This is to inform your goodself that from[protected] my mobile no.[protected] i got the call from this reliance customer care no. [protected] saying that Rs.325 (unlimited calls) after that they came to my office and given sim and collected adhar card copy and Rs.325 money also. After that they told within 4days it will get activate, but till one month it didnt get activate and also daily i was calling to this number (customer care no. [protected]) but they was telling it will active one or two days. after somedays they told to visit in reliance store then i visited Mathikere reliance store and Jallahalli Cross reliance store but they are telling its already barred then again i called to this number (customer care no. [protected]) but they are not responding properly. thereafter i removed sim after now one month daily they are calling me and torturing me to pay the bill, without using this number y i should pay the bill, please take this complaint has seriously and solve it at the earliest. please do the needful.

      My mobile number is [protected]. Every time i'm recharging any amount in main balance and the company is stealing the money within few days and my a/c balance is coming to zero. It is happening even when i'm not using the phone or not making any call/sms.
      Last recharge done on yesterday[protected] with rs. 20 and today[protected] it is showing zero balance. I've not made any phone call. I have confirmed that i don't have any value added service activated, i've not subscribed to any other service.
      Rcom has stolen more than rs. 500 in last 6 month.
      The customer care support (198) is practically of no use as they never attend any phone call from customers.
      I am very dissatisfied with the service of reliance communications.
      I want my money back into my mobile number [protected]
      Kindly help me out of this problem of randomly deducting the balance without any reason. Otherwise i've to take legal action before starting campaign against this fraud gsm company.

        From the day i have ported my sim from idea to reliance every day i am facing problem. Mr. Sandeep whose phone no. is [protected] a reliance employee called me for house verification. I told him that me and my wife both are working and we came back at 6 to 6.30 every day at that time you can come for verification. He is not agreed. I got calls from reliance with stupid ideas that give your original ID to your owner or neighbour so that they can verify, how is it possible that nobody stays at home in day time. From last two days i am receiving the SMS that for verification agent will visit your home i took leave from office and nobody came for verification. I called that stupid guy Sandeep 4 to 5 times he didnt received my call. And now they have stopped my services. This is how reliance is giving services to their customers...?? Now i want my security amount back 200 Rs and dont want to port my no. in reliance ever again...
        Please take fast actions so that my no. will start again and my work should also be not affected...

          Got a call from[protected] and lady said being a valuable customer they're offering me 424 plan (6gb 4g data free, after that unlimited 3g data, all outgoing calls even in roaming is free.) in a single day i have recieved 4 different messages and by late evening reliance have changed 6gb to 4gb plan and 424 to 499 bill.
          What kind of fraud is this?
          My number is [protected] and i do not expect a call from illiterate junior customer care for any more false explaination.

          Just switched 5 connections to reliance gsm.

          Facing extreme call drops. Almost no calls to outside reliance network lasts more than 2~3 mins.

            Please find attached soft copy of my mini statement for your reference.

            I need your help because your reliance customer care is not solved my problem from last 15days.
            Myself​ shyam and i am using your reliance post paid no...661. I generally pay my bill by your app instacare and same i paid my last bill on due dates 11.04.2017. The amount deducted from my amount rs.902 but in instacare it still showing over due. From last 5 to 7 days company barred my out going service.
            I shared all the required documents like last 15 days banks statements etc. But still i am suffering with same problem.

            I request you kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

              Poor services from reliance communications I am totally posted after porting my mobile no [protected] from Idea to Reliance GSM 4G service. From last 10 days they blocked my number and still there verification doesn't able to complete. I go across 10 times to Reliance care from few days but no one able to do anything as the verification done by third party services.

                This has happened for the second time within a week that without any subscription the company has deducted balance of ₹3 from my mobile no. [protected]
                When i called to custmer care support then there is also no benefit as they are nit picking up the call.
                I am very dissatisfied with the service of reliance communications.
                I want my money back into my mobile number [protected].
                Kindly help me out of this problem of randomly deducting the balance without any reason.

                  I had requested for the deactivation of my number in the reliance store in january, the incharge told me the number would be deactivated in 3 days & i will receive a call on my alternative number for confirmation, after i clear the balance amount, which i never received. The amount due was ₹156/- which i paid through cheque & the payment was cleared. But today even after 3 months i have received a bill of ₹998/- & when i told them that the store executive said he would deactivate it, the customer service say ' the store does not have the authority to do so'. Then why did the executive at the reliance store tell me so.? That it would be deactivated in the store... & they say they will send me a legal notice if i don't pay the bills... The bigger problem is that the reliance communication store is changed to idea store (I had visited it 3 days after request for deactivation) & i have no idea about the executives there now.. The store executive should have told me to request for deactivation but instead he said he would do it from the store itself.. They say either i pay ₹998/- or face legal action, the old number sim is switched off since the day i requested for deactivation.

                    Hello... My reliance contact number is [protected]. Whenever i call on 198 there is no communication with the customer care executive. No customer care executive is available. And there is deduction of my balance regularly.. Like daily they deduct my balance and said some service has activated.. But in actual i have not subscribed to any service.. Kindly refund my balance.. Which u have uselessly deducted from my account. And connect my call to the customer care service. Thank you.

                        First of all i am very disappointed wit this pathetic service of reliance. Though i had stopped using reliance since 2015 still facing challenges. I had a similar notice last year and i paid after lot of discussion wit murali from reliance haddkws road. Also got confirmation mail on f&f

                        As per the above response. I got a call on the same day from someone in Mumbai. I had spent 5 mins explaining the same issue again. She assured me that, she will get back to me in couple of hours. But till now i have not received any call back. In addition, to this i had also received attached msg from reliance today.I called the number given in that msg, he said he will share a mail id to which i can send relevant emails but have not received any. I am running pillar to post to without any solution.

                        If you guys would have shown the same interest and action in solving my networks issue. May be i would have been still a reliance customer. I am really highly disappointed with the service of Reliance.

                        Its really annoying and harassing to receive msg when u have paid all the dues. That too after a year u get a such messages.

Is 3792 i attend a call from reliance executive on 11th pril 2017 which said mnp from tata to reliance he offer me a new plan i gave him document and upc code but still 25th april my verification is not done . I made many call to concern company they said “do't worry sir we will port your connection" they pick my phone only one time and second time not reply.

                                My reliance gsm number is [protected] and i had fir copy from police station. It was lost on 11 april in aizawl, mizoram. When i asked to replace same number sim in shillong (Because there is no reliance care in shillong) then they denied and told me that we cannot replace the sim because it is o[censored]p west circle. Sir i took that number when i was an student but now i m in govt. Job so i am unable to go up. Because my home is in bihar state. And i have to go many parts of country to perform govt. Duty. Please help me to get the same number without going up.

                                  I am a reliance prepaid user from bihar mobile number : [protected] and on date 21st april 2017 rs. 21 was deducted for intelgamessub21 subscription without my knowledge and again the same amount was deducted today on 25th april 2017 without my consent and even sending for unusbscription.
                                  I never opted for this service and want it to get deactivated and money to be credited back into my account asap

                                    My Mobile No [protected] Services is temporarily discontinued from reliance without any initiations. Even i have not even on my mobile data when i was in abroad but still reliance is wrongly claiming INR 8000 for international roaming & data usage charges which is wrongly charged by them. As a very old customer of reliance but still without any intimation barring my servicing is completely wrong and i am facing problems to make connections with others. I have also raised complaint 2 days back but till date & time there is no resolution from reliance. So i request you to please start my services & in parallel investigate on my complaint.

                                    You are looting your genuine customers based on there good back ground . Recently i got a call from your customer care that the charges are correct. But for your information i have not used your single service abroad & these charges are wrong. Even from the first day in Europe only your network partners signal was visible on my cell phone but no one is able to call me or connect me while i was in international roaming. All thanks to reliance that i trusted your services in abroad & you are charging me wrong without any usage. I just want to put a point that why i am so much confident regarding wrong charges on data because i have not even On my Mobile data from the day i flied from India & landed back to India.

                                    And just for your information on 24th April 2017 i have personally visited your reliance store located at Prabha devi, Mumbai and the store manager have informed about the same type of case happen with one customer 10 days back & reliance have charges wrong 60, 000/- on usage of international roaming & data usage charges. So i request you to kindly look into the matter otherwise for sure you will loose me as your customer & for sure i am not going to pay a single penny to reliance on behalf of asked wrong payment. As per your unethical approach you have already discontinued my service without considering our long relationship & my trust on reliance. But from this negative approach i am unhappy with Reliance. And if resolution with 100% waiver for wrong charged amount was not given to me then for sure you please keep your services with you. There is lots of other network providers from whom i can go with.
