Dear Sir,

With reference to the said number,
I requested for Service termination on 21st Jan (request number[protected].

But my services were not terminated and I was given bill of around 160 Rs.

Further, I received one more bill of 700 Rs. next month..

Due to which I again Register request of termination of services on 14th March (Request number[protected].

Service suspended

Dear Sir / Madam
I have made payments of Rs. 176/- for the mobile no [protected] by ICICI Credit card on 6-3-2013, wherein the due date was[protected], after that my next bill generated shows that the payments are not made so the bill is generated with that amount Rs. 176/- + Rs. 100/- as late payment charges also the services are suspended I have given the details one week passed but still they have not resumed service yet...

no balance credit and wrong info by executive

i rechargd with rs 70/- on 9 april 2013 and i have a scheme of getting full talktime on every recharge. 4 different executive committed to me tht ill get d balance in 24-48 hrs but 4 days passed...
and nw they r not even giving info on198.

I have been holding Reliance broadband netconnect Postpaid since last 5 years ([protected]). I am really frustrated due to my billiing issue.

I was changed my account from postpaid to prepaid since I had been at US. In that time my relationship number was [protected].

Activating VAS & deducting money

I confirmed by sending sms MYVAS to 55333 & sending SMS to 121 also that I have not subscribed to any VAS Pack.Then I talked to customer care executive at 198(Toll Free) & the lady there told me VAS News is subscribed on my mobile number .When I asked the CODE number of that service I was told there is no CODE for the service.Reliance has deducted 3 Rs many times on account...

Speed issue for last 3 months

Very Very Worst Customer Service
