my name is sanjeev kumawat and my phone number is [protected]. Today i recharged my number with tariff of rc24, which reduces call rate and give me a privilege to make a call 25 paisa per minute. But i am paying more then 40 paisa and when i made a call to call center they misbehave and now they are not even receiving my call. It is a real fraud and cheating by reliance. And please take some strong step against company because they misrepresent about there tariff vouchers and make people fool. Policy of reliance is really against the consumers and this is a misappropriation of money by them. It's a breach of trust also, and consumers are losing reliance. I want my money back and will change operator soon.

Reliance Mobile — Caller Tune Scam

Unauthorized Activation of Caller Tune.

The most CHEAPEST way to make money out of a consumer.

Anil Ambani is getting richer by cheating consumers with these cheap tricks.

Is there a law that protects people from these kind of Scams.
I am a prepaid user of Reliance Mobile. My mobile number is [protected]. I used to think Reliance a very reliable company but i was wrong. On 29th of Oct. 2008 i got a message from Reliance that caller tune on has been subscribed on my mobile number, without my knowladge i never send any sms nor i tried to copy any caller tune, and they charged more than 25 Rs. for it.
Same thing happend with my two other friends on different date of same month.
Reliance is TRYING TO RECOVER THEIR LOSS IN MARKET by this unfair method.
I request to all of you who are facing this problem please contact me if could be possible because i am going to register a case of fraud on Reliance Communication.
I want to register a complain regarding this serious case of fraud by Reliance Company in consumer forum.
Please get me compansation from Reliance Communication.
I am facing exactly the same problem. On 29-Oct-08, I got SMS from reliance regarding the caller tunes, whereas I didn't set up any tune. When I called up the cuustomer care, they said that I had set it up myself whereas I didn't do any such thing.

i booked my free gsm card on 4th jan 2009 .at the time delivery of gsm card reliance gallery told me that the card is free, but now they charging me 85 rupees . so wat to do . give me reply . i took the card frm bhayander, mumbai reliance gallery the incarge of this gallery is sanjay jain who handle me this card.

Think about it...the easiest business to con people in todays times is the Mobile telephone business.You can easily increase 5 to 10 rupees in monthly bills without even the customer realising it.
Wow!! what a racket !! No wonder Reliance got into it so eagerly.But their days are numbered.They are in a deep hole with Reliance petroleum, Reliance retail etc.Their kg basin discovery is under a cloud.No one knows if they even have any oil and gas there.Reliance retail is screwed and about to pack up.An empire built on crime and deception will go down.Sooner or later.

FRAUD ON PREPAID MOBILE CHARGE

Hi,
Reliance is a fraud company. I have a plan of 500 min every month reliance to reliance free.

Every month the reliace phone stop working at 310 min or 320 min. This month I kept a close eye, I noted down my number's and did the totol of the minutes I dialed.

I asked the call center and they provided the call details. The call details are not correct.
It is not maching with the dialled number information of the reliance phone. As this is today's information, Hence I remember also how many call's I have made.

'The Fraud company Reliance' has shown in the today's bill that I have called 5 times but I called 2 times only.
How can I complaint against them and get justice.
I AM MANOJ I NEED CALLER TUNE IN MY MOBILE HOW CAN I SELECTED TUNE WHICH I WANT?
Very often my pre- paid balance becomes minus and shoews (-) amounts. On enquiry I have been told that I had availed some services for which the amount was directly debited and he told me that I have to pay this amount- there is no way to adjust this amount. He told there sould not be minus balance in pre-paid acoount and futher told at the most, he can stop such eventulities in future. However, he refused help for the past.
Ealier on the similar case they told me that ther was mistake on their part and adusted some amount and stopped all adverisements uncalled ring tone and other nonsence etc. I have been happy.
Now, again they started the very unair trade paractice to recover money by unlwasful means. I have clearly told unless they adjust my (-) minus balance amount I will not re-charge my Mobile. Bu it appears they dont care for their customer.

Myself Kavita Kenia(Mumbai), wants your intervention in the matter of the complaint i have registered with reliance customer care yesterday, As they have activated some sports pack on my number [protected], which i have not told them or subcribed for, and every month after month they are deducting 30 Rs from my account.Yesterday on complaining about the same, i asked them the reason for the deduction of the amount for my above mentioned address, they informed me that some sports pack is activated and on telling them that i had never subcribed for it, they started arguing to me regarding the same, and they were renewing this facility month after month without my approval to do so...

Also want to inform you, that the facility that has been activated without my approval, i had not got any facility till today from this sports pack, i kindly request you to look into this matter as soon as possible and refund my money back to me...My complaint number is[protected]

Reliance Communication — Renewal of callertune before the expiry of previous term without my knowledge.

Dear sir,
I had activated my caller tune service on 24th august,2009 on my number-[protected] and 30rs was instantly deducted from my account for 1 month period...But on 14th september,2009 again rs 20 was deducted from my account without any information. for the caller tune renewal service which was to be deducted on 24th of this month....i also tried to sort out tis problem from the consumer care executives but they always come up with this excuse that their having their server down...i intended to cut this service before the expiry of my first month period....but now i m helpless......Plz help..
Guys I agree with you for the same .. these .. guys in Reliance are deducting their money only to recover their loses and also fill their sales targets.

Also I wanted to state that please do join me a starting a nation wide campaign to get these .. unscrupulous practice taken by reliance to fill up their coffers.

My case is I was activated to some fun pack for which I never had applied for. and I git the message at 11.04 in the morning and I complained them at 11.10 the same day asking them to deactivate it and refund the money.. but these suckers are not ready to give up the money..

I am about to file a harassment complain against them and and also would like all those who have been harassed by these guys to let me have your support by letting me have your complaint nos.

So that least we can bring these guys to justice..

I have a reliance CDMA pre paid number in delhi circle. in last 2 months they have deducted Rs.60. when i inquired the reason from customer care, they informed that some MITTI KE RANG has been activated in my number. i had never ever subscribed to this or any other such service ever. i requested customer care to stop the same but after 10 days no action has been taken. to my surprise they deducted Rs.12 today. strange ways of reliance. both the brothers are born out of how many fathers is an enigma.

i have a more than two connection of reliance net connect and mobile also they are totally fraud with us by they changed plan without inform us and at the time of selling a product ( net connect modam) the told us very good but after purchasing product they not Liston us about our complaint. and at the time we complaint them the could not solve our problem or tell that whet ever company do that is right. there nodal and appellate authority are also make fraud with us. after talking us they changed their statement and tell us that we never talk with you about this problem.

Reliance Communications — LOSS OF MONEY WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE

MY NAME IS VIVEK, I AM USING RELIANCE MOBILE, MY NO IS [protected]. THEN I TOLD I DIDNT RECEIVED ANY CALL AND YOU JUST CHECK MY RECENT CALL LIST, THEN HE CHECKED AND TOLD, NO CALL CAME, THEN ALSO HE IS TELLING IT IS ACTIVATED BY ME THROUGH CALLING. So I AM REQUESTING TO YOU TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY.

Reliance GSM — reliance fraudulence way of charging

on 18 dec 2010, reliance gsm send me a message that your service for crbt service has ben renewed and deducted rs. 10 from my account.
after talking to call center they restored the money in my balance, and deactivated the service of crbt, but on 19 DEC 2010 they again deducted rs. 10 and no confirmation message was given. i called so many time to customer care service they picked the phone on 20 DEC 2010 and cut the phone and there after not taking my call .
on 1 Jan 2010 they again deducted rs10 from my account. and not receiving my call.
i had never subscribed to any service and my no is even registered in dnd.
so please help me refund my money and take strong action against reliance gsm for using fraudulence way of extracting money.

Reliance Communication — Unauthorized way of activating MVDO services and deducting amount from my GSM prepaid account

Hi Consumer Forum,

Regarding a complaint towards Reliance Telecommunication.
It has been more than 7-8 months I have been facing the issue of deducting the amount from my GSM prepaid account, They have activated several MVDO(music video download) service on my account with different tariffs, even after telling several times I do not require any of the services offered by them. They are just fooling around and making the customer running behind the bush.

Last time when I lodged the complaint two months ago in consumer forum some one from reliance communication called and spoke to me and stated they will stop all the services untill i request them.Just after 3 days again they had started same and I am facing a lot of problem due to this.

I have a prepaid connection [protected], with Reliance communication. use to recharge with Rs. 500 per month and maintained a minimum of Rs.600 all the time. in the past 2-3 months it got reduced to almost Rs. 300 as minimum average.
so i checked on a daily basis for the past 15 days days and found that those guys without any information deducting 15 to 30 Rs for various packages which i have not registered at all...and i found that 4 to 6 services have been activated for the past 6 months and they keep deducting month on month.
Since this is my office connection, from the day i took the service from from reliance, I never ever activated any service.. but in the past 6 months they them self activated various services and kept deducting money and it may almost amount to Rs.300-Rs.500 in the past 6 months.
I decided to shift this service provider because of the stealing nature in the recent past..
Reliance- the other name for fraud and Scams did the same thing with my usage. As i know iam not alone

Myself Devdatta Rane, My Mob.No[protected],I received Call from Reliance Head Office in Kandivali From Mob. no [protected] on 12/4/11 stating that they have offer in which the mobile bill will get reduced, the person who first Called me was Mr. Raj Chauhan,and after he called I got call from Mr.Sagar,
They both told me that currently I am using Simple 399 Plan in which I get bill amount more than rs.500 so they told that Since I am Reliance Gold List Customer they are offering Plan of Rs.298 in which the bill will be reduced, also they told that I will Get Free 3G Gsm card with this plan, they sent Person for Collecting Documents & Money on same day afternoon the person took Rs.1000 and my pan card & Driving licensee and told me that Rs.1000 which they have taken for Activation Charge will be refunded and would be adjusted in subsequent bills, as per the commitment I did not got any sim card nor did I got any information, since then I have been calling on the no from which I received call ([protected]) nobody is responding on that no now,I have called Reliance customer care many times but did not get any Confirm or satisfactory reply,kindly take severe action on Reliance Communications as they have encouraged people to do fraudulent activities and after giving their customer care all the information they have not taken any action on the concerned people nor I have got my money back.

I am Harekrushna I says that my Reliance mobile no. is [protected]. My Mobile balance deducted for 6 times . today recharge Rs. 50/- but my balance is Rs. 0/- & I speak to custoemr care but anybody do not responce my problem.

Reliance Mobile — making fraud with customers

I am a prepaid customer of reliance mobile in andhra pradesh. I was suffering from the balance deducting problem so i have registered complaint and got that by default they have activated 8 VAS packs services. I have talked to them and told them not to activate any vas pack in future and back my amount which was deducted unnecessary,they told me that they will revert my all money back which was deducted unnecessary.My Service Request ID is[protected].They have not resolved my problem and closed the complaint even after complaining them not to activate any vas pack,they activated again next day.I also complaint to the nodal officer but did not get reply from the nodal officer.Now I am going to take a serious legal action against them and will going to port my number from reliance. I will never suggest any one to purchase reliance sim card in future because its the worth mobile operator who do not have the value of nodal officer and appllette team.

Reliance Communications — Fraud practices from Reliance Communications

Sir,

This is to bring to your attention that Reliance Communications is engaging in fraud practices by deducting amount from my talk time directly even though i have not put any request to start any services to them. Recently, 15 rs were automatically deducted from the balance for activating missed calls alert and again 10 for caller tunes. And 1 Rs is getting deducted everyday from the balance. I have a Reliance GSM number.

When i contacted their call center, their agents keep on saying that your request will be processed in 48 hours. Their agents are so adamant that they say that you have only put a request to us.

I still have not got refund of the rupees that has got deducted. This highlights that Reliance communication is not a professional company and engages in fraud practices.

With concern to my interaction with your customer service executive for five times in a day, none of whom had provided me with right information and tried to convince me on false account saying that my problem is solved, but each time I discovered that they have cheated me. one of them have even said that he has registered my complain and and I'll get my complain number immediately after our interaction which I didn't got and next time I got to know with that he has not registered the complaint and instead lied to me.
And second time when I called the second executive again tried to fool me by convincing that my problem is solved and he even gave his number to contact him if it doesn't resolve, later on I got to know that the problem persists and the number was fake.

    since last 2 months m facing very bed service from ur end, my Oct Bill was 2199/-, in Oct Bill u add 1814/- for Roaming Charge, # but in Oct bill there in no details, where i called, which call i pick in roaming location, # my Credit Limit is only 1000/- how my Bill reach 2199/- amt???? till date i haven't receive any proper response or solution, now again same issue without any uses my Nov bill reach 130/- even i didn't use my mobile & its SWITCH OFF or BARRED since 12th October.

    m totally UPSET with this kind of Services or Issues? If possible then resolve these points else reply me in simple words "ITS NOT POSSIBLE" after that i'll take 2nd way with consumer court or other....

    I need Incoming + Outgoing CALL DETAILS from 30 Sep to 6 Dec 2011 in EXCEL Format .
    My Credit Limit is 1000/- so my why bill reached 2199/-???
    Waive Off off late payment charges for both bill (Oct or Nov) .
    Change my Plan into Simple PPC229.
    Itemized E-Bill (Full Call Details) on time (every 6th) No Hard Copy.
    Resolve this ISSUE on TIME.

    Reliance — Incorrect Roaming Charges

    Hi,

    I've a Reliance post-paid Connection. I've recently received my bill and was surprised to see Roaming charges when no one went out of station since the service is active.
    I contacted Reliance Customer Care and they advised that their technicians have investigated and they claim that the phone was used in Kota & Agra. The reality is that I've never been to Kota and Agra for last 7 years.
    Now, what do I do to get this settled?

      Reliance Is not giving me the service which I have paid for.I have recharged with a Rs.1000 on Nov 2nd which gives unlimited data usage till 10 GB with upto 3.1mbps speed and which is valid for 30days.I have complained as I am not getting any speed and the speed is 1 kbps and its frequently disconnecting my connection.when I complained they said it will be resolved by nov 30th only andt they are not ready to pay me back/extend my validity.on Dec1st i got a call that the issue is fixed so I recharged with a Rs200 on Dec 4th which gives 1GB data usage upto 3.1mbps speed with a validity of 7 days ,now I am not able to connect with netconnect+ and when said they are asking to wait few more days to give the service.
      I am not Sure why they are taking money and giving the issue resolved date as the last day of our data usage validity and more over they are reluctant to extend the validity even after they agree thatt hey are the culprits.

      Their Answer is to wait few more days( no exact date) untill they equip with towers.I am not sure if thats our problem even After raising a complaint and after confirming the issue is resolved i tried to verify with a minimum amount of recharge. data card num:[protected]

        Myself ravi kumar nemiwal. In my family we are using 4 and 5 reliance gsm number. But there are two mobile number disputed first is [protected] and second is [protected]. When we recharged account on these numbers reliance always deduct some amount and then we want complaint to customer care on these two number (*333 and 198) reliance always cut the call when customer executive on line. Yesterday 50 rupees deducted from [protected] this number. No any notification we have received for this when we checked our balance than we found 50 rupees deducted from our accout. I can't understand that why reliance done this cheap activity, is reliance a poor company or other fraud company like gold sukh?
        Please tell us that now we change your network or not. Either you refund my money or we change your network.

        Today i have received a message on dispute number that "there was no wrong amount deduction from your account".
        When i talk your customer executive than he said that "Yes sir some amount was deducted from your accout". After a long discusssion with excutive they transfered my call to senior executive he change own word. He told me that there have no wrong deduction from your account. I think there was nobody well educated and they are missguiding to customer so could you tell me which type service you provide to customer. I know only one thing please refund my money otherwise i will take so strick action against you and your orgnization.
        Today i have received a call form this number [protected]. She said that " yes sir some amount realy deducted from your account so yesterday evening amount was credit in your account". But i don't received any amount in my account.
        And one thing i can't understand that some people agree with me but someone not.
        Can you explain it.

        No any amount credited in dispute number, i think you just write this only for customer satisfaction but i want to tell you it is not a cs satisfaction, it is a fraud. I think reliance don't know how cs satisfaction. You all required more training for customer service. In this situation reliance should be close customer service. You all people only fake. I'm not satisfied with you customer service. Can you give me date when you credited 30 rs in my account.

          I had taken a data card for internet connection 5 years back. I took a new laptop just 3 months back and found this data crd which is old model not compatible to new laptop. I went to Padamugal/ vazhakala Reliance world and I was told since billing cycle is 22nd only on 23rd it can be cancelled. Or I have to go to an office 15 km away and that also the branch guys are not sure even if they can do it before 22nd. fantastic service for opening account but to close or get any service worst possible product and customer support.

            this to complain that.actually i have started with my new gsm connection having the number [protected] and continued with the reliance unlimited pack of Rs.599. Before activating this pack it was unlimited calling for all STD and LOCAL reliance to reliance GSM and CDMA and i too have activated on the basis o[censored]nlimited calling but they have deducted my balance and when i called the customer care they told me they reliance have change the 599 pack service and now they are not provding unlimited for me they limit me for 1800mins for STD.my complain is how they suddenly change their palins unknowing to all of its customer i want the refund of that scheme either by money or they should continue with the scheme for atleast 1month till now on internet they have not updated with the new service pack of 599 so can blame them i please request for passing this complain.

                I was using a reliance data card in may 2011, due to the very bad service & slow internet connection of reliance modem, i launch a complain and with complete detail i stop the number on 15th or 16th june 2011 and received no bill thereafter.
                Yesterday i received a call from tis hazari that reliance has filed for not payment of bill.

                This activity of reliance was very abstruse. So informed TRAI about reliance behavior after the customer blocked the number yet they generate bill and at the end claim for bill payment, this how they are generating revenue.

                Reliance should be asked for this ail.

                  Inspite of repeated complaints and requests with Customer Care, large sums of money are deducted from my pre-paid accounts for mobile nos [protected] and [protected] since last six months. Every day at least Rs 20-30 are deducted. Promotional SMS' and calls continue throughout the day. Very callous customer service and fleecing attitude of the company.

                  Reliance Prepaid Mobile — Lapse of scheme 496 without prior approval of customer

                  I took a new reliance connection on 21st of july(new set) mobile number [protected].
                  On the same day i recharged it with 496 rupees ( reliance-reliance ) S.T.D free scheme at 12:55 P.M. After that i put a top up of 201 rupees. But i am still charged for calling Reliance S.T.D mobiles. customer care is telling that my 496 scheme got lost. I confirmed it from the dealer BTM SHOP he is confident that there is no problem from his side. I think it is unfair and no one from reliance listening to me.I lost all my balance of 200 rupees for calling on reliance STD numbers inspite of having STD free plan. From my this experience i can never suggest a person to take reliance mobile. I am very dissatisfied from reliance customer care. After calling 10 times i have not got a clear reply. Reliance such a big name and what a service they are providing its a shame

                    My complain is related to an Employee's greedy behaviour. He works in Reliance world A-26, Shri Raghav Bhavan, Suri Medical Foundation, Faizabad Road, Indira Nagar, Lucknow 226016. I don't know his name but he is the only fat man there.

                    I was a BSNL mobile user. I got my UPC code BE772626 for my no. [protected] from bsnl om 28th nov 2011. and I applied for port in to Reliance. I filled up the form at Reliance world and he charged me 50 rs for MNP change. I didn't knew about Reliance's mnp plans so i gave him 50rs. I found my Operator changed on morning of 4th Dec 2011. but i didn't got any FRC or TT or any advantage.

                    I got to know by thier CC that there is no charge for mnp. Today I went there to know about this and they asked me to do the FRC of 1 Rs. I got 0.01 rs in my a/c. Then i asked the Fat man to give me my money back and he declined and gave me the TT of 6 rs. and said that "there is so much inflation so that you'll get only 6 rs in 50rs. RC.". I don't know what i got from them as some services are not working. I am feeling some Kind of Harassment So please Help me..

                          hellow iam holding a number bearing ph [protected]. the problem it shows has the unusual deduction of balance abruptly without the information to me. and sudenly i used to get messages like my balance has reached a minimun level of 5 or 15 and please recharge it quickly.this is just not the 1st time..it has been the case since more than 10 to 12 times. i called the customer care number but soon they used to recover the problem but now the condition has been even more worse..when i tried to call customer care number selecting the lodging complain option, it says to wait for the same and soon the after some details it says regarding the recharge , then it even doesnt connect to the customer care hence gets disconnected.
                          yesterday i recharged my account with 55 rs, bt now i more than 15 rs or 19 rs has been deducted for the same..
                          hell wid the services of reliance..

                          i am fed up of these things. Latest in this month, within 20days my Rs.61 have been cut unnesesarily. At my no a voice chat service have been activated itself for 20days and Rs20 have been cut, and when i talk to customer care, they say it is activated by you. they were not ready to pay back so now i told them to deactivate this service and not once but 4 times but service was not deactivated and i was told that it is deactivated. But after 20days my service was renewed nd Rs30 was charged.I complain for it but they were not ready to pay back. then again i told them to deactivate this service but still the service is not deactivated . also within the period of 20days a callertune service was activated itself nd Rs11 was charged unnecesarily. The most interesting thing in this whole process was that every customer care representative was providing me different information. I have many more such cases. Local are helpless at this time, they do whatever they want but i think its not customer cares fault but the owners and their staff..I want that my complain should be taken seriously and some strict measurement should be taken. (DONT BUY RELIANCE)

                          Sir, I am a customer reliance prepaid cdma services. I had complained about unnecessary deduction of my balance. The customer care executive asked me that the news services has been subscribed in your mobile. I requested him to unsubscribe this facility because this service was activated without my knowledge. The deduction of balance continued. I contacted him at regular intervals he also assured me that your news service has been deactivated and I will recieve a message about it. but not a time i received any message. and the deduction of balance is still continued.                           I am here to complain about the recent ad posted in Time of india by Reliance CDMA service

                          the ad says " Unlimited calls to any phone on any network" Recharge once a month talk all you want ( bull ) I have taken the local pack RS 299/month and just after few days of calling it asked to recharge. Went to the store where i recharged and they informed me that it is Unlimited calling to any reliance phone but only 30min to any other network in a day. I really dont understand why do the company has to play such cheap trick to get some customers.

                            I want to deactivate my cricket updates of my mobile immediately.The service providers are deducting 5 rs every 2 days for cricket updates without asking me for that. Even I did not register for this service. I had Rs.200/- balance , now it says 8 paise. I want to get all my talk time back immediately and i want to get rid of this offer as soon as possible. I tried to contact the customer care but it says due to heavy rain in Kolkata customer service is closed only automated service is there.
                            Please respond to my complaint immediately.

                            Reliance GSM — adding cricket updating without confirmation

                            add cricket updating sevice without my confermation and cut rs.5 daily. i want to inactivate this serce and get back my 50 rupees balance in my number.

                            Reliance GSM Service — Deactivation of Cricket Update

                            Activation of Cricket update pack on my NO.[protected].that pack i am not subscribe.due to that pack they charge 5Rs. per day.there customer care does not provide solution of Deactivation.

                            My balance reduces every fortnight vy app. rs. 30/- since last 3-4 months. It seems this is towards the cricket updates, that I receive on & off. This service I never subscribed. Please reverese my all money deducted. I have been using your service since last 5 years, you should not do such things with your longtime customer. Please take urgent action. Your customer care no does not work.
                            I have personally not used Reliance GSM, through feedback from friends who use it says that Reliance GSM is useless.

                            I used to have a Reliance prepaid connection. But due to their pathetic service and poor network I surrendered the connection
                            Even I did not register/request for any service. I had Rs.64.73/- balance, now it says 8.73 paise. I want to get all my talk time back immediately and i want to get rid of this offer as soon as possible. I tried to contact the customer care.

                            Please respond to my complaint immediately.

                              I did a complaint on 26th nov..........nd i got a call from reliance cc representatives......bt i didnt get a sol to my problem.....as the lady wid whum i had a talk....she said that all the services will be deactivated......bt my balance has nt been returned......i told her that i am unable to contact to cc.....nd i told her 2 contact me in the evening as i am a student and i am in my clg in morning so i could not talk to her that time......bt i didnt received any call and my problem has not been solved yet..........i request u to look in the matter as early as possible.........
                              my phone no. is [protected]....my balance is deducted every month after i get it recharged.....but wen i call on customer care they return the balance....but dis time.....my balance started deducting from september end onwards.....10 rs got deducted......then on 7th oct 30 rs got deducted.....i caled on cc....they said technical updation going on....plz call after some time....after that i called 2-3 times but tecnical updation was not finished yet.....in the meanwhile on 13th oct....10 rs got deducted again....i called on cc again.....same old FAKE reply....TECHNICAL UPDATION going on...call after sometime....i again called 2-3 times...bt no solution to my problem.......
                              Then i got a recharge of 50rs on 17th oct.....and on 18th my 30rs were deducted for no reason.......i called on cc......dis time my call was even not transferred to cc representative.....so i cud not talk to anybody regarding this issue.......

                              Then on 21st oct i got a msg that your Motor beam service has been autorenewed successfuly....but no bal was deducted......on 23rd oct i got a msg if i want to unsubscribe for this service.....i msgd to unsubscribe it due to the reason i cud not contact them through phone....as my call was not being transferred to cc repesentative.......in total my 80 rs have been deducted in about a month........

                              So i request u to look in the matter carefully.......and return my balance as soon as possible....otherwise we will be forced to take some strict action against this....as this is not a coincidence....it has become the habbit of cc repesentatives of reliance to deduct the money of consumers....and return if they call...else keep it with them.....
                              i did the complaint for my no.([protected])..against my issue on 27th oct.....and on 28th oct i got a call from reliance......they assured me that atleast my 33rs will be returned.......but nothing happened lik that.......i just received rs10......and i tried a lott on customer care no.......bt my call is not getting transferred.......now on 2nd nov 3 rs got deducted again........and yesterday 30rs......were should i submit my complaint.....i am fed up of all this.......this is my last complaint.....after this i am getting my no. ported.....do u all think we people r mad over here........these customer care's are for what when people could not contact at the times of need.......instead of returning my earlier bal of 70rs......33 rs got deducted again........it is the limit now.....
                              It has been a routine of reliance customer care representatives to deduct bal of people by automatically activating services.......on 14th nov my 30 rs bal got deducted by automatic activation of LOVECHARM service........i had to unsubscribe the service on 19th nov becoz my call is not being transferred to customer care representative.........then on 21st nov my 20-30 rs got deducted without any notification.........then on 22nd nov 3rs got deducted.............then on 25th nov 10rs got deducted.........i am fed up of calling on cc bt my call is not gettng transferred........i think my no has been blocked........as 1 of my friend was able to contact cc.........i want u to take strict action against this.......in total around 73rs bal has been deducted and i want it to be refunded........cc representatives have made this their routine of deducting the balance.......my contact no is...[protected]........

                                I have been using a temporary Reliance One Card (no [protected]), from Reliance Retail since inception.I have been a loyal customer with Reliance Retail for all the years but till now I have not received the permanent card. I have spoken to the customer care quite a no of times also but till now I have not received the card yet, kindly look into the matter and arrange to despatch the same at earlist possible.

                                  I am reliance CDMA Postpaid customer since 2005 ,have requested relaince for Number portability to Airtel. My request was denied mention the reason as contractual obligations,Have called up many time to customer care just to understand what is this contractual obligations, The customer care has asked me to visit the nearest reliance web world,I have visited Reliance web world but even they don't have any information what is this contractual obligations.

                                  Would request you to kindly let me know what is this contractual obligations and process my request for Portability, with this kind of harassment making me run from Customer care to web-world having called so many time to customer care office, just want to move out of reliance at the earliest.

                                        Hi, I used to Recharge my Reliance GSM with Rs. 599 per month that is unlimited STV. Today morning, I recharged with the same, but then I came to know that this plan is changed and this is not an unlimited STV. Before, recharging I checked the website http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/prepaid/PlansandPacks.html and in this it was clearly mentioned that it is totally free. I need to complaint that if some plan is getting changed than why the customers are not being intimated for the changed plan. Those who are regular customers and recharging with this STV plan need to be intimated. Now, I will not be benefited by 599 recharge because all the benefits of 599 are available in 799.

                                        Also, Reliance Customer Care are not able to tell how to check the balance of 599 STV so that customer will make calls accordingly.

                                        Please, do proper action on this.
