This is to lodge a complaint against, reliance customer care.
I got a call few month back from reliance store in hudson lane, new delhi, 110009, they asked me for the portablity of prepaid number to postpaid. I agreed for the portability of my vodafone number [protected] to reliance. I paid 300 rs for it. Salesperson said that sim will be active withinn 10 days. I waited till that time then i called up on the same number that when will you people activate the sim? They did not respond much and they delayed the activation procedure.. After few days sim was activated..1 or 2 days i used the sim, the next day again service was stopped. There was no network in it. Again my job was to call them up and request them to activate and i told them about the network issue but i did not find any help from them.
Now they call me up regularly for the bill i. E 400 around.
My question to reliance ltd is are we the customer being befooled?? Why shall i pay the bill when i have not used the number and u people did not respond to the problem.. Why did i get the bill of 400, when i have used it for hardly 2 days?
Reliance customer care people are regulary calling me up and irritating me. They are also giving me some personal text "kaise ho? Bhul gye kya?"from - [protected]
I am getting call from [protected], this guy doesn't know how to work on a problem he can only work on asking for the bill..
Ultimately i have been befooled and at loss of rs 700 (400 bill + 300 security money)
Just for using the sim for 2 days.
Please take action against it, or i will have to file a complaint will complete details in consumer forum under consumer protection act.

      Dear Sir, I was an employee in Deepak Cables India ltd., in Bangalore since 18 years. I was alloted a postpaid sim & instrument from our company bearing Reliance Number [protected]. Now our company is closing some projects and even I left the company, a year ago. So the company is surrendered all its post paid reliance sims yesterday by clearing all outstanding balance also. Now my request is to issue the above said number ([protected]) to me. When I inquired in an outlet on K.G.Road, Bangalore, they are demanding Rs.400/- to issue the same sim prepaid. Is it true? As I was using our company's sim number ([protected]) as a reliable customer of you, why you are charging so much? It is not at all a fancy number too. Please clarify, why you are charging so high?

        My user id[protected]. The internet service is down since 15 days. After so many complaints and followup, nothing has been done. No updates from reliance side about the status to the customer.

        Finally, i placed request to terminate my service on 17th April. My request no is[protected]. I clearly told the customer care person, not to call on my registered mobile no as it's not existing now and call me to on a different number for the final termination. I have been waiting for the call since 5 days.

        Kindly, do the needful, hope you understand the value of a customer.

            Iam Srinivasan ([protected]) from Chennai. I have recharged Rs.402 for getting jio prime on 31 March 2017 around 2 PM through jio.com. After money transaction through net banking, it displayed submitted successfully. I waited few mins I didn't get any sms from jio that my recharge was done.
            I went to jio care office at Thirumullaivoyal, Chennai on 31st March 2017 Your jio customer representative checked my number around 2.30 PM and replied recharge not done successfully, advised me to recharge again directly at jio office. Then I called customer care executive around 2.50 PM 31-March -2017 from mobile explained my transaction issue and amount debited from my bank account and not got any sms from jio. The executive in the call also replied the same "recharge not done successfully, advised me to recharge again" I confirmed him regarding my debited amount for that transaction. He replied u will be getting back on your account in 7 working days. As per your representative's advice I recharged again for Rs. 402 by my jio app from my mobile through net banking. As soon I got jio welcome sms that ur recharge done successfully.
            From that 31st March 2017 I was waiting for my refund every time each customer care executives giving new reasons. 1st time took complaint
            SR000007PM89
            2nd time says under process SR000007PTGT
            3rd time says complaint not taken properly SR000007SG52
            4th time says under process SR000007Y7CF.
            Today I called jio care twice they said 1 st transaction made success ur amount was taken for recharge. Then why these many days your customer executives are bluffing at me from the person I met on your office. They didn't work properly for my revolving my issue . Why don't you moniter your employees properly. At last again I called jio care executive responded me and got my both transaction numbers and took a complaint SR000008HQOP. I hope u have all those recordings please listen. Also I have attached my bank statement, call history & 1st transaction page. 2nd transaction page I was checking my statement from my jio app history not found after my app update your representative says under repair.Is hiding my statement is kind of repair?
            At last today Jio is saying refund cannot be done on that payment.

            I have submitted a complaint on 22 nd April 2017( cheating done against refund) till now the issue not resolved. Daily iam sending a mail to update my status for last 24 days. Iam getting only a system generated reply. Till today my refund is not getting reflected in my account. Jio is simply sending sms that your issue is resolved. I don't know why this Jio peoples are doing like this. I have recharged as per the advice from the customer care representative. As per his confirmation Jio has to provide refund. Why they are behaving like this?

              User id no.[protected]. User name subhash manocha wants to inform you that my internet is not working since 5th april and after so many complaints till due date it is not working. My complaint number[protected] was logged on 7th of april and till today it is not been resolved because from ur end. Since it is not working. So i am not paying the bill amount for this month. Because last month when i forgot to pay the bill you guys have temporarily disconnected the connection now is ur fault and you guys should also pay for the same. If you cannot resolve the problem kindly disconnect my connection. Because nor your ground staff or your care have any info regarding the fault. They promised me to resolve the matter till monday. Today is friday and they donot have any info about the problem.

                I have rupees 148 main balance in mobile no. [protected] on 8/04/17 but now my mobile balance is only rupees 1.67.

                I have not make any call, sms and neither activated any vas.
                I have used (Call) maximum 8 rupees from 08/04/17 to 20/04/17.

                So this is my humbly request to you please see attached picture and inform me how deducted 140 Rupees balance from mobile or refund rupees 140 in my mobile balance.

                Here (Sahapur market, near semariya road tower, distt rewa madhyapradesh) maximum time have network problem so if my above mentioned no. not Connect then call me in [protected].

                    Am Mr. Bikram Keshari Jee, Before some months ()In the month of 27th December 2016) received a call name of Reliance customer care. Number is [protected] & this number is also her Whats app number. Am mention here
                    "Her" because person is a ladies. She explain me plan details of Reliance postpaid(Plan Jalsa ) & motivate me for accept this plan with a choice able number if any by me which last four digits in my choice & am agree with her communication. After that she told me that this number also my whats app number, save it & send me your address proof and passport size photo . Am also share my all require document on her whats app number ([protected]).

                    But am not getting any SIM Card & after one month am received a message regarding bill against this new number, & am shocked... After that am trying to reach her for this false bill generate when am not getting the sim card. then am contact with your reliance care counter which was at Maathahalli bridge, opposite of Kalamandir. But am not satisfied with my problem.

                    Every month am received one after one bill against that new sim, when am not received & not use that number. Always every month am explain my problem, but no result.

                    So kindly request you please look into this matter and solve the issue ASAP...

Se aaye 2 call sirf receiv kiye. Uske bad mera balance gayab ho gaya hai. Maine luv tips ya missu service jaise koibhi service ke liye koi bhi no. Dial kiya na phi hai. Firbhi sub, successfully ka sms prapt hua hai. R care ko 14 apr. 2007 ko phone kiya koi responc nahi mila (Sirf waiting par rakha aur thodi der bad ph kat diya). Ulta mer thoda bacha uaa balancebhi kat liya gaya hai. Ab mera balance 40 se 0 ho gaya hai. Krupaya muze mera balance turant return kare. Pls. Es complaint ko gambhirta se le. Anyatha muze aage ka kadam uthana hoga uske liye reliance jimmedar hoga.

                            I m using reliance communication sim contact no [protected], I want to change my sim from postpaid to prepaid but customer care and Reliance communication jogeshri mumbai branch both not given proper answer .Even upset from sitting staff because of so rude answer.                               Sir i m using reliance sim no [protected]. I m too much disappointed by reliance network, there has been an unwanted deduction from my number on activation of shemmobile... Even though i didnot had any confermation about it. I was too much shocked about deduction and bad network of reliance network. The customer care really sucks us on call. Even after 30 minutes they dont pick the call. I had a very bad experience using a reliance sim and was is probably my greatest fault to use the network.

                                I got call from your executive randomly from ATUL whose contact detail is [protected] for porting my mobile no which is [protected] airtel to reliance.
                                I agreed on some beneficial plans regarding my daily usage, mr atul explained me about your 299Rs plan in which i will get unlimited calling and 3 gb 3g and 4g both.
                                But by the time converted my plan to reliance i am not getting any benefit as offered earlier. And my bill limit is exceeding each month by 80Rs.

                                Please ensure me that what benefit i got for data usage is now 1gb for a month which was earlier promised 3 gb.
                                Take some necessary action regarding this.

                                  I brahmanand khambra mob. No. [protected] holding this no. Since 2003. A 4g mobile purchased by me. I decided for 4g sim and went to mob. Store at mp nagar zone 1 bhopal. Sim was provided to me about 20 days back with instruction that it will be activated within 48 hrs. But the sim not activated up to 8 days. The matter was taken with mob. Store. It was said to me that in your case sim cant be provided. So i return 4g sim to your store. But after one day i receive a sms that your new sim is ready for activation on 12 april. I rushed to your store and shown the sms and asked for my sim. But store person iost that sim but a new sim was given to me. But it was not activated. I again complain to store they again issue a sim and asked apolice fir. That sim also not activated till date. Iapproched to indore office kavita and priya also. They also found helpless. Pl activate my sim earliest.

                                    This is to inform you that my no [protected], I recharged Rs 50.00 on 31st march 2017 with Rate cutter of 21.00 what i remember if not mistaken for my family to do Call in emergency because i was out of station at that time.
                                    But hardly doing 2 to 3 calls for around 3 to 4 minutes all balance money has been reduce to zero.
                                    I enquired and told by customer care that i had took some services which they are also not aware and cannot give me the satisfactory reply even i also don't know what services i have took.
                                    How many days this type of looting the money in the name of services the operator will do with the customer without knowing them. Pls return all my balance money to my no and ceased all services except calling and internet if it is availed.

                                    yesterday on 22nd April 2017 i got around five calls and even from reliance communication about the grievance which i have made and assured after verification of the complaints that my concern is genuine and the amount will be return to my reliance number within 2 hrs. But unfortunately nothing has happend till now and no amount is being return to my no.

                                      I have received message that from rcom to get 1 gb for rs 29 with validity.
                                      Based on msg i have paid rs 29 through bank. O got only 165 mb. This is the second time and please clarify the same. Either you five 1gb for 28 days or return or credit the same with my account to enable us to proceed further.
                                      However don't send such type of cheating message here after.

                                        I, P.Praneeth kumar, customer of Reliance 1. I am recharged with Rs.15/- on[protected] through freecharge app amd it showing full talk time with validity 2days. But I got message from reliance as 1day validity.
                                        2. Next day, that is[protected] I checked the offer in freecharge app and recharged with Rs.65/- then I my account is debited by Rs.65/- and recharged successfully then I did 2, 3 calls, working perfectly. Then after am trying to call it mention that insufficient balance. I called to customer care today I.e.,[protected].
                                        I talked with cc regarding forst rc Ra.15/- she told that there is no offer like Rs.15/- then why freecharge showing me plan and why recharge is successful??
                                        Next, I asked regarding Rs.65/- she told my number is not recharged with Rs.65/- then where my ₹65/- gone?? And she is telling Rs.65/- is for 4g users. Am a 3g user, then if I select ₹65/- full talk time then why my amount is debited ?? Reliance wasted my two days time and I need to do urgent calls because of Reliance am mentally disturbed and wasted my time. I am fully disappointed with reliance service. I want to know where my ₹65/- gone? How customer care people told my account is not recharged then why my ₹65/- debited. I want clear cut answers from Reliance. And am also attaching the screenshots regarding plans and debited amount. I need the solution and early reply from reliance. Thank you
