    Hello, i am from gujarat. I owned 2 reliance broadband connection and our group has total 7 connections. Any of the connections are not working from a month. Customer care mail all have same reply that it's going but my business as well study both are hampering. All of my friend changed the connection but i don't want as we are using from 10 yrs. Please resolve it before 1st of the may.

        on 29th april 2017 received call from your office from[protected] . quit satisfied with the communication but sorry to inform you that still installation process is going on at the proposed site.
        Requesting you to kindly instruct the concerned employee/s to STOP the installation process for the below mentioned complaint
        i arvinder singh rana s/o sh.Balram singh r/o vill & po kot-ise-khan would like to bring to you kind attention that one of your reliance tower is coming up at village kot-ise-khan, distt- moga, on the building of state bank of india whose owners are mr.Harish thakur and mr.Bhupinder thakur both s/o/ purshottam singh resident of v&po kot-ise-khan to whom i had sued in court for illegal construction on my land and presently facing court case of acquiring illegal land( land dispute ) under case number 3938/2016 at honorable punjab & haryana high court, next date of hearing is 2nd may 2017.
        You are hereby requested for immediate suspension of agreement and construction at the proposed location of tower or else it will be viewed as contempt of court.
        Meanwhile, if you are looking for the location of tower, i will provide you much more spacious and prime location next to the present proposed location.
        Kindly do the needful.

        Inspite of repeated reminders on already submitted complains, still the process of tower installation is going on at the disputed site of case number CR 3938/2016 in Punjab & Haryana High court of H'ble Justic Rameshwar Singh Malik and next date of hearing is 21st august 2017, now will you mind calling me on [protected].Kindly suspend the agreement.

          I purchased a cdma wipod from Reliance. Later according to their suggestion I purchased 4G wipod and changed the connection to 4G. Without my knowledge and consent they had changed the plan. There is much negligence from their part. Being a loyal and genuine customer of reliance, I can not tolerate this. My previous existing plan was 599 plus tax. But I got a very huge amount bill of more than 1000. I inquired the reason to concerned reliance store and according to them the plan has changed. Without any intimation and consent how they can change the plan. I am ready to pay for the existing 599 plan, but they informed me that they can not consider that. After getting the huge bill I can not use the wipod. Now I had received huge amount bill of 2154 with court notice. They barred my reliance personal mobile no also. Now I can't do any incoming and outgoing calls also. Being a loyal and genuine customer, I am getting verbal abuse from their customer care part. These types of incidents should not repeated and the customer's should get justice.

          they didn't contacted me. one advocate contacted me and told she will going to take legal actions for not paying the bill.

          also from my address i got advocate letter regarding this.

            Dear all complainants

            Before submitting here complaint beware, you may be victim of fraud, any body can call you taking reference of this site and assure you to resolve your complaint and may take your banking secret details. As I am one of them so this is my duty to alert everyone. I do not know what this site does but you are prone to be victim.
            After submitting my complaint on this site after 2-3 hours later I received a call from [protected], he gave the reference of this site and assured me that I am here to resolve your complaint. He told me that a fee of Rs.10/- is chargeable of this site that is to be paid by your credit card. Give me any credit card no. to pay the fee and taken card no. and cvv etc and made a payment of Rs.10, 000/- to AIRTEL MONEY. I was that time tensed and without opening the OTP message I gave him OTP also from my mobile without opening the message as in locked condition message first line is displayed on the mobile screen.
            When I received the transaction message I came to know that I am fooled by somebody.
            So be alert and careful everybody. Thank you

              I'm subscribing the Reliance GSM services on my phone number [protected]. I'm facing problems as every now and then, they are deducting money from my balance. I find this a severe issue and I want your help in deactivating all VAS services and refund the amounts.
              Everyday 20 rupees deducted for 2-3 times.

                  I am muruganandham from coimbatore, past two years i am using this number in reliance network. I paid my postpaid bill on 19th april, but from reliance communication representatives made a call and informed me to pay the bill, at that time i told them very clearly, i paid the bill before the bill date and gave the bank transaction number for the clarification, now they barred my number, this is the first time my number getting barred, how they can barred my number even though i paid for my usage???                     I have a reliance no. Purchase time a person told me your plane is unlimited @399.
                    But Now everiday morning my outgoing call barred.
                    Everyday i call to customer care then my issue resolved.
                    But now a days my outgoing is barred before 10 to 15 days.
                    Many time i call to customer care but no one is resolve my issue.

                    Today i got a call from reliance a persom tell me when you pay your bill.
                    But i told him i dont pay the bill.
                    Becouse before 10 to 15 days i am not use the phone outgoing.

                    So i am not happy with reliance company.
                    Very vast chiet with me.

                      With reference to the mobile number in the subject [protected], it used to belong to my son Alan Bothelo
                      However he has ported to Vodafore 3 months ago.
                      However, by an error I have made a payment into the reliance account on 27 April 2017.
                      I'm unable to get through their customer service representative, despite holding on the the phone for more than 25 minutes on multiple occassions .
                      I request to urgently credit me back the amount as this number is no longer a reliance number and was mistakenly deposited.

                      Infact I'm very upset how did the payment take place. If the number had already been ported, how did Reliance keep the payment gateway details open.

                      Reliance is not responding to email or phone calls. Proof of payment made is attached.

                        1.I have made recharge of rs 60 for 60 as per offer but i was provided only 39rs.
                        2.on 19april 2017, my all balance was deductec in name of VAS which i never opted for.
                        3 .While calling to customer care, they didn't pick up call rather put it on hold..

                          Myself shailesh verma.

                          This is my 4th time to complaint here against reliance gsm.
                          I recharge rs. 93/ data plan recharge 14 gb data for 28 days.
                          But company regularly deduct my main balance for internet service. They do my balance 0. Whenever i complaint they refunded but, this is 6 times they repeated fault. Completely mentally harassing me. Date 27/04/2016 company again deduct my balance & i have again 0 balance. Cant able to use any service. Every time executive ask in future no problem by reliance but i regularly face this problem.
                          Mentally harassing me by reliance gsm.

                            I love relience but now days its is very irritating. On 28 april 2017. I got a sms from relience activating a value added service without known to me. I have not subscribe any service. They cut my 48 ruppes by activating service. And a week before they cut my 3 ruppes by activating any service. And 2 years back they cut my 54 ruppes then i call their customers cure center but they do no help to me. And when i call at 198 and tried to talk with customer care they cut my call by saying "thank you for calling at relience" what is this, i am very upset please help i want my money back.

                              My mobile no. [protected] has been barred for out going calls, hence I don't want to use this mobile number anymore. I have used this number for over 15 years and have paid all the bills up to date except for the month of August and will do so as soon as I receive the bill for the month. So please kindly deactivate my sim with immediate effect. I will not pay any amount pertaining to this number anymore once the last bill is paid. Thank you.

                                I buy a new sim reliance that sim plan is 500 mb per day but, i got 500mb only first day than from activated the sim card but my plan is 500mb per day still second day have not received any internet data as per my plan so plz solve my quiry. So i have requested to plz give me a 500 mb per day as per my plan...

                                  I have number [protected], requested to your reliance store to postpaid, and taken a new 4G Sim, and paid him to 300 rupees dated 10-04-17, and after completion of verification and activation process, my sim card didn't converted into the 4G service, and many times I talk to customer care and reliance store, but after a long time I could not avail your service, So I am requesting you to do needful in this matter, a very bad experience and disappointed at your end, I am sufferings right now, I hope you act in favor as soon as possible thanks

                                    One of your representative named sucharita mam (Mobile no-[protected]) phoned me some days ago and convinced me to porting my mobile no-[protected] from vodafone to reliance. So i send all of required documents to one of representative of a guy (Mobile no-[protected]). Yesterday you company send me a msg that my number successfully ported to your company and now i am a your customer. But i have not recieved any new sim of your company till now. I called those 2 representative several times but they unable to meet my requirements. Now i am in a postition that my no is in inactive stage and i unable to contact any type of communication from my mobile no. I am disguised about your such type o[censored]nprofessional services and gestures of your representatives.
                                    Treated it most urgent and should solve my problem as this contain final warning.
                                    My alternative no is-[protected]
                                    I also send mail to [protected]@relianceada.com but they have not bothered to reply of such complaints.

                                      Dear sir/ madam.

                                      I am karthick, having a mobile connection with reliance network. My mobile number is [protected]. I have ported from airtel tn postpaid to reliance postpaid on 27th december 2016.

                                      During the process, network has changed to reliance but as per trai records it is still showing in airtel tamilnadu.

                                      During this period, rcom network is not satisfactory due to which i want to port back to airtel, but due to issues i am unable to submit porting application due to above issues. I am getting upc code with ra and in online application it is showing at.

                                      Kindly resolve the issue.

                                      Though I complaint the same to Customer care of Airtel / RCOM, they are not responding about the core issue. They are saying no such port request is being raised.

                                      Kindly help in getting ported to Airtel Andhra Pradesh.

                                        This has happened several times before, only this time i am bringing it to everyone's notice.

                                        I happen to do a recharge of net pack which was valid for two days but these guys deducted my main balance one hour prior of expiry of its validity... The customer care guys (Vey arrogant) do not any info of companys plans and packs they say 2 days doesnt mean 48 hours its only considered as day of recharge and the other day even if you recharge at 11:59 midnight of the prior day... Which was not mentioned in trhe confirmation msg. By the company

                                        They said customer would be charged from balance without prior notification... The money doesnt matter but their policies are meant only to misgide and cheat customers. I'm using this service since 2008 but i find customer is not important to this company

                                        Then as soon as i sent a request of porting my number suddenly they were showing all the courtsey and said u dont port out we'll refund your balance and will make u privilidged client... But to no result... All false promises... Nothing happened till date and moreover they activated unwanted value added services on my number without any info and cut my talktime balance once again... I had to send an sms to deactivate these stupid services... They know how to fool people... Thats their only aim.
                                        I know this msg also will not reach to high authorities and nothing will be resolved.
