I have a postpaid connection from Reliance Mobile (No. [protected]) company is sending me excess bill on ad-on connection (No.[protected] which is issued in my name to the other person and is lying bill amount Rs. 1146/-. The Ad-on number where they have issued to me is used another person from February to March 2013 (Bill). Ms. Preet and Ms. Simran who is the Executives of the Reliance Mobile at Sangrur Road, Patiala Branch, Dist. Patiala, they have issued a new ad-on number but not given to me and given to the another person. The Executives of the said company has issued a number to my name and given to another person. Every time I have requested to Customer Care and Main Office they did not listen any thing and saying that "abhi half-an-hour mein batate hain" but no phone calls or messages me in this regard so far and my important number[protected] has disconnected.
So Sir, please help me in this regard and I did not pay the excess amount. My complaint regarding Mobile No. [protected] (ad-on number) is about Rs. 995/- has been registered and gave me solution for this purpose. I shall highly thankful to your goodself. Sir, please help me. Please waive of my extra charges.

Reliance Mobile Connection — complaint regarding wrong billing

please refer to my earlier complaint regarding wrong billing . i regret to note that the company has not has not taken any cognizance of my complaint which is the reason behind non payment of my bills.i hope that this reminder is sufficient to receive the corrected bill at the earliest.

Reliance Communication — Extra charges in bill and disconnection

We had purchased a data card in Jan 07 will full downpayment of 4990 by Credit Card, there after we received bills from them with Installment Charges of Rs 500 in each bill, we arrpoced RIL and asked them they reversed half the charges and now again there is same charge on the bills, when spoke to RIL again they say that we have purchased the card on Installment basis, we have a proof the credit card statement with us whcih we showed them and we also asked how was half the amunt reversed on this thay say thay have no IDEA as to why that has happened and they cannot help us on this

We woudl request you to pls look into the matter

Reliance Mobile — excess billing violation of offer

I am using reliance mobile since launch of Reliance Mobile.

I had approached Reliance WebWorld for changing my billing as prepaid billing because my bills were coming unexpectedly high and with charges of R world that we do not use. Also devotional pack charges and lots of things.

I requested to switch to prepaid service at Web World in Kalyan, (Maharashtra).

I received a call on alternate number given at web world and was offered with post paid plan where the monthly rent is Rs 600. when i rejected the offer because i was in Rs. 400 plan and that i wanted to change. Then i was informed that for coming 6 months the rent of Rs. 600 will be waived because my long relationship with R communication. I accepted the same on condition of waiver of rent for six months with other terms remaining same.

Surprisingly, i have received bill with monthly rent of Rs.600 and i complained for the same ( Complaint # 71536940

It was promised to do the needful with in 72 hours but nothing was done and my outgoing calls are bared without any reason.

Representative from R com visited my house for collection of payment without his Identity card. I have instructed him not to do this again or else i will have to lodge police complaint.
as this is disturbing our personal life and reputation. He asked me to visit web world for resolving the matter. I wish to request you not to treat your customers as work less people whom you can invite to web world every now and thn.

I have visited webworld for making my plan prepaid which was not done with new offer, now you are not adhering to your offer and again asking me to visit web world is quiet disturbing.

I have received call today morning asking for payment and informing the informations he had about non payment of bill, amount, time of sms, date of sending bill, , , , , , , and so many things. When you are keeping all this records why your record not showing the data of communication and things discussed on phone.

This things are enough to take a gentlemen to stage of depression. I request you look in to the matter and solve the things as soon as possible.

Reliancce Infocom — Providing unwanted faceleties

Dear Sir,
In spite of several request regarding the activation of my tune on my mobile i.e. before two month my tune activated by your side with out sending any request from our side. After two days on the behalf of my complain that is deactivated by your side and the amount of Rs.50.56- deducted from my bill in sept.08. But in this month the same amount found in my bill invoice against my tune. After discussion with Mr. Nitin complain supervisor (complain no.78078868on dated 16.10.08) on *333 of your costumer care service, that person asked me that is your fault & you are responsible for the same. I very surprised by listen their answer, if I was interested for the above matter then why I call to your costumer care. Please deactivate the any type of my tune permanently and also deduct the amount ageist my tune facility.

Reliance Communications — Excess mobile bill

Respected Sir,
My complain is that i have not received my usage bill detail one month, and received another month.
I Complainded at R- world center at jamnagar Patel coloney branch. But there are no solved proble. And they also bill Late charges.
Now my problem is why pay, i not received bill late charges. And some time extra chrges which i not usage like R-world.
I complined many more in R-Center or customer care center. Now my moblie is dead condition.What i do?

I have changed my bill plan ( Reliance Communication Mobile number - [protected]) to My truly Unlimited 995 plan on Sep 23rd ( service Request - SR[protected]. But in the same month i received a bill with my old plan ( Plan 750 ) when i hav complained the same to customer care and as per them the bill was allready ready hence the same will be updated in the month of Oct and i have make payment for the Sep bill. But again in month of Oct i received the bill with old plan again i called the customer care and told them that ia have paid bill on time then why they have barred my outgoing calls though it was not my mistake, again he took my complaint and he assured that it will be rectifiied in NOv bill and requested me to make payment.

In the mean time i have also visited Patna Reliance web world to make payment of my last bill n to discuss the my problem, again the customer care lady was unable to solve my issue and asked me to talk to customer care

But they have bared my outgoing calls today, as my limit is increased, whereas if they have updated my plan ( PLAN -990 ) then there was no use of Excess usage. When i spoke to customer care - Mr Jayesh , he has just noted down my number and he will get back to in two days also spoke to his supervisor - Mr aashish as per them its system fault for which they have taken my complaint but they cannot help me in billing issues. For further discussion they have given me Nodal Officer - [protected] - amit k mitra ( Which is switched Off )

I want to know as still i didnt find any solutions and my outgoing is barred:

where is my mistake when i have changed my plan to unlimited ?

Why my out going calls are barred everytime without my fault where as it system fault ?

why i have to make excess payment everytime to continue my outgoing ?

Why i am tortured or been harassed everytime without my fault

why they have untrained customer care who cannot give solutions to customer?


How much do u need to solve my issue ( Again tdy u hav bared my Outgoing calls ?

Reliance Mobile — Regarding to connection

My reliance CDMA postpaid connection is not working when I’m on roaming due to this reason we are suffering lot while on travel.

this is happening becuase of fake commitment provided by retail outlets

Reliance Communication — Wrong mobile number given during application

One Gnanakumar has taken a Broadband connection with Reliance Communication and he has given my mobile number as contact. Since the launch of mobile services i have been in custody of this number[protected] and even after repeated requests to Reliance, the corrective efforts have not been made.

I get SMS remainders and calls from them about the bill payment. Infact i have also answered calls from Professional Courier asking for directions to deliver the bill to the so called Gnanakumar.

What can i do now?

Reliance has deducted a sum of Rs 784 from my account for June 2010 bill. However there was no such bill exist as my number ([protected]) was migrated to prepaid. I have also verified in Reliance Web World (South Ex-II Branch, N Delhi-Ranu was the Customer service representative) for the same. I want my money back.

Myself, RAHUL SHARMA, i have purchased two mobile sim connection on my name on an around 24th Jan.2011 from RELIANCE Web-World, Anand Nagar Old Sangvi. At that time i asked them to start my CUG Calling(Free Calls). They said me that they have started. When i talked to the Customer Care Service, they said that there is NO such services activated. Then again i went to the same Web-World and enquired. They said the customer care is lying and the bill will not come. But on 5th March, the bill came with my CUG Callings Charge. When i went to that web-world, they are giving just an assurance that they have forwarded that mail on 6th March2011 to deduct my bill. But till now, it didn't get. Now my both connections got have been disconnected. While i have payed my appropiate bill also on 22nd Mar.2011. Now, nor the NODAL OFFICE of RELIANCE PUNE nor the RELIANCE WEB WORLD from were i have purched my connection, are solving me nor guiding me.
Thats why i have moved towards the here for help. Please guide me.

i purchased 2 connections with handsets from rim in gujarat of one i transfered to karrnataka which was used by may brother after that the same was transfered to gujarat again and after that, when my brother was appointed to chennai i went to reliance webworld fatehgunj vadodara and gave application to migrate the connection over there but the lady executive trasfered the con. to tamilnadu circle by mistake and when i receive the bill i went there and asked them regarding roaming charges charged in the bill they told me that the chennai & tamilnadu both circle are diff in that state and assure me for the waver and shifted the connection to chennai circle as the comited there mistake.
when i got next bill the waver given was not enough coz they waved off the roaming charges but the free 400 min was charged as they waved off 400 min incoming calls
at last i canceled the connection and told them to give appropriate and tranperant waver
now after 7 years of that they are giving me notice to pay the outstanding
please help me

Sub: Fraud in Issuance of Mobile No. [protected] - Grievance.

Sir, I would like to draw your kind attention regarding that I am using the Reliance pre-paid and post paid mobile connections for the last 7 years. My Reliance Mobile No. [protected], a call from Reliance Customer Care Executive, Sangrur Road, Patiala received that the company wants to give you an add-on connection on your Postpaid Mobile No. [protected] and I give consent for an add-on connection (postpaid). The Customer Care Executive namely Ms. Preet and Ms. Simran told me that after due verification your new add-on connection no. [protected] will start functioning and the new add-on connection SIM Card give to you shortly. A few days ago no add-on SIM Card issued to me and they issued to some other person or personal use. I have 3-4 times call and said that new sim card please issued to me but she said "abhi bhej rahen hain".
Now, after 1 month, I received a call from the same office that you have spent more than Rs. 1000/- on that add-on connection number ([protected]) and kindly pay the bill. Sir, my submission is that first of all, I would like to say that the above noted mobile add-on connection Sim card bearing mobile no [protected] has not delivered to me for used.
Secondly, the Customer Care Executive namely Ms. Preet and Ms. Simran has issued that above noted mobile connection to any other person/personal use. That’s a serious lapse on their part and the part of the company. That’s not my fault. They people delivered that Sim Card to any other person/personal use not me and both the officials (Customer Care Executives) admitted that fact that they had issued the above said mobile no. to somebody else by not changing the residential address and proof. Now, it is quite clear that on that add-on connection residential address and proof are mine but somebody else is enjoying the mobile number. Now, my humble request is that if I am not using that above noted mobile no. then why should I pay the billing amount. Kindly waive the billing amount from my side and take the disciplinary action against the officials and rectify the residential address and proof on that add-on mobile number i.e. [protected] in your records and pay the billing amount from that person who is really using the mobile number not from mine. I shall be very thankful to you. I hope you will accede to my humble request and an early action in this regard will highly appreciated.
Sir, I was paid excess money of Rs. 900/- for continuing my mobile no. [protected], but no solution for the above said has remained pending and customer care calls me only two times, but no response. Sir please help me.

    Dear sir, I am Amit Kumar Panja & my Number is [protected], I am informed you that Reliance Gsm mobile service is totally breakup . So many problems are coming one by one. I cant use properly for these reason. I note down these problem in this page.Problems are 1. call not connect properly, 2. Cross connection so many times, 3. Wrong reduction in call not receive, 4. customer care agents are all time busy & bad beehive, rate cutter not work properly, 5.(1512.84 MB 3G) balance in my account but I show that my internet speed is very slow down for 10 days. For this reason I cant access (1512.84 MB 3G) any page & download is totally stop still now. Please resolve this problem immediate. its very urgent.

    reliance mobile new GSM SIM — barrin total services

    I purchased new GSM sim card oof Reliance Mbile on 20th of september and at the same time
    I submitted the required document and form duly signed but services was started on 23rd of the month lately.After that all of a sudden my services were stoped on 28th of the month without any prior notice or warning or information I have contacted the outlet shopkeeper about 40 times but he
    says tht his responsibility is over as soon as he has delievered the aim card and collected money and documents.I also contacted customer care people but they have only one answer "contact the sim card seller only and expressed their helplessness and did not care even to know my new sim number.

    This people have harrased me like anything at this age for no reason and compelled me to rush here and their putting my person activities and responsibilities aside., This people should be punished for the unorganised way of working so that in future no person like me have to face the same situation.

    Reliance GSM (Orissa) — Wrap problem

    I have a Nokia N79 handset with Reliance GSM(Orissa) connection. I can' able to browse more time with rwap. Some times it connet with server but the requested page is not opening. Some time it not connected to the server. I complain about it to the customer care but they only send service settings to me. Now I have 10-15 settings till now. The downloading speed is very slow. I never able to complete my download. In middle the connection is lost.


    Please help.....
    My Reliance gsm number is [protected] .My caller tune is activate for previous 3 months whenever i am try to contact costumer care number [protected] and 198 to deactive my caller tune not receiving the costumer care executive .And without my permission my caller tune have been activated today i am thinking i want to convert my reliance gsm number portability to airtel gsm so i request please take action for deactive my caller tune otherwise i will do portability ..

    it's very disgraceful that the company is not attending towards the grievances of the customers in a proper way and it's becoming a bad habit to deduct the money 4rm customer's acc widout their prior permission we hv 2 gsm sim [protected] nd [protected] in both d sim we r facing deduction twice or thrice a month so its my request that plz look into d matter nd control such nuisance otherwise we will heed towards the consumer court.

    Reliance GSM — poor speed for last 21 days

    am reliance's customer last 1 year.the inter-net last 21 days very poor speed and call to 198 but customer care exhibitor told issue update but my recharge wasted 178 rupees .......and told no refund but i m not use 1 mb....please my money refund

      I activate reliance FB messenger pack @16/- on my phone. As it is unlimited facebook browsing pack i browse my fb account. But i see that my balance is reduced. When I called up to c.care thay say that for loading all picture of my fb acc the balance is deducted but when i ask them before activating this pack they didn't say that . What the rubbish is this? My question is that why it is called unlimited fb browsing pack???? It is nothing but a customer fooling pack. I want my balance back at any cost because this is not only the prob of mine rather than many other customer.

        My Mobile no is [protected] I have been provided with a offer that recharge with Rs.56 and you will get Rs.65 as a promo balance.I am using this number in roaming for about 6 months I am not able to use this balance in roaming the offer didn't mention that the promo balance is applicable in roaming. The incomplete information about the offer is the problem of the Reliance not of the customer who is availing the service. I need my balance right into my account back as soon as possible. Next thing I want to point out is that in every 3-4 days my balance is deducted due to some "VAS" service activated in my account without my intervention && when i ask for it the reply is that you have not activated any service. I am fed up with all this non- sense please i don't want anything just refund my money right back into my account as main balance not as promo balance.

          Reliance Prepaid — Refund reg.

          On 1.3.09, I recharged in local e_charge dealer (M/s. Kanna Mobiles, 100 feet Road, Coimbatore) for my phone [protected]. I asked for top up for Rs. 221 and rate cutter Rs 49 and SMS monthly for Rs. 30/- It appears that there is no top up for Rs 221 denomination. The same was not desplayed nor the dealer had knowledge and he recharged for Rs 221 top up. I got only Rs 110/- talk time. When I complained to *369, they asked me to complain to *399 and from the cell phone used by the dealer. The dealer tried once or twice and says there is no response. I can not be after him. I want to know when my phone has got life time validity, whether talk time for Rs.221 coming around Rs 200 after deduction of service charges nad tax be given to me.           I HAVE DONE THE RECHARGE OF RS 77. IN MY PREPAID RELIANCE NUMBER...FOR CONSECUTIVE TWO DAYS AND THE SERVICE PROVIDER DISCONTINUED MY ALL 77 POWER RECHARGE.

          This is regarding billing of my postpaid connection with mobile no. [protected].My postpaid connection which doesnt go beyond Rs.250-300 suddenly showed a credit amount of Rs1500/- non-billed amount ...meaning usage of Value Added Service when we had neither asked for it nor given permission on phone for any VAS .The SMS is included in the monthly payment .Infact the phone was not working for well over 6 months and then I got another phone and wanted to use the old SIM card ...IT is during this period of change over that they came to know that I went in for a slightly higher model and started this mischief ...
          Meanwhile I have made a payment for the month of january.for the usage of calls, but I am still getting calls on my mobile to pay the balance and the balance is going up by 50 rupees every day which is preposterous ...you need to stop this immediately if you can ...and restore the billing to normal...levels.None of the below mentioned norms have been followed ...

          TRAI’s recent guidelines on VAS activation & charging are as below.

          • VAS can be charged to the customer only after getting verifiable confirmation from the consumer within 24 hours of activation of VAS through consumer originated SMS, e-mail, fax or letter. If no confirmation is received, within 24 hours, the VAS has to be deactivated without any cost to the consumer.
          • Confirmation through SMS to be obtained for renewal of subscription where there is insufficient balance in the account of the customer.
          • If there is insufficient balance in the account of prepaid subscriber, VAS cannot be automatically renewed and money deducted on subsequent recharge without explicit consent.
          • The service provider has to inform subscriber at least 3 days before the due date of renewal of a subscribed value added service, the due date for renewal, the charges for renewal and the toll free telephone number for unsubscribing of such value added service.

Despite my having opted for a hard copy of thee monthely bill being sent to me thee company , every 2/3 monthes, resorts to sending me emails stating theat since I have opted for e billing facility, e bills are being sent to me. No such request has ever been made by me.

              Whenever thee matter is reported to theeir HO thee company starts sending me hard copies but again after 2/3 monthes thee same misleading emails are sent and I stop receiving thee opted hard copies of thee monthely Bills. I have been continuously harassed by theis Company on theis issue and all communications from me have fallen on deaf ears. Because of the way this company treats its customers they are losing both their customers and goodwill very fast.Even no reply has been received to my complaint from the Appellate autheority to whom I had written on the 12the April, 2013.

                After several emails and reminders, Reliance Netconnect people have not been able to get a proper connection. In-fact their customer care also is unable to help with any information, forget emails. I booked the dongle 10 days ago and paid 1400 cash- IMEI number is [protected] RSN: RZTCDC[protected]. There has no response. I wonder if at all 3G is working or not with Reliance,.

                This is a complaint and utter dissatisfaction on the kind of services I have been meted out so far from Reliance.
                I have received a bill amounting Rs197 against the 3G dongle netconnect dongle account, which has not even started yet. (reliance 3G mobile broadband number [protected], ref number CS017032, account ID/relationship number[protected]

                I have a following list of issues
                a) My netconnect dongle is not working
                b) I do not wish to use reliance any more
                c) You have refused to refund any money, neither I want any (have no expectations)
                d) Poor Customer care/support
                e) Pathetic collection agencies
                f) Nobbody responded to my emails, phone calls and other modes of communications
                g) No support staff reached and help me fix the internet, despite calling once that they will get back to me, they never did.

                I will not pay a single paisa, and wish not to continue to do any business with Reliance any more. The image of this brand has got a beating big time and I will NOT recommend ANYBODY to use reliance internet.

                    when the main balance was of Rs.3.00 I have made top up at reliance counter on 23/11/07 for Rs.150/- it become talk time of Rs.131/- including opening balance. On 24/11/07 cetainly balance was come down to Rs.10.54 without using talk time by me. When i asked customer care they have't reply properly and they said that i have activated Cricket news. that why amount they have deducted. It is utter lie by Reliance. it is clearly cheating the cutomer. I have't activated any services provided by reliance except telephone calls. I do not need to activate such news. which was not interested by me or any of our family.

                      I have been facing speed issues from February. My name is Vinay Pande and my user id is[protected]. I was informed that i would get normal speed from 6th March. Again same issue. I complained and i was told that the issue would be solved on 20th March. Again i got no good speed. I was told that the issue would be resolved on 31st March.
                      Its 18th April and still i'm not getting the speed that i am supposed to get. I've complained and yet again I am hearing that it would be resolved on 20th April. Atleast tell me the proper date when this problem would be resolved??
                      I'm thinking about filing a case in the consumer court now. I've attached an image showing the speed test results. My plan is 4mbps but I'm not getting even 1 mbps.

                      In our area, if electricity goes off for any reason, within 15 min, reliance broadband shuts down, wan light goes off.
                      Also downloading is worst experience here.
                      My complaint is pending from 10th March, and yet is solving state. This compels me not to register any other complaint. No feedback is given on this complaint.
                      I hope reliance keeps its name and works better in present time.

And he said ur postpaid service will be activated withing 24 hours. But still it is not activated yet.

                          Few days back Reliance executive visited our office to provide postpaid connection. They asked for photocopy of documents for postpaid connection. I gave them my documents and filled form also. They told me that within 1 week they will port my current vodafone connection to Reliance postpaid connection. Plan name was LEVEL-2 99.

                          They gave contact number : [protected] for any query but when I called them they picked up and didn't listen what I am saying and disconnected the call.

                          I am writing this complain only to tell that my documents are not in safe hands so if in case any mishappening happen I will directly point Reliance communication.

                                  I have a handset of LG's reliance mobile .from my mobile the messegs are not going .my moile is recharged but messegs are not going .when i send any msg a problem note came "msg not sent" .i had also the msg card in my cell.plz solve this problem.

                                    My name is Pulkit Dhiren Oza and working at Oza & Company, 301, Akshar Vats, Dr. Yagnik Road, Rajkot - 360001.

                                    Months ago one day Mr. Anand Visani (representative of Reliance Communications) visited my office for purpose of marketing of new broadband connection. At that time I was having a broadband connection from Reliance Communications. Though he insisted me for new connection for better plan and high speed.I argued that one connection already exist in my office so please upgrade the same I don't want a new connection. But he told me that it is not possible and asked me to pay advance rental Rs. 600/- and Installation charges Rs. 700/-. That time I bargained to waive installation charges after some debate he agreed and promised me that I will not have to pay any installation charges. So I agreed to have new connection in my name. At that time the agent (Mr. Anand Visani) asked me for advance rental in Cash but I refused and paid him a crossed cheque amounting to Rs. 600/-. After a month I received a bill including advance rental & installation charges total amounting to Rs. 1300/-.

                                    I like to say that above named agent has cheated me for amount of installation charges i.e. Rs. 700/- + taxes
                                    Hence I have not paid the any amount to the company excluding advance paid to the agent Rs. 600/-

                                    Since last week I am receiving messages that company has issued legal notice in my name.
                                    I am receiving such messages daily morning and the messages contains a mobile number on which they want me to call them.

                                      I had taken reliance net-connect connection.But it was not working fine so i called up the company.they assured me that it will be resolved.if it is not resolved than the bill for this month will be revert back and connection will be closed.But they never did that.Then bill came i didn't pay it.Now they call me from there legal cell for paying the bill.I have complaint registration number also with me.
