I have a cell phone whose msdn no is [protected] and service provider is reliance gsm.They activate any service on my mobile without my knowledge.

Yesterday i am giving my telephonic interview but due to service activated on my mobile number my balance is deducted and my connection is lost and i lost my interview.Please take some effective action to resolve this problem

Deduction of money approx Rs.50/- from my prepaid balance in between 11.04.2011 to 12.04.2011 within 12.30 AM within any prior information to me. Please arrange to solve the matter so that I am return my balance. You are also requested to look into the matter, so that I can not disturn afterwards.

its Regarding a internet connection which i had 3 year back for 3 Days.

and there was some problem with Internet and Reliance has terminated Connection on my request.

There "0" Usage of internet and "0" bill outstanding. which is mentioned in mail from Reliance Broadband itself.

SIR, I HAVE Reliance GSM MOBILE CONNECTION. MY MOBILE NO IS [protected].ON 11TH April, BALANCE AMOUNT IN MY MOBILE WAS APP 50./-RS, BUT another Day at Morning. IT WAS SHOWING 19/-RS.WHEN I CONTACTED Reliance Customer Executive and their Seniors, I WAS TOLD TO WAIT FOR 24 HRS & IT WILL BE RECTIFIED, AFTER 24HRS, WHEN for a second time I CALLED, I WAS for a second time ASKED TO WAIT, THIRD TIME, I WAS TOLD THAT U MUST REPLY ANY SMS OR CALL...

I went to reliance office on 10th Feb 2011 and paid Rs.1872 and submitted my termination letter for my postpaid wireless internet. I asked reliance communications team that can I consider my connection is terminated then they said "yes" and gave me the receipt .
They called me again on 12th Feb 2011 and told me that please pay Rs.150.52 as they calculated wrongly then I paid immediately , please see the payment history...

But when I checked my balance that time I had only 3 paisa balance. I complained to customer care but they told that I used Rworld and some service was activated. I told them that I never use Rworld and I did not activated any service, I need my money back. But no action was taken I loosed my money. Again...

i have a reliance data card connection with Rs.750/- per month charges. the services were disconnected in january 2011 for not paying bill. i went to pay bill in the month of march 2010. the company told me to pay bill which included the amount for the month of february 2010 also, during which i did not use my net connection. what i have to do ?...

I have paid Rs.500/- through cheque to a agent of reliance broadband on 12th of March on promise that i will get a connection in 5 to 7days and also got an ack no:[protected]. But till now i have not got any connection. When i called an agent(Mohan-[protected] and Jyotish-[protected]) there is not revert from him...... Later informed that give complaint anywhere and he'll not give connection.

i was a reliance postpaid custmer having no 329969 std 05842 few years ago (about 5year) at this time company sakes manager came to me and suggest me to convert no postpaid to preepaid . i diposited all the balace bill then he alloted me a new no on same hendset no 326447 and said now this hand set is now yours. but after six years company has imposed a case for painding about 2200.00 bill. company lawyer is now threaten me to case...

In spite of raising my complaint against Reliance Netconnect Broadband+; My problem have been unsolved, request to any one to suggest 'what should i do?. Do i need to go legally with Reliance or what?.

I have opted 3.1mbps speed option and till date my laptop speed have not met 1.5mbps.
