My reliance user ID is[protected]. I didn't pay my pending bill on march which was Rs 850 because I was not at the home and they temporarily shut down my services but its OK and I didn't had any problem with that but, on April they send bill of rs 1744. Now, I didn't use internet for a month but I need to pay the bill of 2 months for no reason. I called to reliance customer support and asked that why I need to pay rs 1744? they said because we didn't shut down your services on 1 march it means your internet was working on march and you need to pay the bill. I asked "OK But why did you shut down my services on march if you want me to pay the bill for march? and they start talking about random things like why you didn't pay bill on march? why you didn't use if you were not at home? after that told them that I will only pay Rs 850 otherwise you permanently terminate my connection. Today is 17 April and I didn't get any response from reliance and I'm still getting messages on my phone to pay Rs 1744.

    I have called on 9th February 2017 for disconnecting my postpaid number [protected]. According to company policy number should be closed in 15 days. But till today 15th April 2017, I am being sent the bill of that postpaid number. When i called back in February last week, they said clear all the past dues to close the number. A postpaid connection of Rs. 300 and i paid Rs. 560 to disconnect the number. But still they haven't disconnected my number yet. Please help.

      My mobile no. [protected].
      I have already net pack rs. 93/- 14gb data for 28 days. But many times i complaint, reliance regular deduct my main balance for internet charge. During 8th april 2017 to 17 april 2017, continuous deducted my main balance. I complaint in reliance and they refund my amount, but again they deduct my main balance. Too disappointing service.
      Create many problem. Please resolved it.

          Purchased sony vaio defective flickering blaptop from reliance digital, kolkata on 30/03/2014, h anded over after repair.
          Now under 6th repair at reliance resq penguin, rajdanga kolkata on 25/02/3/2017 and they haven't attended it yet and denied to further extend the resq warranty within time. Harassed, want justice.

          Send to repair at Penguin services ResQ Kolkata on 25/02/2017.
          Haven't attended it, till now.
          They have denied to extend ResQ warranty breaking the existing offer.
          On the date of purchase dated 30/03/2014, denied to purchase the laptop due to flickering problem, but they showoff it as normal and handed over with a normal repair. Within a month problem started again and I had to repair at Sony Vaio service center Kolkata.
          Now it's 6 time getting dead and repairing at Penguin services ResQ Kolkata.
          If Reliance has dignity then replace it or reimburse it.
          It's not 1st time I am demanding & complaining on line.

            Am port my mobile network airtel to ([protected]) reliance. In my location there is no coverage the customer care response is very nasty.
            Am suffering and lost my 2.5 lacks business and my promotion. Because of poor network .
            I want to compensation for my loss.
            Am call customer care first day it's no network, the connection given person says 4g 3g avalable in my location but 2g also not come. Am requesting I will exit release my number I go another network but not done.
            I face so many problems to this worst network .
            I will sue on this nasty reliance network .

              My number is in active despite all payments of bills and dues. The customer care executive from orissa are fooling me by saying that the will connect my phone in one hour since last 1 day. They have also misbehaved with me and said that they will not connect my phone for the next 3 days. I am using your network since last 15 years and many of my important calls are being held up due to the inaction of your employees for which I have suffered huge losses. If this scene continue I will be forced to port out of your network once my connection is activated.

                I have ported the Reliance GSM to Jio on 07.04.2017 but not done yet. For enquiry I have gone to office where porting done by Rs.402.
                They told call 198 for this. I called 198 and *333 also the customer care told that go to near by office. Again gone office they told call customer care. Care told no information on us. Please go to office again. I have worried how it will solve. Please help me.

                    Hi,
                    I have been recieving emails, calls and sms from reliance netconnect on a service which is not really done, but it is putting undue mental stress on a responsible person like me.

                    I had taken the reliance netconnect datacard in 2010, from 2015 onwards i was not really using it because reliance was upgrading that datacard to 4g and at my location it was not working. I was not in a position to really disconnect or close the account in full. As it is quite tricky to do, since every month they send the card whether we use it or not. If i call customer care, they say first pay the outstanding bill then only take the complaint of disconnect. All along, i patiently used to pay the bills which i did for 2 years without defaulting even though service is not recieved.

                    Finally i managed to close the account by logging a complaint id[protected]. But to my surprise i started getting a chasing calls to pay 793 rs and issuing emails of legal notice and taking to lok adalat.

                    To be honest i donot mind paying this but i felt this is ethically wrong as reliance didnot even care about what they did and make a customer suffer like me by showing me the legal notice as a means is highly embarrassing.

                    I am hoping still india is a better place where the customer is given the priority, trusting that am posting this complaint against reliance communication which is totally irresponsible to make customer suffer without getting into the facts inspite of my saying them politely many times.

                      On April 05 i have recharged 56rs 4G unlimited data for 28days
                      But i have did not got any benifit out of it and i waited for so many days hoping that the plan will be activated soon, but there is no correct response from the customer care center. I have not got any data pack or any currency of 56rs.

                        I have recently relocated at Aundh in Pune. I had called up reliance sales team to setup a home broadband at my house. The call was logged and sales Exe. came at my house for the same. He asked to filled the form and demand for cash instead of cheque and told connection will be done in 3 days. After that I started taking follow up with your call center. Every time they ask me for the same details and tell me will get back to your in couple of days. Then i decided to chase down by myself and see what exactly is going on. I went to your sales office at koregaon park. Found it has been shifted from there. Even your call center is not aware of the same. Then went to new office, spoke to Vipul, I guess sales manager, who told me the person who visited at my was has quit the job, however he had not submitted his ID. I asked one simple question, how did he got a call when he is not your employee. He had no answer and said will get back to in next 2 days. It been a week now, he is not answering my calls nor he respond. I dont have that much amount of time to visit your office every day. This is my last resort so im putting my complaint over here to see if it gets resolves or not. I relocated on March 12th and today is 16th of April its been more than a month I've got no resolution. I need home broadband as I work from home and my business depends on it. I've already had enough losses because of your guys. I want resolution!!!

During the promotion period. When I sought the SIM CARD for the number given to me ( [protected] as on March 18, 2017 ) Iwas told two other persons with the same e mail ID as mine are having SIM cards and one of them is already using the SIM allotted to me. I brought to the notice of JIO by e mail and customer care of JIO seeking redress of my grievances: non issue of SIM card after accepting payment of Rs 99.00; in the alternative repayment of Rs 99 to me; and lastly to revise the process suitably to ensure SIM cards are not issued blindly based on e mail ID BUT AFTER CHECKING OTHER PARAMETERS LIKE DOB AND AADHAR NO. FOR your I formation more than 25 persons are using the same e mail ID as mine.                             With due respect that we are the Residents of Road numbers 14, 15, 19 and 20. Mr. Binary Kumar Singh owner of House number 41 in road no 14, Patna, Bihar has installed some MOBILE TOWER on roof top. The said Area not only is situated in a densely populated residential area, But also there is a Hospital adjoining the said building. We suppose According to the Mcd Guidelines no tower can be erected in residential areas narrow lane. Also as we all know that It Causes very harmful effects on humans living nearby and on the guidelines of Hon’ble Delhi High Court Towers are not allowed at residential areas, It creates many diseases like Cancer, and also affected the infant old people and specially for pregnant women. Its Radiation is very harmful for all. Old people continuously exposed to the harmful radiations being emitted from the tower and noise pollution it spreads day and night. Actually lots of people are facing problem from mobile tower. Some people are saying that we are getting pain in head, some people is saying that we are getting pain in chest
                            So please Sir will take appropriate action and remove it as early as possible.

                                  I have been calling almost every day from past 30 days for poor or no intenet connection, and from past 2 months you can see how many complaints I have registered and none of them are resolved. from past 30 days I have been calling every day, and I am being told that the complaint will be solved in 24 hours and it has never got solved. I am trying to talk to senior manager when I call and every time they just disconnect the call.

                                  Now this is official email, that I won't be paying any bills, plus I will be filling case in consumer court against you for compensate time spent in calling you as well as lots of work an opportunity, I will be CC'ing this email to all authorities, so that this issue can be tracked throughout.

                                  I don't care which department of reliance it is, but I am just simply tired of chasing now and I am really, really disappointed and frustrated with poor service provided, I will be not recommending your service to any of my friends or family plus I will be sharing this issue on social media so that people also gets to know what ridiculous service has been provided by you.

                                    Sir i m working in jammu and kashmir port my AIR TEL connection in reliance on 8 nov 2016 and i have paid my bill regularly but suddenly from 23 feb 2017 it has no network i have complaint in reliance jammu many time they said reliance did not stop ur no it is showing working in system but there might be a network problem we will see the matter again in month of march i made a complain in zonal office MP they registered my complaint and gave complaint no.[protected] and said it will be resolved in 3-5 day but no action take till now bill regularly coming and now they said that first u paid bill then it will be start working how can i believe on reliance. please resolve my problem .if it was not in working condition how should i pay for the period. my alternative no is [protected].

                                      As I was used Mobile No- [protected] and I regularly pay the bill at time, but on the month of November I requested your customer care executive to disconnect my mobile number but he suggested me Rs 99 rental plan having number of facilities and data of 500 MB. But after using of data charge of Rs 442 is added on my bill of December 2016 due to these reason my bill is imbalance I used to talk various time to your customer care executive but no one is interested in my problem. So I am totally disappointed and not used this SIM card any more. But reliance company used to send me bill in the month of February 2017/April 2017 adding late fine. your company also send me demand notice on mail when I replied this mail no one responded me back. Your company also message me on my alternate number regarding pending payment and there they mention the no of Rakesh - [protected] he is also not interested in picking up my call. On 14/04/2017 Friday somebody call me and called that there is charged a case against me in tishhazari court Delhi. I have also called customer care executive on 14/04/2017 but they also not helped me. Due to all these mention issue I am mentally tortured by your company . please Take necessary step to resolve my problem

                                        I have rupees 148 main balance in mobile no. [protected] on 3/04/17 but now my mobile balance is only rupees 1.67.

                                        I have not make any call, sms and neither activated any vas.
                                        I have used (Call) maximum 8 rupees from 03/04/17 to 14/04/17.

                                        So this is my humbly request to you please see attached pic and check this then refund rupees 140 in my mobile balance.

                                        Here (Sahapur market, near semariya road tower, distt rewa madhyapradesh) maximum time have network problem so if my above mentioned no. Connect then call me in [protected].
