customer care no response within 3 min time

i my mobile no [protected] & my concern is last year have active Do not call & service activate & company register my complain but again company deduct amount from balance,

& when i call 198 & *222, no body can call pick 20 to 30 min & every 3 min after recorded line say cover customer care executed very busy - 2

we use 198 for cost saving but not body can pick...

VAS Deduction

It happened to me again on 27-04-13, 16:32, this time Rs 3:00, I just called the customer care, he said the same story, "amount has been refunded, it won't happen again", Then I said I have been listening this every time, 'do you have a permanent solution", He repeated the same. When I asked again he sarcastically said, "what, do I want to say, It will happen again from tomorrow onwards", and disconnected...

DEDUCTION OF BALANCE FROM PREPAID RECHARGE

Hi,

My mother posses mobile with reliance connection.
Contact number is [protected].

Whenever it get full recharged, due to some PUSH messages balance gets deducted.


This is really creating problem to her and ,moreover loosing reliability on Reliance Communication as we whole family is connected with each other through this mode of communication.

Kindly help in sorting...

sir i changed my bill plan from monthly rental 99 to 899 unlimited which was suppose to be changed from 7 mar 2013 and i received a message also from customer care that "your plan is changed to 899 unlimited from 7th mar but after a month wen i received my bill then my bill was on old plan of Rs 2218 but which should be Rs 899+service tax. and wen i contacted customer care then they said it was my fault....

Misguiding & Fraud issue reliance policy

I got call from Reliance stating they issue loan against policy. To avail loan i have to take Reliance Guranted Money Back policy of Rs. 30,000/-.
I had submitted documents & take Reliance guranted money back policy. since 5 months they giving reson sir your loan is in process. Now they are saying i have to advance premium for next year then only i'll get loan amount.

Now i getting weekly...

Blackmailing for giving connection

Hi,

Initially he promised to give the connection within 2 days and its been almost 25 days still i didn't get any connection.. On top of it he started blackmailing me that, only if i give him another customer then only he will provide me the connection.. i paid him 1200 cash and if i ask him to refund my money back he says speak to Customer Care or do what ever you want....

Even the Customer care doesn't...

Poor connectivity and slow speed

Iam living in Naharlagun and using a reliance gsm sim as they provide 3g services here.But the speed that they provide is below par the 3g speed..almost 0.08 mbps download speed and moreover there is constant network drop...we recharge with 3g mobile internet packs but are almost getting the speed of 2g.I hope you look into his matter and improve the 3g services in this locality.
