Sir,

This is not my first complaint here. Already i have posted 2 complaints for the same matter on February and march 2011. But of no Use. Each time an executive will call me and tell that your query will be solved within 2 days. But now it is 3 months. I am always hearing the same reply Inconvenience is regretted from the reliance customer care.

I have requested for an MNP transfer for my Reliance no. [protected] on 22nd January 2011. The request was made for changing Reliance network from CDMA to GSM. Today is 13th April 2011. Now it is nearly 3 moths from my request. Still my Reliance Number works as a CDMA connection. Also I think the Reliance have closed my request.

On 22nd January 2011, I requested for an MNP transfer through an SMS and also I have received a port number. Then from Reliance Web World, Kollam, Kerala, I also received a new SIM CARD on the submission of my Photo and a ID proof and payment of Rs. 25/-, which the executives there told me that it will get activated within a period of 7 days.

I have requested for this MNP transfer due to the problem of call drops in my existing hand set. Due to this I can’t even make calls to any number. Also the said number is a postpaid number. For these 3 months I am liable to pay the rent for my number [protected] with out making any calls or using the number because of the fault from the Reliance Communications.

In between these 3 months from 22nd January 2011, I have contacted many times with the reliance customer care and reliance web world. But of no use. When I contacted the Customer Care through the Mobile phone, they asked me enquire it in the Web World. When I contacted the web world they told me to contact the customer care by dialing *333. Even I tried to complain with the toll free number 198. But I was shocked to here the reply given by the customer care executive Ambili when dialed 198. She told me that she will not register the complaint and asked me to complaint it with the web world. Then I don’t know why the reliance asked to call 198 for complaints when we dial *333. I don’t know whether 198 is a useless one or it is the problem of customer care executive spoken to me.
I am using Reliance connection from the year 2003 (both mobile and land phone). The long 7 years is just enough with the Reliance communications. Initially the Reliance is having a better customer care. I haven’t had experienced with such an inefficient customer care executives over this 7 years.

Due to this problem I am forced to cancel my connection or get it transferred to any other network. I request the customer care to at least allow me to do that.

    I am Subhash Nama with mobile number [protected]. I have registered in NDNC in October, 2010. But I am receiving promotional sms from Reliance yet. Last time I complained online with SR No.[protected] on 7/4/2011 at 10.11AM. They resolved this complaint on 8/4/11 at 10.29PM. But I received again sms on 9/4/2011 at 08.38AM, 12.22PM and 10/4/11 at 07.31PM. I complained many times but did not get any proper solutions. This is final warning to Reliance otherwise the case would be taken in Consumer court shortly.Solve my problem.

    Hi,

    i am P V V A RAO from Orissa..My number is [protected]

    I have been using smart reliance GSM card from many years... i realised there was a balance deduction of about Rs.300 from my balance for no reason, activating unwanted services to the subscribe without his/her knowledge I have been trying to contact the customer care. but call got disconnected in between IVR option or BUSY.

    REFUND the amount on my number at the earliest. Else am thinking of switch to any other network

      Hello,

      I am using Reliance CDMA. Recently I am facing lots of problems, my number has been activated three times for three different services "Caller Tune, Cricket Mania & Astrology Pack" without my notification or confirmation. whenever we have called them, they told us that you have activated this services through SMS/IVR. we did not receive any calls from RIL not even sent any message to them also. I have already registered my number in DND list, still i am getting promotional messages as well as calls. Please do the needful ASAP, we already got frustrated a lot just coz of the same.

        Hi,

        Im an existing reliance gsm prepaid user. My number is [protected]. On April 1st I had requested for duplicate sim from Reliance world, Kadavanthra,Cochin, Kerala. I was issued another new sim and was told tat the sim wil get activated by 06.00 PM. But even after 5 days, the sim is not working. On switching on the handset im getting a message displayed as ' Sim Registration failed'. Inspite of repeated walkin requests at kadavanthra Reliance world, the resolution is not provided. This is so pathetic to notice such a response and service from reliance.

        On writing to customer care of reliance i was told tat a their representative will be contacting me soon. But even after 6 days i havent recieved any call. None of the touchpoints are responsive. Im now wondering wht to do..

          I placed my account termination request on 25th Feb 2011 and since then they are so lazy in terminating my account. Only think that matters to them is collecting money and asking me to pay till they terminate my account as per their leisure (1.e. 20th Mar 2011)

          Why should I pay till 20th mar when my request for termination was for 25th feb 2011.

          Calls from my end as follows

          1. Call for termination (Request number[protected]th Feb 2011
          2. Reminder call to customer support - 1st Mar 2011
          3. Reminder call to customer support - 2nd Mar 2011
          4. Reminder call to customer support - 7th Mar 2011


          I am not sure how much more I have to bear, my only mistake being using reliance in my lifetime.


          Even after sending these mails to Nodal officer and Appellate authority, I just got one response till date from them as below

          Dear Sir,

          This is with reference to your issue raised regarding termination of the services for the user ID[protected]

          We would kike to confirm that the services has been terminated for the above mentioned ID and you are requested
          to clear the outstanding for the bill dated 11th feb-11 and 11th March-11

          I got a mail from [protected]@relianceada.com on 16th Apr with a new bill.



          Here is my response

          Ok. I just checked my records. I have paid the bill which was generated in January (11.01.2011).

          The dispute is regarding the bill dated 11.02.2011 and all subsequent bills generated. This bill is for usage from[protected] to[protected]. My termination request was on[protected], so in this case why should I pay for the bill which is for usage upto[protected]. I have used intyernet only till[protected]. So the bill must be modified to reflect charges from[protected] to[protected] which will be must less than 1654.50 INR.

          I hope I am clear with this now and you will be able to send me correct bill which is only from[protected] to[protected]

          More update. I received a letter dated 7th April on my postal address asking me to pay outstanding of Rs. 3350.36 INR within 7 days of receipt of letter and any failure on my part will make reliance initiate legal actions including civil and crimnal case against me. It also mentioned to call on[protected] or[protected] to resolve any issues which exist.

          I received this letter on 22nd Apr evening. I called on[protected] on 25th Apr and spoke to Mr. Sunil. He told me pending balance as 2000 odd INR. I explained him whole story with my connection termination date and termination request number. He told me that he will speak to concerned people and call me back by 12 noon on 26th Apr.

          Its 28th Apr now and I have not received any response.

          How can Reliance claim to file a case against me when they are the ones who are at fault for this whole scenario. First they should make sure to resolve my complaint and then send me such notices.

          What a unethical and poorly manager company Reliance is. They are not even sure of whats pending from their end, instead they just keep harassing end users.

              i got a msg from reliance comm (cdma) that recharge with Rs. 7 & u will get 1700sec & these sec. are valid for both local & std numbers....when i recharge my phone then i got msg that u get 1700 sec. valid for both local & std....but i can't use sec on std numbers....when i dial 198 & complained abut this..then CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE told me these sec are valid only for local not for std......it does not matter of rupees....& Rs. 7 does not sounds too much....this is a matter of cheating or frauding customers.......kindly do the needful....& revert please on my id......thank you

                Yesterday i am giving my telephonic interview but due to service activated on my mobile number my balance is deducted and my connection is lost and i lost my interview.Please take some effective action to resolve this problem

                  Reliance GSM Service — Deduction of Balance from Prepaid Account

                  On 28th October,2009 i got an sms from Reliance(51234) that
                  "your subscription to CRBT serfvice has been renewed at Rs.30 for a
                  period of 30 Days to unsubscribe sms unsub 1003 to 155223(toll
                  free)".

                  As i know i haven't subscribe for this service, i called at reliance
                  customer care 10-20 times from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm, but i got reply
                  that system is down,so they can't check it and even not able to give
                  ticket(complain)no.

                  Meanwhile i was able to talk to one of the executive, he gave me ticket no.
                  [protected], and told me i will get my 30 Rs. Credit in my account
                  within 24 hrs. and i will get
                  sms for the same.

                  On 29th October, 2009, as i called at reliance customercare, i
                  talk to one of the executive for the same, then to Floor Superwiser, Team Leader and Senior Team
                  Leader. but they all are not able to give me satisfactory answer. and i was
                  really surprised to know that their executive gave me wrong ticket no.
                  [protected] as they don't have rights to give ticket no. and
                  misguide me by saying that i will get 30 Rs. credit within 24 hrs.

                  i was asking if i had subscribed for CRBT service then proove it, but they said they said they would not credited 30 Rs. back on my account. and if i want then i have to contact Nodal Officer.

                  Reliance GSM — undue money deducted from my prepaid account

                  i m using a reliance gsm prepaid card no. [protected] since 6 months. but from january i m noticing a huge amount is getting deducted from it many a times... sometimes on the name of some waste activation of value added services, which i never did. i never open the messages received from reliance and whenever i receive a call from reliance i simply cut it.. still when i enquire abt the same they say i did activate some khel pack, style tip pack etc..

                  and the limit is in feb 2011 i was charged for incoming calls from bsnl landline, while my phone was in local domain.

                  and when i questioned this, they said they cannot have the logs for incoming calls.

                  on feb 9 i called them and said i dont want any package from them.. so discontinue them.. and activated the do-not call service. still i m receiving the service messages and calls.. and they activated the style tip pack charging me 10 rs. twice (once on activation, and then for renewal) while i never activated it..

                  whenever i call customer care of reliance.. i never get support.. they simply argue for whatever they did is correct and it will never be refunded.
                  today 14th march 2011 i went to reliance center (shivranjini) and i found many people came with the same problem. with again the people at customer service desk arguing.

                  i think reliance company has this mission of cheating people and earning money from them. this is how they provide unlimited talk times to their own employees.

                  it is the worst service provider till date..

                  Respected Sir, i am an user of reliance prepaid connection from last 02 years. Since Jun 2010, the company started deducting extra amount for various unwanted services like fun club, live music, live chat etc, which i never asked for. after enquiring from their customer care service, each time i simply get reply that so and so service was activated in your account and it will not be happened next time. but the same things are being activated repeatedly. then i didn, t reharge my account for three months from Oct 10 to Jan 11 when i got fed up from these activities. on 16 Jan 11 again i recharged my account and on 17 Jan they again deducted an amount of Rs 10/-. On asking from customer care i got same reply. Presently i am not recharging my account i approachng to consumer forum. Kindly solve the problem.

                  Dear Sir,

                  This is Aditya Sharma. and my complain is about reliance gsm prepaid services.

                  Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent. CRBT has been activated and Rs 30 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.

                  I send message to Unsuscribe to this CRBT service. but now i want to return back my money.

                  Reliance should not do such type of mean activities of making money.

                    its Regarding a internet connection which i had 3 year back for 3 Days.

                    and there was some problem with Internet and Reliance has terminated Connection on my request.

                    There "0" Usage of internet and "0" bill outstanding. which is mentioned in mail from Reliance Broadband itself.

                    After 3 year i am getting call from Reliance Legal Department regarding outstanding bill amt Rs 1000/-

                      SIR, I HAVE Reliance GSM MOBILE CONNECTION. MY MOBILE NO IS [protected].ON 11TH April, BALANCE AMOUNT IN MY MOBILE WAS APP 50./-RS, BUT another Day at Morning. IT WAS SHOWING 19/-RS.WHEN I CONTACTED Reliance Customer Executive and their Seniors, I WAS TOLD TO WAIT FOR 24 HRS & IT WILL BE RECTIFIED, AFTER 24HRS, WHEN for a second time I CALLED, I WAS for a second time ASKED TO WAIT, THIRD TIME, I WAS TOLD THAT U MUST REPLY ANY SMS OR CALL WHICH IS CALLED BY Reliance. I SWEAR THEM THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL OR ANY SMS , HE DISCONNECTED THE CALL, BY SAYING, U HAVE TO PAY THIS & IN FUTURE, U WILL NOT GO THROUGH THIS PROBLEM. SIR, THE MATTER HERE IS NOT OF 30 BUCKS, BUT THE WAY THESE COMPANIES TAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED.                         I went to reliance office on 10th Feb 2011 and paid Rs.1872 and submitted my termination letter for my postpaid wireless internet. I asked reliance communications team that can I consider my connection is terminated then they said "yes" and gave me the receipt .
                        They called me again on 12th Feb 2011 and told me that please pay Rs.150.52 as they calculated wrongly then I paid immediately , please see the payment history attachment.

                        Now reliance comm. guys are asking me to pay Rs. 82.64 rental , they have called me many times and somany mails are floated in between us, simply Iam wasting lot of my valuable time for this issue . I have attached second screen shot it shows that one more bill will also be generated on 15/04/2011.

                        Note: Since Nov 2010 , Iam not using wireless netconnector but I was paying the money promptly because when I called the cust care and asked them to terminate over the phone but they said you have to visit reliance office. in Jan 2011 ,cust care told that we will keep in suspend mode so that you can pay less amount (Rs.100) but it never happened , so on 10th Feb 2011 I visited reliance office and asked them to terminate then they asked me to pay Rs.1872, I paid it , after 2 days again asked me to pay Rs.150.52 , I paid that also . Now after some days they started asking me to pay Rs.82.64 as rental for the terminated connection. It seems they are not terminating my connection even though I cleared all the amount and they are simply charging the bills .

                        Please help me to resolve the issue. Iam wasting lot of valuable time .

                          one of my client was paying prm for his grand son after his death the mother wish to be proposer i had submitted all req doc in jan 2010 later in april 2010 bthey ask for age proof of monor & relationship of mother to son i had submitted the school marksheet in oct 2010 till maarch 11 they were asking the same doc later i had resubmitted the same in feb 11 , they accept it & now they are confused that wethera marksheet of minor from school duly signed by gazetted officer is acceptable or not.

                              I am AADHAR with reliance prepaid mob. no. [protected]. Continous deductions of Rs.30 are being made from my balance for the last 2 months.When I consulted at 198 they replied that I have Shayari Pack activated on my no. and i have used R world. I have never used R world or activated any Shayari Pack.But the customer care representative is clinged to his point.If i have activated the shayari pack for the last 2 months why havent I recieved any Shayari from Reliance, I havent send any message for Pack activation nor have used R world , inspite of that the customer care is not ready to hear my plea seriously and asking me to switch to any other network. This seems to be a very common tool to loot the customer. I am feeling cheated and these mobile companies boast about their customer friendly services.How can you activate a pack without my consent. I haven't send any message. If I ask to activate any other service which is not related to balance deduction it takes a week to get it activated,For example DO NOT DISTURB Service, Even U process my Complaints in seven days but u don need my consent in activating a pack, it takes a second, bcoz customers money is deducted and not of Rcom.Please stop all these rubbish and cheap tools to cheat customer, We are common man and when we lost money in such way , it hurts.Hope I will get Justice
                              This is one of their common business, their profitability lies with these types of cheating techniques... I faced a same problem few days ago with TATA DOCOMO, but they responded to my complaint and paid me back the deduction, I suggest you to switch your user to TATA DOCOMO if you are not paid your deducted balance within the 2 or 3 days. They also have an online customer complaint window to resolve such issues.

                              I have two numbers of Reliance.

                              On date 28th March, 2013 around 2:30 pm Rs. 10 is deducted from my account without any reason.

                              I know i can complaint for this on 198, but i am trying to talk with reliance Customer Care continuous form 2 days but i am not able to.

                              And on 198 or *333, they can just resolve last 3 days balance deduction. So it is necessary to complaint today...

                              So lastly i have to complaint on this site.

                              Please refund my balance as soon as possible.

                              2. My second number is [protected].

                              On date 27th march, 2013 in whole day Around Rs 12 is deducted from my account by cutting down 10 paisa paisa...

                              I don&#039;t know why balance was deducted.

                              I want to refund of my balance.

                              sir, mera phn no hain ([protected]) aaj {11 th dec 2014 ) ko mere main balance se auto renewal ke naam pe paise deduct kar diye gaye wo bhi caller tune ke naam pe ...aur jab maine customer care ko phone kiye ...aur ussne ye kaha ki ye auto renewal kata gaya hain jo caller tune kaa hain but mere mai koi caller tune activate hi nahi hain.. jawab saitsfy nahi hone pe maine usse apne senior se baat karane ko kaha to 20 min ka hold karwa diya... usske baad bhi baat nahi karai...usske baad executive kaa kehana hain ki maine hi message kar ke activate kiya hain ...usske baad ussne phn kaat diya...

                              to mere balance kaa kya hogga yaa...aur us excutive ka kya hoga jo aise problem solve nahi kar sakte yaa aache se jawab bhi nahi dete, ...ussne apna naam vinay batya tha...

                                I had purchased the Reliance Broadband Netconnect from the Reliance Web World in Dombivli in Feb 2011. I had clearly signed (on the form) and activated a plan for 5GB unlimited usage. They activated a plan for 2 GB (which is of the same value). Now since the plan activated was for less usage, my usage obviously exceeded the credit limit. Since 1st week of March'11, I have been complaining about this for which they changed the plan with effect from April'11. But for the waiver of the wrongly charged money in the bill I am still waiting for them to take some action. Since last 20 days my modem has been deactivated and for which they shall charge me at the end of the billing cycle since the charges are fixed.
                                Have been victim of this. You need to follow up with your store where you purchased the connection and make them redo the damage. Mine took a month of followup and atleast 6-7 visits to store.

                                  As i am a very old customer of Reliance since 2004, I just want to bring your notice some points regarding ur service that on 8 APRIL,2011, i have called ur customer care executive MR. SHIRISH,
                                  around 09:00A.M to Deactivate my auto renewal internet subscription,and as per his statement that service has been deactivated w.e.f. .
                                  But the problem was not solved.instead of that he has deactivated sum value added pack,which i dnt have any since last sum months.
                                  Today on 11 Apr,11, i got a msg from you that the service has been autorenewed for internet subscription.
                                  wat is this.?And when i called 2-3 times ur HELP LINE NO-*333, they are telling there is a system problem till now.
                                  I know its a gud co. but this time experience was very bad while dealing with ur Executive, specially on 08 apr,11..As i had a belief that once instructions are given , they will be completed, but this it doesn't happen.
                                  so i request you to please help me out and refund my deducted amt to my a/c w.e.f.
                                  HOPE YOU WILL TAKE APPROPROATE ACTION.

                                    I am Tushar and my mobile number is +91-[protected]. On 5th April I recharged Rs 50.00 and got 41.33 balance. I sent 2-3 1 paisa sms only. But when I checked my balance that time I had only 3 paisa balance. I complained to customer care but they told that I used Rworld and some service was activated. I told them that I never use Rworld and I did not activated any service, I need my money back. But no action was taken I loosed my money. Again on On 6th April I recharged Rs 50.00 and got 41.33 balance. I sent 10-20 1 paisa sms only but again nearly Rs 42.00 was detected. Again I complained to customer care but they told that I used Rworld and some service was activated. I told them that I never use Rworld and I did not activated any service, I need my money back. But no action was taken I loosed my money. Again on On 8th April I recharged Rs 50.00 and Rs99.00 for GPRS got 41.33 balance. I sent some 1 paisa sms only. But when I checked my balance that time I had only Rs 11:48 balance. On 11th April also RS 10.00 was deducted and I complained to customer care but they told that I used Rworld and some service was activated. I told them that I never use Rworld and I did not activated any service, I need my money back. I told them that last 4 days You are deducting my money and when I complained you are telling that I use the Rworld. In every complain I told them that I dont use Rworld then how its possible. But they persist the same. I dont get proper response from them even i spoke with two supervisor they dont give the proper response. In 4 days I loosed more than Rs 140.00. I need My money back because I dint use their service. Please help.

                                        i have a reliance data card connection with Rs.750/- per month charges. the services were disconnected in january 2011 for not paying bill. i went to pay bill in the month of march 2010. the company told me to pay bill which included the amount for the month of february 2010 also, during which i did not use my net connection. what i have to do ?

                                        I had stopped using my CDMA phone from August 2007. Reliance representative came to my house to get the pending payment cleared. I made the final payment after telling him that I am not using the phone anymore. He gave me the form for termination of the connection which I duly filled and returned it to him. He told me that the connection will be terminated in a couple of days. After a month I again recieved a bill. And a couple of days later Relaince's representative (a different one this time) came for the collection of bill. I called up the customer care and they told me that no request for termination has been recieved.
                                        I TOOK UP RELIANCE NET CONNECTION 4 MONTHS BACK
                                        NOW I WANT TO SURRENDER MY CONNECTION FOR I WENT TO THEIR OFFICES NO. OF TIMES BUT NOTHING HAPPENED.

                                        FROMTHE LAST2 MONTHS I AM GOING TO THEM TO SURRENDER MY CONNECTION AND EACH TIME I AM TOLD WRONG ANSWER.

                                        NOW AFTER GOING TO SO MANY PLACES I AM GOING TO TRAI IN ORDER TO COMPLAIN THEM.

                                        i have received threatening call from advocate rohit sharma from delhi on behalf of reliance communication ( mobile no. [protected]) regarding reliance landline connection ( ac. [protected]) which we have not used at our end since may 15th 2008. I have called the reliance customer care and asked to disconnect the same. mean while during july 2008 I got a call from reliance stating that the connection is not cancelled yet and I have pending dues for them to pay. the executive who came collect dues from me have discussed with me and came to an agreement that should I pay 1200RS/- then, account will be closed. I did not bother about it from then on and moved on. and suddenly today after 3.5 years i received a call for same as above .

                                        he is asking me to make 2445 balance rightnow with 1 hr or he will submit file in delhisession court for which he has not send me any legal notice to my office during office hours and trying to harrass me and forcing to make payment under legal pressure for which we have not used the landline. .

                                        I have contacted reliance communications regarding this and came to know that my account was closed only in Sep 2008 and my last payment was made in july 2008. they have billed me till Sep 2008. I have not made a single call or used single byte.

                                        above details can be verified from reliance communication. I also talk to reliance communication mysore and they said this no is terminated long back and you can complain for same to

                                        I&#039;m ahamed Hafil from erode before one and half year I bought a reliance data card ([protected]), it went smooth till about six month but after that when I thought to change plan from 750 unlimited to 450 2gb plan (they told that it was a unlimited plan) then after a month my bill was 1800rs when I went to ask they told it was not an unlimited plan and they told u have to pay the amount for continue, then I pay the amount and told them to change the plan but from then the billing varies month to month like 750, 2000 like that then I called to customer care they told that they didn&#039;t get any plan changes request from erode branch, I told u that in erode the branch are very worst they told u can complaint about them like that they spoke very harshly finally I met manager he told I can&#039;t do any thing like that, I have complained it in reliance customer care also but I didn&#039;t get any respond but they call me to settle my bill but I told them I have to get the problem solved otherwise I won&#039;t pay the amount. Now my relience is blocked I don&#039;t know what to do next, kindly take necessary action on the erode branch and give solution to this problem

                                        Example :
                                        Internet USB Data Card - Monthly Rental Rs. 1122 (for 30 days/1month)
                                        It is expected that there will be usable working Network for all 30 days/1 month, but it is observed that the network is unavailable or network strength is very weak. So if I am not getting enough network to connect to the internet for 15 days, why do I have to pay for whole 30 days?

                                        when I raised a complaint with the customer care saying I will not pay the Bill amount if the problem is not solved within 5 working days, they investigated and gave me a waiver after 40 days, for Rs. 756.12

                                        So this proves that the problem was with the network and they agree that they did not provide good quality network service. And now they want me to pay the adjusted Amount with Late Payment charges.

                                        Why do I have to pay extra late fees for the delay that is from Reliance billing department?
