This is to inform you Customer Care cannot give any information regarding the change of CDMA to GSM.giving different numbers, I have dailed many Reliance numbers customer Care for the month of November but no response,
Wanted to change my Reliance Number [protected] from CDMA to GSM vodafone The Porting request code number is RM478476. The form has been filled in the Vodafone and informed the NOC from Reliance will be received in 5 to 6 days.
Received the message on my Mobile your Sr No. UCS11445080 has been processed. from 5911 on 31/10/11. at 02.18 pm.

Why is Reliance not giving the NOC to Vodafone as I am forced to change my Reliance Number to Vodafone as the Company is reimbursing for Vodafone as we have a corporate plan for vodafone .

Pls do the needful at the earliest.

      I have to inform you that the above mentioned connection was installed at the captioned address. Further, the same connection was surrendered, after a year or so, in your Pune office and acknowledgement obtained. As per the advice of the concerned employee the bill could not be generated that day so he opined that the outstanding amount could be deposited at a later date.

      Hence, on hearing from you,the bill amounting to Rs.800/-(Rupees Eight Hundred Only) was deposited at Reliance Communication Services, lst. Floor, Magnum Plaza, Eldeco Greens, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow-226010 in cash (Receipt No. 0004541 Dated 10. 06.2011 for Rs.800/-) and receipt obtained. As per the discussion held with Ms. Shalini (as appears on the receipt) she was of the opinion that as it relates to Maharashtra zone it would be accordingly advised by Lucknow zone.

      Now after a gap of five months after the bill had been finally settled by your Lucknow office, your recovery staff from Mumbai / Pune are still continuously harassing / threatening us with dire consequences for the pending bill whereas it has already been paid. I would request you to kindly counsel your staff accordingly and if it still persists I would be compelled to seek the help of the Court of Consumer Forum .

        I am Fiyas. I registered DND 4 months ago. But still getting stupid messages from RM-Reliance, RM-FUTURE.
        several times complaints registered up to Nodal Officer Level(Mrs.Sangeetha, Nodal Officer always said that they will solve the issue very soon) but still they are continue foolish messaging from RM-Reliance, RM-FUTURE. Last message was at[protected], 01:46:24 PM From RM-FUTURE.

          hi,

          I have taken reliance net connection , there was techenical problem in their network and they have acknowledge the same.
          My netconnection was disconnected and was told to me that my bill is pending , When i asked to give me refund a nominal amount was given as refund.
          when i asked to disconnect the team told me that we will see that you get new plan and will see if you can get more discount.
          but it was not given to me and ultimately my net connect was not disabled, when i again made compliant then it was disconnected.

          now I am getting constant mails that we will raise consumer compliant for non payment of bills.

          I want to raise a compliant for the disconnection of services and not disconnecting my connection on first time and for the extra bill amount which is being levied on me.

            I have repeatedly requested reliance executives to terminate my services permanently on netconnect no. [protected]. But even today[protected] i have no confirmation on termination of services.

            Service Termination:
            Request has been registered vide Service Request ID[protected] on (16/11/2011 06:21:32 PM) .

            The executives on customer support give false information & donot respond to customers who want to terminate connection permanently. Instead they start selling other options on low rentals / transfer connection in name of family members etc etc . They is clear case of cheating. After some period they will send customer another bill outstanding. I DONT TRUST RELIANCE SERVICES NOW. I HAVE CLEARED ALL OUTSTANDING PAYMENT AS ON[protected].

            PLEASE HELP ME TO PERMANENTLY TERMINATE MY CONNECTION AT NETCONNECT NO. [protected].

            I had purchased the Reliance Data card in Feb 2009. They gave me an offer for 2 months free, after which i need to select a plan if not by default it goes to Rs 650 plan. I called up the Reliance customer care before 10 day of my free plan expires and they said it is updated to Rs 450 Plan. But i checked the May 2009 bill it was reflected as Rs 650 Plan. When i had asked they said you need to give in writting instead of calling to customer care. Then i gave in writing to convert to Rs 450 Plan. Again in the month of June bill i got the for Rs 650 Plan, When i asked, they said it will reflect in July 2009. Now again in this month i got a bill of Rs 650 plan. When i asked they said it is not updated to Rs 450 Plan. When i asked to give the Manager name and phone, the concern person is not giving it.

            I am totally tired with Reliance. Hence i want Reliance to refund the amount of my Data Card i.e Rs 2880.

            Please help me in contacting the correct person

            I have taken DATA CARD ( refer mobile no.[protected] ) from Reliance Communications after paying nine months advance rental and the service was activated on 17.02.2009.

            However, I have not been provided with uninterrupted service from the beginning and I had been informing them of the same through
            phonecalls, SMS, e-mail messages, etc.

            I found that the service has been completely stopped for reasons not known to me and I have been asked to contact Mr.Sudipto Som of
            Reliance Communications. I was told that the bills have been misstated in their account and due to the same my broadband connection was barred.
            I was informed by Mr.Sudipto Som that the billing details were stated in their account and my DATA CARD was reactivated on 12.06.2009.

            I was again informed that my broadband connection has been barred due to outstanding payment.

            Since I have paid Nine Months advance, I am supposed get uninterrupted service for Nine months from 17.02.2009 i.e upto 16.11.2009.
            However, I have not been provided with uninterrupted service barring the period from 12.06.2009 to 30.06.2009.

            I request you to look into the matter and arrange for refund of the entire amount paid by me along with interest charges.

            I consider the above said action amount to cheating of Customer who has paid in advance for availing certain facility and would request you to take appropriate action against
            Reliance Communications on the same.

            My data card No. is [protected] I have purchased Reliance Netconnect+ data card through online and using it since last one month. I have submitted my id proof, address proof to at the time purchase and the verification was also completed.

            Yesterday my connection was deactivated. When contact customer care, i was informed that my verification details were negative. I don't know how my verificaiton details were negative when my details were obtained by your representative personally. I reuqest you to please look into the matter and activate my connection immediately.

              I am using reliance prepaid GSM services and really fedup of their services. They have activated and cut monthly suscription charges without my consent despite complaining customer care clearly asking them not to do so. This happened repeatedly about 5 to 6 times. It is very strange how such a well known company like reliance do such mistakes DELIBERATELY. I do not think they really care for customers who use reliance services as this is the case with others too who have complained here.

              What I want is my deducted balance and I do not want them to activate any monthly suscribtion at all as I do not require them. Please bring this to their notice. My reliance GSM number is [protected]. Thank you

                In August, 2011, I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Pop CDMA Model no. SCH- I559.

                I have put a new OMH simcard of Reliance. From the time I had purchased it was not useful for Internet service with a monthly packages. The reason was, there is no R-World function in this mobile for which I was unable to access at all.

                But then this problem was resolved from Reliance Technical Team, Mumbai and Rs. 299 plan o[censored]nlimited Internet access on my cell was activated.
                But in my bill during the period 27th August, 2011 to 26th September, 2011, Rs. 700.70 has been charged as the usage of net charges.

                I made a payment of Rs. 1600 at that time and raised the billing complaint on 29th September, 2011.

                I have called Reliance Customer Care for a few times but they were not ready to take up my complaint as Rs. 299 plan o[censored]nlimited Internet was not visible in their records. A few complaints have been raised though Facebook / e-mail.

                I was called by the Reliance executive and was told that I have been charged for Network usage as I am using Reliance Connection.
                This thing seemed to be without any base and the person who called me was just looking at the bill but not at the detailed bill.

                Finally in the last month, ie. in October, 2011, I got a call from another Reliance executive and was told that my this issue has been resolved at their end and
                was told that Rs. 700.70+Taxes would be compensated in my next bill. But I don't see it to be resolved as in the present bill of Oct-Nov, 2011 which I have got.

                Reliance Communications — No response for the Billing Complaint raised

                  I am Kallol Samaddar, a customer of Reliance Communications UserID[protected].I have a Reliance Broadband Connection Plan of 600kbps day and 1000kbps at night.I have been using this plan for about a year now. I have had ups and downs with this connection.

                  1.New connection was given to me last year. The modem supplied firstly was 2nd hand. I called the technician and after 2 days it was changed. That one was also not working as it was an old one too. I called the technician again and this time he came with a new modem and broke the seal before me.So the beginning was not cool enough to he happy.

                  2.Then I was getting a nice speed but every one or two months I was having some problems but it was getting solved with complaints to the customer care.

                  3.At present I am having a huge problem with your broadband connection and also the landphone Sir. The land phone is dead for the past one month or even more. Also the broadband connection is also very slow (150-300kbps only) and ping is too high specially between the time period 7p.m. to 12p.m. which is the peak time for me to use the broadband. I have raised over 5 complaints is the past one month but nothing have been done yet. I have been calling the customer care [protected] and registering complaints but they are just closed without providing any kind of assistance and not even solving the issues.                   1) I have docket No. 64705721 Dated 01.03.08 request to stop broad net service. but in my bill I observe Internet service charges, Why ?

                  I am shweta one of the customer of Reliance Communications UserID[protected]Reliance serving very good service for last 1 year, but now it's getting worse for me bcz my net is not connected between 7. pm to 12.arm which is the peak time for me to do my work. Due to this I am facing many problems, also I've called Reliance customer center serval times people do come form their in the evening and just check the speed of the net but not giving any clarification why I need is not content in night. Still i m facing the same probelm this been now around 10 days

                  .I would be thankful if you please look into this matter asap bcz it's quite frustrating for me to deal with this problem

                    Reliance claims “Upto 3.1 Mbps”, I do agree that on wireless broadband achieving such speeds is tough as there would be so many parameters, constraints to get to that speed, that is from a company perspective.
                    But from a consumer perspective, I am at loss ! Why should I pay for half of what I am getting, then I should pay half the amount ? – It does make sense and logical !
                    I cannot have a clear conversation on skype calls or on Gmail calls, the speed is that pathetic !

                    Right now my plan is postpaid and I pay Rs 1100 per month. You can check the screenshots to see what I get regularly and what burst speed I get.

                    Sir, there is some digging going on and some wires have been cut and so the speed is slow, when that is solved and that will happen in a week’s time. Then you will definitely get superb speed.
                    Me – ok (hehehe)

                    Call from billing representative:
                    Representative – Sir, the bill is overdue and hasn’t been paid.
                    Me – Yes, I have deliberately not paid, as I am not getting the speed what I need, why should I pay for something I haven’t used.
                    Me – I haven’t used for almost a month as the speed was no good.
                    Representative – Sir, please pay the bill so that I can make the consideration saying that you are a customer who pays bills on time and then I can escalate it faster.
                    Me – Ok. Lets see the response, after I pay the bill.

                    Response from customer care:
                    Sir, please change the mode from Netconnect+ to hybrid and vice versa and check, you will definitely see an increase, if not I will escalate the complaint. Everything done, but no response from the customer care.

                    Neither customer care knows what mode to use nor the representative knows, it clearly says that Netconnect+ gives you beyond 3.1Mbps and hybrid gives lower speed, but still reliance representatives keep giving random settings to try out and none of them give satisfactory results.


                    The complete bill has been paid on Nov 19 which is due on Dec 2.

                    Till now there is no call from customer care nor the billing representative.

                    So, I have decided to wait for Reliance Wireless Broadband customer care to come back to me and rectify the issue and atleast get me consistent 1Mbps so that I can make clear conversations on skype calls/gmail.
                    Or else I am returning the Reliance Netconnect+ and I do need a refund !!
                    And any other provider who could provide close of 1Mbps+ consistent speed can contact or comment here

                      On dt. 19 Sep, 2011, I purchased a Reliance Netconnect+ Modem For Rs. 2500/-. With this they had offered me one .in domain name and a hosting plan. At the time of purchase, when I enquired about the offer, They replied me that I Will be receiving the coupon through email. It is already past more than 2 months, yet I havn't received. But again the worst part is that when I tried to contact the customer care in this regard, Every time They gave me the same Reply,like, I Will be receiving the coupon within 7 days in my inbox. & I heard such reply not once,twice or thrice but whooping 7-8 times! Yes, even escalated the issue to nodal officer named MS.PREETI CHHABRIA (Rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com) with much expectations but in vain!
                      But one more setback! I had purchased the modem with paying advance rental of 3 months for rs. 2500/- on 19 Sep, 2011(5GB highspeed+unlimited at 144Kbps(Around Rs.827/month)). So, what does it mean? That on 18 Dec, 2011 My plan would be lapsing. But this company wants me to pay needlessly upto 5 Jan, 2012 because they can't deactivate my service on 18 Dec,2011. That clearly means that, I need to pay anyhow extra 18 days money without any additional benefits! This is ridiculous! That sum counts to be extra Rs.496.20/- . And this extra money they are charging for what I am already paid for in advance! This is clear case of forgery! I need opinion for Legal terms! Thank you!

                        5)wrong information and abuse behavior by customer care

                        so i am leaving reliance GSM because of cheating and no reliable company....
                        if they want any information regarding recharge, i have save all recharge and every talk with customer care...
                        and if they not give me all these amount refund in the form of balance within last 48hour's...
                        i will goes to consumer forum with all these details..... than you will give you explanation their....

                          I dont understand that why Reliance Communications is thefting customer money.Few days back they have deducted 10 Rs from my account without asking me.I have registered myself for DND and when I was complaining then they say that there third party people call to avail the services.I am highly disappointed from there services as they deduct customer balance,Change plans without intimating to customer,Moreover I have been told by Appelate that I will get the credit of the balance of my Rs 60 I am waiting for the same.I believe that this is the time to quit their pathetic services.

There identified as Bhanu from Reliance and her sales men Manoj and Imtiaz sold the same for Rs 2523 / by informing that is is prepaid plan for unlimited use of 3 months. It is now 10 days since I have paid the money the data card is not activated. The agents are not returining the call and the reliance call center is though confirming the sales not able to help in activation. They say it is a post paid number and I have received a bill of Rs 420 without any usage

                              I am a Reliance Net connect user.On October 15 2011, i have recharged 3000 (18 GB) my data card and it valid for 6 months (January18 2011). After two days of my usage on October 17, 2011 my total balance (around 17 GB) data deducted from my account balance. I lodged a complain in customer care and Nodal office of Reliance.                                     I used reliance broadband, for some 6-7 months. was very upset with their poor service of network. i called Reliance & made a request to terminate the connection, the customer care executive aggreed, without any complaints, and hangup. Next month again recieved 1 bill ,because they did not close my connection, i again called 1 person from reliance & asked him for closure, he terminated the connection, took balance amount of Rs.1000 from me & acknowledged the closure on behalf of Relianmce communication.. I again recieved a bill saying balance pending for my same connection, i went to reliance communication center & asked if connection is closed or not, they said connection is terminated but they themself do not knew who closed it & when.now they ask for Rs.1200 to 2000 for closure of the case. I asked them to give me detail, to which they replied, server is down. Till then their server is always down whenever i reach there for my same query.                                         I have done SMS on 1900 with my cell no. [protected] on 16th nov.11. I want to Switch from Reliance to vodafone as service provider,without changing the current no. Still I have not received any response from Reliance. I have field up application form of Vodafone on the same day. But they ae unable to activate the same due to non confirmation from TRAI/Reliance to me.
