[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Termination of internet service

Dear Team,

In reference to my constant request for discontinuing Reliance Netplus + Service.

My Reliance Data Card Number Is : [protected]

Here is the total history or logs of my concerns along with request id’s:-

On 26th feb, 2016 I spoke with reliance executive of reliance customer care to terminate our Reliance Broadband Netconnect + Service, and was assured termination of services following the full and final payment/settlement.

so we paid the full and final payment settlement due It was assured that the issue will be resolved within 7 days.

We believed once the full and final settlement was done. We thought that the services were now stopped finally.

Again I contacted Reliance customer care just to know the status ON 12 th march spoke with sandeep shil he said your service will be terminated within 7 days.

so on 18th of march 2016 I have contacted pune nodal office to know the status Then I realized that the service was never terminated and I was unaware of this & the customer care executive said that I was being retained but I didn't received any call from reliance to retention but one of reliance customer care executive (pune nodal officer) seeta sukhdev Maratha said that I got call from their team for retention on 16th march 2016 and I have retained but thats wrong because till the date I didn't not get any call from reliance and one more thing SEETA MARATHE IS VERY RUDE WITH CUSTOMER SHE HAS PUT ME ON HOLD AROUND 20MINS ...SHE DONT KNOW HOW TO DEAL CUSTOMER ...I ALSO WANT TO COMPLAINT AGAINST HER AND RELIANCE RETETION TEAM AS THEY FORCEFULLY ACTIVATE OUR SERVICE...


I had clearly said that I don’t want to continue your service and forcefully they retained us without our knowledge.

This is a forced service provided to me without being requested in spite of constant follow-ups with Reliance. I am not going to pay single penny for the bill sent to me as I have not used the service.

I want the Netconnect + service deactivated for all plans whatsoever on immediate basis with the bill reversed to Nill/Zero. I have been harassed to the limit that still if I continue getting service activation I will be forced to drag Reliance to media now...

RELIANCE IS DOING FRUD WITH CUSTOMERS THIS TIME WE WILL NOT SPARE YOU..WE WANT THIS SERVICE TO BE TERMINATE ON IMMEDIATE BASIS...

Reliance customer support is worst. Currently i am also trying to terminate my connection but no response from reliance. It's been 5 days since i have registered request for termination.

see you guys are lier this number is working and daily I'm using this number ...let me tell you one thing I didn't not get any call from your side ...your customer care guys just trying to fool us nothing else because on this ([protected]) number missed call alert service has activated so suppose my is switch off or not in range then also I'm getting messages ...so automatically I came to know who did call me ...so please stop lying and terminate my service ...or else i'll drag reliance into court or i'll involve social media in this matter...
