my Reliance GSM Prepaid No. [protected] has been barred from last two days.
I am using this sim from more than 2 years but suddenly is has been barred, no incomming & no outgoing call can be made.
and there is no gallery available near me. I am unable to call or recieved my most important calls.
so there is a request to all Reliance GSM team to recify this problem.

Hi,
This is Binay kumar & i am working in CSC as a customer support executive. I have Reliance GSM Prepaid Sim No. [protected] & i am using this sim no. last one year. Last month it's automattically got de-avtive when i concern customer care they told me you need to submit again document's proof than it will got activate. I taken last Friday leave from my office & went to Reliance Web World Begumpet there one lady assist me her name is Kavitha. I fillup the form that was given by her and i attached my Driving licence, PAN card and electricity bill Xerox copy along with that form and submitted to her hand. After that i was asking about the acknowledgement than she told me don't worry sir it will activate current monday.

Now, I called on monday R.W.World Begumpet Branch for status one person lift my call and he told me sir your form is submitted and your No. will activate tomorrow after 12:00 PM because we have SLA of 7 hour's. His name is Nagraju .

It is not activated. Again i called him tuesday than some body told me sorry it will activate tomorrow evening than i said ok i will wait. I called wednusday but they not pickup my phone. Now today is thrusday I called and asking about kavitha than she told me i am unable to find out your form so you have to submit again. This is the meaning of faith ?????????

It's Very difficult to take leave and submit my document again and again. I lost 50 to 55 Rs. for calling R.W.World Begumpet branch for asking about the status of my form.
Now what can i do again i have to take leave and submit those document really i am very frusteted with this what can i do for activate my no. help me on this please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it has passed 5 days while i submitted all formallties (votar card, electricity bill, pan card, driviling liecence) at nalasopara gallery.

i have talked with cusmer care but they only linger-on the matter.
in my opinion if a custmer have to suffer so much then there is no need to use Reliance Sim.

    respected sir
    i have recharged my a/c on 26 apr 13 with rs.50 and i got rs.41.50 after 1 day reliance mobile cut my balance rs.1.at the same day rs.15 and then i talked with customer care executives he said your query would be resolved but more balance was cut from my a/c and i have no balance in my a/c.

      After submit complaint in yours site on 29-April morning i received your call from [protected] no & they say that i need to submit my document again in reliance office and when i contact with reliance office they say there is no need to submit my document again and they doesn't did any help of me and they say that this is not our fault its problem from other operator(aircel) end because they don't disconnect your number. Now what can i do?

      WHENEVER WE CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE PUT TO HOLD FOR NEARLY 20 TO 30 MINUTES NOT ATTENDING THE CALL. VERY WORST EXPERIENCE PARTICULARLY WITH RELIANCE
      WHERE WE HAVE TO MAKE A COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS? THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTRE IS A TOTAL WAST

        On date 22april 2012 i got selected on a campus drive by Reliance Communicatin in my college Eastern Academy of Sc and Tech,Bhubaneswar.They gave the offer letter on the same day after the interview in which it was mentioned DOJ as 28 Dec 2012 latr my college official informed me its been postponed for 2 month but till date there was no info available not either from the college or from the company so i was thinking about to registered a case against both college and company so plz provide me some solutions.

          I am using Reliance GSM sim([protected]) from past few months.
          They are deducting RS 3 from my balance alternate days as VAS USSD charges.
          I have not activated any VAS on my number even-though they are deducting the money.
          When i tried to register my complients via customer care,they always give me the response like"Unable to proces"
          Also i want the money back to my account which is deducted without my permission

          Reliance GSM pre paid service — money deducted by network without reason

          Dear Sir,
          I have a reliance smart prepaid customer ([protected]) last one year approx. I have rechare with 200/-(from third party recharge through my big brother) my mobile. according to this recharge only few minute display in my balance account. suddenly after few minute my balance ammount was nil. for this problem I have many time register in complain reciver executive ([protected]), but since now no body taken any action with this problem. allways say about, i am forwerded your complain high authority. so please you suggest me how to solve my problem or what will be do further. at last with full belive I requested to you kindly solve my problem.

          It is always the same with reliance they are just least bothered about the customer i have stopped using two connections which was of reliance only because of this..

            Hi my name is Gilbert Dsouza,

            This morning I received a Threatening Call form [protected]. The tone was very rude at first, I enquired about the person and he wouldnt divulge any information explained that there is some outstanding Bill of Reliance Broadband and that I would need to come to Delhi Court to address that matter.

            Who allows such to operate in this manner?

            Can Reliance Broadband explain is this how your customers are threatened?

            Reliance Broadband takes advance rentals so how does one default?

              I have been using relaince GSM no. since 3-4 months and an amount of Rs. 3 is deducted every week or so regarding VAS USSD services which i didnot activate. Please stop any such kind of services and refund the deducted amount as soon as possible.

              I never ever had subscribed for textbased service on Airtel WAP through http://igmobi.com.I am losing Rs10/-per day for no reason inspite not using AIRTEL LIVE.Please be kind enough to deactivate this subscription by tonight.I will be obliged.my phone no [protected]

              I am really amazed at the customer support provided by Reliance. I think the taken for granted approach is not going to help you please note that the services of my no.[protected] prepaid no have been deactivated since 13th May’11. I submitted all the documents again to the Reliance Web World Andheri Kurla Road,Andheri East office on 15th May and was given a assurance that the services would be activated within 72 working hours.

              Umpteen no of calls were given to customer care & Nodal office. I have only been given false promises & even a communication stating that the services have been activated(Attached mail dt 20th May stating that the services have been activated). Two days back I went the Reliance web world at Navi Mumbai and they confirmed that services have been activated may me there is a issue in the mobile phone. Today my wife who has this mobile went to Reliance Web world in Ambala where she is traveling & they claimed that as yet the documents have not been processed.

              I am still counting today we are on 24th almost 10 days & below message states that it would still take 2 days. I really do not understand that are you really bothered about the customer or only want to ensure that you make good profits and get your stocks up.

                Myself Saurabh singhal.I had a problem in connecting to internet through Reliance data card.I logged a complain regarding that 3 days back at reliance customer care but still that problem is not resolved.According to the company's rule and new TRAI rules the problem should have been solved in 24 hours but it has crossed more than 78 hours.
                Each time i call up their customer care the only response i get is that the proplem will be solves as soon as possible.
                They have not intimated me with the problem cause any they have not yet promised any time frame within which the problem will be resolved.
                I am an Engineer and my work is suffering a lot with this problem.

                they are mother ..who willl make india look like a beggars' country with such low profile service.
                they indian villagers are and make fool out of them.they are ROBBERS!

                I paid Rs 250/- for getting a new sim activated which I think is not justified.Other mobile companies
                provide sim cards for lost numbers gratis.

                    It happened to me again on 27-04-13, 16:32, this time Rs 3:00, I just called the customer care, he said the same story, "amount has been refunded, it won't happen again", Then I said I have been listening this every time, 'do you have a permanent solution", He repeated the same. When I asked again he sarcastically said, "what, do I want to say, It will happen again from tomorrow onwards", and disconnected the call, as usual they charged 50np for this.

                    That kind of behavior people of Reliance showing now a days. There are n number of complaints about this VAS charges in this blog, I had find so many in other blogs also. I'm planning to port out to some other company that provides some transparency in their services

                    I want to ask Reliance, for what purpose you people are collecting with this kind of money collected, Re1, Rs2, Rs3, Rs 15, Rs30, to spill on Anil Ambani's funeral ? (anil ambani ke shav yatra pe phek do ge kya ?)

                    My account is getting wrongly debited for some VAS deduction, for VAS Techzone. I have never subscribed for the same and no VAS is activated in my mobile. This is really unacceptable as my account get debited almost every day by amount ranging between rs 3 to rs 20... I have raised lot of written complaint and they have a couple of time credited back few deduction, but I can&#039;t send mail every time as this has now become a headache for me. I hope to have this issue resolved quickly.

                      My self Yogesh Singhal live in Surat ,Gujarat, i have a Reliance net-connect data card no.[protected] with postpaid connection.I paid
                      first bill of amount of rs. 118/-. on 24th JAN 2013.
                      On 19th FEB 2013 i gave a request at RWORLD office at shalaka building parle point for change service postpaid to pre-paid and pay outstanding amount of Rs. 850/-.on same date.I was told that service will be changed with in one week.After one week i contact to customer care for same they replied me that no request is given for same no. ,and please contact again RWORLD office.As
                      i am a serviceman so its not possible to go there daily for me.Now again on 13th MAR 2013 i received a bill of amount of rs. 842/-..I got call from Reliance 2-3 times and i also contact customer care many times but they are asking me to pay amount of rs.842/-. Now can you please tell me why should i pay this amount as i have given request for service change before one month and i have cleared all outstanding balance and i am not using data card for a minute. If RWORLD executive can not give services properly to customer then why customer will
                      pay for this.
                      Now yesterday also i got a call from reliance for paying this month bill i said ,i am not going to pay any single rupee and i want my data card service as pre-paid without paying any charge.
                      I just want to introduce about RWOLRD executive's service how they behave with a customer whenever i go there one lady executive is there and she always will be busy on phone with someone if not on phone on centre also i saw her with someone just gossiping if i asked for any query or request then she reply its not possible you have to contact to this and you have to come again....etc. is this a proper way to communicate with customer.
                      I request you to take this matter seriously and do needful.i am waiting for your kind reply and action on this.

                      Reliance Data Card — Improper Working

                      I bought a data card of Reliance in december, for the past period which was working appropriately but fr the past four days it is not working properly, and while i am trying to register my complaint on their Customer Care they are threatening me for disconnecting their services.

                          My mother posses mobile with reliance connection.

                          Whenever it get full recharged, due to some PUSH messages balance gets deducted.


                          This is really creating problem to her and ,moreover loosing reliability on Reliance Communication as we whole family is connected with each other through this mode of communication.

                          Reliance — Deduction of balance on every recharge

                          My No.is [protected].My complaint is regarding my balance deduction every time when i use to recharge,and i am not able to talk to Customer care as when i try to call on 198 there is some plans information and then its get disconnected.
                          i have already activated DND but any time they use to cut balance for any unwanted pack.In one month only 3-4 time My SMS pack charges has been deducted.It happens every time.If i use to call from any other reliance no.to the CC no.they just said because you have pressed * button,or there is no detail in the database or your balance will be waived but never happens.
                          Even if i use to recharge 20 or 10 rs they cut 15 and 3-6 Rs for any pack(Live Cricket or Music pack) respectively.
                          I made complain more than 100 times but useless.

                          Reliance — deduction of easy recharge

                          Its my painful duty to inform you that Rs 200 had being deducted from my reliance card without any use.
                          i have logged a complaint against it and they (customer care) told me to settle it with in 2 days. Again after
                          2 days its a new beggining for them , same story continues and again they awarded me more 2 days
                          I am very upset the service , left with no option other than porting the number.
                          The mail is only to inform the higher level personalties if possible to know that this kind of treatment general
                          people are getting from such a big company.without any reason amount are deducted.

                            sir i changed my bill plan from monthly rental 99 to 899 unlimited which was suppose to be changed from 7 mar 2013 and i received a message also from customer care that "your plan is changed to 899 unlimited from 7th mar but after a month wen i received my bill then my bill was on old plan of Rs 2218 but which should be Rs 899+service tax. and wen i contacted customer care then they said it was my fault.

                            sir i was contacted by Rcom representative named Mr. sandeep and Mr kiran. and they said that they ll get the extra bill waved off and they ll compromise as much as possible but no solution till now and i especially mentioned and humbly requested that till this compromise will take place dont barr my outgoing calls and Mr sandeep promised me for that and again i wrong statement from a reliance representative.

                            sir now i ll wait for a day and then i ll be bound to go to consumer court.

                                I had opted here for a reliance net connection last Friday 19th April. I had received the details below on friday itself. The local person guaranteed the connection will happen on sat or Sunday So I had to drop my personal plan for the connection.

                                Time went by from Sat and Sunday No-body Turned up. I had to call the person who came up to canvas and took necessary documents for the connection. I was getting bogus responses as he will come today morning or evening and the connection will be done.

                                Yesterday suddenly the technician called up and said that the cable guy is standing outside the house come fast, even though I had mentioned the timings to follow for connection, I had to leave my work and go to my house on halfway i received a SMS stating Dont Come. I had to shout at that guy and that same evening he promised me that he would completed the connection evening again a sms came stating " Tyre Puncture Tomorrow Connection sure"

                                Today I waited till 11.00 AM still nobody turned up and when I called up the technician he is again stalling me.

                                I have not been stressed out like this ever on a customer service like this especially Reliance. I have wasted my money and phone to ask out these guys for a connection. How come you hire such persons ?

                                I had called up customer care and their service is too waste , For your information I had called up 3 times and reported this issue and no resolution is carried out.

                                I demand an explanation / Solution from your level. As I am mentally & physically tired and frustrated If I don't receive an solution on or before 3.30 PM Today. I will be escalating this even higher and will go out for disconnection also.

                                Broadband Connection — Worst service

                                I never think of that concern in which TATA management is working. Toward customer complaint it seems that officer who are looking after complaint is having policy that Custer is like barking dog and after some time it will keep quit. But it is not good for health of company. Now a day its services becoming poor and poor and its engineer getting CCR signed by them self and sending it officer to close complaints.

I want to change that scheme. i want connection for Rs.250/ in stead of RS. 500-.                                     I got call from Reliance stating they issue loan against policy. To avail loan i have to take Reliance Guranted Money Back policy of Rs. 30,000/-.
                                    I had submitted documents & take Reliance guranted money back policy. since 5 months they giving reson sir your loan is in process. Now they are saying i have to advance premium for next year then only i'll get loan amount.

                                    Now i getting weekly phone call from reliance for additional amount payment.


                                    I request issue me loan amount on urgent basis or refund my money with interest amount.

                                    I have all telephone recordings with me for evidence.

                                      Hello Sir,
                                      I am using a Reliance broadband internet connection from past 3+ years and raised a request for termination on 09-March-2013. I received acknowledgement on 19-Mar-2013 saying - "We acknowledge receipt of your request for termination of the service. We apologise for not meeting your expectation this time for the services provided by us.As requested, termination process is initiated for the subscriber ID[protected]. Kindly note the rental of your service will be stopped from 11/03/2013". Reliance has actually terminated service as per records on 20-Mar-2013. My billing period is from 19th(current month) to 18th(next month) and it needs to be paid in advance as prepaid. I have already paid rent till 18-Mar-2013. Now, reliance has generated bill for 19-Mar-2013 to 18-Apr-2013 for amount Rs.1012.93 and sending SMS everyday asking me to pay the bill. When I called reliance customer care and explained the issue, they told that I need to pay the bill for only 1 day (19-Mar-2013) which will be sent to me on prorated basis as part of settlement. As the bill got generated 1 day before the termination date, I should discard or ignore the bill as per explanation given to me by Reliance customer care. The interaction ID:[protected] has voice details which I had with Reliance team. I have handed over the equipment to Reliance as well. Its really part of harassment by Reliance asking me to pay the bill by sending SMS everyday.

                                      Few things:
                                      1) Why should I pay the bill for 19-Mar-2013 (1 day) too, as I have the confirmation email from Reliance that my rental is stopped from "11/03/2013".
                                      2) If I agree to pay the bill for 19-Mar-2013 (1 day) too, why Reliance is NOT sending the prorated bill, instead billing team is sending SMS that bill cannot be waived off.

                                      Reliance Broadband — un wanted bill

                                      my plan is flat 750.ie unlimited 750.
                                      in Dec.2008 (during the Dec. billing perid)i got the connectivity only 2 days.After complainig somany times they came here and rectifide the problems. (Two times in one month).but for that month i got full bill, without any reduction.after complainig they have reduced only 150 rupees in the next bill.ie for 2 days connectivity i had to pay 650 rupees which is un bearale for me.

                                      Reliance Broadband — Unwanted Bills

                                      We had surrender our Reliance Connection on 4th April but from your side we are recieving unwanted bills.my bill account no is-[protected].

                                      Reliance Broadband — Invalid bill generation after cancellation of Service

                                      My reliance broadband connection of 600Kbps was out of service from 25th August 2011. I logged a complaint through their customer care on 27th August 2011.They were not able to fixed the issue for around one and half month. After this period the local service man calls me up and says they cannot continue the service as they have shifted the EDB to another building and my building was inaccessible from there.So I called up customer care and logged a request for termination of service.[protected], this is the reference number for the cancellation request. And[protected] and[protected] are the reference number for the cancellation confirmation.I don't remember the dates, probably in the month of September or October. There was a due of 18 INR, which I cleared during cancelation.And now for the month of october they have generated a bill of five hundred something. Even though everything related to Reliance Broadband(Modem, Phone, cables) is cleared from my house in that month(I don't have a Reliance Broadband connection from 27th of August).

                                        My reliance no. [protected] is almost 5 years old. i have never changed the service provider, but past 7 to 8 months i am suffering with very bad service and network problem from reliance side. If talk about service den very first thing is that:-

                                        1) Worst experience with the customer care. Never ever calls get attended, every time it says "There is an emergency", "Customer officer is busy on another call", "This Route is busy kindly call after sometime". but none ever gave the proper response instead of solving the problem without understanding ILLITERATE CUSTOMER OFFICER, they just have learned two answer :- "Sir There Is Some System Problem Because of System Updation", and the very best but worst answer for customer is that "Sir kindly switch off and On your mobile". that's it problem solved not Us but defiantly their problem is solved once gone never come again.

                                        2) The second and most cheated thing is that We (Customer) never activated any kind of a pack like SMS or Voice Pack, or any Special Tariff Recharge they did, but still once they come to know about it after deduction from their balance then they (Reliance Customer Care) say it was activated from our side only if customers agreed or don't fight then they never deactivate it and never give the information to customer that its a "Auto-Renewal Process" and next time again for same reason the deduction will be there. If customer fight back and if have a proof then they say we will Refund it in 48 Hrs. and register the complain. but never ever they give any notification about the refund in customer account, because they never do this.

                                        My dear all I have written this as i have suffered a lot so i share this experience with you, and believe me this will never gonna change until and unless TRY authority never take some strict action against them. Although Portability option is given but its not a proper solution, because these complains are common with all Network Service Provider.
