First of all I would like to inform you that my mobile is on every time and it is not possible that anyone calls me and it would not be connected. My alternate number is [protected].
Now the second thing:
when I ported my number from vodafone to reliance after so many call and commitments made by your executives, they assured me that there will be no cap or bar on your calling, you can make unlimited calls under the plan Jalsa1198. I had also verified it by talking your live support team through Reliance Insta care, screen shot of the same is attached herewith. when I using this number for talking to my family and friends, suddenly a cap has been imposed and reason giving for this, is completely not logical.
If you assure someone that use my connection and do howmuch call you want to make, it is obvious that he will make calls and same happened with me. Now why you are doing injustice with me. This is not only a matter of plan, it is a matter of commitment which the company made with me and now the company is denying for the same.
Today I got a call from your team through[protected] and they assured me that nothing will be happened and your plan will not be migrated. They told me that still my plan is under Jalsa1198 and if next bill generates according to other plan, then they will rectify and continue my existing plan.
Now I am waiting for your next step and only after that I will take my next decision.

and from customer care, I got a mail that my existing plan Jalsa1198 has been migrated in Jalsa699.
what should I do ?
I have no option except going to TRAI because it seems that there is a conflict between Inter department in Reliance communication and cutomers will have to suffer for the same.
