SIM BLOCKED - PUK CODE REQUIRED
Dear Sir,

I am a consumer of you RELIANCE SMART GSM service. My SIM card has blocked and needing a PUK code for the same.

Having continuous follow up with customer care service, they did not turned up to show any interest in unblocking my SIM card neither they are providing me PUK code for the same.

I need your intervention in the matter to solve it urgently as I am cut from all my touches.

    Dear Sir,
    I was suffering from last few months because I am receiving losts o[censored]nwanted calls from custumer care for downloading ring tones, sms pack etc.
    Last week Reliance activated some ringtones in my no. (+[protected] without any information and clearance from my side. They have also deducted some amount from my balance account. Also everyday I am losing some money from my accont for nothing. They disturb me anytime with these numbers i.e.[protected] / 474 / 767 /[protected] etc.
    Therefore, I am requesting you to solve my problem. Please be so kind ask you customer care responsibles to stop all unwanted calls and all messages from RM-Reliance gruop.

      It was my MNP Request with in Reliance from CDMA to GSM MDN: [protected]

      I requested for MNP with in Reliance from CDMA to GSM for my MDN: [protected], By visiting at web world (WW) in Ranibagh (Dayal Infocomm) on Friday, April 1st, 2011., wher they told me about the timelines (SLA of 7-9 days) of this service but it was not done as per the SLA, where I did everything they said. I visited the web world several times but they didn’t had any information so I placed an online complaint on 04/14/2011 which was closed without giving any solution. I started doing followup to get it done and after doing regular follow up with web world & on the customer care number (CC#: *333 & 198) there was no resolution and the people were not willing to note my complaint even moreover they were providing me New SLA each time of my contact and then I requested them if MNP is not possible then please cancel my request I will go some different carrier now but then they didn’t canceled it & they raised another request on behalf me without notifying it to me & blocked my old SIM the CDMA one and activated the new SIM the GSM one after good hours in the night of weekend but it has nothing to work like a mobile phone & then I again lodged an online complaint after various attempt at CC# & WW till 5 days continuously to get it resolved at WW or the CC# where the response was as usual
      Mean while I noticed that my profile in their record is not as appropriate as I had provided them so I added another online complaint. And after all these I felt very bad…it was like I did biggest mistake of my life because I was taking care of my emotions with thousands of my contacts & reliance…it’s been almost 10 years I am the customer of reliance & never trusted any other carrier….somewhere in 2002-03 I got first reliance connection in UP (MDN: [protected] prior to this it was an local number 0551-****536 ) then I changed the circle to Delhi in 2005 I requested for number change with same relationship & I got this number (MDN: [protected])

      Well I’ve placed last complaint, when I got support of my neighbor with MDN: [protected] he gave me this phone & said continue with this number.

      "Few questions that I have, are for TRAI….what type of Guidelines are given to these carriers to do so? Please make it available publicly. also, since TRAI is regulator in India what are the checkpoints that they have to ensure that this is going BAU."

      In case anyone have any questions, please let me know on my new number provided by my neighbor.

      Thank you so much for looking in to it. However I believe the journey of trouble with Reliance India Mobile has just started...the day I lodged the complaint on this portal since that day I came to know about various types of concerns & factors pertaining to RIM Services & I have now realized that the one of the worst thing which I have done in my life is my blind trust with RIM. I can see many problems in my RIM GSM Phone (Specially Network Related: No Network in any basements: -1, -2, -3 & not even in the LB floor of the NCR) which are among of noted here...I can see myself as not the only victim of the company.

      I wish, I get out of this ASAP.

          My name is Naukhez Naushad and i am using reliance gsm prepaid services. My mobile number is [protected]. Yesterday Rs 30 of my balance was deducted and when I called the customer care they told me that I have activated a cricket pack for which the amount was deducted. I have never activated any pack and when i told them they refused to accept this. Now they are refusing to refund the money deducted. They always activate some pack or other witout my permission. I am fed up with all these and I would like to complain about these unhuman activity by reliance company and I want u pls take some action against them. after activating the donot disturb service still i get unwanted calls.
          Please help me to get back my balance back and do needful.

          Reliance Prepaid — unwanted balance deduction

          I have found deduction in my prepaid balance of Rs.40. On dicussion with Reliance care, he said it that,You activated voice chat which is not right, when I refused, he did agreed with me.
          So help me.

          This is not a maater of 50/-rs but the matter of cheating consumers. If no action is taken in 3 days then I will have to move to Consumercourt.

          Reliance Communications — Money deducted for Movie Masala

          Dear Sir,

          I got a call from reliance around 1 pm on 25/11/2010, summary of conversation "He is calling from Rcom, and company has launched Movie Masala package, thanks for my time." that's it.

          After that it deducted 49 Rs from My account around 9:49pm on 25/11/2010, without asking whether i want this or not. I was not even notified that i have been subscribed.

          Was this my fault that i picked his call ?

          I have called to Customer Care but they are saying that they won't be able to refund my money ! They are also saying that i have activated this service by pressing button from my Handset which i have didn't , all i did is just picked the call !

          This is not a matter of 49/- rs but the matter of cheating consumers. If no action is taken in 3 days then I will have to move to Consumer court.

          Request you to correct your process.

              Airtel — mobile portability from reliance to airtel not started

              I used mobile portability service from reliance to airtel approx 20 days before. I had submitted all relevant documents but till date it has not started.
              dear sir i have done mnp of my airtel number [protected] to reliance gsm on feb-2011 my number start very let then it start continue till 14 june but morning of 15th june my number tells out of service i called to customer care on *399 they take an complaints 2 times but they told 2 times closed they took new 3rd complaint but my number is not started pls start my number urgent sir

                I write a complain because there is no any response of my complain that i complained dated 23/03/2011.The Complained is for Activation of Aaj ka Vichar-REL-CDMA pack WITHOUT ANY REQUEST AND RS-30/- WILL BE CHARGED by the Relience Services Provider.
                Now i want to say that Today 29/04/2011 Aaj Ka Vichar-REL-CDMA pack WILL WE ACTIVATEED Again WITHOUT ANY REQUEST AND RS-20/- WILL BE CHARGED .When i complained to the customer care he say that this is activated my a message but both dated i dont send any message for activate this pack.
                Sir i am not agree with you this is not first it occurs many time with me there is not any solution done by you and your team and this effect me.
                when you r tried to contact with us on the above no One time i pick your call but there is no response from your side and at 11May i am not able to pick your call because i am in the meeting with my Officers.
                There is not any solution taken by you for my first complain.Today Aaj Ka Vichar-REL-CDMA pack WILL WE ACTIVATED Again WITHOUT ANY REQUEST AND RS-30/- WILL BE CHARGED for 30 days.What is this and why, may i know about this.If my Money is not returned then i will complain in Consumer Court.
                Today after deduction my balance when i complained about this then then say that call us after some time because in this time system updation is going on when i call back again then Mr Pravan pick my call and i say all my problems that held with me from 23 march after that he also says that the Aaj Ka Vichar-REL-CDMA pack WILL WE ACTIVATED by me when i say about all thing then he waved my 30 Rupees that is deducted today.But there is no any solution regards my above complains.
                Today again my balance is deducted for AAJ Ka Vichar- REL-CDMA when i complained about this then Mr Akshat pick my call and i say him about the deduction and activation of the pack after that they say that the Aaj Ka Vichar-REL-CDMA pack WILL WE ACTIVATED.When i am not agreeabout it then he says that there is a message send by us and u are activated from this message but he not knows that in this Number [protected] the DND service is activated .when i say about that and also all my problems that held with me from 23 march he waved my 3 Rupees which is deducted today For 3 days.After that i talked with his senior Mr Chetan and say about all problem then he start to say that Mr Akshat told me then i told all the above which i described then he says that now there is no problem from us.

                Reliance — VAS ACTIVATED WITHOUT ANY REQUEST

                I write a complain again because Aaj ka Vichar-REL-CDMA pack is actived WITHOUT ANY REQUEST and CHARGED by the Relience Services Provider.every Month Regularly.In March[protected],In April[protected],in May ,in July[protected] and in Auguest Today[protected]
                all times When i complained to the customer care says that this is activated by a message sent by me but all the above date i don't send any message for activate this pack.But Today when i call Mr (ABC) i don't want to disclosed ,pick my call and says that there is a message send by us for this pack and u are activated from this message but he doesn't know that in this Number [protected] the DND service is activated when i say about that and also all my problems that held with me from 23 march he waved. In last two month they waved my money which is deducted by them.But this is not the solution.I want to say that please don't activate this services or any services without any request.

                  Hello,

                  I requested for port out on 11 Apr 2011 at that time you have rejected the request saying that there is overdue and you have to pay it.
                  I paid the amount and still it hasn’t processed when I called today to Customer Service Center, the respective service representative told me that your request has been rejected as you haven’t completed 90 days. Actually I have taken the services of Reliance GSM on 8 Jan 11 but still they are saying you haven't completed 90 days I don't know how they are calculating 90 days.

                  So again I have given the Port out request today on 28 April 2011. So kindly process it ASAP

                  I want to leave this network because I am extensively travelling to Bangalore, Mumbai and Hyderabad and while travelling I am not getting any coverage on highways.
                  I am able to see 1 or 2 network bars but when I am trying to call I am getting error as “Network Error or Network failed”.
                  I need to contact others while travelling and vice versa but I am unable to contact or not getting incoming calls also due to this problem.

                  I have cleared all my overdue till date.

                  When I am every time ask the status I have got different answers the customer service representative says you have to process it from Web World and the Web World representatives says you have to call service center but I haven't got any proper information for the same.

                  Kindly refer the below details it clearly shows the 4 invoices are generated and also I have paid the amount for respective 4 invoices.

                    please this ditel i given to you not give any body.because there were a problems to me .because tower gaurd knowen to me.if you not solved our problems we PORTthe all nombers.

                        after very 3-4 day a caller tune will be automatically downloaded from this number. i have given complaint in call center but the problem is not getting solved, every time they deduct money from my account.
                        six day back a caller tune was automatically downloaded and they have deducted sum rupees, wen i try to complain about the matter but coustomer care service are not gve me reply.

                        plz help me out i have contacted the call center many times but no any benefit, i want my money back.

                        call center people r saying that this caller tune is downloaded by us, but this is not true, we want 2 take legal action against them

                          I am your preepaid customer for more than a year. My no. is [protected]. On 16 Apr i checked m y account balance and shocked to find that 30/- were deducted from it. immediately i called the customer care. It wasreplied that some Trisha Pack has been activated on my no. without my knowledge. Irequested to lodge a complaint and reimburse the money at earliest but server was down and CCE could not do any thing. Next dy again i called but still there was same problem. Third thime only your CCE could lodge a complaint regarding this. I told to forward the complaint no. but still not received yet. She told action will be taken with in 24 Hrs. When on 18 Apr i called Sushila (cce) put my call on hold for 10 m and then the call was ended . Again i made a call and the reply was not satisfactory as CCE told it was activate from my end and money could not be refunded.
                          Ironically i would like to mention that on my no.DND was activated on 24 Jan 11. Then how this can take place?
                          It is my request that please look in to the matter seriously and do the justice because for you i think the satisfaction of customer is above all.

                            On 29th april 2011 at afternoon automatically my no. Was stopped without any information. Displaying the message on the screen is sim registration failed. I talk to customer care several times but my sim service is not on. Every time answered of the customer care executive is my server is not working properly and plz call after sometime. One executive says resign of your problem is, u can drawn two sim on one ID proof, but it's not true, I say what’s the another number and the answered of the executive is:-
                            "tumhe jo karna hai kar low bus yeh sim nahi chalayge toh nahi chalayege ok"
                            and disconnect the call.

                            Sir I request to all officers plz re-activate my number, or suggest me the right way for how to re-activate my number [protected].

                            please solve my problem, i have mobile no.[protected], near about one month automatically money deduction take place from my mobile. i had complaint to customer care service (*333 &198) in many times but they did not gave satisfactory answer.if i have complaint two time within a day they give different types answer ( one week ago from ABHAY answer is- internet access from midninght to early morning( this is time when most of people sleep), 24may GHAZALA answer -india games activate, or 25 may REENA answer-bolly pack activate) but i m not using any type of services.REENA gave me one service complaint no which is[protected].except REENA noboby gave me service complaint no. if my balace reaches 18 rupees or 13 rupees or 6 rupees or 4.50 rupees then not a any outgoing call from my cell phone by which i m facing inconvinence.please solve my problem as early as possible. please refund deducted balance also.

                              I purchased Reliance Net connect broadband Device for 2 months Back.The no is: [protected].

                              That device speed is very very low.and i register a complaint in customer care. complaint no:[protected]

                              I called their toll free no many (10- 20) times and asked reg this.. but there is no result till now.
                              now i m getting the speed of 200 - 300 kbps in day time average. but in night times i got the stupid speed of 80 -100 kbps only. the person who s sold this device he told the average speed of 2 mbps. But they advertise the max speed of 3.1 mbps.but i did not get the speed more than 500 kbps. it also happens 1 or 2 times only.

                              they make stupid calls again and again to disturb me like to open ur browser and clear the cookies ,clear the history, and change the settings like.

                              Finally i called more than 20 times to customer care,after one month 3 - 4 people from technical service team came to my place one by one , they are research every thing............and finally told me there is no problem, every thing is good and the speed problem will solved tomorrow.

                              next day onwards,...................... im getting the superbbbbbbbbbbbbbb speed of 100 - 150 Kbps at noon times.. in night times it ll goes very very high speed of 50 -60 kbps.

                              I want to know only one Detail. the great No 1 Reliance Network company can solve the issue r not?
                              if not, i want return my Amount which is paid for device. otherwise im ready to file a complaint through Consumer court.

                                This is regarding the complaint against customer care executive of Reliance India Mobile, My name is "Madhwendra Kumar Singh" and my mobile number is - [protected], earlier I was into CDMA of Reliance but now I have switched into GSM service of Reliance.

                                Today I got a call from[protected] at 04:40 p.m. from one of the customer care executive of Reliance India Mobile and I was explaining him about why I switched to GSM service, the line got dis-connected and I got a call from - [protected] at 04:43 p.m. from the same person and he started to abuse me and then he dis-connected the phone.
                                I don't know what happened, why he started to abuse me, you can check out the recording of the conversation that i had with him when he called earlier from[protected]. After that call my mental condition is not good.

                                  I Customer of RCOM Gsm [protected] from my mobile balance Rs 30 is deducted Reason given that song renew charges dt 26-April Complain date[protected] talk to Vikas Thakur . Every time this company is cheated in febuary and march 2011 they deducted Rs 51 three times for GPRS using. I donot give any request also my phone doesnot support GPRS so why i will enable that services. I also call Customer Care in March end they confirmed me that no plan is activated in your no. But STILL ON 26 APRIIL RS 30/- DEDUCTED also they didn't provide me the detail when i activate this service . I WANT TO KNOW WHY I WILL PAY FOR THAT SERVICES WHICH I DON'T ACTIVATE . I AM 28 YRS OLD AND I KNOW HOW TO ACTIVATE. I MU POINT OF VIEW RCOM IS VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD COMPANY. DON'T TAKE RELAINCE GSM CONNECTION. IT IS MY BIGGER MISTAKE .

                                    As I am a regular customer of Reliance Mobile Services(gsm) for more than 5 years but for the last sum weeks I am badly upset with the services of yours by way o[censored]nilateral deductions without any notice. Such a coercive action by your goodselves has pained me a great deal.

                                    on 27 apr, i called customer care, and after the discussion ur executive told me that ur amt will be refunded within 48 hours, but that doesn't happen.That time he gave me a complaint no.bearing no.[protected] dated 27 apr, 2011.
                                    And now today after two days when i called your customer care no 198, she told me that your complaint has been processed and closed, but ur amt cannot be refunded.wat is this? why there is so many discrimination in ur executives saying.? One more thing she has added that sum another plans are activated on my no. which i never activated, then tell me how they are activated and bal is deducted from my a/c.

                                    In view of the above, you are requested to make amends and arrange for requisite redressal of this complaint by way of suitable refunds. Else, I shall be constrained to seek redressal and compensation through legal means available as per the law of the land.
                                    kindly solve this problem and refund the deducted amt in my accont at the earliest .and due to regard your service is very bad and my first step will be to change this sim.please solve this problem.

                                      I had submitted a complaint to Reliance Communication Ltd., at their customer care email address on 12.4.2011, regarding inflated Bills raised by the Company.


                                      After that I have sent REMINDERS to the Company on 13.4.2011, 14.4.2011, 16.4.2011, 21.4.2011, 22.4.2011 & 25.4.2011, but the company has not bothered to do anything about my complaint.

                                      The complaint that I had sent to the company is as under:

                                      The aforesaid would show that the company Reliance Communication Ltd., is not at all bothered about its customers, but on the other hand, it seems that the company itself harasses its own consumers. Practices of Reliance on this aspect are seriously questionable. The aforesaid would also show that the company gives a damn about its customers.

                                        This is for your information that i,Surajit Das (Health Dept.),having a mobile with the connection of Reliance Smart.From last 3 months reliance smart deduct various amount for various offers without any of my information / knowledge.After calling to customer care thay are refund my balance.
                                        But from 16.04.2011 to 21.04.2011 (6 days) they are deduct Rs.2/= for every day that is Rs.12/= without any of my knowledge.I call to customer care but they are disagreed to refund the amount.This is not acceptable from me because these happens in several times.

                                        Smart — unnecessary balance deduction

                                        my balance is beign unneccesrlly deducted from my main balance. when i call to to austomer care they simplily say that we can't loge you'r compalin our system is slow. this is not the first time that they have deducted balance hey are reapeating these things. regularlly.
