To my above reference number I havent been still satisfied with your service the technician is saying that my work order is still not been made ... what the hell are you upto. I have paid cheque 10 days before and my work order is still not been prepared.
either u give my Cheque back or install the broadband within 24hrs or else I will go for the consumer grievances form.

I m deep shah from Ahmadabad I have purchased the reliance communication’s internet broadband plan i.e. Thunder 549 on 11.05.2013.
I have paid the amount of 3762 via Cheque of Kotak Mahindra bank Cheque no 000224.

Till date any of your technician hasn’t visited my place for installation, neither the person who came to my office for filling up the form & collecting the cheque is picking up the call of mine & he told that the technician will be at my place in 48 hrs.

Kindly look into this matter in urgent as I am in need of internet.

rcom/cdma mobile — activated service without my knowledge
I am using reliance cdma mobile .My number is [protected].The company charged me for MIVkhel pack without my knowledge.when i inquired about it customer care they said it was activated by me and we just charge for your renewal.First of all i never activated this service ,secondly they never informed me that the amount has been deducted from my prepaid account.When i asked customer care when did i activated this,one of them said in june and other said in september.
If by mistake also i have activated this ,they should have informed that such and such service has been activated in your mobile i was never informed so.
kindly advise on this matter.
