account balance deducted

Dear sir
I am using reliance gsm card since 4 years.
I have recharged my account on 11april.
but on 15 april 03 my account balance is showing '0'
I have called customer care 3 times but every time they
are unable to give me reason why the balance has been
deducted and have not taken any steps to solve my problem. I have wasted full day for getting my balance back. so please do the needful...

Postpaid Mobile - Reliance Communications

Dear Sir,

I have taken Post Paid connection of Reliance Communications. After using few months I got transfer out of Delhi. So i wants to close my connection. But When i request to customer care to close it. They refuse it to close. and gave me bill of 645.

No outgoing call

I am facing a major issue with my Reliance CDMA Network Connection as I am not able to make any outgoing calls from the morning of 14th April 2013, I can receive calls & SMS but i can't make any outgoing calls even on customer care number also.

Most of the Reliance prepaid CDMA subscribers from Kolkata have the same issue.

RCOM representatives are requested to please help me out in this matter ?...

Overcharging issue although no network

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I have been a Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ gold customer from 12/09/2009 onwards. My reliance datacard number is [protected]. My plan is Rs.500 for 3GB. My billing cycle is from 14th of any month till 13th of next month.

Wrong balance deduction repeatedly

Three to four months back RCOM had launched 16 RS whatsapp pack . I had activated that pack at that time but that pack is completely false.I was continously charged for whatsapp usage & i registered a lot of complaints but for no use.So i deactivated that pack by calling customer care and started using 99 rs monthly GPRS pack for Whatsapp & all my internet purposes.

But even after deactivation this 16 rs Whatsapp pack...

Unable to make calls in spite of sufficient balance

unnecessary VAS pack activation & balance deduction
