The deal is unlimited talk time, unlimited 4g data and 3000 sms in a month and price is 299+tax=350/- rs now they are not picking up my phone and not giving me ans for any thing.. Still i don't get receipt of 350/- rs

    Hi i have two number and both whenever I recharge my phone afterall all money deducted by compny when I contact customer helpline, no one response everytime as the way I fell down & disturb by the regulation of that nonsense way and my all balance didn't refund when I emergency I go again to recharge and afer some time that remain balance dedcted.
    Totly I disappointed by reliance communication and that's facilities

      Reliance communication is looting customer hard earned money. I recharged my phone by rs 200 on 10 april and on 24 april balance is 19 only. Between these days i only use my phone for one missed call and unsubscribing the useless nonsense subscription (Which i never authorised) using your so called toll free no.
      Your company is running into losses for that consumer is not responsible your below worst service is.
      Stop extortion and looting customer for your social status.

        I recharged my number with 20rs, got 15rs balance. Next day my balance was nil, i don't know how and why. I called customer care, the person named rahul said that there is some value added service on my number, i didn't know anything about it, he said he will refund the amout, he said that i have to send an sms yes to 59111 and balance will be refunded within 24 hrs. I did that, and after a few second i received a msg asking for feedback of the call n i had to reply with yes or no. Then i got to know that he tried to make a fool of me and he was just trying to get a good feedback for himself. I called back after 30 mins, and this time this guy told me that he can't see any reason for my balance deduction he asked me to call after 10 mins i said to him that i want to know the reason why it has been deducted, he told that it was deducted for internet, i told him i have an internet pack on my number but he said he doesn't know why, he said reliance is the worst company and was again n again asking to call after 10 mins. He was not speaking properly to me, he misbehaved and he didn't know how to talk to a customer, worst experience with reliance i had till date, i am a reliance customer since last 10 years. The csrs of reliance are the worst of all. They have no manners and they behave like illiterate. My number is [protected]

          I am really sorry to inform you that I am using reliance sim since 2012. It's very painful when reliance deduct my account balance illegally.

          I can't understand why the balance is deducted without any reason.
          Past 4 days my 60 rupees was deducted.

          And I called many times reliance customer service but my call doesn't connect your customer care service.

From tata docomo to reliance for postpaid, ur people used to call me daily for buying your plan, then 10 februaary 2017 i submited my documents n paid rs.100 for porting my no. To reliance. Person co-ordinated for this to me was 'jatin', but its been more than 2months no revert back from ur side and contacted one the concern person over here called ' anand sir - [protected] '. Such an useless guy he is he never answers the call n whatsapp i dont know if he is deaf dumb n blind...But seriously i've faced such thirdclass service even before geting thee connetion.

                Internet not working for the last 31 days. Lodged several complaints with customer care. All I got was a call from Reliance customer care assuring speedy redressal but the problem is still not resolved.

                  I am using two reliance gsm numbers [protected] and [protected]. This reliance company is constantly deducting the amounts from accounts balance of both the numbers. Their helpline is the worst helpline I have ever seen, its a task in itself to contact to their helpline. I have talked to them several times, they say you are subscribed to various services for which the balance is deducted but in real i have not subscribed to any of the services. When I talk to them they say now we have disconnected the services but again after some days the balance is deducted.

                  I am really tired of reliance communication services. it is the worst company.

                      I have complaint against Reliance related to post paid bill, i was using plan of rs 499 (3G) (it was MNP) (from last 5 months around) but i wanted to prepaid it from postpaid bcoz i have no use, my last bill was 576 but i gave rs 800 cash to reliance store they said after 1 week u num will be prepaid between 1 week it was an auto debit from my credit card so i again pay rs 576 for this month and they suggest me to go for another plan of 299 in 4G sim then i give them advance rs 300 for new activation in 4G sim for the num ([protected]). i have been paid rs 800(cash) + 576 (online auto debit) + 300 (cash).
                      when i called to customer care there was no satisfactory answer from their sideand from reliance store also (reliance store sapna sangeeta indore m.p), they said its a prepaid number so i cant do anything. now i am too frustated from reliance i want my money back of rs 576+300 and want to prepaid in reliance.

                      Extra bill and poor service .

                        Last saturday, I paid monthly bill to reliance broadband, an amount of 1378.85.
                        But due to system glitch, an amount of 137885 Rs has been transferred.

                        And after repeated complaints, all I hear from them is that the excess amount will gets adjusted in the next month

                          For your kind information i am really very sorry to inform you that though i am a reliance gsm (With mobile no - [protected]) customer since 2006. It is very painful when reliance deduct balances illegally.

                          Sir, i cant understand why the balances of this sim deducted without any reason several times.in the recent past, near about 30 rupees deducted by 10 times @ 3 rupees at the several days.

                          So, it is really harassing to me as i am really tired for this type of complain making.

                            After my complaint i got call from [protected] same day that he will done verification today other wise tomorrow on[protected]. But nothing done, and from 25-26-27 April i regular call on this no and he is saying today your no will be activated, some times he says your address is out of our area, I want to know if India's top company Airtel and Idea is giving me service at same address then what's issue with Reliance. And he should confirm address first then port and collect security fee, Now i have give 300/- security many days ago and no is also barred from[protected]. I am working in insurance co. and in marketing. How can i work without my no. and all my customers have my this no. ([protected]), I am loosing my business due to my barred no. Please do some thing because its 10th day that my no barred and he is harassing me like- today, after launch, within 2 hour, 1/2 hour, in evening your no will be activate but nothing they do.

                              On 23 apr 2017 they deduct rps 60 via service known as shotforbiscsub60 at 03:15:08pm hrs for a service which was not requested by me on mobile number [protected].. They have started it without my request... Customer care is not attending call... Kindly instruct them to refund my money with compunsation. It was the second time they deduct money without request. Never call center people cannot be connect.

                                On 22 apr 2017 they deduct rps 45 via service known as gamesonsub45 at 2233 hrs for a service which was not requested by me on mobile number[protected]... They have started it without my request... Customer care is not attending call... Kindly instruct them to refund my money with compunsation... I also tried to attach the sms send by them. But coul not loaded.. Kindly do the needful sir... Thanking you

                                  Reliance Net connect number - [protected]
                                  I was using Reliance net connect for few years and i had to cancel the account as at first i didn't knew about the upgrade for few months and i didn't use the service as well. I went to a retail store (Reliance Mobile Store - Address: 131, Madhavaram High Road, Huzur Garden, Kkr Nagar, Perambur, Kovur, Tamil Nadu 600011 Phone:[protected] and told them about the cancellation, they placed a call to accounts team and the agent who was online with me on call started to negotiate and finally she told me that i have to pay 832/- as past due monthly charges. I did pay those charges as i didnt cancel the account before.
                                  After all the payment was cleared, agent told that it will take 15-18 days for cancellation to get completed.
                                  Now i am receiving calls from agents from reliance and lawyers.
                                  At first i was told that i have to pay some charges as monthly past due, i told them to check with the database and provided them with the confirmation number. It has come to a point where i have been told as a 420 fraudulent by one of the lawyers.
                                  Advocate - Gowtham - [protected] - advocate from consumer court cabin 302-303.

                                  I do understand all the parameters that has to be followed while cancellation and if the payment i paid is valid or not.
                                  But i have the rights to ignore the calls from a unknown number stating i am a 420 fraudulent.I have all the rights not to believe that i have a payment due as i didnt get any email . From a customers perspective if i am not getting any notification over email from reliance, i cannot provide the agents or the lawyers my information.
                                  I have the documents for the payment details which i made in that retail store as final payment for cancellation and the call logs, messages of the lawyer .
                                  I wish to get this issue resolved in a proper manner.

                                      I not want to use reliance datacard number [protected]. Because reliance data is very slow but the data cost is very high. It made some inconvinience. So i wanted to disconnect the netconnection and cancel the number. I will able to pay a pending billamount. Kindly infiorm me to pay a pending bill amount already i complainted in vriddhachalm reliance communication, kassim agencies. He didn't take any action regarding this issue. So, immediately cancel my number, please take action immediately.

                                        I migrated to postpaid from prepaid of [protected], I am getting incoming calls, data and can send text msgs. But no out going. I called around 120 times to customer care from my alternate number [protected]. Each time IVRS says connecting to customer support executives and will say thank u for calling reliance n call gets disconnected, without out going why should I pay for reliance monthly rental. I have called to several numbers on this website available but no number is working or no one respond to the numbers provide on their own website.

                                        Please provide me solution ASAP.

                                        My number is [protected] not working last 4 month only incomimg available for this number.
                                        I am getting incoming calls only no text msg go.i was complaint many time in costumer care and i also change my sim with store.i want to port my number but without out going why should Iport this number .
