Dongle not working

After several emails and reminders, Reliance Netconnect people have not been able to get a proper connection. In-fact their customer care also is unable to help with any information, forget emails. Worst broadband speed, service

I have been facing speed issues from February. My name is Vinay Pande and my user id is[protected]. I was informed that i would get normal speed from 6th March. Again same issue. I complained and i was told that the issue would be solved on 20th March. Again i got no good speed. I was told that the issue would be resolved on 31st March.

Day before yesterday they renewed the same service @ rs.13 for 15 days since i did not have sufficient balance. Agreed,but my service should have been working.
