I rohit sancheti lost my phone in which i was carring 2 sim of reliance ([protected], [protected]) on 4april 2017. From that day till today i am trying to get my number back in duplicate sim but they are giving me date on date. I tried for it in howrah maidan, salkia and belur but all are saying they don't have sim to provide me and saying to try somewhere else. That number is very much important to me. Please consider my complaint and take some action against it.

Presently I am living in Delhi, that number is not working since last 8 months whereas when I searched it on true caller(number tracking software) it shows that I possess this number.       Please resolve my issue i am using reliance from previous 7 years and its not getting any problem in my numbers i have 4 numbers of relaince, but from past two month i am facing many problem unwanted vas service is activating with prior confirmation i have several time sended sms to stop in 155223 number and also complaint in gallery but no response and your customer care is never pick the fine i don't know you have it or not customer care forum gods knows please solve this issue immediate in this number

        Dear team,
        I had made a payment of rd 1414.81 for my mother's reliance postpaid bill through the rcom's myservices website and after making the payment i had received a confirmation receipt of the payment. My receipt no was am91567195 and the transaction reference number was[protected]. I made the payment online on 11th april. When i didnt receive the confirmation message from reliance on my mother's number, then i became suspicious and on the next day i again got a call and message from reliance team that if i dont make the payment then they would stop the services. My mother is getting continuous calls and messages from reliance since then. Inhave already made two complaints and their reference no are[protected] and the next one is[protected]. I am getting no response from them. Don't know what to do... Please look into the issue and resolve it.

        What is going on???
        Still my payment is not confirmed by your team and you are saying that it is addressed and done. I am totally fed up now... In spite of reminders, call, follow ups, why it is taking you such a huge time to resolve such a simple issue. I thought only the the Assam Circle of Reliance Customer Care team takes days to get the work done, but now it seems that it a nation wide phenomenon.
        I request you to please resolve my issue immediately. By resolving of issue, i mean to confirm the payment made, and not just give me message that "We are working on it"... Start Acting

          As I have applied for portability from Airtel 4G to Reliance, and also given 4G LTE reliance sim card by paying Rs.400.But the sim card is not working. I made complaint s frequently to ur executives from february.17. there is no response from ur hyderabad persons. I think there is a big scam is going on regrading sim cards in hyderabad.             On 9th-April-2016 I tried to recharge my jio numbers with INR 303.
            I have tried it multiple times and payment has been deducted 2 times

            Jio Money App was showing that I will get the refund within 2 working days.
            After waiting for 2 working days I had contacted to Jio team via email / twitter but I am not getting any satisfactory response from their side.

              Hi,

              We would like to inform you that, we have migrated to you from aircel with reference to above said mobile no with two other mobile nos, all stand in the name of “crystal perfect binders", one month before on the promise made by your representatives that 100 free sms for one month along with other free packs under the scheme of “jalsaunltd_299n”.

              However, to our shock and surprise, the first invoice sent by you for the mobile no. [protected], sms was charged exorbitantly to the tune of rs. 559.50. When i contacted your customer care through “198”, one of the attender informed me that international sms was charged for the said mobile no. I immediately checked the message records of my mobile, which clearly indicates that no international sms was sent from the above said mobile no. I again called the customer care and my complaint was registered and service request no.[protected] was issued by sms.

              Hence, i hereby request you to rectify the above said mistakes in order to continue with reliance and send me updated/corrected invoice.

                Rcom had been using premises of ashirwad complex, bhatar road, surat, and since 2016, the company had not paid rent to building. Mr. Akki (Area manager [protected]) had provided photo of copy of cheque in favour of building dt 7.3.2017 ch no 916845, but till date no hard copy been received and on inquiry mr. Akki told us that we will not receive cheque. Taking this as a case of fraud, we give you opportunity to clear the dues or face the action, as we have recording and photo of copy of cheque.                   My no is [protected]. It is 3rd or 4th time when my balance is deducted.
                  In my mobile 3G and 2G both data are available but my main balance is deducted for data usages.
                  And a great problem is that i can not call to customer help line to that of my number. And regarding to this issue complained three or four times but complain was not resolved.
                  I took reliance card - mobile NO. [protected] w.e.f. Dec.16 but from starting reliance network was very poor. Repeatedly complaint with reliance no service is solve. Hence I have portability in Airtel on 29th March 17. But last 10 days reliance fellow are not clear my NOC for portability.

                  Tariff Rs.34/- which gives call rates Rs. 0.35 paisa per minute It is mentioned in tariff rate list of Rs.34/- of Reliance communication. But in reality It charging Rs. 0.57 paisa per minute and when try to connect to call center on numbers *333 and 198 to know these difference then call get disconnect. It is not fair.

                    I am having reliance landline phone no.[protected] at jaipur city. I requested for hard copy of bill through post. But I did not receive any bill till last date. Then I contacted reliance executive I was told that I will get only bill through e-mail. Then I went to Reliance store 4/14, Kiran Path, Mansarover Jaipur for deposit of bill but the store was removed from there. Then I got a call from your executive from the no. [protected] on 14:50 hrs today i.e. 18.04.2017 that bill is not deposited. Though last date for deposit of bill is 10.04.17. Reliance female executive was misbehaving and claimed to have contacted me many times.

                    I cannot bear such a lot of pain for this phone. Kindly disconnect this phone at the earliest. So I can get rid of this unnecessary tension.

                          Ye mera reliance ke sath bahut bura experiance hai sir me betul bazar 460004 me rahta hu ye location par hamesh tower ki problem hoti hai jabki reliance ka tower betul me hi hai parntu lagta hai band hi rhta hai or ye location city hone ke karn bhi network na hona ye reliance ki bahut badi samasya hai
                          For last 2 days I am unable to get network on my broadband No.[protected]
                          My name is Promod Kumar. K. T. I got my old number [protected] port to reliance communication from docomo, and port happened on 6 of April in which I was not informed about that. Now my out going service has been blocked and I am trying call them about that and they are not listening to me. it's been 5 days now I am unable to make calls.
                          Message received on phone no [protected] data service activated without request again please de activate data service . It's happened again and again and we have to contact reliance store

                            Someone (say people dont like me) ask someone(may be his friend)working in reliance asking what is the history in the respected number (He watched this and this

                            So the news spread in my area start abusing wherever i go in that area.(He is watching pornn hahahha like that so i am depressed)

                            So i was depressed.Still depressed.

                              My mobile number [protected] every month your company active random any plan and deduct my balance I already active my number on DND but after that my balance deduct every month . this month on 9th April my balance cut near 50 rupess after that i contact your customer care and stop all services again new service active and reduce my balance to 0. After calling your customer care 5 to 6 times they neither register my complain or refund my rupees. Please refund all illegal deduct balance on my number or I will register it on consumer Forum. Waiting for your response.

                                I have recharged my mobile no-[protected] with rs. 50/- on[protected]and got talk time of rs. 40.80/-. To my extreme displeasure once again the vas of rs.30/- has been deducted from my talk time after 5 hours.. An sms from reliance has been sent and received by me @ 10.54 pm today ie 17/04/2016

                                As suggested on ur customer care site i have sent an sms @ 11.00 p. M and have got the message that no vas is activated/subscribed on my sim.

                                Hence i have 2 requests from u:

                                1. Refund my rs.30/- immediately.
                                2. Block vas message to me hence forth.

                                Pls confirm action taken in this regards.

                                      I was using Reliance Gsm VIP no.[protected] since last few month. Last Few months back I hadn't used that no.but after that when again I want to use that no. It was not working. Both incoming & outgoing calls were made. It was normally working. Suddenly its got stop working. Then I inquired in reliance gallery and came to know from that reliance customer care executive he told me that my no is terminated.

                                      Now I hadn't received neither a SMS nor a call from company on my alternated mobile no [protected]. If they have to terminate my no they have to communicated with me.

                                      Now I request reliance communication make my no in working condition

                                      i'm Having 3 reliance connections including this

                                        I knew the reliance guys never do the disconnection as I already faced a problem for disconnection of my broadband. However we paid it as it was valid that we did not have a proof of disconnection letter.
