This is regarding complaint against reliance communication. I am using reliance gsm sim from last two years. I recharged 2g plan for 60days on 20th april and today is 27th april. When i checked my internet pack validity i was completely shocked. Its is showing that this pack is valid till 27th april. Why this happen i paid 296rup for 60day. Not for 7days so how could they do this to me. Customers executive is talking like that they are in fish market. Seriously worst executive and unqualified team. Not properly answered to me. This has ruined my mind and i don't want to continue anymore. Financially and mentally they depressed me. Here i am posting the proof please find that below. My temporary number-[protected], fraud and cheater don't try to call me otherwise will take appropriate action against the call

    I am rajiv from velachery, chennai.
    I am using reliance gsm postpaid mobile from last 3 years. My reliance number is [protected].

    From last 5 months reliance network coverage become very very poor and my mobile is completely useless when i am in home and around in velachery. I just waited nearly 3 months as this is common issue in that area and i believe they will fix it soon.
    After 4 months i write a complaint about the network coverage issue and they promise me it will be fixed in 5 days. But still nothing happened after 1 month. I just become very disappointed as i am paying them more that 5 months for a dead network and without much usage.
    I applied to aircel postpaid with mobile number portability to use same number on april 16, 2016. They told it will take 7 days from requested date.
    I got a call from customer care by requesting give them 7 more days to fix the network issue. I am sure they will not solve this issue. So i didn't accept their request and ask them to proceed my mobile number portability request.
    Today april 27, 2016 i received a message from aircel as "your request of mobile number portability is reject by reliance com (Gsm) due to this post-paid subscriber has outstanding payment due.

    But my last month bill is rs.249 and i paid rs.300. Also they have my advance money of rs.300 which i paid when i get new connection.

    I contact the customer care and they told, it was their mistake and i need to apply again for mobile number portability. It will take again 7 more days and in this 7 days i will get another bill from reliance. When this mistake is from their side, why i need to apply again. I ask them to connect my call to manager. Customer care lady told, she cannot. I ask them the contact email or number to manager. But she told she will not give these details. I got irritated and decided to deactivate my number and told the same to that lady. Again she told she cannot. I don't know when she cannot do anything, when she is there.

    This is clever cheating from reliance communications.

    From today April 28, 2016 Reliance network coverage is good at home and around Velachery. Believe it should not get poor again. It should be good if they fix these kind of common issue asap to get more trust on Reliance Communications.
    Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Dial the same number. So you should know what is the status of my phone from last 5 month. It'w always says my phone is switched off. When it says switched off from last 5 months, how I become happy to pay my bills.

    Yesterday I contact the customer care again and he told my bill payment is credited to my account on April 17 and currently reliance have excess amount Rs 128 in my account. I paid my bill on April 9th and it was credited only on April 17th and very next day of Applying Mobile Number Portability.

    Similar issue I am also dealing with in delhi near dhaula kuan, they don't improve the network since 3.5 months nor letting me port out to other service provider.

      This is in the reference to the mobile service i am using from reliance.

      I ported my number [protected] from airtel to reliance as i was told that i will be getting unlimited calls and unlimited 2g service. I got the number activated in the month of feb'16. However, 2g internet service never worked. I called customer care more than 10 times, however, they were not able to resolve the issue.
      Later i was informed via customer care that 2g will not work. I asked them to activate 3g service. They said you can not activate 3g service in this plan. Therefore, they asked me to change the plan to avail 3g service. They changed my plan to monthly rental 400 on 23rd of mar'16.
      However, 3g service did not work. I called customer care for activating the service for me. Every one in customer care was taking the complain, however, non of them were able to resolve the issue. Below are the complain numbers.

      I have still not been able to get the service working for me. No one is able to resolve the issue. And i am being charged for the service which i am not using. I even can't change service provider because i have not completed 3 months with reliance.

      I logged a complaint through consumer forum. They called and said they will work on my issue, without giving any solution to me they have marked complaint as resolved.

      My service did not work for me, now billing team is keep on calling me to pay the bill for the service which never worked for me. I asked them to suspend the number. They are not even suspending the number and i m being billed every month.

      Kindly take some action on the cheating and fraud.

        I have a Prepaid Reliance connection(Mob.-[protected]), Reliance Company deducting my balance Rs. 5/- daily without my knowledge from 1 month to till. I complained about this dated 26.04.16 to Call Service Center, He replied me that Sorry for inconvenience and Reliance Company refund your Rs 5/- in few minute. I got this same day.
        Now today again deduct my Rs. 5/- from my balance, and i again complaint to Service Center, and they again follow same, finally i got Rs. 5/-
        Finally it means, that if i complaint of this then i got refund otherwise i loss my balance.
        I want to refund my all deducted amount.

          Hi all,

          Please check the email chains with reliance. After all this and giving proof that i have cancelled data cards and quality was bad. The representatives accepted that they will close the billing issue. They also took back the data cards stating it is company policy. They did not want me to have access to them as i could have proved how bad they were working. After confirming to me that no dues are pending and returning the data cards closes the issue. They have sent me this pre litigation notice.

              We have paid final amount of Rs.1214 on 01/09/2015 19:35.
              And I have also registered to cancel and deactivate the datacard since July 2015 i am not using the datacard. The SR number is :[protected]. Executive from Reliance called and confirmed to deactivate and close the request.
              Now they are calling and asking to pay balance amount Rs. 695 this is totally cheating the customer. I am currently also using the same reliance netconnect. If you are such a big reliable communication why you are cheating the customer.
              The SR number[protected] also has been confirmed as closed and message has been received in my mobile and some executive also spoke regarding the same for stopping and deactivating the datacard. Consider and take necessary action and avoid calling to pay amount which has already been initiated and closed.
              Our's is hard earned money you don't threaten and get our money.

                Yesterday i recharged our mobile no [protected] ₹97(Jalsa pack).I check on www.Rcom.Co.In regard jalsa pack 97.It shows reliance calling ₹2500 minute free and other [protected]@30p/minute.But i get the facility of 50p/minute.In place of @30p/minute.
                I contact customer care but they did not give proper response.
                I request you please give the facility [protected]@30/p.Otherwise you refund our money as a full talk time.

                I recharge ₹ 97 from internet banking.according to www.rcom.co.in ₹97 jalsa pack shows reliance calling local or std 2500minutes free and other network local or std @ 30p/minute.
                But I get the facility on other [protected]@ 50p/minute.
                I contact customer care but he did not give proper response.
                I request you please give the [protected]@30p/minute on other network other wise you refund our recharge money as a full talk time valadity 28 days.

                  Sir, i am regular user of reliance pre paid service.. my reliance no. is [protected]. I got a message on my this no. that if you install an app called reliance insta care you will get 500 mb data as benefit. I installed the app on 21 april 2016 and i got message that day that you sucesafully installed it, you will get the benefit within 24 april but till date its not given to me. I am really upset from this service sir, i think i need to quit this reliance service. As i tried to contacted reliance customer service everyone just only say that its technical problem so i cant help you contact after 2 hour. When i contact again they wait wait you will get data next morning, then you will get in night like that.uts so frustating for me that how i am going cheated easily by a known and recognized service of this nation... kindly help me out sir, its now more than benefit as its now come on my trust for this reliance.

                    Hi I just got my number ported to reliance under 599.i had received a call from reliance customer care the guy other side told me that reliance is providing me a plan RGjalsa 599 and after thats moneth i had paid 189 ruppes then sudddnly my bill have come again 1400 something. and i have already called up to customr care he told me thats my plan is same but isn, t unlimted and then i have call to my retailer wer i pickup my seem card. but she is didnt recived my call.and her number is (+[protected] then after thats i have install insta app.and i had activate long distance call then it will start working, but again he closed my plan..

                    This is the 4th time i'm writing this an still there is no resolution to it. I don't know what to do. I think i will keep writing unless it is not rectified.
                    Also, the network keeps getting disconnected every now and then.

                      I was charged with 26rs without any subscription to VAS . it was not first time I lost my balance of 85rs without any reason which I was recharged with on[protected] .they provide no way to talk with customer care executives . I also also contacted them by emailing but there was no reply
                      Please refund my money otherwise I will switch to any other survice provider

                        I had a reliance sim card, every month they have sending me wrong bill and then they change the bill amount by saying and accepting that wrong charges applied and waveoff done. but the wrong amount was still reflecting on all next bills, and one day they had send me bill of 700 even my credit limit was 500 and plan was 349. I have not overused it even-though they are saying that then can correct the bill continuous only for 3 month and this time we can not make any correcting and after that they have closed my calling facility even though they have sent the bill for closed sim card. after that I denied to make the payment and because 1st month bill was wrong and 2nd month bill is something which I never used.

                        after that my number has allotted to some-other guy by saying its terminated.

                        not I am getting fraudulent mails from different ppl asking for payment for which they dont know the past.

                          Unstopped communication from the No.3600 that " last call charge for 00:00:00: is from Main Bal : 1.00 for the telephone No. [protected]. For every such calls one rupee is cut from main balance since so many days. Customer Care personnel is unable to diagonalise the problem. please set right this issue.

                            Hello sir,

                            My Data card no: [protected]

                            Reliance data speed is very slow(40 to 110kbs), my basic plan is 40Gb (14.7 mps). i called customer care to resolve network issue but not yet fixed.

                            I raised termination request after so many follow ups,
                            1.[protected]Mar-2016) this is my first termination request but they closed to changing my plan 40 GB to 1GB plan.

                            2. later i called again reliance customer care and asked to raise one more termination request, but they want me to pay not payable amount, so i paid 453rs/- and raised 2nd request[protected].

                            3. After raising 2nd request they call me and given some favor, but dined everything clearly mentioned i want termination. but they closed and mentioned with in 3 days resolve network issue. Nothing happened so i raised third termination request[protected].

                            4. They closed third request also, so i called customer care and asked the reason why it's closed. they said the same answer "Technical team looking into this issue with in 3 days it's got resolved. so i ask them to raise one more incident and mentioned clearly this is my final request.

                            Customer care asking me to pay again 300 rs, they says like your 15 days time period is completed so you need to pay 300 and we will raise termination request again.

                            why i need to pay money again and again. i already paid 2150 rs extra without using their service. I raised request three times but they cunningly closed all my request and plan to theft my money again and again.

                            Please help me to termination my data card

                            Till now i didn't get any response from Reliance communication or customer care, i don't understand why they are changing this compliant mark it as resolved without my confirmation. the same thing happened for me when i contact Reliance customer care. They are giving false information for all places. i don't know how to stop this :(

                              I haven't subscribed to any value added service but still charged 30 rs for the same. This is not the first time i have been charged without even subscribing to any VAS. Please do the needful as soon as possible . Seriously reliance service is pathetic and there is no way to contact reliance customer care executives. Please refund my money else i will have no option other than switching to some other service provider

                                    I checked on *129# and selected option 3 of Super 10 GB data offer of Rs. 397=10 GB for 28 days. I got it recharged of 397 on 23 april 2016 and received data pack of only 3 GB. But as per the offer on *129# of Rs. 397=10 GB for 28 days. I should received 10 GB. I raised a complaint[protected] they replied onus talk time could not be credited as there is no offer as per the otafrecharge date.

I got it recharged of 298on 1 may 2016 and received data pack of only 1.75 GB. But as per the offer on *129# of Rs. 298=3.5 GB for 28 days. I should received 3.5 GB. I raised complaint[protected] but I got an SMS "Dear Reliance Customer with reference to your SR[protected] you are not eligible for the SMS Campaign Offer. Thanks." I also called customer care but didn't get gud response from them.. My Reliance number is [protected].

                                        My balance is getting deducted and the message is coming that i am using data pack (Internet). I called reliance customer care and they told me same story that i am using mobile internet (Gprs). Though i have checked many times that my data pack is off and i am using internet via wifi.
                                        Please help as i have already lost 95 rs and it is going on.
