Dear sir,

I am very much upset with reliance postpaid connection. I am now thinking why i have shifted from prepaid to postpaid because without any verification in house they have deactivated outgoing calls. Neither customer care is helping nor in store giving any resolutions. Either shift the postpaid from prepaid or activate my outgoing calls.

    I would like to tell you kindly stop irritating customers by activating Value Added Services like HdyGoDDostiSub7 without their permission. It's a fraudulent way of duping your customers. Avoid being a bloody cheat. RCom has been duping it's own customers for a long time and I will lodge a complaint with the Consumer Forum, TRAI and discourage every RCom customer (approx 50 - 70) whom I know.

      I have reliance broadband there have been connectivity issues and from last 1 month there has been no internet connection no person for service have came have complained many times but no action taken about my problem and noe company have emailed me the bill on what basis i pay my bill i haven't used their service in past month. i need some action to be taken towards the company.

      I get a message from reliance recharge
      Rs 54 get 1 gb 3g data for 28 days
      But it won't be happen
      I have just got only 100 mb data

        I had surrendered my landline ph[protected] last 10 months back and I had been following since many days for my amount to be refunded back but I had been said that will reccive my said amount in a limited period
        but inspite of several reminders and calls no body is ready to listen and till date I have not recd my amount

        Plz do let me know when can I get my amount back as RELIANCE GROUP NEVER REPLIES TO ANYTHING and I am still doubtful that my complain will be resolved.

          When ever I send PORT from my number I am getting a wrong porting code.(CRX 77937) when I visit other Telecom people they are telling this is a corporate sim. But I never given my company I'd or any other proof. Then why the hell it is showing me the starts with CRX. 7 time i have called customer care but no proper solution for my issue.

          I have request on March 11, 2017 for terminate the my postpaid connection and the service request id :[protected].

          But still they are sending the bills.

          Note: there is not signals at all to get calls.

            Need to get it activated urgently, the process of re-activation is to be known
            The sim was not active for approximately a week and it has stopped working completely. The Mobile is however detecting the sim.

                I called to 59059 from my cell No. [protected] on 6:38 PM, 6:48PM, 6:45 PM, 6:47 PM dated 20th April 2017 for verification of document and there is option to choose the language code No.1 for Marathi language but there is no response for Marathi language And call center person insisted for Hindi language. I ask for Marathi, he again insisted for Hindi even though I told him this call is recorded for safety reason and call was diverted to internet option for twice. I Had call for four time same answer replayed insisting for Hindi even his higher authority person also insisting for Hindi. I told him to complaint regarding this matter, arrogantly he replayed "you may complaint wherever you want''. Now my question what you will do for this type of persons and how I will come to know about this matter. I will not activate or use this cell number until the person is punished,

                  I have ported my number in reliance [protected] but yet not received sim card. My previous company closed my card. The girl who called me to port in reliance is not picking my phone calls. So many times i have called them but they either showing busy or not picking calls.

                    I am Mr. Sanatan Das recently has come from Mumbai and unfortunately lost my mobile in a public vehicle. My Reliance GSM mobile number was [protected] which is my prime number and has interrupted all my official work for not having my mobile number with me. I have reported to Police for the rescue of mobile and further official action. PFA.

                    As discussed with one of your executive at your Kolkata Saltlake office (Mr. Sukanta Samadder) that I am in Roaming mode and will be staying in this city for next few months, pls help me to get the Mumbai SIM in Kolkata as soon as possible so that I continue my all pending works.
                    Pls acknowledge my mail let me know how soon can I get the SIM and what cost I need to pay.

                      I am a user of CDMA mobile from 2006. No: [protected]. During the time of taking the connection. I had given my ID proof. Since I was out of country for last 8 months. I was not aware the termination of CDMA.I had given this number for bussiness communication for one of my company. So I had taken it to the nearest RCOM storemail to upgrade. Now they say that the number is not in my name.
                      How is that possible.when I am the user from 2006 and I had given my I'd proof. It a mistake from your end. How can u say that it's in the name of a different person. I had no issue with the phone. So I had not called customer care for a long time.

                      Now I want to retain my number. The headoffice is far from my home town..please guide me what can be done to retain the number.

                        It was stop all outgoing calls and sms without any reason and without any prior notice from 18/04/2017 to till today.
                        I called several times there costomer care but they were not solve the issue.
                        I was facing lot of problems due to this.
                        Even i am not able to sms for portable to other company. I want to port my number.
                        Sir Please solve this issue as soon as possible...,
                        And where I go to logged complain about doing nonsense to the costomer.

                          I bought two wi bridge phone instruments from reliance along with two sim cards post paid connections.
                          From the very first week one of the wi bridge instruments stopped working. The authorised repair centre said the fault was with the battery. Two months have passed and the repair centre says he has not recived the battery from wi bridge.

                          A serious mistake in purchasing the wi bridge instrumenst.

                          Would like to return the instruments and both the connections.

                            Kindly take my complain about issuing a false intimation cum demand letter via rcom.
                            They are demanding from me a sum of Rs 1743 which is not a legal tender.

                            I have already disconnected using rcom connection since two months and the same I have intimated the r care via telephonically as I was going outside india.

                            But now they are sending me some intimation cum demand letter and illegally threatening me to deposit the money.

                            Is this the way they treat their customer.

                              On 3/4/17 I received a call from of your company agent regarding offer for activation of Rs. 300/- plan in my no. However no Rep. has informed me that my prepaid account will be converted into postpaid account not even during collection of document & money by the rep. On 5/4/17, I submitted document & money to the one o[censored]r rep. On 12/4/17 after verification complete my Reliance mobile no. [protected] became active as postpaid account. After 2 days one SMS came to me that "Dear Customer, Your address verification status is negative.Ask your sales point for reverification to avoid service disconnection-Reliance." Then I contact to The rep. Who collected my document & money, then he replied that this is not our fault we have processed ur no. But don't know why they not activate ur mobile no. [protected]. We can't do any thing better u contact customer care. Now tell me what u want to activate my no.

                                I have applied for an Post paid connection number [protected] under Jalsa 499 scheme.
                                After so many follow ups from local store they are not at all cooperating.
                                I have submitted my all required docs in Pandri - Reliance Store, Raipur (CG).
                                I don't know the TAT for SIM activation but I understand it should not take more than 48 hours for an genuine customers.
                                Even I have not received any verification call yet.
                                Store employee also talking in rude manner.
                                If it's not possible then at least return my KYC docs to avoid misuse of it with 300 paid amount. I can approach to Idea or Airtel.

                                  Sir,
                                  Yeasterday i have received call from your office for change in plan thereafter i made change request my existing plan to Plan 399 at that time he advice me that i have to request to customer care for discontinue 199 plan thereafter you will received bill on prorata basis but now i call to customer care thay deny the said request and they told me that request will be applicable only after next billing cycle.
                                  as the same facility i have receiveing by paying charges how you are charging the same facility without any reason for double.
                                  as i am using reliance service since last 10 years check the my status i do not want to go to the litigation therefore take approprate action to stop the my 199 plan on immediate basis.

                                    I have had the internet connection of the company for last three years.My service ID is[protected] in the name of Ms. Sangeeta Gupta
                                    From last 6 months I have given regular complaints for slow network connection, no network connection etc.
                                    I have lodged regular complaint that at sharp 8 pm, the network of company has lost and at 10 am it again start working. It shows either any serious fault in the system or otherwise ill intention of company.
                                    I have paid in advance for the internet service and now feel helpless with poor service provided by the company.
                                    I have lodged the complaints so many times that now that it becomes countless.

                                      We have got deactivated more than one month and we are asked to pay rs. 677.59 outstanding after closing account.

                                      We are getting frequent reminder for payment and in this reminder contact mobile no. As [protected]-bhawna is mentioned to contact. This no. We have been trying to contact but no one is lifting. So we are not able to contact.

                                      We also tried to contact customer care which we are not getting connected as our rcom no. Is closed and no further dialogue is going ahead.

                                      So neither we can contact through customer care nor we can contact on your given no.[protected]. We are totally helpless in contacting you.

                                      We will be now going to police to inform that we are trying to pay on line / want to talk to given mobile no.in reminder message again & again but same no. Is not lifted by any one. (No response).
                                      We are really surprise that they are sending on ourmobile reminder for payment with wrong mobile no. But no one is talking so that we can communicate and get way to deposit outstanding payment.

                                      This payment delay is in your accout in addition you are liable to harasment as we want to pay but your concerned officials are not even bother to check their mobile no. And blindly sending reminders to us with police threatning where as they are at fault.

                                      We request to concerned rcom official to check their given mobile no. Of bhawna as [protected] and talk to us on our mobile no. [protected]. Immediately so that we can apy & close the chapter..

                                        Respected sir, i would lke to infom you that i need to convert my reliance mobile number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid connection online basis..no response from customer care.. im not getting any reliance cell city.. my bill is generated every month regularly but no customer service to help or to resolve my quiry.. i want to transfer my number postpaid to prepaid...so give me suggession immidiatly... thankyou
