Dear reliance

With reference endless mails to endless representatives of your company, i wish to draw your kind attention towards the non payment of rent for the tower (008g) situated at the saraswati vihar dehradun since january 2012 (Land owner-smt manju singh).

There has been no intimation. Kindly update or atleast let us know till what time duration the rent will be cleared and the matter be finally closed.

Looking forward some updation and clarity on this matter as the time since no payment or any revert is more then an year now and with a brand like reliance this is really to a surprise.

        Just few hours ago I have recharged my no. And again rs.20 has been deducted for this which is not done by me.

        i tried to contact the customer care number several times, but it was not reachable..
        this is shame on your network...

            Just one day i taken a reliance post paid telephone connection. Connection number [protected]. Telephone is stated from midnight of 02.05.2017 with all time rooming and without internet service. But reliance was offered me 3 gb deta per month, today i will trey to contract reliance telephone service customer care, but nobody response there telephone.

              I have already complained before. Got some calls from various persons.

              My landline no[protected]before it was[protected] was surrendered with instrument and charger and all equipments, in my nearest Reliance outlet (Tripunithura- Kerala) two years back. I was told that i will get the refund amount of Rs 1000, by cheque, it will come by post or courier. after so long no news of this cheque.
              I would like to remind you that if a customer did not pay bill within the time, you are all so keen to cut off the connection and to reactivate, we have to pay penalty also. Is that right, as we have value for our money. For Rs 1000, you are taking sooooo much time. I complained, sent mails, (replies received, will get the amount by so and so day, but all in vain.
              I would like to get an YES or NO. I don'ty want to attend sooting calls anymore

              Reliance communication has detected INR 30 for the service ShotforModlSub30 not subscribed by many times to many people. Basically they are looting money from public. This has to be stopped and they should return to public.

                I ported my number from idea to reliance based on their false commitment of strong signals. The guys called from hisar and ported my number from idea. But here nightmare started... No signal nothing. I made bill payments for 3 months without able to use it. Now i am trying to port my number to airtel but reliance is cancelling the port request again and again.                         Everyday balance deduction takes place and when i call custumer care service then they ignore the complaint and say that i use the internet but i have mb left with so what can i do yesterday night 2 may 2017 also they deduct my balance then i call to custumer care service they ignore and say that to port your sim card. Always deduction my balnce my 36 rupees and then yesterday night also deduct my 15rupees.
                        Please i request you to stop deduction my balnce and refund my 51 rupees

                          Its been more than month i have reallocated from himachal pradesh to mumbai, and i just wanted to change my circle. I have been to 5 arelaince customer service centers but non of the center ready to entertain. So i had decieded to port to another operator. Now reliance not ready to loose there customer too neither they provide services. Request you to please allow me to change service operator. Otherwise i will take strick action.

                            This mail is to inform you that I had requested for plan change of Jalsa 299 (for above mentioned reliance number) which I had requested on 14th April 2017 and I was told that it will be activated in my next billing cycle ie 26th of every month.

                            Believing blindly on your words I dint check my updated plan and on 30th April 2017 in morning around 11.30am when I called customer care for my plan then I was surprised to know that my plan was still not activated and customer care representative apologized for the same and said my bill amount from 26th April 2017 to 30th April 2017 will be waived off as mistake was from your end and I was assured that my new bill plan of Jalsa 299 will be activated by midnight of 30th April 2017. Again I believed blindly your words and thought it might have been updated now atleast. But again I was proven wrong by your worst service and still that plan havent been activated and now when contacted to customer care, again I got the assurance that it will be activated within 24hours (which I dont think will be done ever).

                            I would like to bring to your notice that I wont be paying the bill from 26th April 2017 onwards and whatever bill amount it will be, should be waived off till my requested plan of Jalsa 299 gets activated.

                            U can activate my requested plan whenever you wish to activate but I wont be paying the bill amount till that date.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I am using reliance postpaid number [protected] and i activated 499 plan then customer care communicated 6GB, 4G data and unlimited 2G data & unlimited voice call etc.

                              When i got bill then they added used Internet bill because they give me only 250MB 4G data. I called then they said next month you will get 6GB data again next month they are saying 5GB data plan activated on your number. and again i complained that it was communicated that 6GB i will get then they are saying next month ie. after 27 May (my billing cycle complete 27 each month) you will get 6GB.

                              So my concern that they are telling something else and doing something else and i got to know when they give bill.
                              I already email on 10th April, 2017 again forward some on 21 April 2017 to

                              Thanks for your response. But sorry to say i don't have any trust your customer service team. They are not even ready to write my complain. Just 5 min before i got call from "+91-[protected]" she again said to call customer care ie. 198 or *222 they have already frustrated me.

                              Please give me any higher authority email id i will forward my email which i sent on 10th April 2017 and still i didn't get any response. Same mail i forwarded on 21 April and again 4th May 2017.

                                I bought a new postpaid connection 5 months ago, I paid security money for the connection and was told it will be deducted in my bills, I made full payments of my bill online every month without any delay and today when I went to the store for termination of my connection, store manager told me my security money has been deducted in my previous bills and if there is any margin money, I will get a cheque for that after 90 days of disconnection which was not told to me by anyone.
                                I made online payments, how can my security money be deducted in previous bills if I paid full payments.

                                  Hello sir/madam i want to stop my broadband connection. I have call to broadband customer care so many times for this but every times he says that a call will come to your registered mobile no. But no call in coming in my no. I am facing this problen last four days. So pls solve my problem as soon as possible. I am still waiting to the call reliance broadband.

                                    My Mobile number was +91 [protected]. i tried several times for port code by sending SMS to 1900. A prompt response coming from 1901 that "not to share your upc code to other" but i am not receiving any code as such

                                      Sir I had purchased this sim and paid Rs.300/= to the representative of the company who assured me that a sum of Rs.100/=per month will be adjusted from my every bill and thus in 3 months my advance payment of Rs.300/= will be adjusted but I regret to say that this has not been done by the company and now I have written that I am not in a position to pay the outstanding bill and requested to discontiue my services but till date I had not received any responce. Moreover I am not willing to carry on the services of reliance and from today I am not using the said number for any kind of service and I hereby once again remind and request to kindly discountinue the service immeiatly without any further delay and oblige.                                         I got a promotional message from Reliance member [protected] (She told her name as Kavya) for an unlimited 4G data plan with monthly charges 299. I called back to inquire the same and was assured that the total bill will never cross 340-350 after taxes as all services provided are unlimited.
                                        I submitted the docs and got my existing number ported to reliance. As i started using Reliance plan, i started getting messages after 3-4 days that I have used my 50% of allowable 1 GB data usage. I called back to same number and was again assured that she is forwarding my number to next level to include the said details, as communicated earlier.
                                        However, messages from Reliance continued and the number I was using to communicate with was continuously not answered. I called back RCare and was told that my Outgoing Roaming is chargeable and only 1GB data is free.

                                        After repeated attempts of around 10 days, i finally got back hold of Kavya and her friend answered the call saying that she has left the job. I called her back from an unknown number with a different name and this time she provided me another advanced version of the same plan with 45 days of bill cycle.
