I have paid Rs.500/- through cheque to a agent of reliance broadband on 12th of March on promise that i will get a connection in 5 to 7days and also got an ack no:[protected]. But till now i have not got any connection. When i called an agent(Mohan-[protected] and Jyotish-[protected]) there is not revert from him...... Later informed that give complaint anywhere and he'll not give connection.

We have called the customer care of reliance broadband on 6th Aril 2011 and lodge a complaint but till date no revert from them.

This a shame on the part of reliance company being such a reputed company dont spoil ur company image in this way......

Whom ever the concern. please look into this....

    i was a reliance postpaid custmer having no 329969 std 05842 few years ago (about 5year) at this time company sakes manager came to me and suggest me to convert no postpaid to preepaid . i diposited all the balace bill then he alloted me a new no on same hendset no 326447 and said now this hand set is now yours. but after six years company has imposed a case for painding about 2200.00 bill. company lawyer is now threaten me to case in tees hazaree court. so plz solve my problam . my ph no is [protected].

      In spite of raising my complaint against Reliance Netconnect Broadband+; My problem have been unsolved, request to any one to suggest 'what should i do?. Do i need to go legally with Reliance or what?.

      I have opted 3.1mbps speed option and till date my laptop speed have not met 1.5mbps.

      I'm waisting my money by paying Rs.1100 / month.

      I humbly request all people who are willing to purchase wireless broadband connect please choose TATA PHOTON only, because i have tried TATA photon+ that speed is much much much better than (bekaar) reliance netconnect broadband+.

      I m feeling like to kill these useless guys who say's India's No.1 in speed. I really hate this yaar. i m just wasted my Rs.1500 for useless device also i dont know now what is its resale value?.

      I m not even getting 1.5mbps. My speed is up to 100kbps only.

      so whats your problem than?. since how long you are facing this probs.

          Not able to recieve calls from BSNL Landline
          Sir ,

          I have been using Reliance Land-line telephone services since two years.Everything went well since two weeks when our friends and relatives started complaining they could not reach us from their BSNL Landphones and vice versa. I went several times to the Reliance local service provider at Kodungallur,Kerala , but they kept on saying it would be cleared in two days.
          I would like to know whether this problem can be cleared off or shall i think about switching over to another service provider?

              I REGISTERD COMPLAINT AGAIN AND AGAIN APPROXIMATELY BY 6 TIMES BUT I DIDNT GOT A PROPER FEEDBACK AFTER 27 DAYS
              MY BILL CYCLE IS RUNNING CONSTANTLY BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO USE THE SERVIES DUT TO THESE PROBLEMS.

              the issue should be solved as soon as possible
              Same issue I had with them. And when I wanted to disconnect the connection, they don't. After repeated requests for cancellation, I was told it would be cancelled. Then I didn't bother to plug in & check. After 6months I get a lawyer notice to appear or make the payment. Then I realized that they had actually disconnected the service but have not cancelled it.

                Reliance broadband data card

                Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                I am using reliance netconnect data card from last 07 months. My net connect broadband data card number is [protected] and [protected]; I have 02 different plans 1GB per month for no. [protected] and 3 GB per month plan for no.[protected]. if you see my previous bills you see that my usage is normal It's evident from my past bill I get a bill within my limits because I don’t have much use. I purchase these net connections only for traveling purpose.

                But due to the lack uses and expensive tariff rates on 20-23 January 2011 I called p the customer care to disconnect the connection, and I also give my address proof with written request to reliance web world Masudpur New vasant kunj Delhi 110037. After few days I received call from your Mumbai Office. the customer care employees offered me a plan monthly rental 400/- which have 5 GB in Day use and 10GB in night use plan for both connections and rs 200 discount on my coming bill. I took this plan, but suddenly after 7 -12 days I got a massage you have peding bill of rs 2233 (including previous bill rs 500) for no.[protected] and i received a bill of 2350 for no. [protected].

                And it not enough when my both datacard is abort, after that I get a email for weekly usage which show I use that much of data in this week, please tell me how its possible if my data card is abort how can I use it.

                I called up the same customer care and got the information that the 400 offer hasn’t been applied and they just provided the information (no steps for changing plans were given to me in the first place, they said i can use unlimited net from next month).

                Even though i haven't cross my net limit according to last 1 GB and 3 GB Plan but your reliance customer care say we have a record of your usage, how can I prove my self

                But even after many complaints and follow-ups they haven't adjusted the bill till now.

                I have even approached Reliance world but they say please call up customer care, when I call to customer care they say please go to nearest reliance web world they solve your problem

                Reliance Broadband — excess bill

                I have been using reliance broadband for 6 months but this month the company gave me a rude shock by sending a bill of Rs. 2063.42. I have taken a plan where usage is 1GB per month and my usage in last 6 months has never gone beyond the limit assigned to me. Infact this month i didnt get time to use the net often, and they show that my usage is for Rs 2334.47. This is utterly rubbish, they have a fault in their sysytem and are not ready to acknowledge the same

                Reliance/Broadband — bill of data card

                i want the detail bill of my data card so that i know the usage and the rates charged by the company. my data card no. is [protected]( please don't make this no. visible to others as i can be miss use)
                i am using your board band connection with a land line phone from last 8 months . and i had cancelled my phone connection on nov-2007 i am having the proof for that .
                But when ever bill comes to me it shows that i need to pay a excess bill which will shock me every month i used to walk in to the nearest relinace communications and i used to ask them why they used to tell me that u had cancelled your phone but you had not returned the set but i had done it long back which i had mentioned early

                so now also i need to walk again for this month i am really gettting lot of angry on the people who are working here and they used to talk so rudely and i cannot tolarate all this things

                so please i request u too cancel my connections or slove the my problem
                I am agree reliance broadband is a worst based on thier billing system...

                Extra Usage 31.37/-
                Total 781.37/-

                Everything is ok... Govt. has dropped tax (ServiceTax+Edu.Cess etc.) from 12.36% to 10.30%
                But reliance taking whopping 14.42%...

                How...??? Again cheque my bill

                Tax ( Service Tax + Ed.Cess etc.) 112.69/-

                But if let suppose govt. would not drop the tax and i would charged by the same i.e 12.36%
                then total tax should be 96.58/- or less
                I am confused Why are they taking this 112.69/-

                i called thier customer care several times, They all are agreed that tax is wrongly implemented but humour is that they are showing themself helpless(hahaha)
                I talked to seniors of Billing department... They are more confuse then me...But funny part is that they are suggesting me to pay full bill if i want to keep my internet service in future...(Who cares...???)
                Now i am tired all of these...
                Customer care forward my issue to billing department...billing department forward to Higher authority...
                i talked them...then they forward issue to Nodal office...so on... so on...
                Wow..!!! Wonderful..!!!
                I am sure my issue will directly go to Mr.Anil Ambani... and I pray, Mr Ambani will not forward this issue to thier customer care...Hahahah

He Said to me that My data Card would be activated today till 6 o clock. But today not activated my data card. I called to Neeraj Thakur regarding this matter but he lied to me again n again, my data card will be active with in half an hour and last he cut the my phone and also not picking my call. so please take a needful action against Him.

                I am using broadband + Wireless Kit,

                Anyone.. Please Dont go for this..Because they are having a waste billing System.

                I have nt Used more than 10 Hours Last month, But their billing system shows 79 Hours Usage

                and 1000 Rs extra bill...

                I raised a Complaint as well..but they havent replied ..they Disconnected my Connection and sending Monthly bills.

                the Money spent for the kit 3500/= also became waste..

                They are intentionally doing this over billing i guess..all my friends who got this kit also got some extra amount in the Bill..If they started Cheating us..we should show our unity in avoiding Reliance by any means...

                Reliance Broadband — excess bills

                I was using the internet broadband service from reliance broadband services. I was paying their bills regularly while using the services, but from November,2010 my internet service was interupted due to the cable disconnection. The reason of disconnection was that their cables [reliance broadband services'] were found scattered to our society's authorised members and they got removed the cables which were laid scattered on the building tarrace and thus my internet service also got disconnected. I informed the reliance broadband authority about the problem and asked them to send their representative to solve my problem. But they ingnored my request and kept sending me the bills as their system is showing that I am still using their broadband service. I've had paid Rs.1034/- as the last bill which I paid without using their service. After that I got their another bill last month[mar-11] which I didn't paid yet. And now they've sent me another bill adding late fee charges.
                So, this is my request to you please solve my problem as early as possible and help me to get relif from reliance broadband's harracement.

                As per my point of view the staff of this Reliance broadband company is too irresponsible to give satisfactory service to the customers. They don't respond us properly to solve our problems and they kept ignore our frequent requests complaints regarding to the services.

                  My name is Kushal Saraf and I am currently a postpaid customer of Reliance GSM services (Ph no. [protected]). I have been trying to port out from the same to Vodafone but I regret to say that relaince is not letting me do it. I had requested . My last billed amount was approx. Rs. 2250/- to which i have already deposited Rs. 3500/- (In 2 parts i.e. Rs. 2500/- & then Rs. 1000/-) as it has given me an error stating i have outstanding payments on my A/c.

                  What is even more disgraceful is that i am being misguided by the various customer care reps. The toll free care asks me to contact the web world and the web word asks me to contact the nodal office and the nodal office asks me to contact the web word. Is this how we expect our customers to be treated??

                    I am the resident of L.B.Shastri nagar, H.A.L , Bangalore submitting you here by a complaint as a representative of our neighbourhoods, regarding the reliance mobile network tower which is built infront of our house with out any prior information or our permission, by putting fake certificate and NOC from all the neighbours.
                    please to the needfull as fast as possible.

                    Since the land owner where the tower is built used his influences to authorities and cheated the residents by putting their fake signature to get the permission.
                    And because of this tower arount 10 families staying very nearby experienecing different types of continous difficulties like continous headache and diseases and we got our small kids also growing up here.

                    we request you here by take an immediate action on behalf of government to close this down

                      I am using reliance GSM card,my mobile number [protected],i am activated 99 internet pack,really its not well speed get 10 kbps using mobile&pc browsing very poor and boring.after I am contacted reliance customer care that time customer executive said to me the maximum speed 20-60kbps,exactly i could not get the 20-60kbps speed.what i am doing i am helpless....i am using nokia 6233 mobile&edge enabled network&full length range network.please help me....

                        I regret to say that I’ve chosen your data card.( refer to my earlier complaint dt.Feb 15, 2011 )
                        Please find my complaint on consumer forum and till now there is response from your side. Added to the fuel, you have also barred out-going of my wife’s number and when I contacted the customer care they said we need to submit the id proof.

                        Only after walking to your stores, I was told that, due to bill pending on data card, they have de-activated the outgoing services of my wife’s number.
                        The real problem is your poor customer service department @ Hyderabad and why don’t you sack all these lousy staff and recruit dynamic marketing guys (like me). Seriously, make me an offer and see how these kinds of petty issues can be solved with in no time !!

                        Will you atleast revert and resolve my problem or shall I go to consumer forum ?

                          My mob no is [protected].I was unable to deactivate internet pack M51 from my no on 17th and 18 th then I started to contact [protected]@relianceada.com for deactivation.They assured me of deactivation by mail and phone as well.I also checked from myself also.Again after 5 days one msg started to come like activation of that internet pack which was unable to renew due to insufficient balance.Then I again mailed to [protected]@relianceada.com,gsm.[protected]@relianceada.com about my problem.Then my I recharged my mobile and at midnight I got msg of renewal M51 pack.It deducted Rs.51.And now they are saying that no pack is running on your mob no and no amount has been deducted.However when I call to 198 which is tollfree complaint booking no of reliance communication,they are saying that we can't return Rs.51 because it is not showing in my record.They are just making fool.Please do something in this regard.

                            I am having reliance cdma connection no. [protected] from the launching date of Dhirubhai Ponier Offer. On[protected] I received a sms mentioning that my calls have been bared. I was shocked as I am making the payment on time without any defaults till date. When I enquired it was told that a connection having no.[protected] in my name is having an outstanding balance of Rs.1295/- due to which they have discontinued my services. It was shocking news as this connection was cancelled by me in the month of JUNE 2008 after clearing all the dues. I am having receipt amounting Rs.1850/- in which it has been clearly mentioned full & final payment & termination/cancellation of phone. When I told this to the customer care center of Reliance Communication Ltd they ask me approach nearest reliance web world & show them the receipt & they will resume my services.

                            But when i approach the nearest web world at West Marreddpally, Secunderabad they told me that apart from the payment made by me in June 2008 the accounts is showing dues of Rs.1295/- & they can only resume services after I made payment. I argued with them that how it is possible that once i have made the full & final payment & cancellation has been done than how it is showing outstanding. They were not having any answer for that & they told the services can be resuming only after making payment.

                            I made all efforts to convince them that I have not done any mistake. I also requested them that by the time I contact there higher authorities they resume my incoming services as I am having only one cell phone connection with me. But it was all in vain & I have left with only one option that to make payment to them even though I am right.

                            They have bared my incoming calls causing me mental harassment & also making losses in my business.

                            This is something which one can say is modern blackmailing were a person can misuse his powers causing mental harassment to the genuine customer.

                            I therefore request your good self to kindly take some action against my complaint so that in future the company can’t misuse their power.

                            Having full faith in getting Justice from you & orders for refund of my amount.

                            વિષયઃ રીલાયન્સ કોમ્યુનીકેશન દ્વારા મોબાઇલ પોસ્ટપેઇડ કનેકશનના ખોટા બીલો મોકલી માનસીક હેરાનગતી કરવા બાબત.

                            સવિનય જયભારત સહ અરજદાર જેકી જોનભાઇ પરમાર રહે.નડીયાદ નોકરી, પોલીસ કોનસ્ટેબલ, કોમ્યુટર શાખા ,પોલીસ અધિક્ષકની કચેરી ખેડા-નડીયાદ, નાઓની અરજ વિનંતી કે. અમો છેલ્લા ચાર પાંચ માસથી રીલાયન્સ કોમયુનીકેશન દ્બારા માનસીક હેરાનગતિ અનુભવીએ છીએ.
                            સદરહુ બાબતે હકિકત એવી છે કે, આજથી આશરે પાચએક માસ પહેલા રીલાયન્સ કોમ્યુનીકેશન અમદાવાદ માંથી રીલાયન્સ કોમ્યુનીકેશનના સેલ્સ એકઝયુકેટીવ અમારી કચેરી ખાતે આવી અમોને મોબાઇલ પોસ્ટપેઇડ કનેકશનની લોભામણી માહિતી આપી અમોને ફોસલાવી પોસ્ટપેઇડ કનેકશન અપાવાના બહાને અમારા જરૂરી દસ્તાવેજો જેવા કે રહેઠાણનો પુરાવાની નકલ, પાસપોર્ટ સાઇઝના ફોટો તથા અમારા સરકારી કર્મચારી હોવાનુ ઓળખપત્રની નકલો મેળવી દશ એક દિવસમાં તમારા કાર્ડ હુ રૂબરુમાં લઇને આવીશ તેમ જણાવેલ. પણ અમારા કાર્ડ અમને મળેલ નહીં તેમજ અમોને રીલાયન્સ કોમ્યેનીકેશનમાં તપાસ કરતા કોઇ યોગ્ય સંતાષકારક જવાબ મળેલ નહીં. કે રીલાયન્સ કોમ્યુનીકેશન માંથી આવેલ સેલ્સ એકઝયુકેટીવને રીલાયન્સ કોમ્યુનીકેશન માંથી ફરજ મોકુફ કરેલની જાણ થયેલ. અને અમારા કનેકશન માટે આપેલ જરૂરી દસ્તાવેજો કે અમારા કાર્ડનો કોઇ પત્તો મળેલ નહીં.
                            થોડા દિવસોના અંતરે રીલાયન્સ કોમ્યુનીકેશનમાંથી બે સેલ્સ એક્ઝયુકેટીવ ફરીવાર અમારી કચેરી આવી અમારા સ્ટાફના માણસોને તથા અમોને ફરી વાર વીશ્વાસમાં લઇ અમોને કનેકશન અપાવાના વાયદા કરી અમારી પાસેથી ફરી વાર અમારા જરૂરી પુરાવઓ લઇને કાર્ડ અપાવાનો વાયદો કરી દસ એક દિવસ બાદ અમારા બે પોસ્ટ પેઇડ કનેકશનના સીમ કાર્ડ અમારા નામ પર ઇશ્યુ કરેલ જે બંધ હાલતમાં હોય જેનો નંબર હાલ અમોને યાદ નથી અવાર નવાર કંપની સાથે વાત કરવા છતા અમારા સીમ કાર્ડ ચાલુ ન થયા જેથી અમોએ એ પોસ્ટ પેઇડ કનેકશનો ઉપયોગ ન કરી શક્યા.
                            ત્યાર બાદ થોડા દીવસોમાં ફરી એક સેલ્સ એકઝયુકેટીવ નામ સન્ની સોની અમારી કચેરી આવી અમારી પાસેથી ફરીવાર સીમકાર્ડ અપાવાના પાકા વાયદા કરી સીમકાર્ડ માટે દસ્તાવેજ લઇ અમોને બેપોસ્ટ પેઇડ નંબર ઇશ્યુ કરેલ જે સીમકાર્ડ અવાર નવાર રીલાયન્સ કોમ્યુનીકેશન તથા સેલ્સએકઝયુકેટીવ સાથે કમ્પલેઇન કરાવી કાર્ડ ચાલુ કરાવ્યા પણ રીલાયન્સ કોમ્યુનીકેશન દ્રારા અવાર નવાર હેરાનગતી થતા તેમજ પુરતી સર્વિસ ન મળતા અમો માનસીક હેરાનગતી પામતા અમો આ બન્ને સીમ કાર્ડ બંધ કરાવા અરજ કરેલ પરંતુ અમોને ખોટ બિલ બતાવી ધાક ધમકી આપી આ બિલ ભરશો તોજ તમારા કાર્ડ બંધ કરીશુ નહીં તો તમારુ બીલ ચઠ્યા જ કરશે ત્યાર બાદ અમો ધણી વાર રૂબરૂમાં તેમજ રીલાયન્સ કોમ્યુનીકેશન ના કસ્ટમર એઝયુકેટીવ સાથે અરજ કરતા કોઇ સંતોષ કારક જવાબ ન આપતા અમો હેરાન થઇ આ બન્ને સીમકાર્ડનો ઉપયોગ બંધ કરવા અવાર નવાર અમદાવાદથી આવેલ રીલાયન્સ કોમ્યુનીકેશન ના સેલ્સ એકઝયુકેટીવ ને રજૂઆત કરતા તેઓએ અમારા સીમ કાંડ બંધ થઇ જશે તેમજ ખોટા બીલોને સુધારીને જણાવીશ તેમ બાહેધરી આપેલ ત્યારબાદ તેઓનો પણ કોઇ સર્પક ન થયો અને આજ સુધી અવાર નવાર અમારા રહેઠાણ ઉપર ખોટા પોસ્ટપેઇડ ના બીલો મોકલી અમોને માનસીક હેરાનગતિ કરવામા આવી રહી છે. અમોને શંકા છે કે અમારા નામ , પુરાવા ઉપર કોઇ બીજી વ્યકતિ સીમકાર્ડનો ઉપયોગ કરતી હોય અને કંપનીને અવાર નવાર જાણ કરવા છતા કોઇ સચોટ પગલા લેતી નથી અને અમોને ખોટા ખોટા બીલો મોકલી માનસીક હેરાનગતિ કરે છે. અમો મહીનામાં ત્રણ થી ચાર બીલો અમાર ધરે આવતા હોય અમો તથા અમારા પરીવાર જનો કંટાણી ગયા છીએ હાલ અમો છેલ્લા બે વર્ષથી આઇડીયા કંપનીના સી.યુ.જી પોસ્ટપેઇડ સીમકાર્ડ વાપરીએ છીએ. તો આપ દ્વારા રીલાયન્સ કોમ્યુનીકેશન વિરૂદ્વ યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરી અમોને આ હેરાનગતી માંથી મુકત કરવા આપશ્રીને અમારી નમ્ર અરજ છે. યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરી અમોને જાણ કરશો તેવી આશા સહ

                              Hello Sir,
                              I am using reliance GSM service in my phone. In every month this service charges 30 Rs from my balance for telecalling suscription . I never requested for this service and after subscription i always go to custmor care for deactivation. they say that ok sir in next time this will not happen. but again any other service is automatically activated and charge is being cut.am totally fade up.
                              when again i call on custmor care they say that this service or that service is activated on my no. with out my infor mation but charges is on.
                              Tis things happen with me 4 times in this two months. total 90 rupees is deducted from my balance.

                              When I call to customer care to deactivate the service and pay back my balance they say it is not possible to pay back money but we can deactivate the service.

                              Now I want help from Jogo grahak Jago ,to getback my balance in my mobile.

                                  I used a Blackberry handset and service of Reliance CDMA communication. It always got a some disturbances while on call and as per their technical assistance, we came to know that the network of this service is poor in some particular areas. I asked them to resolve the problem, but it never had. So I stopped paying bills.

                                  Now I started getting some phone calls from different cell numbers as mentioned below:

                                  +91 [protected]. He says he is from Rajasthan Police (But I live in Indore, MP). He said name is Ajit Singh Rathore, Jodhpur Tawada Thana

                                  +91 [protected]. He says he is Advocate Rohan Khanna from Rajasthan. I don't know how and why the case is in Rajasthan if the subscriber, i.e. me is in Indore. I am well known to Policing as I am in Nagar Suraksha Sameeti, Indore (Vishesh Police Adhikari).

                                  There were a lot of numbers from Delhi and other regions who are harassing me for the same since a long time. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY OFFICIAL JUDICIARY LETTER OR ANY DOCUMENT.

                                  Please see to it. These must be Agents of Reliance Communications for Bill Collection. I would have paid them, but the way they are communicating is wrong and fake.

                                  This is to inform you that i was using a number of reliance [protected], and i had not received my bills since Sep 2007, and regularly & religiously paid my bills on time fearing that my services will be disconnected as this is the only means of connectivity with family & Friends. Also i was paying a high rental amount of RS.800/- + taxes etc. And the heights of the services given by the service provider is that when they call up & ask a question that 'are you satisfied with our services?' when they have not sent the bills since one year.
                                  When I asked for a reason for not sending the bills & requested for the same to the service provider they had simply ignored my request & disconnected my services, later I was not left with any choice & to get one new connection from teh same service provider & and now i am being threatened that my services of new connection will also be disconnected if i won't pay my previous bills.

                                  Is this correct to have a monopoly & haress customers just because they are left with no choice rather to use services.

                                  I am sending a mail to consumer forum just because i am a small customer & can not spend money again and again to buy a new connection & let these service providers haress us.

                                  Reliance Communications — False Presale Information/Commitments

                                  Hello,

                                  This is regarding the false commitments and information provided over the phone. As we all know how tele-callers calls in to sell their product. I also received a call from VritiInfocom (Sector 63 Noida) and after listening to the Sales Executive, I said that I would get in touch with you after making up my mind. But the Sales Executive threw an offer to me saying "Sir, if you purchase from us today, I will give you first month's bill waived off. And I will give you Rs. 850 plan under which you would get 3GB day usage and unlimited night usage."

                                  So I made the payment and now when I got the confirmation call for the activation and I tried to confirm this information, they say there is no such plan or waiver given from our side.

                                  Since then I have contacted their Customer Care so many times but no help has been given so far. I tried surrendering the data card but my initial cost for the data card (Rs. 3400) will not be refunded.

                                  Please guide me in the right direction so that this issue gets solved. It has started giving me night mares.

                                  I tried to explain them the case that I used to work for somebody & as a company representative I signed on the form etc. Now that I have left that since more than 3 years & i told them that they should contact at the company address. But he is threatening me by saying that court dosen't see all that etc. & if you don't pay the bill in cash & submitt the receipt no by today 11am I will see you in thana.
                                  And ofcourse I haven't got any notice or communication on my address. I don't know if they have communicated at the address where the broadband connection was given because I don't work there.

                                  I think i will just write to RCOM right now regarding the case.

                                  Reliance Communications — Harrasment calls from claiming him as Inspector

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I got a call yesterday from phone no. [protected] saying that he is an inspector Satpal Rana from some Rajasthan thana & there is an advocate Mr. Manoj Mishra (not sure of exact name he told) who has come to file an FIR against you for not paying the due bill of reliance broadband & if you pay the bill in cash before evening & submit the receipt no. he can stop an advocate from filing FIR. Today morning also he called up again.

                                  The case detail of the same is: I used to work for a friend in 2007 & on company's behalf I signed the documents. Then I left the company since more than 3 years back. So how am i can be considered responsible for that? & they have not even communicated to me at my address if they say that since I signed a form so I am responsible for that? Even though I talked to my previous employer regarding this issue & what he told me that he gave an application to terminate the connection since he was not happy with the service. After giving an instruction the Reliance guys did not terminate the connection for next 3-4 months & they did it only after he stopped paying bills. In any case, rcom should contact at the company address mentioned in form & try to resolve the issue.

                                  In any case, the way their agents make calls & harrase & threaten to see me in thana or court is not right. Please suggest me how to go about it.

                                  Today, when I was in office, my wife received call on land line from the same number at about 1.30 pm. The person on call introduced himself as Thana Incharge Worli, Mumbai and wanted to talk to me. He also sought my cell number. Inspite of requesting by my wife he did not reveal his name. When my wife asked him to give his number so that call can be made in the evening. He refused and informed that it would be too late after one hour as action would be initiated. When asked about nature of case, he informed there may be some guarantee case. She was very upset and at this age 59 anything can happen in stress.Police should look in to the matter.
                                  I request the service provider to reveal identity of holder of this phone to police.

                                  Reliance Communications /Broadband — Poor Mobile Network and Tricky Harassment forcing bill payment

                                  Hi,

                                  I have earlier used a Reliance Broadband connection only for 17 days , But was so disgusted by the services of the Reliance people. I had called them several times and they always said that we will resolve your complaint at the earliest as my internet was not working. I asked the Reliance to stop services and complete the formalities to stop my connection.After 17 days it was disconnected and All the devices like modem returned back to to Company.But they poured usage bill on me. Now they are asking me to pay 2130 Rs for consumption which i haven't used.Also i have paid 500 Rs. by cheque at the time of installation as Company's Executive told me this amount would be adjusted in next bill. Every now and then advocate Rohit (pretending) calling from Rajasthan [protected], and threatening me to pay my bills which i haven't used. While i have paid 500 Rs. for 17 days and modem has been returned back.
                                  Pls log this as an official complaint as i am facing issues from Reliance Broadband.

                                  Today I also got a call from Adv Rohan Khanna, who claims he is from Delhi from number [protected] and he asked me to pay the outstnding bill, which actually was overcharged to me, and after subsequent follow up's they were not listening to me .. hence I refused to pay.

                                  He also told me that if I pay the amount, before 11:00 AM, I will get the refund within three days.

                                  Anybody taking any action on this ?

                                  There was a disputed bill of tata indicom broadband connection and they imployed a patheric way to extort money from consumer without having a say in it.

                                  Beware of chor Advocate rohan khanna ([protected]) alias many names he uses to threaten people around who claims he will file a court case against you in delhi tees hazari court and If you dont pay the bill in one hour.

                                  He speaks very fast and arrogantly, abusively and doesnt allow you to speak. These chors are to be dealt with face value and whoever

                                  If you check his phone number he is a Tata DoCoMo connection holder and is from Rajasthan.

                                  I request people not to be afraid of this fraud and fraud tata company.

                                      I have raised a request with rcom.[protected]@relianceada.com. Please process this request with priority as this is causing a lot of hassle. I would appreciate if swift action is taken in this regard.

                                      "Your Port In request for Mobile no. [protected] has been rejected by
                                      your service provider due to legal reasons. " why reliance is reject my request, i want to change my service provider.
                                      HI,
                                      My number is [protected] (postpaid). I gave request for MNP and after 3days it was rejected by Reliance and the reason was "Because of some Legal Issues". I am trying to find out those legal reasons / issues but no one is helping me out. This is 3rd time my request has been rejected by giving this or that reason.
                                      Is this the way Reliance is holding its customer back. I have 3 more Reliance numbers now I have decided whether MNP or not, I will change all my numbers and make sure that no one in my contact should use any of the Reliance services. I am very much upset by such kind of attitude by Reliance.

                                        I am using the reliance CDMA service on my mobile no [protected]. On 29th March they activated a service cricketmania on my mobile which I haven't requested and deducted 49 rupee. On 30th I complained for it and their customer care representative told me that it was activated by mistake he deactivated the service and said I will get my money back in 48 hrs. when I call him again on 1st of April they said he doesn't have any such complain and register one complain numbered[protected]. On 2nd of April I saw the service is again activated, I get few cricket messages and then one deactivation message. On 5th April I call him again that my money is not refunded yet. They are saying that they could not refund it because I activated it by responding their voice call by pressing any key. But I haven't get any such call neither I resounded such call. I suspect they manupulated the record and now refusing to give money back.
                                        I have seen such activity in past also. They activate the service without customer knowledge and deduct money.
                                        Please help me to get my money back and stop such type of fraud.

                                        Reliance CDMA — Money not refunded

                                        Hi, Sir,
                                        i recharged my reliance CDMA connection no:[protected] on 23 rd and 27th September with 496 topup using net banking.The offer was meanwhile discontinued.I recharged it 3 times putting amost 1500 rupees at stake. I compalined for the refund(no:[protected] to which i was replied that it would come in 7 days. I complained agian[protected] but reliance did nothing for refundindg my money. reliance is a thief and has cheated me of my money.Please if anyone can do anything about this then i would be obliged.

                                        some service pack got activated by company on my number last week.. i complained regarding that but its been 5 days i havnt got my refund yet.. wht shall i do to get it back...??
