Mysel[censored]rgently need to deactivate sms72 pack, i don't know what type of sms pack its. From last to 02 months i treid to call customer care *333 & 198 to need help to deactivate the sms pack but each time i got reply like "sabhi customer care executive abhi dusri line pe vyast hai".

However, by the help of frnds when i treid to sms for deactivation of sms pack to 53739. i got replies...

Hi I am Manmohan. & My mobile no [protected]. on 20- May-2013 reliance deduct Rs 40 from my account and when i call them the says that this balance deducted for internet usage but on that time i have also 27 MB data. And they write complaint but still they not giving any response. My complaint no is[protected]....

I am using a reliance number ([protected]) as postpaid service since january 2013. My plan is of 599 rs rental. In the 11 may 3013 cycle of my bill wrong bill is generated and i am asked to pay 1908 Rs as the outstanding amount. Reliance came up with a new Whatsapp pack of Rs.16 for which I received several messages. I called up the customer care to enquire about the pack and was told that no further charge would be deducted beyond 16. I reconfirmed once again by calling them up later. And when I registered, I found that after every login to Whatsapp, my balance came down each time. I do not understand this ambiguity with the plan structure and customer care services....
