
                              My user is on reliance broadband is[protected]
                              I am using reliance broadband from past 1 year and there are most of the times issues with It's speed and connectivity. I'm the month of march my broadband stopped working and I informed reliance customer care about it and they told me that there is outage issue in my area and as soon as it will be rectified I will get the waiver for no of days my net wasn,t working.
                              So it unfortunately didn,t get repaired and after 40-45 days it started working. So I called reliance for the waiver for this and they registered my complain and provided waiver for only 4 days.
                              So on calling again and again, I only got this reply that there was outage issue only for 4 days and for that waiver has been provided.

                              So how far is this correct,really fed up with the fraud by reliance.

                              I really want reliance to look up to my issue and provide me my fair money.
                              Also again I suggest you all guts never to for for attractive appearing plans of reliance as they are all if the times fraud.

                              reliance gsm data feeding work — not getting payment of data feeding in reliance

                              dear sir
                              i worked in relince communication office at jodhpur for gsm sim data feeding work. they appoint us without any appointment letter as temporary staff. payment was on the basis of per data entry i have my own record but they didnt manage or misplaced the data they were acting like every thing is in proper record n insured us dat we will get full payment of our work within 15 days bt it crosed 3 month n my record according to them showing 50% of my record. n i dont have any other prof so plz suggest me what shuld i do now?

                              Reliance — Reliance fraud .. Recharge done but no balance

                              I done a reliance gprs recharge of 98/- for one month plan. But i didn't got ay recharge. Retailer got the message that the recharge done successfully but I didn't got ay net balance.

                              I called the reliance cc but they are saying that there is no recharge details in the system..

                              Please help me to get my 98/- from fraud reliance GSM. :(

                                Hi,

                                I have getting frequent disconnection while accessing internet. I am not able to even browse consistently for 5 minutes, this is happening since last 2 months. Each time I call the rep, their response will be that services will work fine after a day.

                                I am really disappointed with their service and I am looking for waiver/ adjustment in next bill. But as per their rules they dont give waiver for frequent disconnection. Frequent disconnection can be understood when we get disconnected once in an hour. But I get disconnected 10 times in an hour. This is so annoying that I cannot continue with any work. I am using this service and paying the bill without fail every month. I am using this service since couple of years.

                                I am really disappointed with this service Reliance(Brand Name) is providing. It is becoming a nuisance to call customer care every alternate day regarding intermittent disconnection.

                                I request you to give a waiver in next bill. Call me on the number provided.

                                Reliance Broadband — Worst Service providers

                                Hi,

                                I have complained about the broadband connection last month,as it was not working properly and with a very slow broadband speed.
                                But till the date no actions have been taken.I have visited Rworld office for the same, but those people there were illiterate and untrained, as they only had the knowledge to anyhow sell the product without after sales service.

                                I took the instrument for Rs 2500, and i think that was a waste investment i made.
                                these reliance people just know how to make the bills without solving the issue of the customers.
                                they have a technical support.
                                please look into the matter.

                                Reliance internet service — they provide 2 service and coet me 2 services

                                Dear sir ,
                                i asked for the relience broad band internet service they said that first 7 months they will charge me rupees 475 and after completing 7 months they said they will charge me rupees 550 .
                                we accepted and we got the connection. for the first 7 months they charged the correct amount. And after 7 th month the sales man from relience came and told us that he will give a new connection @ rupees 475 for another 7 months and remove the old connection . we said ok,now they are not removing the old connection and now they are charging me for both the connections
                                now i require only one connection

                                  i just fedup with reliance 3g speed in katihar ,bihar i did a complaint again and again my last complaint ref no[protected] on 30th may 2013 they told me it will resolve within 4 days but now its running 9 days till its not resolve . cant play any video on youtube cant open any picture on facebook .....if reliance cant resolve the problem then please back my money on my main account otherwise i have to switch another service provider.

                                  I am unable to connect to internet because my laptop shows network unplugged error after putting in the ethernet cable in the laptop.
                                  I have given a complaint but till now no resolution has been fixed and no one from the technical team has even tried to contact us.Every time you call them they will ask for your complain no and will tell you that they will forward this message to the technical team and the problem would be corrected in 48 hrs.But GOD knows when this 48 hours will end.This is very sad on part of yours.

                                  It's been more than 75 hours that i am not having an internet connection.If the problem persists for such a long duration i have to find out some other ISP's.

                                  i have been used broadband connection or 3 weeks. my user id[protected] . for past 10 days the speed is too slow becase of which i cannt able to do my essential works perectly. i have called several times to the caller executive bt they assure only and niether any technical expert called up nor any came here to ateend the problem. even the reminders have send tence of times.
                                  my latest complaint no is 73730444 which was registered on 10th aug but not yet any urther call i received regarding solving the problem.this was to be assisted in 1 hr but till now it is not resolved by them. it is not the 1st complaint that i lodged in these 10 days.

                                    Last year in July 2012, for more than 20 days, reliance broadband postpaid connection had been not working. i tried to register complaint and asked to look over the matter, but they kept saying that it was short termed, and my services would resume within 24 hours, After the 4th day of the problem, they register an official complaint, which got resolved after 18 more days. During all these 22+ days, i might have called them 150-200 times, but all i received was a lollipop for next 24 hours. Ultimately, they said, that for whatsoever period my internet broadband was not working, refund would be deducted from next bill payment. After that I paid 6 months advance payment to them TWICE, but i havent still receive any kind of refund. So now claim 1.5 - 2 months compensation from the shameless reliance broadband service provider, including all losses I incurred during those 22 days of NO-Internet.
