I have been facing this issue since last 10 days, also filed a complaint on below link. The company is still non-responsive. Next step is to file a complain to trai, if i do not receive a call within 24 hours from company.

    I have sent message 5 times and my DND service is still saying unregistered.
    Very poor service.
    TRAI should take care of this and I am going to lodge complaint against Rel Comm, If my DND service will not get activated in next 5 days.

    Is there any way that TRAI is tracking, if customer has applied for dnd activation and whether the DND service has been activated after customer's request.
    Its been more than 3 months now I am struggling.

      I had reliance broadband connection few years back, but It was not working and coverage was not available at my area. I contacted him several times but they are not picking up the call or anything. So Went their office to close this connection. They do nothing. After 3 months I got bill. Now the connection is not working than why I pay bill? I got call today morning from a lady, she threaten me by telling that I will file FIR and used cheap words. She introduce herself as a lawyer. If suppose she is lawyer then why he threatens me? she can give me notice or else. She constantly calling me and talking in very bad manner. She also told me if I not pick up her call than she will close my number and I will be not able to cut any phone anymore.Number which she was calling was [protected]

        I have received below mail today asking payment of Rs1587 or appear in Lok Adalat. It looks like a fraud mail as I have closed all my reliance connection way back in 2012. Since then I was in US for almost 2 yrs, travelled back to India in 2015 and again back to US now. so really not sure why this mail has come. If its a fraud mail, pls take appropriate action.

          I am using Reliance Broadband Service and my ID is[protected]. From 28th March 2016 my internet is not working. I complainted on Reliance Broadband Customer Care and also on Higher Authorities ([protected]) but complaints gets closed within 24hrs without resolving the issue or without confirming the status. As a result, I have to register a new complaint every day but no proper resolution is provided. List given below are the complaint numbers date wise :

          I raised a complaint regarding wi-fi dongle. Its not working from past 5 days.Dongle number is [protected].
          No call from support yet. I am doing followup everyday and everyday customer care says that you will get call. Its a post paid connection. I need to know who will pay the losses i incurred due to no network connection.
          How many years Reliance will take to resolve the issue .

            Dear reliance team,

            Today i visited on your franchisee store “vinayak cap solution “ located near and gopalpura overbridge.

            I wished to get my prepaid gsm no. [protected] converted in postpaid gsm.

            Executive available there informed me about available plans and its benefits also informed me about the required documents

            I agreed for a post-paid plan however executive demanded 300 rs. As a security deposit.

            I asked for what this deposit was he said that we take it from all customers i asked him to provide me any document of reliance on which the same thing is mentioned and approved by reliance that store/franchisee will collect a particular sum of amt. From customer as a deposit.

            He was unable to provide me or show me any document and asked me to call the appellate authority then further i called reliance appellate authority where again no one was able to provide any written document for the same, after being on call for 30 min. Later on store executive asked me to go from store and provided me mr. Bhuwan gaur no. And told me to talk to him.

            I talked to your area manager mr. Bhuwan gaur and he said case is known to him and he will revert back if he gets any such written documents.


            I request whosoever is concerned to provide me written document of your or trai rules or regulation where it is mentioned that a telecom company can collect a particular sum of amount just to switch from prepaid to post paid in same circle of same company, as per my knowledge rbi do not allow any institution to collect money from customer as a deposit (On which neither interest is paid nor it is written anywhere that the same will be refunded in bill) apart from nbfc/banks/registered co-operative society. If i am wrong please do provide me such document.

            I hope to receive a reply from reliance with satisfactory answer along with documented proof for the same or else further waive off this amount and switch my no. From prepaid to post paid plan as per my choice.

              I have broadband of Reliance with Subscriber Id[protected]. They are providing me very worst service. I complaint for same every day and they always say same thing it will be resolved within 24 hours.
              When 24 hours passed they automatically close my complaint number but never resolve my problem. And when I ask to adjust my bill they saying billing is only adjusted if complain is open more then 72 hours.
              Please take strict action against this.

                Our broadband suddenly stopped working( just 12 days after my new connection, i took the connection from 9th of april ) and we approached their customer care department: following are the observations/ experiences with them

                1- call them on their no[protected] and you will see that the average time to pick up calls for them is 15 minutes, and this is how they would want to engage with their customers ( i actually thought of posting a you tube video which would show the n number of things that can be done till these guys pick up your calls, one could actually cook an entire meal for the evening )

                2- on my first call which was somewhere on 21st of march, they said that the issue cannot be resolved because i did not have admin access on my laptop ( company laptop), thus they could not make a few changes .

                3- on my call again around 2nd of april, i arranged for a laptop with admin access, and they said a person will visit in the next 24 hours( request id[protected] but to my utter dismay, the person did not visit in the next 2 days.

                4- i called them again on 4th april, and toll them how dissatisfied i was with their service, they said this will be escalated and someone will surely be visiting to sort out the issue but again, no one has visited till now. And i am pretty much sure now that this was the last association with reliance communications in any form.


                My broadband is inactive from a long time now around 10-15 odd days. Why should i pay reliance the entire amount for the month, when i haven't got the service for not even half the days in that month.

                  My reliance gsm no. [protected],
                  At the time of porting my number from vodafone to reliance gsm, they confirmed me that i can make unlimited calls either local or national. There will be no limit on calling.
                  Now they are saying that my number is using commercially because i am making so many calls and without informing me they are going to migrate my plan from jalsa1198 to jalsa699 having a calling limit of only 4000 minutes.

                  By doing this the company is cheating me because at the time of opting the number no body told me anything and i have also confirmed from live support of reliance instacare that there is no cap on calling limit in jalsa1198.

                  First of all I would like to inform you that my mobile is on every time and it is not possible that anyone calls me and it would not be connected. My alternate number is [protected].

                  Now the second thing:

                  when I ported my number from vodafone to reliance after so many call and commitments made by your executives, they assured me that there will be no cap or bar on your calling, you can make unlimited calls under the plan Jalsa1198. I had also verified it by talking your live support team through Reliance Insta care, screen shot of the same is attached herewith. when I using this number for talking to my family and friends, suddenly a cap has been imposed and reason giving for this, is completely not logical.

                  If you assure someone that use my connection and do howmuch call you want to make, it is obvious that he will make calls and same happened with me. Now why you are doing injustice with me. This is not only a matter of plan, it is a matter of commitment which the company made with me and now the company is denying for the same.

                  Today I got a call from your team through[protected] and they assured me that nothing will be happened and your plan will not be migrated. They told me that still my plan is under Jalsa1198 and if next bill generates according to other plan, then they will rectify and continue my existing plan.

                  Now I am waiting for your next step and only after that I will take my next decision.

                  I have no option except going to TRAI because it seems that there is a conflict between Inter department in Reliance communication and cutomers will have to suffer for the same.

                    We were user of number [protected]. It was initially pre-paid data connection, upon which reliance used to call daily to ask for converting it to post-paid and offering various things. I got it converted to postpaid plan.

                    It worked for a few months, while giving much lesser speed compared to promised yet i managed. A few weeks back the device stopped working entirely.

                    Now they keep calling me to pay the bill, however i don't want to continue their services which is what i have told them on each call from them and even mailed them about the same to which they do not reply in written. They still keep on calling almost daily and i tell them the same thing.

                    They are now harassing me for paying the bill else they will go to court. And they even won't discontinue service and ask me to go to store with documents for that (And the address of store on website is closed so i can't do that either. Not going to go to another city for this, am i).

                    Referring to screenshot "manjari communications, kolar road in front of petrol pump". The shop denies to be associated with reliance at all.

                      I have a complain regarding your services. I made a complaint on customer care for slow speed and they did nothing, only closed the complain, marked as resolved. On customer care, I have to wait for 10 minutes to talk to any guy. Really not happy at all. Also, letting all guys, dont ever use reliance broadband...their customer service is very poor and non-responsive.

                            Dear Sir, We are facing serious network and connection issue in mayur colony, kothrud, pune - 411038. My mobile no is : [protected](Reliance GSM) There is no network in the area of around 300 meters so we are not able to make calls or recieve calls and not even able to connect to data connection. The request number lodges in reliance communication is[protected] which should have been resolved by 05/04/2016, but has not been resolved yet.                               I have a reliance number [protected] which i was using on an meid registered handset past 5 years. Recently on 30th march i visited reliance world near marathalli junction to transfer my number [protected] to a sim. Gadiel ventures no13, survey no. 28, r j garden, outer ring road, next to airtel office, marathalli. While retaining the number on sim card they set my working handset with rsn a100001ae7dc89 as damaged in the system preventing me from using it further. Who will compensate me for my loss of handset? Why have such incompetent backend stuff.

                                Hello,

                                Reliance communication had falsely implicated me for using broadband connection and has started sending me bills worth few thousand rupees.
                                I had only applied for a connection but no installation was ever done nor any infrastructure was setup on my premises.
                                However, reliance agents did not budge and sent me a lok adalat notice. I went to the court and explained them the scenario. The court ordered that my bill must be waived off and account closed.This was on 11/7/2015

                                However, today again after 8 months reliance has generated a bill of 2999 rupees. The customer care has refused to close the account even after sending them the lok adalat notification.

                                Can someone help me get rid of this mess?

                                  I have recharged my Reliance CDMA mobile with Rs. 111, my available balance was 110.57(Rs.36.48 core +Rs. 74.09 promo) after making a call for 00:01:07 charging Rs. 2/- it shows main balance Rs.37.48. The problem is I can not reach any customer care executive whom I can communicate to resolve the matter. I can not give my personal number anywhere. I tried to call customer care in *333 or 198 but there were no option to go directly to customer care. It is very much disappointing that there is no option so that we can put our grievance. Kindly check the matter and let me know how can I correct my available balance.

                                      Failure in providing services and unhelpful customercareHi Team, I am undergoing through a dilemma that shall I continue with the services provide by Reliance or not. My dongle no. is [protected]. My billing cycle is from 5th of every month to 4th of the following month. Last month I faced an issue that my device stopped receiving PRO 3 signal from 5th of March(start of billing cycle). After several calls and days the issue got resolved. But the same problem occurred today, i.e., new billing cycle. As per the plan I should have gotten 10 GB data but my dongle stopped receiving PRO 3 data today itself. Moreover I have several times followed your customer care representatives to uninstall the device and connecting it again using a PC but it didn't help anyway. That is not a solution because being a customer I don't want to do it again and again without any fruitful result. My complaint no. is :[protected]. You can check with the history of complaints with my dongle number. Kindly find a permanent solution to this technical issue because I can't call customer care every month complaining about the same issue. My alternate number is : [protected]. I request you to look into the matter and find a permanent solution for the same.

                                        I am a loyal customer of reliance since ten years .. with several prepaid, postpaid and broadband connections however my broadband connection id[protected] is got disconnected today .. without any prior call or intimation .. today is due date of my bill ... just want to get the explanation from you that how come you can disconnect the connection before due date... i am free to pay till due date whenever i want to ... and possibly after due date and non payment you may do the disconnection . not before at any cost.


                                        I also have broadband connection of Airtel however never faced any problem as such .. even if i forget to pay the bill on due date they dont even charge the LPC for braodband connection...

                                        Anyways I just wanted to tell you that I spoke to your one of the representatives at call centre and she denied to do the connection before 4 hrs if i promise to pay also denied to transfer the call to senior ...


                                        Such a joke I am fail to understand how such a big company runs with no business ethics...

                                        please advice what i am suppose to do in this situation as a customer when your so called broadband connection is getting used for banking services...

                                        I had shared already with reliance communicaction long ago and now you have come up with some previous dues which is in month of jan2016, ... as my husband always makes all bill payment as when he visited reliance store the representative himself denied to take as it was paid ... he thought possibly i have paid online as it was showing online payment...


                                        and now when we paid the said about wiuth lpc charges which is 870... it is also very bad treatment as reliance has so much of system glitch that wrong payments updation happens and that too you people discover after three months ... and you charge LPC and moreover as penalty you barred the service from 29th of march till 13th april which is disgusting...

                                        this is not at all customer service but its very dominating behaviour you have shown ... now you will have to pay loss of my business per day which is 500 minimum...perday *16 days ... which is =Rs.8000/-

                                        it is better you do not take your customers for granted.. and pay the said amount... my account number is -[protected] ifsc-hdfc0001791, branch vishrantwadi pune...hope to get the money asap... as even if it was not my fault i had to request every tom dick n harry in you companyt and had to suffer for 16 days of discontinuation of service... still i paid the my previous dues without and substantial...
