This has happened for the second time within a week that without any subscription the company has deducted balance of ₹3 from my mobile no. [protected]
When i called to custmer care support then there is also no benefit as they are nit picking up the call.
I am very dissatisfied with the service of reliance communications.
I want my money back into my mobile number [protected].
Kindly help me out of this problem...

I had requested for the deactivation of my number in the reliance store in january, the incharge told me the number would be deactivated in 3 days & i will receive a call on my alternative number for confirmation, after i clear the balance amount, which i never received. The amount due was ₹156/- which i paid through cheque & the payment was cleared. But today even after 3 months i have received a bill of ₹998/- & when i told them that...

Hello... My reliance contact number is [protected]. Whenever i call on 198 there is no communication with the customer care executive. No customer care executive is available. And there is deduction of my balance regularly.. Like daily they deduct my balance and said some service has activated.. But in actual i have not subscribed to any service.. Kindly refund my balance.. Which u have uselessly deducted from my account. And connect my call...

We have made Reliance bill payment as per the bill dated 4th april 2017 through nift details enclosed. But the landline is not working. It is blocked. TVS is the corporate company. This is the way worked with corporate company. This to be resolved immediately otherwise broadband and landline will be disconnected. we will switch over to other network.

First of all i am very disappointed wit this pathetic service of reliance. Though i had stopped using reliance since 2015 still facing challenges. I had a similar notice last year and i paid after lot of discussion wit murali from reliance haddkws road. Also got confirmation mail on f&f

Is 3792 i attend a call from reliance executive on 11th pril 2017 which said mnp from tata to reliance he offer me a new plan i gave him document and upc code but still 25th april my verification is not done . I made many call to concern company they said “do't worry sir we will port your connection" they pick my phone only one time and second time not reply....

You have disconnected my reliance post paid number [protected] for past 2 months. I have complained to you customer care callers about non usable mobile data of rs 250 per month. I had paid for many months in spite of my complaints. I have also requested discontinuation of services. Now you have billed for the disconnected months. Please give a fair solution....

My reliance gsm number is [protected] and i had fir copy from police station. It was lost on 11 april in aizawl, mizoram. When i asked to replace same number sim in shillong (Because there is no reliance care in shillong) then they denied and told me that we cannot replace the sim because it is o[censored]p west circle. Sir i took that number when i was an student but now i m in govt. Job so i am unable to go up. Because my home is in bihar state....

I am a reliance prepaid user from bihar mobile number : [protected] and on date 21st april 2017 rs. 21 was deducted for intelgamessub21 subscription without my knowledge and again the same amount was deducted today on 25th april 2017 without my consent and even sending for unusbscription.
I never opted for this service and want it to get deactivated and money to be credited back into my account asap...

My Mobile No [protected] Services is temporarily discontinued from reliance without any initiations. Even i have not even on my mobile data when i was in abroad but still reliance is wrongly claiming INR 8000 for international roaming & data usage charges which is wrongly charged by them. As a very old customer of reliance but still without any intimation barring my servicing is completely wrong and i am facing problems to make connections...

Reliance Executives Rental will change or not they no sir rental will not change you may convert your device in 4g without any doubt.

Hello sir i am jay ghia. Before 2 days your customer executive came to me and take my documents and 350/- rs for postpaid connection for my no. [protected]. The deal is unlimited talk time, unlimited 4g data and 3000 sms in a month and price is 299+tax=350/- rs now they are not picking up my phone and not giving me ans for any thing.. Still i don't get receipt of 350/- rs

Hi i have two number and both whenever I recharge my phone afterall all money deducted by compny when I contact customer helpline, no one response everytime as the way I fell down & disturb by the regulation of that nonsense way and my all balance didn't refund when I emergency I go again to recharge and afer some time that remain balance dedcted.
Totly I disappointed by reliance communication and that's facilities

Reliance communication is looting customer hard earned money. I recharged my phone by rs 200 on 10 april and on 24 april balance is 19 only. Between these days i only use my phone for one missed call and unsubscribing the useless nonsense subscription (Which i never authorised) using your so called toll free no.
Your company is running into losses for that consumer is not responsible your below worst service is.
Stop extortion...

I recharged my number with 20rs, got 15rs balance. Next day my balance was nil, i don't know how and why. I called customer care, the person named rahul said that there is some value added service on my number, i didn't know anything about it, he said he will refund the amout, he said that i have to send an sms yes to 59111 and balance will be refunded within 24 hrs. I did that, and after a few second i received a msg asking for feedback...

I am really sorry to inform you that I am using reliance sim since 2012. It's very painful when reliance deduct my account balance illegally.

I can't understand why the balance is deducted without any reason.
Past 4 days my 60 rupees was deducted.

And I called many times reliance customer service but my call doesn't connect your customer care service....
