Respected sir,
I have rupees 148 main balance in mobile no. [protected] on 8/04/17 but now my mobile balance is only rupees 1.67.

I have not make any call, sms and neither activated any vas.
I have used (Call) maximum 8 rupees from 08/04/17 to 20/04/17.

So this is my humbly request to you please see attached picture and inform me how deducted 140 Rupees balance from mobile or refund rupees 140...

Very worst network [protected] have to change my number to prepaid but in customer care they saying to pay bill we will resolve the problem.. We paying the bill for ths number for each and every month.. And given complaint till date but still we didn't resolve the problem.. Resolve these issues and collect the payment for ths month.. Same problem to ths number [protected]...

Sir/madam,
As I got the offer of 1Gb @Rs.29. I recharged with 29 and I got 165Mb only. So I called no of times to customer care and they take the complaint and resolved with adding 50mb data to my number. Is this the benefit you offerd me??
And mailed my issue to [protected]@relianceada.com and no reply from them.

I got call from your executive randomly from ATUL whose contact detail is [protected] for porting my mobile no which is [protected] airtel to reliance.
I agreed on some beneficial plans regarding my daily usage, mr atul explained me about your 299Rs plan in which i will get unlimited calling and 3 gb 3g and 4g both.
But by the time converted my plan to reliance i am not getting any benefit as...

Sim was provided to me about 20 days back with instruction that it will be activated within 48 hrs. But the sim not activated up to 8 days. The matter was taken with mob. Store. Sir,
This is to inform you that my no [protected], I recharged Rs 50.00 on 31st march 2017 with Rate cutter of 21.00 what i remember if not mistaken for my family to do Call in emergency because i was out of station at that time.
But hardly doing 2 to 3 calls for around 3 to 4 minutes all balance money has been reduce to zero.
I enquired and told by customer care that i had took some services which they are also not...

I have received message that from rcom to get 1 gb for rs 29 with validity.
Based on msg i have paid rs 29 through bank. O got only 165 mb. This is the second time and please clarify the same. Either you five 1gb for 28 days or return or credit the same with my account to enable us to proceed further.
However don't send such type of cheating message here after.

I, P.Praneeth kumar, customer of Reliance 1. I am recharged with Rs.15/- on[protected] through freecharge app amd it showing full talk time with validity 2days. But I got message from reliance as 1day validity.
2. Next day, that is[protected] I checked the offer in freecharge app and recharged with Rs.65/- then I my account is debited by Rs.65/- and recharged successfully then I did 2, 3 calls, working perfectly. Then after am trying...

Dear sir,

I am very much upset with reliance postpaid connection. I am now thinking why i have shifted from prepaid to postpaid because without any verification in house they have deactivated outgoing calls. Neither customer care is helping nor in store giving any resolutions. Either shift the postpaid from prepaid or activate my outgoing calls.

I would like to tell you kindly stop irritating customers by activating Value Added Services like HdyGoDDostiSub7 without their permission. It's a fraudulent way of duping your customers. Avoid being a bloody cheat. RCom has been duping it's own customers for a long time and I will lodge a complaint with the Consumer Forum, TRAI and discourage every RCom customer (approx 50 - 70) whom I know....

I have reliance broadband there have been connectivity issues and from last 1 month there has been no internet connection no person for service have came have complained many times but no action taken about my problem and noe company have emailed me the bill on what basis i pay my bill i haven't used their service in past month. i need some action to be taken towards the company....

Hi Team,

When ever I send PORT from my number I am getting a wrong porting code.(CRX 77937) when I visit other Telecom people they are telling this is a corporate sim. But I never given my company I'd or any other proof. Then why the hell it is showing me the starts with CRX. 7 time i have called customer care but no proper solution for my issue....

My mobile number [protected] has been deactivated. The customer care is not responding promptly. I waw not using the sim for long it is registered in the name of my wife Sneha Sanyal
Need to get it activated urgently, the process of re-activation is to be known
The sim was not active for approximately a week and it has stopped working completely. The Mobile is however detecting the sim.

My 15 RS balance deducted from my reliance gsm [protected] for some astro service on 18apr17, without my knowledge, it is ridiculous .And also unsubscribed their own without refund the balance, But yesterday when I speak to reliance customer care for refund, he just refused.I request to refund the money without any delay.my alternate mob no is [protected]....
