[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Massive amount of bill payment has been made due to glitch in the system | |||||
Hi, Last saturday, I paid monthly bill to reliance broadband, an amount of 1378.85. But due to system glitch, an amount of 137885 Rs has been transferred. And after repeated complaints, all I hear from them is that the excess amount will gets adjusted in the next month It is a massive amount and I need refund.
