    With reference to the subject, I would like to draw your attention that I am very dissatisfied with the reliance services. I am having 2-3 more number with my family members and they are facing the same problem as well. However Customer care is also not supportive.. rather they have disabled my customer care as well as other number's whose i hv contacted them.i.e: I am not able to contact customer care.. I have also speak to senior persons as well but not able to get satisfactory answer..


    I mostly stays out of station, and this type of problem like no data pack and no balance ( of the fact you have already recharged) , gives a lot of pain and inconvenience.

    The details of few incidence are as follows:

    1. Yesterday i.e: on 13 APril, I made an online recharge of Rs 101 ( promo balance Rs 100 and 1 GB 3G data for 30 days ), I got confirmation msg at the same time, but till now i.e: 14th april 6:57 pm, balance and 3G data has not credited to my account. Reciept of the recharge has been attached for ur reference.

    2. On 22nd March, I gott a msg that " Recharge witt rs 247, you will get Rs 150 balance and 1 GB data", I made a recharge on same date annd got a confirmation msg as well, but till date neither I have recieved Rs 150 balance nor data.



    I would like to request to please arrange for the resolution of my problem at the earliest.

      I have been using my reliance sim for quite a long time now and since today morning,i am unable to make calls to any network inspite of sufficient balance.I cant send messages and even the customer care is not dialing.
      This is getting very frustrating as i am supposed to make a number of calls on any given day.
      Please find a solution to my problem.

        I have a reliance broadband wired Internet connection. I am using a wireless router to make the connection available to the laptop.
        For the past three months, there is an issue of frequent disconnection of Internet connection. I have raised numerous complaints with Reliance Customer Care. They were not able to resolve the problem even after the service technician came to my house.
        Having fed up with this I have raised a final complaint (Number:[protected] on[protected]. The customer service agent promised me to have the service technician resolve the problem.
        Having heard no voice from reliance, I called up the customer care on[protected]:15. To my surprise the customer care agent told me that the service team has closed this issue because they cannot support connection connected to wireless router.
        How can a broadband service provider be able to have such a clause in connectivity agreement (if it is there)?
        In today's world when everyone is mobile, if I have two laptops, do I need to take two reliance connections?
        Anyway I have requested for disconnecting the reliance connection.
        Citizen please beware of the implicit clauses and lack of support of Reliance broadband when using wireless connection

          My card is of Reliance GSM no. [protected]. Without giving any prior information reliance have deducted my balance of Rs. 5/- for Altruist pack today that is on 13.4.13. I have not requested for anything than also, the amount have been deducted. So please do the needfull. I want Refund of my balance which have been deducted.

          Reliance — VAS PACK ACTIVATION

          SIR MY NO IS [protected]....... RECENTY FEW MONTHS COMPANY HAVE ACTIVATED VAS PACK ON MY NO. WITHOUT MY PERMISSION....... I DID'T WANT ANY TYPE OF VAS PACK...BUT COMPANY DEDUCTED MY BAL REGULARLY....PLZ DEACTIVATE VAS PACK SHORTLY,,,,,,,

          Reliance GSM — Unnecessary Packs activated

          This is Hitesh. I am a reliance GSM consumer with [protected] number. I lodged a complain recently for GSM that many packs were getting activated without my intimation and unnecessary deduction of balance from my account. One suce complaint was addressed and I got my balance refunded for some unnecessary packs activated. Again I encountered the same thing. Health pack got activated without my intimation and deducted an amount of 30 Rs.

          Please help me get out of this viscious circle as cannot keep paying for some stupid packs getting activated every now and then.

          Reliance GSM — unnecessary daily balance deduction

          daily deduct my balance even i am unsubscribe the service and when i call to reliance c.care the executive said that sir there is a technical problem and i cannot help u these all happens from 25-30 days my mobile no. [protected]

          Reliance — without information 3 packs activated

          I am reliance user from last 8-10 years, recently without any information reliance activated 3 packs on my mobile, due to this my total balance lost. Customer care representative assured me they will deactivate my all service, only because of this I lost trust about reliance.

          Reliance GSM — Balance Deduction & other

          I (Reshma Kaur) am using Reliance GSM number [protected] for last few months. I am very much disappointed with this number as without my confirmation Caller tune has been activated on this number, moreover balance also keeps deducting on regular basis. I tried the helpline number *369 under which instruction to press 4 (to speak to customer care executive) does not work.

          I request you to please look into this and let me know the exact status why it has been happening and also get my caller tune deactivated on priory.

          I will be thankful to you or else I will have to look for other options.

            i was using reliance broadband with billing account number [protected], all my bills are cleared and my account is -299 which means reliance will pay me Rs. 299.i have a no due certificate from Reliance Communication with ref # RCL APRIL 0000771.
            now i m getting messages from a mobile number [protected] (LM-RELIAN) which is
            After repeated follow up you failed to pay Rs. 1386 vide Ban [protected] Legal Notice Issued. Contact Reliance on [protected].
            now this number is registered in the name of Advocate Inqu. i called this number and tried to make them understand but they misbehaved me and harassed me to pay this Rs. 1386 or they will do this and that and will file case in lok adalat
            now i am mentally upset and harassed, i get ill and visited to doctor and hospitalised due to harassment by this calls and sms, as my phone is under do not disturb scheme after that i got all this foolish things i m taking medicine and spend almost 5000 Rs and lost my business hours. i want compensation for the same and i want to complaint a maan hani on Reliance Communication.
            can Indian consumer complaint forum help me so that any other Indian cannot be disturbed by all this foolishness

            My name is amol & I had got postpaid connection from Reliance (cell no. [protected]) but my no. got barred without any info and also they are not entertaining my request to tell me the reason for the same & also not opening my no. for outgoing for last 10 days

            I donot what to do next & if it prevails further i will release the no. & switch other mobile service provider

            I am getting same messages since past few days, I want to compliant too, where can I do this.

                With reference to the said number,
                I requested for Service termination on 21st Jan (request number[protected].

                But my services were not terminated and I was given bill of around 160 Rs.

                Further, I received one more bill of 700 Rs. next month..

                Due to which I again Register request of termination of services on 14th March (Request number[protected].

                And launched complain on the same date i.e. 14th March for False billing (Request Number[protected] and non-execution against request no.[protected].That is my first request of termination of Connection.

                You can track my record and confirm that the connection has never been use after 21st Jan. i.e. my original request for termination.

                I do not understand the billing after the termination request and billing without any use.

                  I have made payments of Rs. 176/- for the mobile no [protected] by ICICI Credit card on 6-3-2013, wherein the due date was[protected], after that my next bill generated shows that the payments are not made so the bill is generated with that amount Rs. 176/- + Rs. 100/- as late payment charges also the services are suspended I have given the details one week passed but still they have not resumed service yet inspite of making timely payment. If it would be the mistake of the customer then they would call lok adalat then what is my mistake, I am not able to use the mobile for their negligence, when we call up helpdesk every time the answer is System is slow or system is down, what penalty should they take for their mistakes on the other side you tell clients to pay the late payment & other charges.

                      I have been holding Reliance broadband netconnect Postpaid since last 5 years ([protected]). I am really frustrated due to my billiing issue.

                      I was changed my account from postpaid to prepaid since I had been at US. In that time my relationship number was [protected].
                      After returning to india, I have changed the Prepaid account to Postpaid account. But in this time again a new relationship number was generated[protected]. relationship number is nothing but Account number.

                      Now the problem is my payment on (29/11/2013) Rs 517 and (21/02/2013) unnecessary late fee Rs 200) was paid against the previous relationship number[protected]. This is paid through reliance MY SERVICES (account is created on 2009).

                      After lot of analysis I have observed the mentioned issue and reported at Reliance Web world, TNagar, chennai and tierd of Calling Reliance Customercare.

                      I am sure this is a technical defect at reliance side but finally I have paid all the amount and request them to terminate my connection even I lost more than 700Rs because I got lawyer notice to pay this amount.

                      Reliance Net Connect — Billing problem

                      Dear @ All

                      My name is Ajay Kumar Shahu my net connect no is [protected]

                      Why you people are not responding to a call from a customer. I called four times to you @[protected]. At first Pradeep picked up the call and transferred the call to another department saying that I called in wrong department and Ajay received the call and he again told me that I am into wrong department and will be transferred to some another department and it will be account department I was put on hold for 1 hour if you can track it than the number I was called from is[protected] but I didn’t get any response from you.

                      I am writing this mail to you to take action against this. I can say you are harassing the customer by putting him on long wait.

                      My problem is I am using prepaid net connect card and I always recharge it by 1099 for unlimited usage in a month. But middle of the month a get disconnected for your service and asked to recharge it again you can check the track by my number. My question is why this is happening and what you people want to have unlimited usage. Please solve this problem.

                      In between 6 month reliance office closed and no any services provided at my city Bhuj, Kutch.Gujarat.
                      Than reliance send me another biil for paid rs.1447. And call me again and again.and disturb me. I have said u send ur amploy and solve my problem but no any amploy send.
                      And no Services provided between 6 month...

                          I confirmed by sending sms MYVAS to 55333 & sending SMS to 121 also that I have not subscribed to any VAS Pack.Then I talked to customer care executive at 198(Toll Free) & the lady there told me VAS News is subscribed on my mobile number .When I asked the CODE number of that service I was told there is no CODE for the service.Reliance has deducted 3 Rs many times on account of this service.Today also on 12/04/13 Rs 3 have been stolen from my account by reliance.I have never activated any VAS service on my mobile number.Kindly ensure the money is refunded otherwise there is no hope against these Big Robbers of Public Money called Big businessmen of the country.

                            I got a recharge done of Rs. 74 on 10/6/2016 in responce to the offer provided on my phone through the company of getting 3G data for 30 days instead of 7 but after recharge, i din't ger any data pack instead some sort of talktime was credited which i din't opt for.The customer care no. were unreachable as always.I want the data pack of RS.74 which was the offer not the talktime.

                                A balance of Rs. 30/ was provided alongwith this SIM. Reliance has fraudulently deducted Rs. 26/
                                from balance on pretext of value aided service. Such kind of unfair trade practice, Reliance is involved
                                in. It's name should be Non-Reliance instead of Reliance. Customer care executive is saying that
                                this fraudulently deducted amount would not be reverted. Customer care executives of Reliance
                                are all like that.

                                      I have been using a reliance cdma card from the time reliance launched their mobile network. Now I want to change my cdma service to gsm. I had sent a request through my phone on March 24th, 2013, and got a reply that my porting number was RT553244, and that the code was valid till April 8th, 2013. Now we are on 11th April, 2013, and my gsm facility has still not been activated. When I called customer care, some useless man who cannot even talk, or understand English, so that I finally had to talk to him in Tamil, told me to contact the agent who had issued me the gsm sim card. I cannot understand why your company has a customer care number when they cannot be of any help. The man I spoke to admitted that my identity papers had been received, so why is the connection not yet given?

                                      Also, why do you keep people who cannot speak basic English. Not everyone knows local languages. You'll need to improve your services a lot. By the way I called your customer care at 9.40 pm on 11 04 2013. You can check who the bright spark was who answered my call, and was most unhelpful. Please rectify this problem at the earliest, and get some decent people who can speak and understand English.

                                        Me and my husband are your customers from last many years and today my husband lost his phone in New Delhi and the handset had a Reliance SIM, unfortunately. He called me up to get the SIM blocked as soon as possible. I called on the Reliance Global no. and found a person who gave me the no. 30333333 to call on. He was helpful. But as I made a call on the same no. i.e. 30333333 with my area code 0294, sorry to say but a foolish person received the call and told me that he will not be able to help me at any cost. I told him that it's urgent to get the no. blocked, but he was so rude. He told me that all the computers had stopped working and told me to call back in 5-10 minutes. Altogether, I want to say that if Reliance, a very big name in the market, keeps the representatives like that, the day is not far ahead when people not even think about Reliance. Personally, I am a very active customer of all Reliance stores ( trend, footprints, fresh, mart). But i will from now think twice before i move on for this company.
                                        A rotten fish is enough to get the whole ocean junk.
                                        I live in Rajasthan now and my husband was on a tour o[censored]ttarakhand and I provided him with Uttarakhand's Reliance no. i.e. [protected] and i need to get the same no. blocked as we lost it.
                                        If this customer service team can take this seriously, I will keep a faith there that actually Reliance is reliable.

                                        This is to bring to your notice my bitter experience with Reliance
                                        Communications in the last 30 days despite being a customer for the
                                        last 5 and ½ years.

                                        Let me brief you about the issues that I have had to face with
                                        Reliance Communications.
                                        I was a post paid customer with Mobile no [protected] (Delhi circle)
                                        and wanted to discontinue my connection as I was moving abroad for an
                                        assignment.

                                        I called up the customer service helpline *333 on 29th Oct 08 to ask
                                        for disconnection and was given a service request number and was told
                                        someone from retention department would call me up in the next 3 days
                                        giving me the details of my outstanding which if paid, my mobile will
                                        be discontinued.

                                        I did not get any call from Reliance Communications and I called up to
                                        check the status of my request, in the meantime I paid my bill and
                                        outstanding amount by checking the same on the net.

                                        I kept calling customer service number almost everyday requesting them
                                        to discontinue the number but it was of no avail.

                                        The retention and the customer service department tried every trick
                                        not to act on my request and kept on insisting that I convert this
                                        connection into a pre paid one.

                                        Finally I was tired of all this gimmicks and accepted to convert into
                                        a pre paid customer thinking that if I do not recharge the connection
                                        would lapse on its own.

                                        Then on 20th Nov I got a SMS from Reliance Communications saying that
                                        if I recharge with a Rs 125 voucher my connection would be converted
                                        into a connection with lifetime validity and I would also get 50
                                        minutes of net talk time for Reliance to Reliance calls. To avail of
                                        this offer I had to act in the next 3 days or else the offer would not
                                        be valid as per the SMS.

                                        I went to the nearest Web World the same afternoon showed the SMS to the service representative at the Web World counter and he in turn called up his Relationship Manager at Reliance Communications to confirm of the offer and he was told that if the customer has received the SMS then he would be eligible to get lifetime validity.

                                        I tried converting the connection into a lifetime one thinking that
                                        the same number can be used by my family who would be staying back
                                        here in India.

                                        I recharged with Rs 125 there and was told that the validity would
                                        show in a couple of days along with the 50 minutes free talk time for
                                        Reliance to Reliance calls.

                                        I checked my phone on the 23rd Nov. 08 to check if the connection had
                                        been converted into lifetime validity but it was not showing the same.

                                        I again approached the same Web World on 23rd November to take the matter.
                                        The Web World representative put in a complaint on my behalf and I
                                        received a SMS giving me a service request no 81098283. The concerned
                                        Web World employee told me that it would 3 days for the issue to be
                                        resolved.

                                        Today on 25th Nov 08 I again visited the Web World to check the status
                                        of my service request and was told that my number was not eligible for
                                        this scheme of lifetime validity on a recharge of Rs 125.

                                        I called up the customer service help line to lodge my complaint and
                                        was told very curtly that my number was not eligible for lifetime
                                        validity and nothing can be done about it.

                                        My contention is that why was I sent a SMS to avail this offer when I
                                        was not eligible and the other thing is that I have been getting calls
                                        from automated IVR's giving the same offer to recharge with Rs 125 and
                                        convert the connection into a lifetime validity one.
                                        The calls have been received from the number[protected] on the
                                        following days :

                                        25th Nov 08 11.43 a.m.
                                        24th Nov 08 12.00 p.m.
                                        23rd Nov 08 10.55 a.m.
                                        23rd Nov 08 09.26 a.m.
                                        22nd Nov 08 01.35 p.m.
                                        21st Nov 08 03.47 p.m.

                                        My contention is that why are customers being sent offers which are
                                        not valid for them and once when the customer had made the payments
                                        then he comes to know that the scheme is not valid for the customer.

                                        It has become an easy source of increasing revenue for Reliance
                                        Communications by hoodwinking customers and enticing them for offers
                                        and by taking money and then not providing the promised services and
                                        neither returning the money to the customer.
                                        i would like to inform you regarding the very poor network, few days before the network was good ,but now its very poor that now even no signal strength will occur in my mobile network.
                                        my address 29/32-c ,street no.12 ,vishwas nagar shahdara delhi-110032 where network very poor now days, earlier its good.

                                        I was using Reliance Communications Ltd. high speed data card on which i have 1200 monthly rental plan with 3.1 mbps. It is claimed by Reliance. But during the in this plan i never get 3.1 mbps speed even 1 mbps speed. Max speedwas 240 kbps. and they are charging to customer for high speed.

                                        After that hey make my bill 1200 which is not thet way if you are not giving good service then how you can charge to customer. And for that i logged complain daily and CSR confirm me that there is some network problem in this area till 31-Aug-2011.

                                        If the problem is going on then you Reliance should not charge to customer full amount they should charge as per services. But they are charging.

                                        Dear sir,


                                        As we are using the reliance broadband for past 6 months .The plan name is WICC300KB and my account number is[protected].

                                        Our user id is [protected]

                                        We shifted our house to next block ,So we informed reliance executive to give a connection to our new house .

                                        So many times ,we are trying to reach the executive ,but they excused our call.

                                        They didn't mind about the customer value.They didn't give any proper response.

                                        This type of approach tends to cancel the reliance connection.

                                        The main purpose of this mail , is to shift the reliance connection to our new resident .

                                        For the past one I, m informing the reliance customer care executive to shift the connection,There is no proper reply from them .

                                        But they have generated the bill for the past month ,as we don't use the connection (request raised to shift the connection for past on month 10-4-12)


                                        How can they expect us to pay the bill amount

                                        But no one responding

                                        So ,we decided to cancel the connection and still they have accepted our cancel the connection,They reply the same that our executive will contact you soon.

                                        But no one contacted us

                                        Here I have attached my bill copy for the month of April'12 for further assistance
