I m yash living in Ludhiana Punjab and i have recharged my reliance number with Rs.599/-. Before recharging i spoke to reliance customer care executive but they don't aware that the plan has been changed. They are just saying that it is unlimited plan to any reliance number local and STD even it is also not updated on reliance website. Now its been 20 days after recharging, now they are telling me that this plan is moved to Rs.799/-. This is ridiculous, is that type of services providing by reliance communication. Thats not enough, call will be not connected when balance is low or less than Rs.1/-. When we recharge our number with Rs.599/- automatically some services like LOVE GURU, ASTROLOGER and BEAUTY TIPS are activated on our number that means Rs.3/- will be deducted per service per day. This is really cheating for reliance users. Now i have decided to change my reliance number to other connection that is free and safe.

Reliance Communications — Deduction of balance and automatically activated beauty tips

I have been twice deducted Rs.10 for my caller tune download (saibo with USSD *999*914# ) ,first time (1/sept/2011) when clicked on this ussd on my mobile screen ,then the message displayed that Rs.10 has been deducted from your account and then suddenly beauty tips started . Second time (9/sep/2011) when clicked on this ussd then msg deduction msg displayed and recieved a sms that lal bagh aarti has been downloaded , and even there was no callertune activated on my number then also Rs.30 have been deducted against monthly charges for callertune on 6/sept/2011 . I'm new to reliance , i switched my airtel number [protected] on 30/august/2011 and having such a bad experience . RELIANCE COMMUNICATION IS CHEATER , its A BIG FRAUD COMPANY .
I have a pre paid mobile no - [protected]. I use to recharge my mobile with Rs 599/- every month, and last recharged on 08.12.2011 which was to render services of RIM to RIM free call for 30 days. On failure of the service and on asking the shopkeeper and customer service department, I came to know that the said scheme has changed and for the same service I have to pay Rs 799/-.

Reliance use to send many message every day, but they didn't bother to intimate the consumers of the sudden change in tariff plan.

Plz see to it that this is not repeated in future.

      I finally registerd a complaint on 4th Dec 2011.

      1. Reliance technical staff has visited home 8 times since 4th Dec 2011 and yet problem is NOT solved.
      2. Restore ASAP. Mean Time to Resolution SLA is very poor.

        this is to complaint to you that there was a wrong deduction has been made in my mobile number [protected] (which is own by Mr. Shrawan Sharma) of rs. 30/- last night. for this i am trying to make a complaint on customer care by dialing 198 since morning 10 O'clock, but line is not going to be connected due to i am not in rajasthan state and the customer care of chhattishgarh advising me to call at rajasthan customer care which is not in my favor. it is not possible to reach at rajasthan to make an complaint in case of wrong deduction of Rs. 30 from chhattisgarh.
        so in case of this kindly inform me about the cause of deduction and please refund my account balance as soon as possible and please make me sure that this type of wrong deductions will never be made on my mobile number's account.

        Reliance GSM — Regarding the non-deactivation of the service

        Sir,
        In Jan2010, one of the services(Voice Chat Service) was subscribed to me on my mobile[protected] and the amount of Rs.30/- was deducted. At that time i had loged many complaints regarding the deactivation of the above said service.Many time I was told that the service would be deactivated very soon. On roaming in delhi,one of the Guy was NARINDER(Customer Care Representative),who assured me for the same.But on 9th Feb,2010,the same service was renewed and the same amount(Rs.30/-) was deducted from my account.Then i lodged complaint regarding this on the morning of Feb,10,2010(Time 8:10AM).Then PRIYA(Floor Supervisor) assured me that the amount would be refunded in two days.But when i asked about the status of my complaint on 11th Feb,2010(Time 6:30PM),then AMAN(CC Executive) did not tell me the status and disconnected the call.Even Floor Supervisor (LALIT) assured me the amount would be refunded but till date and time the amount is still unrefunded and i am unable to speak to any of the customer care executive as the call is not being transferred to the concerned department.I am requesting you kindly do the needfull as soon as possible. Hoping for the favourable action from your side.

        It is my painful duty to inform you that there are some wrong activation's are happening in my mobile no. [protected] which is registered on the name of Sonali Gupta
        in this respect I had complained so many time in customer care by calling 198 and 333, but for that; representatives are not responding well. exactly they are giving me excuse of next 24 hours waiting for deactivation of those services since last 2 weeks.
        i am totally unsatisfied with those responses and excuses.
        the deductions were made for Rs. 7 and then Rs 7 again and the finally was for Rs. 30 which was refunded this morning after calling reliance customer care.
        kindly help me to stop those services and refund my money which was deducted wrongly as well as activate DND services on my mobile no.

              I hold a data card of reliance which is more than 6 year sold the old type card. since it was not compatible to my new laptop I tried to cancel this connection. I went to one reliance world and was told since bill date is more than 20 days they cannot cancel it and I need to do it after bill. so IO was made to go back after 20 days since I was out of town my father went and these character who said a letter is all that is required suddenly said id proof is required address proof is required etc and made my father come back and get all these. Then they charged 10% extra for cancellation. First the dirty trick to make us wait a billing period then 10% extra if ever there is a company with policies and action to be taken to close down this is the company.

              Dear Sir,

              We take a data card No. is [protected] but in this time we do not use because our data card bill is more than 1000. So company disconect my Datacard. Now we go to shop and we want data card postpaid to Prepaid we paid all amount and prepaid charges but Company said You also paid month of May bill. But our datacard disconect in month of Last april. So why we do all amount in month of May08.

              My data card number is [protected].i have not used the internet after april09 as i have the access in my office. I have been billed for more that 1000rs for not using the internet. as i also sent a mail to reliance communication but they have not responded me with the correct bill amount.

                Respected Sir,
                I took a Reliance Netconnect+ connection no. [protected]. As I wanted something better than my Mtnl broadband connection which had a much lesser speed than what is claimed by Reliance. But it was later that I came to know what Reliance claims are only claims and not a reality. A 3.1 Mbps speed but what they actually give is a mere 110 kbps my Mtnl connection was far better than this with much lesser amount. I called Reliance Customer Care but it is almost impossible to get connected to[protected]please give it a try) as can be easily understood I am not the only one to be cheated by false claims others like me too would be calling.
                Why is it that no action is taken against such people as Reliance who openly cheat people by making false claims and there is no place to complaint. It is not that it is a mere cheating of Rs 2000 but considering that there would be more than one 1000000 people who would be suffering the scam gets converted into Rs 20 Crores. So in this regard I request you to please take action so that not only me but other people also do not suffer at the hands of these broadband service providers who have made a habit of making false claims.

                  sir, I sunil kumar biswal, my mobile no- [protected] there is always deduct balance from my mobile number. i always calling to customer care but i have not get satisfy answer that they told that from next time your balance can not be deduct but it is again gives that problem. it is happening 7-8 times. This time there will be deduct Rs90.00 but they told me that there is only deduct Rs60.00. They gives me false informatiom so for i want to complaint for them. I also want to refund my balance and also when I am not using that sim but when I am using that sim I saw here that there is deduct of balance.

                      Poorva Tiwari is a proclaimed offender. She doesnot know how to behave with Office Colleagues. I remember an instance, She once befriended with his reporting Boss / Circle Project Lead, engaged him into consensual act of pleasure and tried to get anti advantage and personal liverage out of her relationship with her Boss. When she failed in her mischief and nuisance, she levelled false allegations against her Boss and tried to settle score with him. When this act of indiscipline was brought to light, a detailed investigation was carried out to find the facts. Findings were otherwise, unfound , baseless and derrogatory. All I want to say that such anti social elements should not stay in the Organisation for organisational good and Employee welfare. She was immediately sacked / terminated from Reliance Communications post revealation of her indecent conspiracy against her reporting Boss. She was responsible for polluting the work atmosphere in the RCOM Premise / Office. She was even issued with warning / Show Cause Notice / letter to this effect which is well documented in the HR department. All the Companys are hereby warned to keep off from Poorva Tiwari. Not to engage her in any of its departments. All good citizens are warned not to enter into any contract or engagement whether social or matrimonial or any thing of such kind. Her mother is not a social worker but is a proclaimed sexual worker from Mahasamund.

                        I have sent the below mail to the nodal officer on 19th dec 2011. So far there is no acknowledgement and no response.

I have paid Rs. 1710 (Rs.882 extra) on 11th feb 2011 towards final payment and requested for termination. The next month, I have received the bill again in spite of clearing all the dues the previous month itself. I have sent mails to stop generating bills. Since then I had been getting harassment calls to pay the last bill and also received lawyer's communication. I have visited reliance communications office in A S Rao nagar, Secunderabad and showed the termination letter and explained, after checking all the details, they have sent a detail mail internally to reverse the amount and close the case and the complaint number is[protected] . I was told that there will not be any harassment anymore.

                        > Again, there were threatening calls on 17th dec 2011 from the mobile number [protected] (claiming that he is police) asking to clear the amount otherwise I have to attend the court in delhi. As I was not home, my wife had attended my phone and the communication was not at all decent. There is continuous disturbance at home.

                          Inspite of full and final settlement for my 15 mobile connections, I am still getting calls from the recovery team of Reliance. Even calling the nodal officer of Reliance has not yielded any results and they behave in a rude and unprofessional way.
                          When I spoke to Ravindra Sethia (mob: [protected]) of the recovery department, he said that it is not profitable for him to close my 15 mobile connections and hence I will continue to get these calls.
                          What kind of mess is this organization known as Reliance. Just because it is not profitable for them, they will continue to harass a law abiding citizen who has gone ahead to make the full and final settlement.

                          Reliance Telecom — Calls from recovery department even after full and final settlement

                          Inspite of full and final settlement, I am still getting calls from the recovery team for payment for my mobile connection. I think Anil Ambani is in big mess financially and hence his recovery team is stooping to such low levels. Please share as to how to rid myself of these pesky calls.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I am having Reliance Mobile Prepaid No. [protected], Reliance has launched 599/- Unlimited Reliance to Reliance all over India + 30 min Free per day to any mobile Scheme. First two months it was good and i regular buy Online Recharge from RCOM web site. On 29th November'11 i recharge as regular by reading all the details and there it was showing the same. But after 7th dec'11 i cant make free call to reliance to reliance so i called R-Com Customer Care they informed there is no more scheme from 21st Nov'11 Scheme has change and u will get 1800 min free for month. So complaint there that when i buy produce online it was showing the old scheme and till 9th december online was showing the same old scheme, but there was no reply in 2 days so i called to Nodel Desk and had a talk with Mr. Tilak Chatterjee he gave assured that u send me the copy past mail of the data showing online if its showing old scheme we will give you old scheme and resolve it in 48hr. then i talk that i want reimburse for the balance i have to use due to their mistake he told we will try to reimburse you the balance also if it showing old scheme online. I mailed him everything on 9th Dec'11 but after that i called 3 times but cant talk to Mr. Tilak as per rule i have to talk to other officer and explain them all matter and they take my request and tell me to wait for 72hr or 48hr. Till 19th i call i got same reply wait for 48hr more we will try to resolve we have forward your complaint. I spend almost more than 600 rs.for balance for the mistake done by relaince online system. If new scheme was showing when i was recharging i may choose other product or make other way. There is last day of 29th Dec'11 for Recharge as per scheme & and i dont know how much more balance i have to spend for this mistake done by them. They gave me hope they will do it so i didnt change the plan if they told me we cant help you or it will take 20 days i may select other way,

                              So please help me in it Make me reimburse of Rs. 600 which i spend till 19th Dec'11 and give me 599 old scheme for 1month more.

                                i hv recharged for 3g data with 208rs.......i received two msg at a time.
                                .first one was successful rechareged and another was " your request could n't be procced at this time plz try again later.
                                i payed 208rs to retailer.......he also received recharge succesfully confirmation msg.........his balance deducted also.

                                still i did n't get any 3G data......

                                  My Name is Suraj Gangolli from ganeshgudi. I am using prepaid reliance net connect cdma 1X data card. But speed of my net is very slow. Now the speed was 18kbps to 20kbps. It is so slow when downloading of 60mb files its very slow and take long time to complete download. But speed was slow. I want to increase the speed. 40kbps to 80kbps. Any recharge card which increase my net speed. I Hope you understand my problem. plz solve this problem. help me.I just think its a waste of money buying this product

                                  i am using reliance internet modem but its speed is very slow and not working good my modem number is - [protected]. my friends wants to take same connection but now they are not interested becouse of only speed.

                                  dear sir my name is karthik iam getting very low speed download upto 10 to 16 kbps i complainted several times to customer care officers told to me delete temp&cokies sir but still i am facing the same problem when i buy this zte 880+ cdma he say to me download speed is 70 kbps but too worst speed iam getting sir to bad of you sir

                                  I kishan sharma, i am also facing same problem as Mr. Suraj had mentioned and my Reliance modem number is [protected]. so please do somthing for my modem. Because it's speed is too slow to work and daily i need to download somthing for my work meanwhile i have to surff for the informatioin. please.. please.. do somthing to increase the speed.

                                      With immense pain , I Sima kumari , have to say that , the customer care of Reliance communications, which is supposed to be helpful for us , resolving our issues, have now become a miscreant and are misbehaving with female customers,calling them late night, giving missed call at personal hours, using customer care no.of the company , apart from the personal number.

                                      The complain is for Mr. Prashant (as told by him giving a threatening like u cant do anything ), using his mobile no :[protected], and reliance customer cell land line no. :[protected].

                                      Few of the calls' details i am mentioning :

                                        I have recharged 599/- (which includes Rel-Rel STD 1800 minutes free & 30 minutes free to any other mobile) to my reliance CDMA phone [protected] on 30th November 2011.
                                        But even after recharge I was not able to call to STD reliance phones.
                                        When I called to customer care on 3rd of December, they said, I have already used 1800 minutes Rel-Rel STD.
                                        Since I have not used those minutes, I asked them to send me the details, where I called on 5 days (29th to 3rd of December) and used 1800 minutes.

                                        They asked me to recharge for 25 Rs to send the report. I got the report, but in that report its showing even less 20 minutes to any reliance phone call.
                                        When I asked again, they are still saying, I have already used 1800 minutes, but not providing any further details.
                                        I have even send a mail to "[protected]@relianceada.com" also, but apart from auto reply, I didn't get any response.

                                        I am frustrated. I have no idea to whom should I complain.
                                        Please help me to resolve the issue.
