Issues I faced with Reliance Communications Ltd. are;

1. Technical problems (False Rings, Internet Disconnection Frequently, Phone Out of Service Frequently) for 23 days in a month of April-2011.

2. After migrating in Plan of 1 Mbps, I am not able to getting speed of 64 Kbps for Download or Upload. Your customer care is advice to check it with speedometer and in that case meter give a result of 1 Mbps upload and 600 kbps of download but buy checking with ICMP ping utility it is not even 64 Kbps for Download or Upload. I have attached screen shots for these please check it.

3. Customer care and local authorities are register different complain or half complain other than actual problem that we faced.

4. Your technical staffs are close or mark status as solved for complains after just visiting but in actual the problem is still there. Your technical staff is not getting any review form customer for the services.

5. Every time when I call to customer care I need to give them explanation to each of your representative there isn’t any internal communication between them.

6. Nodal and Applet authorities are not answering or even pick up any call made from our side.

7. Your customer care on toll free no. are answered very such an un-mannerly and they are also denied to transfer call to senior or higher authorities, so if we need further clarification for complain to whom we contact?

    I would like to inform you that myself Dilip Bhattacharyya i am using Reliance prepaid connection but in 21/04/2011 i am recharge my reliance sim for Rs.50/- and i rec. balance for Rs.41/- and next day 24/04/2011 i check my balance and show my balance is Rs 4/- and i am call to customer care for regarding this but till date my call is not connected to customer care.

    So please look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible

    Reliance Prepaid Service — Undue deduction of amount

    I ham having a Reliance Cell Phone bearing No.[protected] . Since 5 months, whenever I refill/recharge my cell phone pre paid account, lot of amount has been deducted from my balance amount. On enquiry from Customer Care, no details are being provided. Further, on lodging of complaints it has been informed that amount has been deducted properly but no details of the same has been provided.

    Sir, I neither use R-world services nor I have applied for any service/tunes etc.

    You are, therefore, requested to look into the matter and do the needful and refund/credit undue amount deducted from my account failing which I will be forced to complain to TRAI.

    Reliance — undue deduction of amount

    My cell No. is [protected]. Since five months, an amount is deducted from my prepaid balance. On enquirty from customer care, no details are being provided. I have also lodged complaints but all in vein. Neither I am using R-world service nor any other service such as ring tones, message etc. are availed by me. It is nothing else but cheating to customers.

    You are requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful. It will be very sad to force me to complain to TRAI for the same.

    Reliance — Undue deductions on services not availed

    I am using a reliance mobile from last year. I use it for incoming calls or important outgoing calls. so I always had a low value recharge mainly of Rs. 77/-. Every time a sum of Rs.20/- is deducted on recharging.On enquiry I was told that I have asked for some music services which is not true. It happened for 3 times and anyhow I deactivated the services for which amount was deducted.That service I have never asked nor used. Again on 22/10/08 I recharged for 77/- after some days Rs.30/- were deducted again.On this occassion I talked rudely to the service man & asked him to deactivate the service which I have not asked for.He obliged & within 24 hours I got a conformation SMS for deactivation via service request no. 79045070.
    I will request the authorties to be carefull not to repeat the mistake when i go for a recharge.
    I agree with your complent...as I was going through same problem. Actually third time I'm suffering with false deducation for something 'MITTE KE RANG'. I never subscribed for any of such service nor I used and have info about that. Yesterday I talked 9 times with different customer care representitives but each time I got the reply that our server is down and call after 1 hrs. Finally I came to know that after 2 days my service will get deactive..but I shld not get any refund. This is the third time I'm suffering with same..If I want to forward this complent to higher authorities what shld I do? Anyone could please assist?

    reliance prepaid customer — lost mobile-request for barring the connectivity

    Iam a prepaid customer with cell no [protected].
    I lost my cell in Banglore while transit and the cell is in some unknown person who is using it to disturb other contact numbers recorded in the lost cell.Now Iam away in North East and will take 10 days tor each back Bangalore.
    I request you to immediately block the SIM -all outgoing and incoming calls till I personally approach the customer care with my proof to make alternate arrangements.

    my mobil no is [protected]. on it services like mahfil-e-timepass & cricket pack activation occur without any request.........cricket pack activated on my account in october & mahfil-e-timepass activated on 4th november....... i m in great economic loss due to this ............so, plz lodge my complain & notice it.....

    caller tune activation and avoid in and the recieved a massage that Your caller tune has been activated if you want to deactivate please call toll free No-[protected] . I call for deactivation after dectivation my total balance has been debited , result it I am in great trouble because of this fraudness .and I have decided to go in consumer forum or close your service .

          Hi,
          I have a Reliance Hello connection (No: [protected]) at Meerut- Uttar Pradesh.
          Since January several services has been activated without my information from Reliance End and I have been charged around Rs 300/- for the same, out of which Rs 165/- have been charged since Mar 15, 2011.

          Every time I called the customer care I get the same answer
          “All the services were activated on your request and the company do not start the service by itself”
          And when asked about when I requested for the activation of service the response every time was
          “We do not have any information on when you requested the service, we can only provide information when the balance was deducted”

          On 23rd April 2011, I called up the customer care and asked to de-activate all the services and never to activate any service again,
          I have also registered on “Do Not Call Registry” on April 06, 2011
          Still today one service was activated and Rs 30 charged.
          I called up the customer care and again they could not provide any information about when I requested for the service.

          This is highly Unprofessional at company’s end.

          I request you to intervene to reverse all the charges which I have been charged since Jan 2011 on behalf of these services

          And also take note to:
          1. Deactivate all services except for CLIP, Voice calls and SMS
          2. Never to activate any service again
          3. Never to call or send SMS for any service

          Hi,
          I got Rs 70 refunded to my account yesterday, as told by your representative on phone this amount was charged in the month of April.
          But I have been charged continuously since January and I repeat that:
          1. None of the services activated and hence charged were requested by me.
          2. All the services were activated by the company on its own
          3. I have never used any of the services.

          Considering the fact that:
          1. This is a "Reliance Hello" phone and not a mobile phone
          2. This is used by my parents, both of whom are over 60 years of age

          It is just a matter of not noticing the deductions for sometime.

          You have reversed charges only for April and not from Jan 2011 to March 2011.
          Is it fair on part of the company to activate some service, keep charging until the customer notices and register a complaint (ignore the complaint few times) and later reverse part of the total amount charged?

          So please revert the entire amount charged for any VAS service since Jan 2011

            Hi,

            I bought Reliance NetConnect around two weeks back from Reliance’s store in BTM Bangalore. One of the primary reasons why I bought it was that I wanted to have voice chats using gtalk/skype.
            Whenever I connect my data card, it shows me the speed of 3.1 Mbps . But when I call using Gtalk, there is no signal strength and the calls are not clear and net connect disconnects a million of times during the call. If you claim there is a speed of 3.1 Mbps , which is a quite good speed, I fail to understand how the calls do not get connected and how can the call quality be so poor.
            Please help me resolve this issue or else tell me the procedure to return the device and get the money refunded.

              new address on 31st march,2011.In between 31st march – 11th apr.2011,i had called many time with super-wiser of rel.broadband,each time R-Care said that they are forwarding my complaint to higher priority to their technical group.Till now I didn’t got any response from Surat rel.care.
              I was not want to join others,but when i got not any response in about 25th days from rel.at last i want to discontinue with reliance broadband.

                Reliance Netconnect broadband — Very slow speed

                I'm a subscriber of Reliance Net Connect Braodband+, with Subsciber ID - [protected], and facing problems with very slow Net speed since more than a month.
                Despite making complaint through mobile several times the problem not resolved, every time customer care speaks about the congestion problem. I' so frustrated that thinking to un-subscribe the Net connection, its pity that company not giving any attention to provide me the service which I'm paying good enough amount. If the problem doesnt get resolved soon I'm thinking to Unsubscribe the connection.

                Also customer care has given me the E-mail ID and contact no. of Reliance Nodal officer which I called several times unreplied(engaged all the time). It seems they really dont care how much their customers are suffering from poor services.

                Hope my complaint would bring me some solution soon.

                  After your assurance I was sitting idle that problem has been solved. But to my dismay, I again got next month bill of March 2011. I visited reliance web world at community center,NFC,New Delhi. There I got the information that no request for termination of my connection was pending . It is a very sorry affair. You donot give anything in writing. Your customercare employee disconnected the call inbetween. They are never accountable for their commitment. This is gross violation of customer rights. I have strong objection to your way of functioning which is undemocratic,unaccountable, total disorderliness in the system. They function in an autocratic way so that as much money can be extracted from the customer as possible. Please look into my case and come clean on these matters.

                  1. I requested for termination of my service in last week of february because of damaged device,both in webworld(NFC-DELHI) and customercare. But I got the information that my complaint has been registered as lost device which is totally wrong.

                  2 My first complaint in customercare for termination request no. was[protected] after which i got the assurance that it would be terminated with in a week.

                  3. After getting the latest bill I contacted customercare with complaint no.[protected]jasvinder) Other no. was[protected]. I again requested for termination and got the same assurance.

                  4. I again recieved a call from Ashok from finance department. He was ready to wave off my charges March onwards. But I insisted to discontinue my service from the date I requested for. He told me to visit web world for this. Webworld people answered the same. They didnot have any information & I should contact customer care.

                  5. After that I contacted customercare on sunday 24th April at 6.30pm. The executive discontinued the phone abruptly.

                  Please give attention to my grievances & look into & solve the matter as early as possible. I am an old customer of reliance having your 3g netconection ([protected]) as well as 2g connection ([protected]) without any fault of mine! It sounds ridiculous. Please rectify your system so that it should be more transparent customer friendly.

                    As per my previous mail you already know about my issues, but now i am fed up with your service and without solving the my previous problems your company is continuously creating some new problems for me by activating some more new VAS services again and again on my GSM No. [protected], could you please help me or can you tell me what i have to do and what further action should i take against Reliance Communication for the way your service is creating problem for me again and again after making too many request and complaints to you and your customer care call center.

                    Will you please take care of my issues,

                    Now again a deduction of Rs. 20/- has been made from my account (+91-[protected]) on April,18th, 2011. After making too many complaints and request to your customer care call center and after drafting a numbers of complaints through mails, i received a call from your representative named Mr. Rahul from the calling number [protected] on April,19th, 2011 at 16:05 Hrs.. He told me that my complaint has been forwarded for balance refund and deactivating for all the VAS services, but when i get to know him about my another deduction of Rs. 20/- then he told my about a VAS service named ASTRO pack is activated on the same MDN No. [protected] on the same day.
                    But again i don't have any idea,any information about all these deduction and how all these services are activated automatically without my request and any intention and best of my knowledge i never made any request for activation of any VAS service/services from my side.

                    This is a level of dissatisfaction for a customer from the company side.
                    Everything has a limit but.......

                    If you can, then do your best for me.

                    Please deactivate all the VAS services activated on my no. [protected], and please refund my all the deducted balance (RS.30+ Rs.49+ Rs.20= Rs.99).

                    I requested her to deactivate both the services from call center, but she deactivated only one service (Voice Chat) on my Del. No. [protected] & Cricket service is still activated on my no., although i was requesting to deactivate both the services and i asked to refund my balance but she refused to make a complaint for refund/wrong deduction and she was not willing to help me.
                    I asked to make a request for wrong deduction from my account & request for balance refund but she refused my request.
                    She was not attentive on call,she don't have any willingness to help the customer, she just wanted to close the call as soon as possible without asking any additional query or request.

                    So, i requested you Please do take further action on the issue and deactivate all the VAS services activated on my no. and refund my balance ASAP.

                    Reliance Communication/Pre Paid Mobile Service — Activation of VAS services without my knowledge again and again

                    Myself Vikas is currently using the Pre Paid mobile service of Relinace Communication in Delhi.My number is [protected].My complain is that there is activation of any VAS related service which i have never authorized for knowing unknowingly and there charges are dedcted from my Pre paid balance ,i am able to know when i get system generated message that my balance is low.I have also opted for DO NO DISTURB(DND) service and i get the message that my DND service will activated within 45 days which i reeceived on 3rd feburary 2011.When i contact reliance Customer care *333 to address my concern they have a simple answer that i have opted for the VAS Service.The recent activation was of Cricket update which i have never opted for,It was activated on 29th march 2011 around 4:17:43 sec am ,It doesn't make any logic that i get up in night i will activate such services.When i contacted customer care the answer was again that i have activated it.This is not the first time this has happened ,I have become completely fed up since i am tired of listening all the bold lies and i am pretty sure i am not the first person who is facing this problem and I will also not be the last.As i work in Telecom company i know all these activities.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I am using the relaince net connect no. [protected] taken from ujjain from last 6 to 7 months this month even after doing the same usage my net connect got deactivated on 3rd of april i paid the bill in aurangabad on 5th of april but my no. did not get activated when i called them they told it will be activated in few hours. but i was not working after 2 days i came to that my usage is of around 1700 and i will have to pay some amount to get it activated and then i paid 500rs and after making so many request it got started on 8th april. night. then again they deactivated it on 10th about 4 o clock. now they are saying that my bill is above 3300 which i will have to pay. and they told me that without bill generation they cant do anything. whenever i called to relaince nodal office MP the concern person shweta rai never talked to me and her team member misbehaved with me he told me he cant tell me which plan i am using what is the status and he can not do any thing in my problem he told me to visit nearest relaince world first. from last 3 days i am calling shweta rai to have a word with her. some one from her team member say she is busy with the customer she will give you a call i have not received any call yet from relaince nodal office MP. i just want to when my net connect was not working how can they charge me 3300 rs. kindly help me out my wife works on internet and they are not listening to anything.

                        I am using reliance GSM(smart) service ....
                        They have activated Color Ring Back Tone (CRBT).....and when i deactivated CRBT then they activated MISSED CALL ALERT service ..

                        i want to stop this services because. they have given a no and and said that u have to write unsub and send that message to that no..when i trying to send that message 'message not sent try again later' MSG is coming.i have tried it almost 40 times...customer care number is always busy... even I CAN'T CHECK MY BALANCE, my number [protected]

                        Reliance — Activate miss call alert without request

                        I am a Reliance GSM customer. My Mobile number is [protected]. On Jan 26th without my request, company activated Missed Call Alert service for Rs.15/- in my phone. When I complainted the above issue at customer care they deactivated the service but didnt refund the amount. Since the service was activated without my request I would like to be refuded. Please do the necessary. thanking you in anticipation.

                          I have reliance phone [protected]. Reliance is keep on cheating and debiting unauthorised money from my ph account in spite of several compaints for last six months. Is there any authority who can take care and prevent it. I have tried already customer care, nodal authority, appellate authority etc. but there is no use.

When I recharged my sim with 10 and 50 rupees on 03 June 2011 on the same day 30/- rupees deducted from my balance without my knowledge . I have tried many times to contect with customer care on *333, *222, 198 but these number not responding from last 8 days please consider the cheating matter and instruct your employee.

                              I have purchased a reliance cdma sim 20 days ago with all required documents,my number was activated that day only. Then i invested Rs 599 to recharge it.
                              Suddenly on 17th april my connection was deactivated...when i called reliance customer care they said documents are pending.I resubmitted them in the shop,but still my connection is deactivated.
                              Since i have invested 599 here.i cant even change my sim now.
                              I called up thousands of times and visited the shop everyday...but no action is taken.
                              Plz Help.

                                I stay in Bommanahalli. From the day I shifted in this area, am facing severe network issue. Calls gets disconnected, says line is busy and what not. I thought reliance is the best network service provider but its worst. I had been with reliance for years but is thinking to shift to vodafone. I recommend you not to take reliance. I was staying in arekere in bangalore before and it was the same story in that area. Can you place towers so that it becomes easy. Reliance grabs new customers but is poor in retaining old loyal customers. Like me, other people will also leave reliance. The perceived value in your company is the poorest.

                                Reliance — bad network coverage

                                my self sumit. i m using reliance gsm connection but from few days the network singals are very low so i am facing problem in dialing the number it does't connect but if it connects the voice of the second person is not coming clearly
                                I am using relaince gsm from last 1 months and want to tell you guys that your network coverage is poor even as poor that i have never seen such poor coverage from any service provider.I lived in east delhi, Where the network coverage of every service provider is very good except than RELIANCE GSM and Most important, i have my office at SAHKARBUR B BLOCK, Where today i am not getting even a single line of network...So, Guys not make your ads based on your network that you have the best network coverage where as you are not even close to average..You are just fooling the peoples.I am really disappointed and really fed up now from your service.Bye

                                  This complian is regarding poor service provided by reliance communications contact center/call center delhi division. From my phone no. [protected] the balance of rs 30 is usually deducted after every recharge.For that reason i called up at contact center to enquire about same,they told that on my number some services are activated but there is no such service activated on my number.i called up so many times for this problem but i could not get any response from your side. After waiting for few days,once again i raised the same issue by calling up but to my dissapointent representative over there keep on giving fake reason,sometime by saying that the SERVER is down and sometime by saying they have sent the issue to concern technical department and so on.they dont even bother to call up their technical depatment regarding delaying atleast for customer relieve.
                                  After all this drama once again they finally told me to wait for another few days so i did but they still dint resovle my problem.i finally loose my patience and hope to get my compensation as soon as possible.

                                    I have submitted request for migration from CDMA to GSM services a month ago.I had also paid all unbilled amount till date of request.I was told that it would take 5 days to effect the change but since then 1 month has passed.i have made several reminders to company officials but all in vain.they tell that there is some technical problem.
                                    I am Reliance costumer since last 10 years but now i am very disappointed by their services.
                                    Kindly do the needfull OR I would discontinue reliance services.

                                      i would like to inform you that, me Ms Varsha Mehar, Employ Of RKDF Engg College,Bhopal using a tele connection called reliance communication(smart). my number is [protected]. today i suddenly noticed that they have deducted Rs.39 from my account of SMS pack which i was deactiwated,& second message is for CRBT & deduction of Rs.30 which I was not subscribe. when i called reliance customer care to knew that what is the reason they have deducted total Rs.69 from my account, they r not Pick a call Or not responsing.It is to bad to do this type of things,ur company has to pay for this &u conmopany has to return my Rs. 69 in my account balance. i request them to take an complain on behalf of me but they refuse to take and finally i did't get any solution from their end. Otherwise I will take a strict reaction about ur company& Iwill complaint of this things in consumer fourem.

                                      Hope i can draw your kind attention on the above mention matter and definitely get some reasonable solution.

                                        Its a shame that a company as reputed as reliance,has such a policy to fool a customer here's the story that 1 month back I bought Reliance Postpaid after that i wanted to switch to Prepaid I had a call from Call Center that it would not be possible but actually its possible he tricked me that only after 5 months its possible for me to convert to Prepaid.
                                        And he has mentioned in the company that "The customer changed his mind because of me explainig the advantage to take reliance,etc,etc.....

                                        Thats all thats a SHAME u wont be able to digest this money of mine reliance

                                        I gave the request for Migration from CDMA POSTPAID TO GSM PREPAID On March 1st 2011
                                        My Billing Period id From 14 of month to 13 Of Next Month

                                        But The Request For Taken Late And It Got Converted To GSM PREPAID only on 19th march
