I am a user of Reliance communication from last 4 Months, i got my first bill of Rs. 500 Approx , 2nd bill Rs. 1000 Approx, 3rd bill Rs. 2500+,

I have paid all my bill on time or Before receiving the bill, but now this thime they have charged me for Rs. 6800 Approx. as per my knowledge i have not make a lot of ISD and STD call that i get this much of Bill.

On the other end they have barred my all out going...

The company only give service for 1 month after one then they cut my service i complain many times to restart my service but from there no response.

As we all know reliance broadband service has gone sick in last three months in pune. I dont know if the speed issue is now solved or not. But I am asking them for atleast 50% rental wavier for the months Feb, Mar and April 2013 for pathetic service. I have purchased a Reliance Data Card and stopped using it for poorest speed and poorest service. My Reliance Broadband services are out of order since the month of March. I called customer care number of times about my internet not working and was told that it is purely due to maintenance activities and I will get a waiver in my billing amount. Though a waiver was provider and I settled my previous dues, new bill was generated and sent to me including the waved off amount of previous month.

I didnot activate SMSPACK39 yet it has been activated and Rs. 39 are deducted every month. I have been trying to unsubscribe SMSPACK 39, but it says your request cannot be processed. 3-4 times Rs. 39 have been deducted from my account. I want my money to be refunded and also wish to unsubscribe this service....

My number is [protected]. It is on my fiancee number that is Feni Patel. I had DND activated on my number then too how reliance has cut 5rs of VAS Games, It is done against my will. I haven't select any of that in fact I have smartphone Sony Xperia S, who's gonna play such an idoitic VAS Game. I had lot better high graphics game for my mobile. I even don't know what VAS Game is. Everytime I have called up the customer care for termination request when my account was active, I was been told that my account would be discontinued in 10 working days and I would need to pay only the pro-rated charges that would come up.
