[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Internet not working from 9 days | |||||
I am using Reliance Broadband Service and my ID is[protected]. From 28th March 2016 my internet is not working. I complainted on Reliance Broadband Customer Care and also on Higher Authorities ([protected]) but complaints gets closed within 24hrs without resolving the issue or without confirming the status. As a result, I have to register a new complaint every day but no proper resolution is provided. No call verification, no technician visit from Company Side to see the issue. Worst experience ever. I am really frustrated by the services. Apr 10, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Technician team from Reliance Communications has visited here and rectify the issue. Now the Internet is working properly. Thanks to the Consumer Court. Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

No call from support yet. I am doing followup everyday and everyday customer care says that you will get call. Its a post paid connection. I need to know who will pay the losses i incurred due to no network connection.
How many years Reliance will take to resolve the issue .
