Hi I am Santosh Shetty working. I have been using reliance mobile connection since 7 months. I request to change it to GSM last month that is in the month of February, 2011.

I have given the details to Mr Pankaj from Reliance Communication. He has taken INR 100 as some refund charges and informed me saying that the sim will get converted to GSM in 1 week and you need to use the GSM phone. So i also brought a Nokia N73. He has given me a sim with the sim card number[protected]. There is no response from there after. I have wasted my money and time in converting it to GSM. I have converted the ownership of the sim card from Nikhil to Santosh Shetty this is also still not done even after submitting all the documents. No one cares to service there customers

Reliance communication really has a very pathetic service. I am truly telling almost frustrated by using this but I am helpless I cant change my number as all my clients have this number of mine.

I really want to write more about this. I cant waste my time writing as my colleague said consumer forum is one which will help you out with solution. So i posted

    I have applied two times for MNP as i want to change Reliance CDMA to Airtel but all the times Reliance rject as some contarctual obligation. No one from reliance ready to listen as they are not ready loose his customer and creates unnecessary clause. Also they are not follow the TRAI guideline from MNP. Just see my mail communication attached. Can we expect such pathetic support from the company like reliance.

    Just to inform you I am using [protected] – CDMA no since last three year and I am applying for MNP and all document submitted at Airtel with prescribed fees.

    Also clear my all outstanding with excess payment of INR 150. But still my MNP request decline by reliance as “your number some contractual obligation”. I am trying to get the reason from reliance customer care but the customer care executive not able to provide any details / reason.

    Sir, This is my personal number and I am taken this number at Chandigarh. Also I do not have any such special plan or benefits from reliance.

    Sorry to say sir my trail mail for address change self explanatory as no response from reliance and this is the another reason I want to change service provider.

      I'm having my Reliance CDMA connection since past 4 years. Due to certain reasons i've opted for porting my service provider from Reliance To Vodafone. I've sent requests several times,talked to the Nodal officers but no result. Also every time i put on the porting request they reject it by any reasons and do not inform either me or the other service provider i.e. Vodafone the actual reason for rejecting the porting request.

      Reliance — non-action on number portability

      I had applied for a Number Portability from Reliance to Airtel. The application was given on June 14, 2011 to Airtel. They had said that by June 29/30 the number will shifted to Airtel. But till date (June 7 2011) Reliance has not given the Go-Ahead to Airtel.

      I fail to understand the delay, when it was heavily advertised that Number Portability will be done within a couple of days.

          The same thing happened to me in Pune. I can see a trend in this when Reliance folks attempt to exact money from you in return for a positive verification. Because they themselves say that this connection cannot be activated anywhere else other than the guy from whom you bought the connection. And I received a 1000rs offer from another Reliance person for a positive verification. The villian in my story is Mr. Arjun in Vishrantwadi office in Pune.

            I have purchased Reliance Netconnect Broadband +. I have been using it for 1 year now. Despite their advertised maximum 3.1 Mbps speeds, I hardly get 100 Kbps speeds. I have called up the customer care many times. They keep telling me that the issue will be resolved within 15 days. But it has not been resolved still.
            Also, as per the ITU standards, speeds of 256 Kbps and above are called broadband speeds. 100Kbps is not even close to that.
            Please help me on this.
            i completely agree with you... reliance gives poor poor poor net speed though we had opted for 3.1mbps.

            let see and hope for the best that reliance guys might get into these complaints.

              My reliance gsm mobile no. is [protected]. On 03/03/2011 i made a easy recharge of Rs 303 ( Pack name : MBBP303_2G) which is meant for unlimited internet surfing for 30 days in P.C. Reliance Customer care confirmed me several times before recharge that this pack is completely unlimited pack and there is no maximum data usage limit & so you can sur[censored]nlimited for 30 days. I got my pack validity from 03/03/2011 to 02/04/2011.
              But from 13/03/2011 i am getting charged whenever i surf the internet on P.C. Despite of launching several complaints from 13/03/2011 i am still getting charged for accessing internet. Reliance care is giving me feedback that " there has not been any wrong deductions from my account for internet accessing.Since my data my balance has gone to 0 MB that is why i am getting charged". But the point on the other side is that since my pack is completely unlimited pack with no maximum data usage limit (According to reliance care only) so why do am i getting charged from 13/03/2011 & from where does this question arise that my data balance has gone to 0 MB as its a completely unlimited pack.
              Despite of launching several complaints Reliance care has seems to be gone blind and justifying the amount of balance deducted from my account from 13/03/2011.
              Therefore i think i could conclude in this way that reliance gsm care misguided me and told me that that MBBP303_2G PACK is completely unlimited with no maximum data use limit for 30 days but actually it do have a limit and thats why i am getting charged from 13/03/2011 despite of having a validity of pack till 02/04/2011.

              Its my last hope that something will be done to sort out my probleam and give me feedback with proper justification....

How is it possible I only have one name and I remember giving the same Pan card as the ID proof and i do not have any other proof. I told them my DOB they did not tell anything said your name should match I thought maybe i will call customer care. I called them on [protected] and wasted 14 rupees and 30 mins of my time and talking to a guy called Naresh kumar who said he is the floor supervisor did not if he is the supervisor or the Suppport person for the team or someone who takes Escalations on the floor he came back and he said I do not have any other Option Sir but you need to find your name. What I already know my name It is Anish Vinju and in the pan card it is Anish Vinju Arul Mony He said he does not have any other option and i need to find the name which was given i told him again and again as this is the name and i did not give any other name and how in this world will i find another name. Can I make up my name??? Can i guess my name??? He said it is not possible and you have to find the name and call us we will block the card. I need my number back and I have the CDMA package which i purchased along with the bill of 1300 + the SIm card package which has the number on it. What else can i do how do it get my number back.

                    They are giving Too much excess Billing.

                    I am having Proofs also.
                    We were having 8 broadband lines out of which 4 lines have been surrendered.
                    The company is billing us for 10 services and we are forced to pay because the company disconnects our lines.
                    Since communication is essential part of our business we pay and get the lines re started.
                    My billing account no. is [protected].I have a combo plan of rs 650/month.
                    In which i get free internet access and 100 rs. talktime on my landline phone that came free with the internet connection.
                    But since August i am being charged rs 250 extra and i am being told that i have applied for a new landline connection.But the problem is that i don't use the phone and the only number that i have is the one that was given to me by the local agent.I had the charges reverted int the month of august and they have not been reverted in the month of September and October.
                    The biggest problem that i face is that no person is ready to listen to my problem all they say is "that we can see on the system that you have requested for a new connection and you will have to pay the bill for that."
                    I am tired o[censored]sing Reliance and consider this my biggest mistake, I just hope there is a way of filing a complaint against them so that they can realise the pain that i have to go through every month arguing with the Customer Service Representitve.

                        this is to inf you that ia tarun kumar rai mob:[protected]
                        had rechaged my no with rs.79 on dated 18/03/11and the last recghare
                        was done on the same no on 16th feb,2011 the night clling pack but
                        the main bal is still deducting.
                        After com[ketion of 30 days validity still bal is deducted from my
                        main bal. when i talk to you executives, sr. officer,&his senior also
                        withopu giving me the answer they disconeected my call

                        and again om 18/03/11 rs 26 will be dedducted fom my account
                        and then 20/03/11 rs 30 will be deducted
                        and when i talk to your executives he tell me that i have message to
                        activate two services on my no. but i'll inf you that i have not
                        mesaged for any servies.

                        and if this time i'll not got my value back then i'll go for the legal
                        process in the Consumer cort.

                          I have Relince CDMA no[protected] and i change it in Reliance GSM service via MNP. After that i lost network I made many complaints to Company but there is no response for me. I angy with it but helpless. There is also 44*H ME error also.

                          Hope to solve it early.

                            sir i am very dissoppinted by no portibility facility.i have send a reqeast for a no portability reliance cdma to change gsm date 20 feb.but there in no results till now. but there is a new problem that outgoing,recharge etc are restrcted. i have complain to laundi distributer but no responce. chhatarpur T.M. also..one month time expend but my outgoing problem, recharge & no port. problems are continued.so plz solve my problem.my no-[protected],laundi chhatarpur. mp.

                              Hi Team,
                              I am reliance postpaid customer since more than three years[protected]. I am gold customer sub-type.There is always some or other issues with Reliance services. This time I have moved from Bangalore to Pune and I transferred my service. Everything was going smooth..but suddenly after 20 days, I discovered that my outgoing calls are barred w.e.f.[protected]. What the hell is this?
                              Customer service is saying that your AV is negative. What does it mean. I have submitted my passport, Pan..address proof. Reliance took 1000 deposit for address. My bill never crossed 1000 in last 3 years. Why suddenly this pathetic service. You can't block someone's number like that, you give a reason and say that submit this document or do this task, otherwise number will be block.
                              Why does reliance wants to lose its customers?

                              If I would have been a defaulter customer, my service would not have been for so long. Please try to understand and respect customers.
                              I have already again submitted documents on yesterday evening.

                              If address verification was negative, then why at the first place I got the my number changed in pune and service for a month. If it is to do with Security or national threat, then why number is getting activated without address verification. Then Should I take this issue with TRAI, because when I signed reliance form, it was clearly written – that once the address is verified then only the number will be changed and activated.


                              Can you people please activate my number or if you so much issues with my address(which is a reason for number block)- Why do then reliance executive said that I will fill the form. Why they are not entering proper address as per proof submitted. And also, they are saying your watchman was unaware about your presence in society? Do you expect a watchman to know all 200 people staying in society? What the hell is the reason?

                              They are saying you can take a new number and a new plan. Why should I take a new plan? My plan is better than newer plans? Is this the reason for address verification negative.

                              I have contacted Mr. Anish, in Relaince World, Paud Road, Pune, Where I have submitted the document and I have re-submitted it on Friday, but yet as of now It is not active.

                              They have gone to my society and have not visited my flat, whose fault is this? They are saying there was no mention of your wing and flat number – however it was there on my electricity bill that I have provided to them).

                              I think that I will get some co-operation and my number should be activated. Can someone please help.

                                i am a user of RIM. thay deducted money from my balance. thay just activate any plan on my number and when i call them and ask for my balance they just said that i activated that service this is happen many times with me i never activated any such services.
                                I recharged my no. with Rs 51 net recharge which was auto renewal but when i asked the same with customer she said its not auto renewal because of which i didnt disconnect the service and i recharge my balance worth Rs. 100 and next day they deduct Rs 51 from my balance.

                                Now they are not refunding the money.

                                iam sanjay kumar from kullu.i have cdma mobile of reliance India mobile telecommunication my number is [protected].company has deducted 33 rupees charge form my account without any activation. i call to customer care, told them about problem but they rply that ,i activate the service. one customer care executive said that i activated this on 1:45 pm while the deduction of money message has been sent on 1:30 am .they said that company call me and i activate the services while i says that company didn't call me last 2-3 days. they said that i activate one service on 5 o'clock in the morning, while i was sleeping at that time and the cell was on the table. i also said that tell me the time of call and no. from where i receive the call but they refuse. tell me sir what can i do. my monthly income is only 2500 rupees

                                  I purchased Reliance Netconnect broadband+ usb modem on[protected] from reliance web world in civil lines ,Allahabad city. I filled up the form and deposited ID proof + photo and cash amount 1600 Rs at 1:00 P.M. The person sitting on the counter said that the usb modem will be activated by evening. He also gave me a contact number . But it was not done ! Whenever I tried to activate , it gave an error message :- " The audio device isn't found. The call will be cancel." I tried to call on the contact number many times but it was always switched off ! Next day I went to web-world to complain . The sales person told that he forgot to make the entry of document in computer ! . Then again he made entry before me in computer and told me that it will be activated after half an hour !!! Now it is[protected] and still the damn usb modem is not activated. I cannot understand that when they are not able to activate the device why they sell it and cheat the gullible customer ? What should be done now ?

                                  Reliance Netconnect — Non-activation of Broadband + USB Modem

                                  I have purchased Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ USB Modem with speed upto 3.1 mbps at least a week ago. I stay in Pune. But it has not been activated yet. Kindly do the needful and inform me once it is activated. Treat this matter as urgent.
                                  I too have taken the reliance 1x spped connection, and i am facing issues with the activation for the past 4 days. but after continuous calls no one has taken action against this. this is the worst service i had expected from a company like reliance. I stay in pune. please look into tis matter, as after taking the money they are not bothered about looking into our problems.

                                      without any prior intimation from the service provider,then there i

                                      them to details information about this because i dont want loose my
                                      money RS 49 with this miss priority. I told them "do not disturv service
                                      activate" my mobile no that reason any call not come from reliance marketing.She told
                                      me that no refund money and give no details information to me. I have
                                      called them again and again but they are doing nothing. Please help me
                                      and take steps against them and return my account balance. I really
                                      need help OR change my service to any provider.I am telling in my own heart that any
                                      call not come from any telimarketing allthoug they charged me "I recive telemarketig call".

                                      To reciving reliance customer message they totally told give me wrong information and "again a cricket pack was activated on my number last day (19.03.1011) ".I am not playing a game that activate deactivate to such kind of process and loss my money.I AM CHALANGING YOU THAT I HAVE NO RECIVED AY TELE CALLING PROCESS AND NO ANY DEACTIVATED SUCH KIND OF PROCESS IN THE DATE OF 17/03/2011 AND 19/03/2011. Give me corect details information when "I have activated and deactivted HunVCricketMania pack". You are totally cheating me and forced to me chage from your service to other service. I am waiting from your details information about harasing me such wrong information and cut my money without proper information.Otherwise i will go to R.T.I act 2005.
