My number is [protected]. I am getting frequent sms massages of criket scores. I was told that the "DO NOT DISTURB" service has been activated in my number but even then i am getting the sms again. The nuber and contents of the sms is as follows :

No from which sms is received : RM-54433

Contents of the sms : MUM v KOC : MUMBAI 93/1(12.4/20 ov) Bring home a brand new bike this premier League & Lots of Cricket Fun, Call now 54433.

    Delay in Full and Final Settlement and salary hold.
    This is Himanshu Sharma from alwar,

    I have worked with reliance communication for there PostpaidbBusiness at moti dungri alwar on the pay rolls of RHRS, which is now Reliance HR services private limited,jaipur with the Emp Code FWP39911.

    My concern is 30 days before I have submit my Full and Final letter for the process of pending salary and other dues after resignation.

    Management already holds to accept my resignation for long time with so many excuses.

    I got the commitment from HR management that it will be done within next 45 to 60 days, but now whenever I asked about the same come it know that it will take next 20 days more.

    I’m not very much financially sound and holding my salary and others dues is increasing my day to day problems,

    Have already escalated this concern with concern HR Mr. Pankaj Bhatiya [protected] and Mr. vikash gaud [protected] and Mr.vishal [protected] but no result yet.
    My salary had come from mumbai but Mr. Vikash gaud had Hold my salary and he said that the salary hold from mumbai.

    Your help is required to resolve my concern.

      Dear Team,

      Reliance Smart GSM service is giving very rediculous support to their customers.Earlier I have lodged so many complaints but nothing has happened actually.

      Yesterday again 15 Rs deducted from my account without given any prior notification.This is the 4th its happening.Everytimes they have called after lodged the complaint, heared the issues.After that not given any response.

      My kind request to you that if you are not able to handle this case kindly suggest me what steps should i take to stop this types of money deduction.

      RELIANCE SMART GSM SERVICE — abnormal deduction of money

      Sir,
      i m a user of Relience GSM Service Mobile No.[protected]
      sir my main balance was rs 50 and then it becomes 20 after a deduction of 30 rs on 24 dec 2010.
      i don't know why a sum of 30 got deducted.i want my money back very soon.
      and after one and half hour discussion with customer care they dont give me any proper reply and said that any cricket news is activeted in my no.which is not activated by me.but again and again they are blaimimg that its was activeted by me i said that i m not activated that service.
      i m frested to talk every time and not find any proper response.this incident was also happend onec more time and that time also they deduct my balance and said taht you are activeted the service this is second time i m complaining abnormal deduction of money.
      i have lost the faith from your service and after that i have to switch in other telecom with my another reference no.
      i want my money back very soon.

      this is very true... I have lost almost 120 Rs in last 3 months. It is happening with my friends also...

      May be relience has intensionally put BUG in the system to increase its revenue.

      I beleive we should raise the concern to consumer protection council.

        I am using nubber [protected] cdm reliance.My balance 49 rs is deducted on 13th April .When i talked to customer care executive on 14th april then he told me that the a srevice is activated on your no. and the service is activated due to fault of company,Your balance will we refunded to you within 24 to 48 hours .But when after 24 hours i contacted again then they again said to me the same thing.
        On 15th April I again contacted the customer care then they told me that your no complaint for balance refuding is forwarded and said that they are she is forwarding the balance refunding complaint.

        You can guess from it that what type of wrong information are provided by customer care. IN SUCH CASE WHERE THE CUSTOMER WILL GO.

            not activated though they said that it will be activated within 1hr but not yet
            hi,
            i purchased the reliance netconnect lUSB last week and was told that it will be activated within two days.
            its been a week and its not yet activated .I have called reliance office so many times but they are not responding properly.today i asked them to check and tell me the status of my activation request.they did not even told me that.I took the connection because i required it for some urgent work.now i am facing problem daily and waiting since one week.please help me out.their numbers in mumbai are [protected] and [protected]
            Don't be surprised even if you get a email from reliance people with a qoute

              Hello,

              I am a regular user of Reliance GSM service for last 2 years. The service was fine till the date when Reliance GSM deducted unnecessary, uninformed amount deducted from my balance.

              On 14/04/11, my Relaince GSM balance was 19.76 rs at around 9 P.M and after just 15 min it was 9.76. I was amazed that how my 10 rs from my balance got deducted without any reason ! So I called customer care to tell me about my current transaction but they told me to call after 6 Hours.

              I did the same and called again after 6 hours but that time they told me that my balance was only 8 rs from 11/04/11 whereas I recharged my service with 20 rs on 11/04/11 night only. They are refusing to accept that they have deducted unnecessry amount from my balance and also not ready to refund it back.

              It was the second time when Reliance GSM has deducted amount from my Balance without any reason.

              Please Help

              Reliance GSM — uninformed balance deduction

              The Reliance GSM service provider has deducted Rs 20 balance without informing me.My contact number is [protected].They say I have activated a specific Value Added Service.But infact I have no knowledge about such services nor I have activated such a service.The Reliance has been doing this repeatedly and every time I call them they just simply deny everything and decline to return me the balance they have illegally deducted.

                i purchased your reliance net connect broadband connection 15 days back,
                when i am going to connect your reliance net. it will show me the error messege "the remote computer did not respond for further assistance click more in to search help"

                We did
                1. Activation will be successful
                2. In setting i put user name & passwords are my Phone No
                3. After installing i did two to three times restarting the system

                  I have been receiving prank calls from this number: [protected] since a couple of days. He would call and scold and say all these bad words and stuff. He threatens my life too. I don't know what to do. Thought of going to the police. But, It would be great if Reliance guys can do that on my part.

                  hello i m living in hyderabad and i m having an airtel number past 2 weeks i have getting prank calls some people talk to me saying that they will kidnap someone from my family if i dont give them 2 lakh or else they are going to kill me when i travel some where and they use abusive language they give warnings to not tell when i and my frns try to call and trace i get swith off the no is [protected] reliance (gsm) pls take some nessary action about this i m kindly requesting u.

He used to harass and create mental agony regularly and used bad words and stuff. I am complaining that, please stop the service of this number. Thought to approach to the police for filling Complaint. But, we would be grateful, if Reliance guys can do that on my part.

                    Dear Sir,

                    Due to fraud misrepresentation of Reliance users, the company has charged unnecessary amount of Rs.2550 from me.

                    The entire conversations made between me and users as given below-
                    I had a broadband connection of Reliance which he promised to give better net speed, services, charges, etc. I quite satisfied with that features.

                    On the contrary, from the vary first day I was sligtly disappointing with that promises that has given to me. They couldn't provide us their best services for what I decided to select it. Its plan was really bad also not fitted for my requirement because I have been suffered from disconnecting frequently. And their services was made me disappointed. Whenever I called up to the concerning person for quit this, I always got the new number of senior person for further process. When I called them, the numbers were switched off or not responded or not taken any actions deliberately. I continuous tried on that numbers for 4 to 5 days but no one was responsible for it.

                    So I have decided to discontinue with this connection and should be try another one. I never been used it a single day.

                    Finally, the salesman has came and took away his accessories (except cable) along with him. And he said that you can take some other if you have problem in this.. The process going on..I took Airtel connection from 6 months..
                    And Today (14 April 11), I got the call from Advocate, High court, New Delhi. The Co. has unnecessary case has been filed for not paying the billing amount i.e. Rs.2550..I have billed that amount today in Reliance Webworld and I need to get my money back.

                    Please look into this matter as soon as possible as I am so tensed.

                    This is a mail to inform u that i have taken a broad band connection on
                    5 oct2010. my subscriber id is[protected] and
                    service id[protected].

                    Yesterday the co's recovery desk gave me fake call(mobile no.-[protected]) for
                    bill payment, and false report that they have filed a case in delhi high
                    court due to not payment of bills.and a person( mobile no-[protected])
                    said false that he is calling from delhi high court.

                    And they have charged me RS.2550/- whose reciept no. is IB[protected]
                    TOWARDS PAYMENT OF CUSTOMER A/C NO.[protected]
                    AND MDN NO. IS Q_[protected]

                    When my connection is not activated then why should I pay bill & how these
                    fake bills produced?


                    Is this the way to treat a genuine customers.?

                    I have 4 prepaid & 2 land line connections as well. i m going to
                    deactivate all these because I lost the faith in your company,

                      This is the 3rd time in consecutive three days, I am facing a problem related to my balance,without any kind of request being put forth from my end the services are being activated and the CCE are not helping out ,This is really not done Why would you people activate service without any requisition and cut the amount from the main balance.Please look into the matter and help me out because at the hour of official work I randomly 5 to 6 times go on calling the CCE people for their help to give back my money.

                        I am using reliance GSM no since last year .lase few days i recharge std pack but
                        i did not get any benefit of std plan .also lots o[censored]nwanted calls coming in my cell .i complaint lots of time to customer care but they do nothing in this matter.also they
                        are calling in number and if the call is pick by chance they activate any one their packs subscription.last day they charged me 49 Rs for why i dont know they said you subscribe a pack what i did not do it.so pls take action in this matter .reliance is big name but they are not well servicee provider ,that the truth.
                        hi i am still not satisfied with GSM provider . I did not say them to stop my SMS pack but they stop the services of my SMS pack .and also i still receive lots of promotion calls.pls refundd my my balance which is wrongly taken by service provider.plssssssss do needful as soon as possible.

                          I had purchased a Reliance NetConnect+ HSD card and got it activated on 11th April, 2011. It was working fine until 12th night at 10:45, when i could not connect. I called up customer care to find out that my card has been deactivated coz of address verification going NEGATIVE. I was told to approach a nearby Reliance Web World and get it activated from there..

                          Today i went to the Hiranandani RWW outlet close to my office..The branch manager told me to get my documents again. When i explained to him that my docs have already been submitted to Vriti Infocomm (The third party E2E delivery partners for Reliance netconnect) he gave me the number of the Nodal office.

                          I called the number and spoke to an agent who said that the docments need not be submitted again. He wanted me to give the call to the manager. The manager was very arrogant and rude to me and just bluntly ignored me by saying we dont speak to the nodal office, inspite the person requesting for a word with the manager.

                          This complaint is against the manager of Reliance Web World outlet at Hiranandani branch, Powai for very very poor service and rude behaviour towards customer. If the branch manager is like this, what can we expect from the branch staff?? Request to pls do something about this particular branch of RWW.

                          Reliance Netconnect — Reliance Web World Service

                          I got Reliance NetConnect in offer on purchase of Acer Laptop in Jan from Reliance Webworld,Opposite Paradise,Secundrabad. I was not told that three months postpaid connection is mandatory. I ended up paying Rs1200 even though I did not use it for more than a month. Even though I asked them to migrate to prepaid after clearing the bill, they did not do it and I was asked to pay again rental of 230 for the last week. The way the employees of Reliance Web world dealing with customers is not proper and I am one of those unlucky customers who had to pay price for employee's mistake.

                            Problem Statement : Reliance FWP not working and RIC is charging bill for those months - NO help received from Reliance Webworld, Repair Centers and call center for resolution of problem

                            I am a reliance FWP user No[protected], Relationship No. [protected], and i would like to bring to your kind attention that, i am facing a very serious problem with the FWP handset and extra billing (where phone is not in use).

                            I have tried to contact nearest reliance web world (vasant vihar and masud pur) for the repair of FWP equipment but they have asked to go to Saket service centre for any kind of repair of FWP equipment. Infact since 6 months nobody has rectified the FWP equipment neither web world or repair centres– Moreover reliance call centre is also not responding to my queries and they are asking to call Nos *222 or *333 or 30333333/30339696 – No RESULT

                            I am frustrated after shuttling to multiple reliance repair centres and calling reliance call centres – my problem is still not resolved and reliance is charging monthly bill of those months where I have not been able to use the Reliance services. Reliance is even not disconnecting/terminating the services on the phone number[protected].

                            I need resolution of the problem – I believe reliance call center and repair centers must be creating problem to other working couples as well.

                            Reliance Communications/FWP — FWP connection not working

                            I'm subscriber of reliance FWP connection. For more than a week I'm not able to make/receive any calls. I approached nodal officer/appallate officer but it has not helped. I demand a rebate in monthly rental charges in accordance with downtime.

                              rs.200 balance in my prepaid card gradually it will deducted and last rs4.92 today without any call or etc.

                              Mera mobile se bine kisi information ke Rs. 30 ka balance date 15.06.2011 ka kaat liya gaya. mere mobile me Date 15.06.2011 (18.00 hrs tak ) ko Rs. 93/- (Approx.) balance tha par jab maine 20.00 hrs me balance chek kiya to mere mobile se Rs. 30/- kaat kar mera balance Rs. 63 /- bach gaya. Jabki maine mobile se koi baat bi nahi kiya, yaaha tak maine koi service bi active nahi karwaya, iske baabjud mere mobile se Rs.30/- kaat liya gaya. Maine Customer care no. [protected], *333 & 198 par 15.06.2011 ko 20.21 har se lekar 21.38 tak aur fir 16.06.2011 ko 08.30hrs se 8.53 hrs tak 100 and above times tak call kiya par customer care se koi response nahi mila. Mai bahut paresaan ho gaya hu customer care se we log phone lagne ke baabjud phone receive kar ke baat nahi karte hai. plz help me.

                                hello,
                                i am having a reliance prepaid connection.the no. is [protected].i am quite really disappointed by the service.the reasons are many.i have the following problems:-
                                1.they always reduce my balance without any reasons.
                                2.i tried to call at customer care.at one no,they tel to call at other no. and say ”this is not their work”.then why are they having the option for complaint regisration on that no.
                                3.when i tried to call at another customer care number,they dont pick up the call even if i wait for 8-10 mins.
                                4.sometimes my SIM automatically goes inactive,when i restart my phone,message sending fails for 10-15 days.i compalint about it but my issue never gets resolved.
                                5.the customer care executives talks nonsense and sometimes they abuse badly to me.
                                6.when i told them i will complaint about you,the say”do whatever you want,we’ll also see.”
                                7.above of all,once a customer care executive messaged me his number by their official system and told to call me for making me his friend..!!!(what is this..!!)
                                8.i complained but no response!!!!
                                now also they have reduced my balance by rs.10 without any reason.

                                i want complete solution please tel if you can help.

                                  This is regarding wrongly imposition of "Friendship Pack" on my no. [protected].30 rupees were deducted and inspite of repeated complaints on complaint no. 198 no action is taken.
                                  Message from 51234123 on my no. clearly shows that service is subscribed while money is not waived citing reason that it was "re-newed".I had neither any idea of this pack nor got any information regarding this from my service provider.

I was having balance of 25.15 rupees. but on 12th April,2011 suddenly my balance decreased to 0.15 rupees. when i asked about this to customer care on 13th April,2011, they are forcing me that i have attended a call from telemarketing or send a SMS to activated a SMS Combo pack on my mobile on 12th April,2011 at 10:13 P.M. but I received a SMS from reliance at 10:13 P.M. which contains "Dear Customer, Your Prepaid account balance us currently Rs. 0.15. Please recharge your account soon to enjoy uninterrupted service".

                                        Sir, they have do this type of nonsense so many time and they don't back my deducted money, even they have deduct my money last month also. Mail Copy attached for your reference.

                                        So you are requested to please help me what i can do against Reliance.
