regarding missed call alert activation and CRBT activation

They have activated Color Ring Back Tone (CRBT).....and when i deactivated CRBT then they activated MISSED CALL ALERT service ..

Cheating by Rel comm

Worst service of Reliance netconnect + HSD in Vasundhara, Vaishali, Indirapuram

I am a victim of Reliance Netconnect+.
I purchased it in Feb 2011.
I am getting a dedicated speed of 15-20 KBPS (120 - 160 kbps) since Feb 2011.
I did complaint at customer care as well as Delhi region Nodal officer.
But both could not help me.

I recommend you not to buy Reliance Netconnect+ if you are living in Indirapuram / Vaishali / Vasundhara region of Ghaziabad.

99 Home plan VS GPRS

I have rehares with 99 for GPRS but They have activated so called "home zone" plan with 500 mins of free calls. But that too is not applicable in my area where I am living.
So I have lost 99 Rs. completely with this home zone and got nothing for 99Rs.
I think Reliance has started new ways of earning money from customers in a fraud manner.
I have searched on internet, and many such complains for 99Rs. GPRS plan...
