i had already send my complaint to reliance customercare,but no action was taken by them.i have seding the same complaint (as below).
Dear Sir/Mam

I have made First REcharge of Rs 111.00 after activating it in mobile handset BUT I did not get Talk time of 100 ( AS IT WAS GIVEN THERE) . I did not get a single PENNY. I made so many complaints but they are not listening to it and did not take any action.So I am giving this complaint here so that I can get the best action against this complaint. I hope the upper management can take best possible action for it.How can they take my this amount for free.I want to get back my money. HOPING for the result soon.

On reaching Delhi on 1st of july,2010, I replaced my reliance sim o[censored]P with airtel sim of Delhi & today when I again inserted my Reliance GSM sim,it displayed Invalid Sim.(COMPLAINT NO 'ADAG=[protected]'‏)rEPLY RECD AS:
    This Is with reference to your e-mail regarding SIM issue. Kindly make a note that the SIM is not working due to invalid SIM as you are in roaming location. Also note that SIM belongs to Uttar Pradesh circle. Hence, SIM exchange process in Delhi/Bangalore is not possible.
    Further, we request you to get your SIM replaced once you reach to your home location.

    Reliance Communication — NON REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTED HANDSET

    We had purchased a FWP Classic hand set [ Bill No: [protected]] from the RELIANCE WEB STORE, located at Swaroop Nagar Kanpur on 23rd february 2009. After 3 days of functioning, the set went completely blank, on reporting of which th eweb store directed us to the service department at Kidwai Nagar. We duly handed th eset to them, and followed their procedure, which resulted in the form of a REPLACEMENT CERTIFICATE on 25th March 2009. Since past one month, we are rotating like a pendulum but in vain. The web store is simply telling us that the hand set is NOT AVAILABLE. As a customer I cant understand, why does the company of the stature like RELIANCE tie up with such a compnay which cannot provide replacement of its defective material? We are absolutely troubled and irritated and now plan to take the matter to media as well as the consumer court, and request the authorities to take STRICT ACTION against the company immediately. On top of that the irony is that We got a bill for the rental payment for the period 27th february to 26th march, period when the handset was with the service station of the company. CAN ANYONE IMAGINE THE HEIGHTS?

      I m Maniratnam from Chennai.I brought a sim in nov. 16, and my balance is always deducted without reason and i use this sim in data card and my balance has deducted and always say that u have subscribed a new pack. this done 6 time in 2 months , always reduced 30 Rs , but always refunded to my a/c but 30 rs has not refunded. but last time on 30th Dec-30 rs has refundedw when hey has deducted, and when i going to jharkhand but in 1 jan again deducted my balance and i m in roaming and i try to call customer care but not call dialing from 198 and *333, i m frustrated from relaince. plz help me of deduction of money..

        I had purchase reliance net connect data card no [protected] but there is no coverage at My resident (swaminarayan park-Vasana). i had register my complain through phone and also register at reliance store but till date there is no action from company. if they are not able to provide me coverage then i will return data card and they return my amount.

        Recently i have taken a new Reliance Netconnect High Speed Data Card, they said they have a good high speed coverage in somanurt. From last 4days i cant able connect also i have given the complaint on customer care but still it is not solved. low signal..

            Company have charged me wrong from some days.i have told to the customer care of that company and they have answered that in future you will not be charge. And i also told to stop evrythng but they do not do this.Please do something.They are continuing their business.they are deducting the blance without any reason and when i am informing it to that company custome care service their behave is very rude with a customer.My no is [protected]

            I want to register complain regarding bal deduction problem in a customer care of reliance,when i call their their supervisor who's name Raj purohit told me we dont do any type of balance refund,and also told that if you make a call again then we will stop your servise of customer care.

            He told me we do not provide any kind of refund.any other help you want then i will talk Othervise i will disconnect call becoze you are wasting a time .so i tell him i will make a complain in a consumer he told me i am right so in that case its nt harm full for me.You can confirm by my mob directory

            These guys are and there customer care executives are more then them. They just sit in AC rooms and each other gossiping and on enquiry give irresponsible responses.

                I have Surrendered Data Card No [protected] (ref given by the customer service executive:
                [protected]. Rather than confirming the de-activation, the call centre staff is calling unnecessarily and not accepting the cancellation of services. Reliance is most unethical company on this planet. I need a confirmation that my request is accepted. I have even surrendered the instrument at Reliance world, Malad (W), Mumbai on 28th December 2011. I need a confirmation that my data card dongle is de-activated now.

                My datacard no. is [protected], I am not able to recharge it bzu LM is activitated on it.I called many time to customer care, they said to visit Reliance Office. Though i visited it, after then also i am unable to recharge it . I bought this datacard from W.B. though i need to use in NEW DELHI bzu i study here.I am facing too much problem without it, PlZ help me i will be very thank full to you .

                  I am using RELIANCE Broadband and Internet Combo plan from last more than 2 years and the services are PATHETIC and on top of it, the kind of services and the attitude of there customer care representative and the Nodal office is so bad that you dont feel like talkin to them. My connection has never been stable since the day I got the connection installed every third or fourth day the Phone and Internet stops working which is very irritating.
                  In the month of December (Only) My downtime is around 15 days and I have comlained regarding this about 8 to 10 times in customer care and Twice in the Nodal office everytime a reference Number is given and asked to wait dor 24 hours within 24 hours the service rep comes here and resets the Modem or the switch that they have installed to distribute connection to various other customer and the moment the box is restarted everything is back to normal but again not more than 4 or 5 days. I have spoken to everybody from customer care to ther nodal office Rapid Resolution team and all I get is a reference number and then again there representative comes, restarts the box and it starts working I have requesting to them several times to please either change the box or do something that can fix the issue permanentally and everytime they say that We would get things rectified that would take a maximum of 4 days but as per them after restaring the box if the connection starts then the issue is RESOLVED. I have repeatedly telling me that restarting the box and getting things working is not a RESOLUTION but a workaround.
                  I got so frustrated that I asked them to disconnect my connection then i get a call from Mumbai Retention department and thhey promised that now we are looking after my concerns and they would sure that this issue awill be corrected and they woul personally call me to verify if the service are working or not so I gave them another chance but i have not get any callback from them ever.
                  This month of December I told them that I need a waiver as my downtime has been more than 15 days and I was committed a Waiver and was told to make the current bill payment and the waiver would be adjusted in next months bill so I said OK and got online to pay the bill but during that time somebody from reliance called me and said that no matter you have complained 10 times but as per them everytime the issue was RESOLVED again by restarting the box the same day so no waiver would be given.
                  This the small example of the kind of service that you get from a esteemed company like RELIANCE. If enyone is planning to get connection from RELIANCE believe me You are making a very bad decision and still if you wanna go for it be prepared to write a complaint here just like me.
                  One more thing that i mssed, I have sent an email to the email id they have given to contact if we are not satisfied with there services but no body even bothered to reply to that.

                  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Dont take any services from Reliance if you want to have peace of mind. I would really appreciate If this complaint of mine would be considered and some action against them should be taken.

                    It was really surprising for me to see that i don't get signal inside my small house which is located in a locality where you would never expect such situation. And by no signal i actually mean that when any one calls me when i am in my house it shows switched off or out of coverage area.Please help.Cause missing my call is making me lose lots of business and frankly i done trying different option.
                    change your number to airtel or idea . it has better coverage .

                      Reliance broadband is generating bill even after the termination.

                      I have terminated my connection in April 2009 and they called me on December 2011 and informed that i have a pending amount of 2999 Rupees. I have paid the whole amount while terminating and they have also collected Telephone Modem and other hardware equipments. i don't know how can they generate bill after collecting the equipment. The only mistake i did was i have not collected Termination ID after terminating my connection (i was not aware of it).

                      Last week, someone from Reliance called me and he mentioned that he will move my case to legal process(court etc..) if i don't clear pending amount within an hour. He was very rude.

                      So please don't opt for Reliance broadband and if you are terminating it, please take the termination ID and NOC letter from them.

                          Hi,

                          Complaint number:[protected].
                          I opted for Reliance netconnect+ 5GB unlimited package on 21st November thinking that I will atleast get a 3.1 mbps speed till I use 5GB fair usage limit, but it never happened. The highspeed should start everymonth 21st which dint happen, and they say that the billing cycle for the area where I reside will start from 9th of everymonth and my 5 GB limit has started from 9th of December and I am on that high speed plan and the 5 GB is still unused for this month as I never got 3.1 mbps speed and running on downgraded speed. When I called them on 26th December, they said they have raised a complaint and I should get the high speed from the next day(27th December) which never happened. And despite calling them multiple times on a daily basis and spending 30-60 minutes on phone, there is no use. Everytime I call them, they say the same thing "The complaint is in progress status, we have sent a request to the back end team.The issue will be fixed in one week". And yesterday(29th December) when I called them, they said the issue will be fixed by 30th Dec 11:00 AM, still the same slow speed, I called them again, and they said the issue will be fixed by 4:00PM, still the same, I called them around 4:30 and asked for an escalation and the person with whom I spoke said the supervisor is busy on another call, but no need to worry, as my issue will be fixed in 15 minutes...I waited for 30 minutes and checked, still the same slow speed, finally I called them and asked for a supervisor and after waiting for 20 minutes on hold, some supervisor answers an says, "everymonth I will get highspeed till I use 5 GB, I told him that I hardly got 3-4 hours of high speed and the slow internet speed issue started again, and he says the minium speed I get is 200-300 kbps and maximum is 3.1 mbps when Im in fair usage limit, and as I got the minimum speed which is 230.4 kbps, my 5 GB limit is exhausted and I have no other go other than desperately running on 230.4kbps...I got the highspeed hardly for 2-3 hours since Dec 9th that was not I paid them for...I need Internet for my job, as I am into online marketing and with this slow speed internet, I have suffered alot and I have lost alot on my production and my job is at stake. This has Reliance netconnect has been nothing but a extreme dissatisfaction to me..Please help.

                            hello sir,i am purchesing the pospad netcard of reliance they give me wrong bill i am not using my netcard properly.i have taken the plan of 450 and excess usage limit is 1000rs but i am not using the net properly b/z of network problem but they give me a bill of 1235 rs and cut my connection.pls tell me wat i do.i paid a wrong bill or some sattelment is there.i am going to reliance office and i told him pls switchoff my connection they are saying me we dont swithcof[censored] r conection.before 6 month and they dont swithcoff.and they give me a bill of 1235 rsin this month and cut my connection.sir this is a clear cheating with counsumer.pls help me sir.

                            Dear sir,

                            With reference to above we would like to bring to the notice the we had reliance data card connection with esteem organization in name of Asim Patra.

                            Team at time of taking the above scheme executive told us that it is Rs. 495 unlimited plan incl. of all taxes. We have regularly paid your bill from Nov' 2010 to April 2011 which can be reflected in system and we have have copy of the same

                            In may 2011 we got the call from your executive that our is pending bill Rs. 1214/- and schemce has been change.

                            Without informing us on the same Billing increase by 140% which is cheat. They dont train sales executive on selling product they misled us while selling the product just to increase thier sale and market share

                            But even after follow-ups they haven't adjusted the bill till now . My staff member have even approached Reliance world many times but they are not able to change from front end.

                            On 26th Aug I got the mail from [protected]@rediffmail.com. which is attached below in the mail. they are threatening me to pay the bill. I dont knw who are they ???? person call Ms. Khaan[protected] and mobile number [protected]. Ms. Khaan said they will take legal action with us.. We said we are ready for the same....

                            We are approaching cunsumer court on the matter. Kindly look into the matter

                              dear sir ,
                              I'm being charged additional 50 rs every month as CUG Recurring charges every month .my phone number is [protected].

                              i did filled up a form for cancellation of this CUG number in December 2010 & i was informed that it is been deactivated & its been around a number of months since I've being charged additional rs 50 as CUG charges.

                              As i am not in habit of seeing the bill statement carefully, i used to pay the bill without seeing the details ,though this time i noticed the details & found that I've been charged extra rs 50 as cug since past many months , since June - July 2011 i guess.

                              when i called reliance customer care, they told me that they have no solution for this & they wanted me to go to reliance web world & when i went to reliance web world they also didn't gave any satisfactory response .

                              I've been a reliance customer for past 7 years & am not at all satisfied with the customer service after this..
                              i just want to request RCOM to deduct these charges from my bill & deduct or give me a refund in my bill by seeing my previous bill history as i was charged rs 50 extra as CUG charges since June-July 2011.
                              seeing all this i feel like switching to any other telecoms may be airtel or vodafone.

                              From 5 month they are add Rs.50/- extra in my monthely chargesh. I complate much more time but they not taken any type of accastation, i am very headdeck from this co.

                              I had also faced the same problem twice of over billing for the services not used by me. Last time they charged me for the Cricket pack 49 which i never subscribed so they reversed it and the caller tunes they are charging 30 Rs on their own without any subscription and this time they charged me 265 Rs for Games, Music station, Ringtone pk and mytune etc. and telling me that you have used all these and showing me the dates and they themselves are putting the dates and telling me that you have used these services. and when i asked for the senior authority ph number for complaint they refuses to give that also. They are continuously sending the SMS for ringtone packs and music and when i delete those i think they are charging for that also.or they have passed my number to some other person using these services.
                              It's better not to use their services anymore.
                              They have to seriously think of these issues as this might hit their customer base soon.

                                dear sir i bought reliance net connect data card they gave first recharge free then next month i recharged with rs 1500 for three months usage it worked for 10 days properly then after that it is not working since one month i am facing the problem i complainted with reliance but i dint got response they said 3.1mbps ti is not even getting 3kb the worst reliance data crad i ever had

                                  I complained several time on your reliance customer care number [protected] and they never replied appropriately. I visited your jail road service centre and complained about the same and their reply was more astonished to me as they said they can’t do anything regarding this and asked me to visit the head office of reliance telecom. In the mean time I received your Bill dated 05.07.2009 for Rupees 192..37 for number [protected] and Rupees 131.94 for my other no [protected] where I found that a penalty of Rs.25 has been imposed on both the bill, but I made the payment on 26.6.2009 vide receipt Numbers GWH/TRP/SB/2009-10/1461 & GWH/TRP/SB/2009-10/1462 resp. and a WEP network Usages charges for Rupees 2.20 has been billed on my mobile number [protected].

                                  So on 21.07.2009 I walked into your head office at Mega plaza, 3rd floor and complained about both the problems I am facing and their response was co-operative as they assured me that a penalty of Rs.25 on both the bill will be settled with next bill.

                                  One of the person at your office who introduced himself working with you in your GPRS and internet section assured me that within half an hour the GPRS signal will be De activated from my connection and it happened because of some up gradation done by reliance telecom, but the signal exists till this date and time.

                                  So here you are requester to De- activate GPRS signal which I never applied for from my connection and remove the WEP network Usages charges of Rupees 2.20 form my bill dated 05.07.2009 and I am not liable to pay any r WEP network Usages charges billed to my Number in the future.

                                        I HAVE RELIANCE MOBILE NO:[protected] UNDER PREPAID SERVICES.I AM USING THIS MOBILE SINCE LAST TWO YEARS. SINCE LAST ONE & HALF MONTH 3 OR 4 TIMES RS.10 & RS.9 IS DEBITED TO MY ACOUNT WITHOUT USING OR ASSIGNING ANY SERVICE LIKE CALL FORWARDING, CALL WAITING, OR ANY MUSIC. OR ANY OTHER SERVICE LIKE RWORLD.
                                        I HAVE GIVN COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS TO RELIANCE HELPLINE VIDE MY COMPLAINT REF NO:70278305 & 70392425 AND ALSO SEND EMAIL BUT NOT GET ANY PROPER REPLY. AFTER GIVING THIS COMPLAINT AGAIN RS.10 DEBITED TO MY ACCOUNT ON 23RD JUNE 2008
                                        I CANT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS CHARGES IS DEBITED TO MY ACCOUNT.I AM NEVER USING RWORLD OR NEVER ASSIGNING ANY SERVICES ANY TIMES.PLEASE ALSO NOTE CHARGES WHICH DEBITED TO MY ACCOUNT BY RELIANCE IS NOT TRANSPARENT IN NATURE THERE IS ALWAYS HIDEN THING WHICH NORMAL PEOPLE CANT UNDERSTAND BEFORE USING.

                                        My Bother uses Reliance GSM, uses Nokia N72, recently he uses GPRS new scheme like RS:39/- and RS:81/- unlimited plan for limited period GPRS service, and he uses mail portal and after that network failed on that period and he didn't use the services and when he checked his balance his RS:100/- has been deducted, he asked customer care and customer care told him you have used R world and your mobile set is Nokia 1620. again after that he recharged with RS:81/- for GPRS limited service and again RS:100/- deducted for unknown cause, and the customer care executive not responding properly and again miss coating the wrong thing.

                                        As i am a Telecom Engineer (Alcatel-Lucent, Bhopal) this is totally failure of administration that no response has been yet taken by any person of Reliance. As you can see in you system the "customer claiming that you have charged during those period as you network on these region was completely Down.

                                        kindly look into the matter as i am Telecom engg, i know what to do next.

                                        Reliance Mobile — Wrongly Charged Bill

                                        Hello Sir/Madam,

                                        I am a Consumer of Reliance Broadband Usage. My mobile no for the Broadband+ is [protected]. I want to submit complaint they have charge me the wrong bill on the basses of prodata bases. As i was using 1 gb Plan before, then i have activated by talking with the customer care 5Gb plan. After Visiting the site i come to know that there is a 10Gb Night Addon Pack is available that (1Gb, 5gb, 10gb and more) User can activate by adding 199 more in the bill so i put my request on that. After when i got the bill the figures are strange for me. They calculate the bill in Three Modes
                                        My billing cycle is 17-18 every month

                                        1. 18 to 22 ( 1gb) Plan That is Alright
                                        2. 23 to 5 (5gb Plan) Not Right (Yes i have activated this on 5th but its not been for up to 5 its up to 17 because i dint stop the services)
                                        3 5 to 17 (5gb + 10gb Night Plan) why they have changed my 5 gb billing plan .. as on the website it is showing a addon pack. and Addon pack ll never change ur plan. Its addition to plan.

                                        i have postpaid mobile whose no. is [protected]. every month there is wrongly charged in my bill so please take quick action against it. my last bill no.[protected]

                                        I am a Reliance India Mobile user from last 2 n half year. My number is [protected]. I never send any msg or request to your company to activate my voice chat services. but company activate this service. so many time i contact to customer care service regarding to close this service because i dnt want this service and they give me a number to make a call and follow the instruction to disconnect this service and i successfully did it. but again your company activate this service on my number and took charges. again i contact customer care centre but they didn't give me any positive response to me even they are not able to tell me that voice chat service is activate from their end or on my request. so its my humble request that please disconnect voice chat service from my number [protected] as soon as possible for my convenience.

My A/c has been debited with Rs-30/- without any call diling and without any used..the same time i have informed to your costomer executive but i have not get any satisfactory answer from your side i request you to please reverse Rs-30/- in my A/c which is debited by inlegaly by you. other wise i have no any option to go to the costomer court.

                                        I am Satish Jain I am user of Reliance Mobile (GSM) prepaid since last 2 year my mobile no. is [protected]. On 22.02.2011 at evening 8.00pm to 8.45pm my balance has been deduct Rs.30/- after 1 hour when i check my main Balance i shocked what is this, then I called Reliance Customer care at 9.30 pm for deduction of money from my account, but he told that please call after 2 hour due to some tecnical problem, then i call again at 12.30 am to Coustomer care, then he give me information you are activated a News Pack by dialing "*123*11# " but i told him that I am not activated any this type of services they do not listen any thing and said that This Services Are Activated By You, this are not fault by system.so we can't help us for this purpose, but I am 100% sure that I am not dail any this stupid type of no to activate of any service, so I requested you to please please take a action & refund my wrongly charge amount as early as possible.

                                        So I Further request you to please take a neccesary action because 1/paisa is important form me. which are make by hard working day and night.

                                        Reliance GSM — Wrongly Debited

                                        I am a customer of Reliance from Baroda with mob no. [protected]. Before 5days ago dated (29.04.2012) Recharge timings (08:07pm) ago at night i have recharged my mobile SMS Scheme of Rs39 to access text messaging. I requested them (customer care) to deactivate the auto renewal scheme of SMS but again they fails to do so & on the next day i charged again Rs39 for message charge what the hell is company doing, i also talked with the reliance customer care but they didn't gave ma refund as balance, so finally i complaint here to you about your companies carelessness which customers have to suffers alot.
