Slow Speed

Unnecessary balance deduction from mobile phones

Worst Consumer and Technical Services

Issues I faced with Reliance Communications Ltd. are;

1. Technical problems (False Rings, Internet Disconnection Frequently, Phone Out of Service Frequently) for 23 days in a month of April-2011.

2. After migrating in Plan of 1 Mbps, I am not able to getting speed of 64 Kbps for Download or Upload. Your customer care is advice to check it with speedometer and in that case meter give a result of 1 Mbps...

Unauthorised activation of services and balance deduction
