I have already complained before. Got some calls from various persons.
My landline no[protected]before it was[protected] was surrendered with instrument and charger and all equipments, in my nearest Reliance outlet (Tripunithura- Kerala) two years back. I was told that i will get the refund amount of Rs 1000, by cheque, it will come by post or courier. after so long no news of this cheque.
I would like to remind you that if a customer did not pay bill within the time, you are all so keen to cut off the connection and to reactivate, we have to pay penalty also. Is that right, as we have value for our money. For Rs 1000, you are taking sooooo much time. I complained, sent mails, (replies received, will get the amount by so and so day, but all in vain.
I would like to get an YES or NO. I don'ty want to attend sooting calls anymore

Just few hours ago I have recharged my no. And again rs.20 has been deducted for this which is not done by me.
Therefore I would request you to refund my balance quickly.

And one more problem occurred last night
my main balance is deducted of an amount of rs 15
on 08.05.2017 at 12.52 am, , due to an un-requested subscription.
that is ADPAYStrmg MLYSUBS service., i didnt subscribed it...due to your network issues i have lost my money.
i want my money back to my main balance..
i tried to contact the customer care number several times, but it was not reachable..
this is shame on your network...
if you really concern about your customer, sort my issue as fast as possible..
