This is Himanshu Joshi from Bangalore.I have applied for a broadband connection on 8th Aug 2011.Reliance representative Santosh has
collected all the necessary documents and 1100 ruppees from me and told he will installed the connection by 12th Aug 2011,but he didn't installed the connection on time.When I called him he told, he will come on 16th Aug and do the connection,but again he didn't came.After calling so many times he told ,that my application was rejected and he want some govt id proof.I have already given my Driving licence as a proof.Then I told him to return my money and document back.He told me that he returned my document and money thorugh courier and i will get within 2-3 days.After that he is not picking my call also.Then I raised complaint in reliance customer care.But I didn't get any proper updates and resolution from them.Again i raised Complaint with Reliance Nodal office.After calling so many times I got an update that in my area there is no cable so they will not provide the netconnection and also they told like they will refund my money and it will took 2-3 weeks.Now its more than 3 weeks .When I am calling to nodal
office they are telling they are not received any request on my name.Also they are telling they will do the research and get back to me.
But till now i am not getting anything from them.

I want the resolution for this and kindly do the needfull.

We had booked a broad band connection of reliance on 11.5.2010 and the acknowledgement number is [protected] they had taken a cash payment of rs 550/- it was a combo pack of 499 unlimited sir we ask you for immediate action as all the executives and manager because no one responding to the calls made from us the executive Subbu [protected]

Dear sir,
I had registered for a Reliance Broad Band connection, the agent took the details and check for Installation charges. I got a mail with the connection details. The amount in bank got deducted. Since 2 weeks am calling the customer care for the status, but daily they are that salesteam would be informed and they would call me,but this didnot happen since 2 weeks. When i am trying contact the agent,he is also not responding properly

Now i don't know whom to approach, to resolve this.

    Since the Reliance mobile launched in our state I'm one of the earliest post paid customer of reliance mobile network & since long time i'm facing the following problems :-

    1. Poor network
    2. Call Hanging
    3. Call Drop
    4. Voice cracking

    Several times i made my mind to shift to other service provider but was assured by Reliance persons that the problems will not repeat but after some time i face the same problems. Now also since a week i'm facing these problems. Now in context to my problems i feel very bad & cheated when i see the BIG adds of Reliance declaring it as a #1 mobile service provider.
    We hereby urge to get our problem solved ASAP.

      I changed CDMA to GSM 10 month back.
      i used GPRS so many times.but now i changed new mobile Motorola Charm MB 502.
      I tried when i started using this mobile ,even i can't get GPRS Signal.i tried more than 5 time with customer care,they are not giving solution all the time. after 3 days that GPRS working automatically .
      now again past two days i'm getting same problem.

        1. The speed reliance netconnect broadband + commits is pathetic. Reliance co. say that they provide 3.1 MBPS speed but in actual it is only in KBPS and that is less then 50 KBPS in idle time . During peak hours it is 0.0 KBPS that is no speed.
        2. Their customer care executive do not register right complain. I register complain for datacard worst speed and they registered about discount in monthly charges.
        3. When I called them next day for same issue and I asked for complain number they denied to give it to me.
        4. The Customer care executive gives a date to rectify this problem but till date it is not rectified and this time a new date for rectification is provided with them. Last time they gave 31 Aug when I called them in Sep they gave 31 Oct. I do not know why they are charging money from us and why they are selling their cards when they know it is not working in some areas. They should stop selling new cards unless this problem get resolved and also they should not charge existing client when they know it is not giving right speed as what they quote.

        Reliance Data Card — Pathetic speed, worst customer care service

        I had a reliance datacard for a year or so, but it really never worked. since it was a corporate connection I did not discontinue the service, hoping that it would improve after repeated calls and might be o[censored]se in emergency.

        But i was very surprised that when i finally decided to give up the connection, with a due bill of 1500 rupees, i got payment reminders by 20 different executives in 15 days. I finally paid by cheque. To my utter surprise someone came to my office to collect the cheque again, then 5-6 people called in the next few days and eventually one executive started shouting on top of his voice at me for not paying up as the cheque bounced which was a complete complete lie!!

        i have never been shouted at and insulted for availing bad services. Not once did someone turn up to check the non performance of the connection but atleast a dozen calls would be made for payment every month!

        i am disgusted if this is what reliance is all about, they better change their name soon.
        RELIANCE NET CONNECT IS WASTE!!!RELIANCE NET CONNECT IS WASTE!!! PLEASE DO NOT EVER BUY THEM !!! I HAD THIS SAME PROBLEM!!! I DISCONNECTED !!! REALLY WASTE!!! USELESSS CUSTOMER CARE!!! IDIOTIC PEOPLE!!! CHEATER!!!

        I BEG YOU NOT TO BUY RELIANCE NETCONNECT.
        my advise: Pls disconnect first.

        I am also using Reliance Netconnect+ in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad area. The speed is pathetic and their customer care service is worst of class in the world. Never go for reliance data card!
        I bought it last week and the speed is horrible its around 9Kbps for me. I should have read this forum earlier

          Respected sir, I own a reliance GSM prepaid connection Number [protected]. Problem is, that they always use to debit my account balance for those services for which I never made any requests. Few days before last month I spoke to Mr. Prakash Panda, who works as a Customer care representative. I filed a complain for amount being debited from my a/c against my will. He replied me that 15 Rs. Being deducted for Cricket pack & the amount cannot be reversed & used a few slang’s too. The amount was again deducted on 25th, 26th, 27th, of last month for three consecutive days. Again complain was made & same irresponsibility was shown from their side.


          This is not the 1st time that I'm facing such kind of problem. Again today few amounts were again deducted for caller tune services. Please let me know what is happening here?

          These harassment spoils my mood. I don’t want to say anything more here.

          This is my humble & kind request to you to kindly look in to the matter, so that amount can be credited back to my number. Pl z do something to solve the problem that I'm facing because of this 3rd class service provider or I'll be forced to switch to different prepaid service provider. Thank you...

          Reliance GSM Services — Debit my balance from a/c

          Reliance GSM — Amount was auto debited from my main A/c.

          Respected sir, I own a reliance GSM prepaid connection Number [protected] since last 4-5 years. I got it recharge 2 days ago with INR 150. I don't know why the amount was debited from my A/c.
          Even after making several complaints to the customer care I never got a positive response from their side. This is not the 1st time that I'm facing such kind of problem. So, this is my request to you to kindly look in to the matter & solve this problem that I'm facing because of this 3rd class service provider or I'll be forced to switch to different prepaid service provider.             I have been sold Reliance netconnect dongle, with a promise that it will provide the speed of 3.1 mbps.

            After the activation of dongle, whether its on HSD or 1x it never reaches the speed more than 250 kpbs, that is 12 times lesser the speed which was promised.

            The icing on the cake was, when I wanted to disconnect the account and get money back as its just 3 weeks old, I have been sent to various departments to get the money back, and finally directed to customer care which says they have no policy of money refund.

            Nice way of reliance making money.

            Pls take this as caution before you buy reliance this product,

            If any one has got way out pls help me in getting money back.

            Hi i am rajeev. I have reliance netconnect deta card. on purchage time they says that your speed is 3.1 mbps . my speed is always 230 kbps (25 days in amonth). So please take action on this.

                  My name is Rishabh Tiwari. I have a postpaid Number ([protected]) of Reliance. I had received a SMS (Message) from reliance (53738) on 10-Oct-2011 that "your account usage is high. Pls pay Rs. 1472.38 to enjoy outgoing services". after 10-20 Min they barred my all calls Facility- (Incoming & Outgoing). when i call on 198 to ask what are the reasons to barred my incoming & outgoing call, they told me that your credit limit is 1000/- and your unpaid amount is more than that. i received bill from reliance with incomplete information of my call logs that shown the last date of bill payment is 15-Oct-2011. If they need to barre my number then they need to intimate me at least 24 Hours before barring my call facility, and if it's in there rule book that calls are barred after sending message then barre my outgoing calls and after 24-48 hours they can barre also my Incoming Call facility if i am not responding. i always pay there bill before time (Last Date of Bill).
                  So why they do this to me?

                    It has been passed more than 1 month & within this period I have marked no. of mails & made calls to Reliance CC several times to stop unwanted services (even i astonished since ever never i have subscribed for any such services) but both the communications have been failed, even each time i have assured for deactivation of such services. But i noticed still amount has been being deducted daily. This is strange & i would call it cheating.

                    Moreover, Reliance CC team have no appropriate reverts over asked queries, whenever i have asked why 5/- rupees have been deducting daily, CCE was unable to track. I am totally exhausted to take follow-up as Thread is getting longer, balance but till date no resolution. Each time CCEs have been using regular formats & all the time reverts were not convincing.

                    Please take this issue on priorty.

                      I purchased relaince netconnect in advance rental plan and paid 3600 rupees to the relaince executive.

                      The executive has not updated the details of the plan in the reliance portal and a bill was generated and sent to me.
                      when contacted the customer care they asked to submit the invoice copy(bill received from executive) in near by reliance web world after taking a complaint.

                      The web world people has not responded to this and told they are not responsible for this, and have collected the bill.They inturn asked to contact the nodal offcie.

                      Mean while my connection got disconnected. On my repeated calling(per day 3 times) it totally took 20-25 days to get my connection back.
                      When ever i contact reliance nodal offcie they say today you will get the connection back ,please send us scanned copy of the invoice,we are working escalating the issue.

                      When asked to connect the call to the nodal manager (nandan babu) the one who guides the team they are not willing to escalate the issue.
                      The service provided to me was worst, wasted my time and money.

                        Reliance Net-connect speed is very poor in Gurgaon, even though I get 80% signal strength in my home but the Max spped which I get is around 50kbps and they promise speed up to 3.1Mbps there should be some minimum speed also promised. How can any sell such service as a broadband service. This is the situation in National Captial Region I wonder how poor would be the service in other regions of country.

                        My Reliance broadband (Netconnect+) number is [protected]. I have logged a COMPLAINT in Reliance customer care also but it was of no use. The communication ID of the reliance customer care is[protected].

                        Panelty should be charged to Reliance for not providing broadband on the name of broadband. Customers like us should be Compensated.

                          I have been charged four times on 9th of July 2010 while trying to pay my reliance landline bill ([protected]). I have authorized and entered all the details for just one transaction ie., for 1100/-.

                          My action sequence on that day was:
                          1. I tried to make the payment through IVR but transaction failed
                          2. I went to www.rcom.co.in -> Instant pay, entered all the details. I have entered the amount entered was 1100/- but I canceled the transaction.
                          3. Again I went to www.rcom.co.in -> Instant pay, entered all the details. I have entered the amount entered was 1000/- then I entered all the details but I had to cancel the transaction again.
                          4. Again I went to www.rcom.co.in -> Instant pay, entered all the details. I have entered the amount entered was 1100/- then I entered all the details along with the secured password and transaction was done successfully.

                          Strangely, I got a receipt after making the payment but the received receipt was for 1000/- not 1100/-. Relationship Number for the same is [protected].

                          As soon as this happened I dropped an email to customer care, nodal officer, reliance web world. Till date there hasn't been any resolution from Reliance. After following up with them for an year I got to know that two payments of 1100/- and 1000/- have reflected in there account. Rest of the payment hasn't reflected. So basically I have lost 2200/- in the processes.

                          Today in the morning I received a call from a lady in Delhi. She asked me to clear my outstanding payment of 2100/- or else I will have to face the consequence. I told her about my situation and credit card statement proof but she said she doesn't care and I need to may the payment or else you can end of losing 21,000/- if you end up coming to court.

                          I have lost alot of my time in trying to resolve the issue but this court case thing is pathetic. How can I resolve the issue?

                            i am suffering from the problem o[censored]necessary video vogue service activation not done by me for last one year. i have complaint number of times but they send me a url to deactivate the service by myself but it has not done been done there also. i tried to get rid of this reliance service with the help of portability but they did'nt let that happen. i m so saturated of this problem that i want to go to consumer court.
                            They r forcely making a deduction of Rs 5 per day, just bcaz of that i alwaz afraid of making a recharge of heavy amount.
                            I want them to deactivate the service and refund me all the amount deducted in last one year.

                              With regards this is kind to inform you that we are user of Reliance deta Card ( Brond Band Internet Connection ) while taking connection the sales executive ( Mr Kailash Sindhi ) committed that you will get 10 GB plane data uses facilities along with surfing & downloading which is more then yours use before it we were using reliance GSM 2G Postpaid connection where we found less speed therefore we jumped to exist our connection to 3G Postpaid plan while taking connection the deductive was commuting that you have got 10 GB data excessing instead of 5 GM demand because as per company as per his commitment we agreed and took connection but after one month when we found bill that bill excess of our expectation the details as mention as follow..

                                Same complaint I made for Reliance NetConnect 1X High speed earlier and followed for about 2-3 months. Nothing happened, let me tell you nothing happened. Even I speak to Suorav for 3-4 hours (Nodal Officer-Bhopal who promised me that issue will get resolved soon (His cell no:[protected]. But he never came back to me, neither issue got resolved.) Then Reliance Comm Aundh, Pune web world suggested me to go for the Broadband+ (Reason they gave: Sir, we do not support Netconnect now, take Broadband+, it is best for you.(I made complaint against them too, but nothing happened :( )). I trusted them and upgraded to Broadband+.
                                I found same issue again. Why RCom / webworld lied / misguided me?
                                You Also can find one Attachment where RCom showing that Coverage Issue got resolved but that was not. I can go to consumer court on this.
                                PFA for this:
                                a) "False Info that You resolved Coverage Issue part II.htm"
                                b) "False Info that RCom is resolving the issue .htm"
                                c) "False Info that You resolved Coverage Issue.htm"

                                5) If after my first complaint only (5 months back) RCom could have made me aware of the real issue and facts, I could not have wasted my 5-6 month. I could have stopped the connection that time only. But You kept on lying that Issue will get resolved in next few days. I tried to put some dead line in eMail and with communication with Martin / Roshan / Parwez who are your floor supervisor for customer care, but it did not worked at all. I spend almost 40-50 hours talking with this guys who promised issue to be resolved in next 48 hours. Totally lie? I am misguided since 4-5 months. Is this is the working style of corporate like you who claimed to be Number 1 network in India?

                                2) Reliance Comm /webworld promised to have coverage in this area for Broadband that is--Pune-411027 but that was a lie. Infect your site also shows that you have coverage in that area. Still you are not accepting that you are lying.


                                1) Day by day RCom Customer care write / responded me for resolution and I waited like a fool. They cheated and lied with me.

                                This matter I bring in notice to RCom but nobody acted.

                                  I wanted to change my above noted no. from CDMA to GSM technology and for this purpose i approched your franchise COMMUNICATIONS TODAY vaishali sector-4, dist ghaziabad ph no.:[protected], somewhere in july 2011.

                                  All relevant papers i.e. photo, Identity proof and address proof were submitted. Later i was told that the papers have been rejected and was advised to submit the papers again. Thereafter, papers along with latest photograph were again provided in the month of August 2011.

                                  On my repeated inquires i was told to wait for some more time. I also complained regarding misbehaviour of your people with the complaint no.[protected] on 30th September 2011 and followed it up with No. 198 many number of times, But all efforts went in vain.

                                  Now i have been advised by Mr. Moin, your representative at the above noted centre MOB No: [protected], to back the papers as it was not possible at their end to change the portability.

                                  Today ,again in the morning, i contacted Mr. Rohit, Mr. Swapnil and Mr. Rajkumar of your office with no results.

                                  Either they Lack knowledge or they dont want to take responsibility. After a lot of discussion i was given the no. of Mr. Vineet jain of delhi Ph No:[protected], but there also some Mr. Ishwar didnot connect me to Mr. Jain.

                                  Rather, i was told to visit any web world of your company or can go to some other service providers.

                                  It is strange that the employees who are taking salary form the company and their families are being fed from here are advising me to go out.

                                  It is their duty to serve their customers and not to shut them out.

                                  I am a senior citizen, age 65 and also your customer for the past 6 years. Once again request you to look into this matter and advise me urgently whether you are in a position to change the portability from CDMA to GSM or i will be forced to change my portability to some other service provider.

                                  An urgent action is required from your end.

                                    now rs 99 recharge is waste for me what is solution for this

                                      This is to bring in notice of all, got a "Reliance One" membership card(No. [protected]) to get points on every purchase. It is a temporary card which is valid for 180 days and after that Reliance has to issue a permanent card but same has not be issued till date by Reliance its been over 3 years now. NO contact details in Reliance card.
