I have repeatedly requested reliance executives to terminate my services permanently on netconnect no. [protected]. But even today[protected] i have no confirmation on termination of services.
Service Termination:
Request has been registered vide Service Request ID[protected] on (16/11/2011 06:21:32 PM) .
The executives on customer support give false information & donot respond to customers who want to terminate connection permanently. Instead they start selling other options on low rentals / transfer connection in name of family members etc etc . They is clear case of cheating. After some period they will send customer another bill outstanding. I DONT TRUST RELIANCE SERVICES NOW. I HAVE CLEARED ALL OUTSTANDING PAYMENT AS ON[protected].
PLEASE HELP ME TO PERMANENTLY TERMINATE MY CONNECTION AT NETCONNECT NO. [protected].

I am repeatedly requested your executives to terminate my services permanently on netconnect no. [protected]. But even at this time i have no confirmation on termination of services.
Your executive Mr. Sunil has called upon me yesterday from no. [protected] to confirm my request for termination. I have again stated to terminate connection immediately. He assured me that there will not be any rental charges from[protected] onwards since my request for termination generated. But the mail below from Sneha jadav is stating that rentals will be charged for termination period.
Why should customer suffer & pay for in efficiency within reliance that company takes 15 days to terminate connection.
Can you please look into this matter & extend your help ?

Why are you not TERMINATING the connection immediately? Why should customer pay rentals for activated services after submitting request for termination.
If the services can be activated on new no. within 24hrs then same should also be deactivated within 24hrs. Why there is so much in efficiency in Reliance for terminating conenctions or it is purposefully delayed ??
I have checked at Reliance store & services are still active & barred. I am again stating to TERMINATE this connection @ [protected] permanently.

I have submitted payment of amount Rs 3974.39/- vide cheque no. 694932 dt[protected] to Reliance web world - JM Associates , 17 Prashant Vihar New delhi. The payment has been updated in system.
I have strongly asked to TERMINATE this connection immediately. Request no. is[protected]. I am moving out of country next week. Therefore this account need to be terminated on very urgent basis.
I have lost datacard & requested for temporary suspend services to avoid any misuse of datacard. Request no. is[protected].
Please allow waive off of any rental charges as there is zero usage during this period & i want to permanently terminate this connection.
There should not be any further delay from reliance team as i will not be responsible for delay in termination of services.. Otherwise i will take up this case to consumer court complaint & escalate delay to regional & HQ directors level.
Your executive should call me in next 24 hrs for termination of services.

I am hereby confirming to Reliance that I have told your executives many times to disconnect the number [protected] and you people have not bothered to confirm back.
