Hi,

A balance of Rs 51 was deducted from my mobile number [protected]. The reason was an auto renewal of GPRS pack of rs51. I have used the services many times before but before it was never a auto renewal pack before when I used it several times. Ramya, a supervisor from Reliance Customer Care talked to me and told that I would not get a refund in any case. I do not want a auto renewal service then why does Reliance offers it. I want my money refunded at the earliest.

Kindly look into it at high priority.

Dear Sir/Ma'm,

I would like to bring to your notice that my number [protected] got a balance deduction of Rs10 on 22nd September, 2011 followed by a deduction of Rs 30 on 23rd September, 2011. The 23rd September deduction was on account of some value added service which after complaining the customer care was refunded back and the subscription that Reliance GSM had activated by itself was deactivated. My concern is that what if the balance was deducted at a time when some important call would have been going on. If the call disconnect would have cost me a business who would be held responsible in such a case. The customer care says that services are activated only if we use keypad during a advertisement call. I never do that then how such services get activated in someway or the other in every few days. Moreover, there is no procedure to block our number for no activation of value added services.

Kindly look into the matter as this has been the case from the time I took up this number 6 months ago. As soon as the customer care is informed we get money refunded or else it is not. Sometimes the money is as small as Rs 5-7 which we do not even care to call and bother about.

I received a message saying that a free trail of of a service has ended and a balance of Rs6 will be deducted for service continuation. It was also mentioned that to unsubscribe we need to send an SMS. I did the same and sent the message two times. Both times the service request was to be not completed. Later a balance of Rs 6 was deducted and on calling the customer care I told the message has been charged at Rs 3 each message.

I want to know why a balance will be deducted for sending a service which I never activated. The service gets activated by itself every now and then on my number.

If such is the case that you would continue doing the same, it would force me to discontinue using my number.

IN THIS PLAN THEY MENTION 2GB SURFING BUT WHEN I WAS RECHARGE RS 98 AND AFTER THIS I SURFING THE INTERNET AFTER DISCONNECTION OF INTERNET I WAS FOUND MY BAL IS REDUCED BY RS 89/- THEN I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAD RECHARGE THE 3G PLAN BUT THE MESSAGE WAS FOR 2G.

      once again, second time in a week..... i am suffering from a problem related to balance deduction....thanx reliance for giveing us world untrustful service from......
      i took a STD Pack ruppee's 24(at 14/11/2011) which gives all STD call at 25ps.... but its not working at my number..... and bcoz of this a huge amount of my balance is deducted within 5days....
      for this i callled to the 198 customer care but they responed me as usual way(bcoz of technical problem we can't solve your problem,please contact as within 10minutes......

      i called again but still after 22minutes your senior executive couldn't recevied a call.... its totally rediculous.......

      so, please give me my balance back within a day otherwise i will take some serious action toward company....

        Dear sir,
        I have reliance GSM (SIM) phone which is ported from BSNL 6 months ago due to poor service of the later. But now the reliance service is very poorer than the BSNL so that I want to go back to BSNL. So I sent SMS like PORT [protected] to 1900 and got the UNIQUE PORT CODE that is RX549985. While I contacted the BSNL office with this UPC code for porting, they informed me that this UPC code is invalid because the reliance gave the wrong UPC code and shows ([protected]) the number is CDMA No.
        I complained the same to reliance customer via e-mail, and reliance office directly but all in vain. Please take necessary steps to solve my problem.

          Reliance netconnect is the one of the worst service provider in india.
          Stupid connection i never had the experience like this connection.
          Very very very very slow speed in connectivity also disconnecting every 10 mins.
          I would like to disconnect this connection this month.

          Nothing to say about this connectivity speed.Complaint mail sent 2 more times and called them several times about this issue but asusual there is no response from them.

          Reliance Netconnect — worst speed......

          i purchased reliance net connect CDMA 1X model (MG880+) in january 2010.having full signals though its speed is horrible.....for the purpose i purchased it..... its of no use ....Though iam a postpaid user and paying every months bill of near Rs 800.....If iam returning it they will not take the modem back and it of no use for me..
          I bought reliance netconnect + before two days. they said the speed will be 3.1Mbps but im getting only 44kbps. wats tis???? my phones 2G spped is better than this. worst network reliance

            My Reliance No. is 091-[protected].

            I am subscribed to 1p/sec call charges across India and1p/SMS across India.

            I received an SMS 'RM-HNGAMA' saying Bipasha Tips for a few days which I thought were promotional and did not bother.

            Suddenly on 18 Nov 2011 I received an SMS saying that Rs. 7 will be deducted from balance per week and to unsubscribe I need to SMS 'UNSUBBFT ' to 54646 which I did. I got a confirmation SMS for the same but still Rs. 7 got deducted.

            I complained to *333 and was given a complaint number[protected].

            My balance is perputally being reducing and when I noticed the SMS on research on my usage from dialled calls and balance I found that Reliance has been deducting considerable amounts without my knowledge.

            To illustrate two examples:
            <18:24 p.m. - 16/11/2011 Balance Rs. 129.33>
            <12:28 p.m. - 18/11/2011 Balance Rs. 117.06>
            I called for 00:05:03 = 303 seconds approximately and sent 1 SMS = Rs.3.04
            THEN HOW DID RELIANCE DEDUCT Rs. 12.27 when they should deduct Rs 10.04 (including the Rs. 7 'RM-HNGAMA' which I have noted before and also have complained about)


            <12:28 p.m. - 18/11/2011 Balance Rs. 117.06>
            <18:36 p.m. - 18/11/2011 Balance Rs. 113.06>
            I went to sleep after this (in between the two timings mentioned above) did not make and calls or SMS. But Reliance deducted Rs. 4 from my balance to my amazement even after complaining previously to resolve my issue (complaint number[protected]

            This way Reliance prepaid had been deducting money regularly.

            PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.

            i am holding a mobile no [protected] of reliance i am customer of reliance for last 7 years

            the company is in problem now a days bacause of tough competition, thatswhy without the knowledge of the customer they deduct the amount from the customer.

            my mobile was closed for last one month but when i started it today the balance shown was just 2 rs before one month it was 85rs. if ithis is the attidude of the company then i have no option left to complaint to trai.

            kindly contact the company and tell them to sort out the matter at the earliest

                Respected Sir,

                I am a Reliance customer and I am highly dissatisfied with its service. Last Friday i.e on 11/11/2011 I purchased a Reliance 3G Dongle from Reliance Mobile Store, Chandmari, Guwahati and activated the 103 3G plan but I could not open a single page because my sim card was already been recharged with frc55 before my purchase. I do not understand how a seal packed sim can be recharged even before purchase of it and due to which my 103 recharge did not get activated. And I did not get a single penny benefit out of it. Besides, at the time of my purchase the Reliance store receptionist told me that I can use any other network service provider's sim but when I tried to use other network provider's sim it asked for a unlock code to use the service. Now when I called the store from where I purchased the dongle for that code, they send me to the Reliance Guwahati Head Office for this and when I went to the Head Office they told me that they can not help me, rather they again asked me to get it from the store from where I purchased it. Now you tell me is this the way they treat their customers and cheat them and harass them.

                my name is vikram vyas.i bought a prepaid 3g dongle for my father.from first day it is not working properly and i am totally unsatisfied.2 days back when i thought it is not working may be due to lower balance problem i recharged it with 500 it worked for few minutes then again it is good for nothing.
                on reliance portal there is no proper links to support customer for 3g hi speed dongle.

                the company system is too too too poor to support 3g customers.

                  I have applied 3 times for MNP and still I am not getting released from reliance.
                  I have tried for MNP from reliance to Airtel and reliance to Vodafone.
                  once the reliance people called me and asked why i was doing MNP. i gave reasons and said to release soon as i was not receiving any international calls and getting scoldings from clients.
                  When i was frustrated with all these i tried making MNP with Vodafone.
                  I applied on 7-Nov and when i enquired about these in Vodafone outlet they said reliance have rejected the request .
                  When i called reliance customer care on 17-Nov , they said me a weird thing that My name is not matching their records.
                  My address was correct and my date of birth was correct but my name is not correct , how is this possible , they say change your name and apply for MNP.
                  From two and half months , I am very frustrated and RELIANCE is the worst network to have. Please consider the this complaint on priority and resolve ASAP.
                  I can assure you that , to sell more and more sim the reliance people use address and DOB of others and cheat the consumers.
                  Please help me in getting release from reliance ASAP.

                    My name is Raj from Pune.I have filed several complaints regarding my reliance wy-max connection but not yet got any resolution provided from reliance communication i have a plan of 1.2 mbps unlimited andbeen charged around Rs.2425 every month and the seed that i get is 0.20 or or 0.30 mbps . I have called several time at the customer support and given different answers stating the problem to be resolved in 24 hours and i get a call from a guy saying he is from reliance communication his contact no is ( [protected] )he calls me in the morning saying he will solve the problem after visiting my location, but unfortunalely he never does .when been called he says he was busy and cant come and he will come next time .. what a crap,
                    when been told that i will report to his supervisor he curses me out while i have him on the recording,saying he dont give a ..
                    i would really appreciate if some one solves my problem ..

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have been using Reliance Broadband Netconnect since April-May 2010 till August 2011. On 31st August 2011, I had contacted Reliance customer care[protected] after 7pm (IST) to post a datacard disconnection request (as I no longer needed to use it).
                        I was asked by the customer care exec if I wanted to change owenership, etc – for which I had explicitly mentioned ‘NO, I want to discontinue my datacard’. I was given a request number ([protected]) for the same.
                        However, 2 months later I was informed that I have an outstanding amount on my data card of over 2,500 Rs..
                        On inquiring (Date: 24 Oct, 2011, Conversation ID – [protected], contact person name – Rosh) I was informed that my number was never disconnected. What I was further told was that the number ([protected]) that i was given is a CONVERSATION ID and not a DISCONNECTION ID (Why should a customer care for a conversation ID?)
                        There were 4 different category of reasons stated for not taking request:
                        1. That I have never placed a disconnection request.
                        2. That I disconnected my call when I was being transferred to the disconnection department
                        3. That I requested transfer of ownership and not disconnection
                        4. That I had outstanding payment balance on my account then – hence the request not valid
                        My polite request to Reliance Customer Care was that ‘ please retrieve and replay my recorded conversation of August 31, 2011’, which I was told was not possible (why have a conversation ID and why record conversation for quality purpose then?). On further insistence, I was given the contact number of Nodal office[protected], Mr. Tilak Chatterji) -. I spoke with Mr. Kiran on October 24, 2011 (Conversation ID: [protected]) and he too, like the customer care people kept informing that I had not placed a request. He too, has no authority to retrieve the recorded conversation of August 31, 2011 and that I was stating wrong facts. I was told to speak to Appelate officer Mr. Mahesh Ranade[protected] as he has the authority to retrieve conversation or help in any fashion possible. Surprisingly its been over 2 weeks now and I cant get through his number. The office timings I was informed was 9.30-6pm on week days. If I call in this time – the number is always busy, if I call at 6.10pm it rings and no one answers the call.

                        In the meanwhile on October 28, 2011, as i never got through Mr. Mahesh Ranade, I called Reliance customer care and spoke with Mr. Rohan (Oct 28, 1011, Conversation ID: [protected]) I was informed that one of my payment cheque has bounced. I never make cheque payments. On further inquiring I was given the number (Bank of India Ch.no. 698401, bounce receipt no.[protected], Sep 21, 2011). No such cheque belongs to me nor my bank has any bounce cheques on my account.

                        Ultimately, I took this matter to Reliance webworld, where I was informed that they cant help me unless I make the payment. Though I knew this was a money trap, I paid off Rs. 2850 (Oct 31,2011 recpt no. S[protected]. I lodged a complaint with them about this whole payment issue and that my disconnection request was not taken correctly and it was Rcom customer care error, and that I am not entitled to pay for their mistake. The complaint for this is[protected].

                        Whn I inquired about the status of this complaint on Nov 17, 2011, I was informed that the complaint is solved! Resolution was that I NEVER MADE THE DISCONNECTION REQUEST! To arrive at this conclusion, I was never contacted, nor my conversation of August 31, 2011 retrieved.

                        This is a case of clear contempt, inappropriate handling of complaint and clear case of fraud. The 2 things that stand clear and never answered by them are:
                        1. Reluctance from Rcom to retrieve the recorded conversation of August 31, 2011 where I have clearly, specifically enunciated that I wanted to discontinue my datacard
                        2. My complaint of Oct 31, 2011 was withdrawn without any consent, information to me.

                        In the meanwhile, the retention department contacted me and informed that they can (as a real big favor!) reimburse 1 month money back if I repurchase reliance connection.

                        I request this forum to please assist me, educate me at how I can sue Reliance Broadband Netconnect for their utter ignorance, forgery, for causing me this discomfort and waste of my time.

                          I am Reliance Customer from last 3 Years MY number is [protected] last time i am recharge my number in 99 rupees. that plan is internet GPRS . but i receive other activation massage . its activate 3G plan for one day use , i recharge my phone is 20.10.2011 in evening 6.35 pm and i receive massage in next morning your 3G services is ready to use . i am not use this service . My last request number is[protected]. please check my services and refund my balance. or reactivated my internet services for one month .

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            My self Mr LITAN DATTA, using reliance GSM prepaid no-[protected]

                            I am using 69/= INR night calling pack from last more than 5 months. Last I have recharged my no for the same pack
                            Sept- 24th & Oct-24(th)[Confirmed by the retailer]. But since last 7th November It's getting charged if I call to any reliance no. during night calling period where as my pack validity is still 23th of November. When I gave a complain about this(TAC NO[protected], they told me that I have used more than 3 Lac's second. But i have confidence that, i haven't used that much.Next day i visit Reliance outlet & confirmed it. Still they are telling the save thing & with out resolve the issue only they closed the TAC. There are other TAC no. Also[protected],[protected],[protected]

                            Finally i request for the cdr report & I got it after 5 working days after giving the request. Please find the attachment for my cdr & few call recording where I spoke to Customer care team regarding this issue. I have spoken more than 30 times. In between they had bared my call to CC also 2 to 3 times. Finally when it's get proved that I haven't crossed my limit,They are giving me false commitment about call back. resolve, refund the amount.

                            Still the problem has not resolved. So I am requesting you to go ahead with my all the details & recording & help me out to resolve the issue & take action.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              My sel[censored]mesh Koli, I am Using Reliance mobile service(CDMA) from 2006 onward. My mobile number [protected].
                              This number is from Karnataka state. Last 7-Dec-2011 i visit Reliance Webworld (Delhi, Shastri nagar) for number map to Delhi circle. I have already confirmed with the Reliance customer care that i can retain same number in other circle & I visit in webworld for same purpose

                              I spoke to Reliance webword executive Miss Meenu Thakur that Is i can retain same number([protected]) in delhi. Executive said yes, you can retain same number but you need to recharge with 250 Rs. at same time i recharged with 300 Rs in webworld.

                              As Miss Meenu ask me for my ID proof and i have provide my ID proof and one passport photo for mapping my number to delhi circle. At the same time i received the request number to my mobile number[protected] and saying that your request will be resolved in 36 hour of time. After 24 hour of time i was not able to call from my mobile or even i am not able to receive any call from number.

                              Then i contact customer care and customer care executive said we don't have any information about this request and this number, for this number we don't have any detail even i explained everything to customer care executive but they don't have any answer to my query.Then i contact Reliance webworld (delhi) their Miss Meenu(reliance webworld executive) took my hand set and dail few number from my mobile set. after 30 min she told me that sir your number is change to [protected] now as we don't have same number available in Delhi circle.
                              After listening to this I was shocked. How come they changed my number without my notification in the same SIM Card. Now i am asking please revert back what you did in my mobile handset as i want my own number([protected]) but she is telling now this can not be possible as your number is changed to [protected].

                              Now they are not returning my same number as i am using this number more then 6 year.
                              My all banking,business,contacts are belong to same number now I am helpless to get my number([protected]). my all business is stopped as people are trying to contact me on my old number.

                              I can not do any banking as all the SMS will come to my [protected] number.

                              I am requesting you to please look into my complained. and help me to take necessary action to get my number back.

                                Sir,

                                I am customer of reliance mobile CDMA. My No. is [protected]. But i want to switch Reliance GSM.

                                I filled application form with portability code RD831864 and Rs. 25/- on 27.10.2011 in Reliance World, Sec-18, Noida.

                                And Reliance executive asked that your no. converted from CDMA to GSM within 7-15 days but my no. could not be convert from CDMA to GSM.

                                and i am going every weekend in Reliance office or i call your customer care no 198 / *333. but your executive asked that i will be within 2 days but i didnot find any result.

                                So i request you that you solve my problem quickly otherwise i will take other action on Reliance.

                                  dear sir,
                                  this is to inform you that i had been using reliance Mob no. [protected]. The hand set had purchased from M/s. Gopal Traders, chandrapur. After 1 and 1/2 moth i was deposited my ID proof to Chandrapur Reliance Office, Dawa Bazar, Chandrapur. then my mob no. [protected] activated for communication. One day i have approached to the Reliance Office, chandrapur for changing my number into sim card. but reliance official authority have refused my request.they said that number on the name of mr. Patil. In this respect i would like to ask to Reliance compnay while submitting the proper documents why name has changed.

                                    I was working with a company named Bloomberg Realty (India) Pvt. Ltd., which I left on 28 Feb. 2011. The company has registered a land line telephone connection from Reliance Telecom Pvt. Ltd. and gave my mobile number [protected] as the contact detail. I am not aware of the fact that what has happened to the land line connection but from last 23 months I am continuously getting calls from Reliance Telecom call center from Mumbai i.e. [protected]. Today I again got a call from the same number by some person named Chuniya.

                                    I request you to take reference of the details and look in to the matter as it has now become a serious harassment for me as I always get calls during working hours.

                                    Kindly do the needful

                                      Some months ago I bought a prepaid Reliance GSM SIM (no. [protected]) with the intention o[censored]sing it for internet connectivity. I also purchased some talktime but never used it.

                                      I observed that the credit balance in my account is going down periodically without any use of the SIM. I emailed Customer Care and they informed me that some VAS and caller tune had been activated in my account. I replied telling them that I had never asked for or activated any additional service and it must have happened due to some defect in their system. I also asked then to deactivate each and every VAS, caller tune, etc. which had been activated not on my request but Reliance Communication's fault. I also requested them to refund the amount wrongly debited from my account balance.

                                      Initially, I got a reply from Reliance ADA Customer Service that all VAS had been deactivated and wrongly debited amount was being credited back. However, I neither received any credit nor the mysterious deductions stopped. I exchange emails with them almost every other day but they are simply not bothered to resolve my problem.

                                      About a year ago, I took a prepaid Reliance GSM SIM in Bombay and the same problem (mysterious debits from account balance) was faced by me in that SIM too. It seems that Reliance ADA routinely activates some VAS or the other and most consumers don't even notice it as the amounts deducted are small. But small amounts, deducted weekly or monthly for millions o[censored]nsuspecting consumers adds up to crores of Rupees.

                                      I now intend taking up the matter with TRAI.
                                      Hi,

                                      I am also facing the same problem. We are having 4 Reliance connections at home and same issue happened with 2 of our conncetions.

                                      My balance gets deducted for a Value Added Service which I never used. When I call the Customer care they do not give satisfactory answers.

                                      For last 3 weeks I am facing Problem Like balance getting deducted and then I need to call Reliance Customer Care, they check that and normally they give the refund back. this Occured with me for 5 times in the said time frame. Latest when the same issue Occured and when I called the Customer Care they are saying it might have occured by mistake from My end. And they are not ready to refund the Amount which they deducted without my knowledge. I am trying to stwitch to another operator but do not know who.

                                      It is frustrating...

I want to leave Reliance mobile co. and want to join other co. for this i messaged PORT [protected] to 1900 but reliance co. have blocked my port no. and not providing me port no. therefore i am unable to use MNP facility. Please help me i will be grateful to you. Thank you.
