Sir,
I am a reliance user of kolkata circle. I am very unsatified with reliance service. Often i found that the balance of my mobile has been reduced and on enquiry from customer care i found the response that due to technical error my balance has been deducted and sometimes balance been returned back but after a few hours the balance again been deducted. And at now they stopped to attend call. As a last resort i have write this complain hoping to solve my problem.

    I am very old customer( more than 18 years) of Reliance. Four years ago I have opted for 3G data service with a plan named "3GMobileNet250_1GB". According to this plan I have to pay Rs. 250/- per month for 1 GB data. Almost two years ago( may be more) Reliance has reduced the price to Rs. 123/- per month for 1GB data. Although they have discontinues the above mentioned plan still they are charging me Rs. 250/- per month for 1GB data. When I have made a complain they have informed me one and half month back that they will change my plan. I have requested for refunding my extra payment but not responded on this. They have not changed my plan also.

            I have been using a Reliance SIM card for the past few months. I have an additional number by Vodafone for regular communication but I purchased for using internet on a tablet I have. My problem is that there are at least 5-6 calls about Reliance offers per day from numbers that look to be registered in the USA. If I answer these calls, I'm charged for them and they make me wait for a good 2-3 minutes before customer agent comes online. So basically, they make me pay for listening to their rubbish offers. Initially, this used to happen once a day or less, the frequency increased to the current soon after. I avoid their calls but after each call from them is missed, I immediately get a flash/text message about an offer. This is in addition to at least 7-8 text/flash messages I receive per day about the same. They also deduct VAT every few days, the amount being variable, sometimes it Rs.3 lately it has been Rs.10. No explanation has been offered as to why the VAT has to be charged everyday. In the last 3 days, Rs.18 have been deducted.If I call their helpline, they first make me listen to the offer of the day before they bother listening to my complaint. When I demanded to be put on the national Do Not Disturb list, they specifically stated that they will keep calling me with telemarketing calls and text messages, irrespective of my DND status.

              My subscription id is[protected]. I am really fed up with the reliance services. Last Monday I made a complaint that my Internet is not working, it got close automatically saying they have worked on it and Internet started working but it was not. Nobody called me and confirmed. So again I made a complaint. After 4 days my internet started working. I got call from the relation team that i will not happen again because i was about to disconnect the connection. They promose it wont happen again. And from evening of the same day again internet started giving problem. And now its now working again. I have made a complaint yesterday but nobody called and fixed the internet. There local offices they never picks up the phone. I want strict action to be taken against them for poor service and harassasment.

              My friend, Reliance Communications do not value the service it has to provide. They will only make a move to collect the payment. Nothing more, nothing less. I had a Reliance Broadband connection, and i had been using it for close to 3 years. Out of the 3 years, I can tell u for sure that i had a working connection for close to 1.5 years. No compensation was ever provided for the time there was no working connection. Also even after I requested multiple times for the waiver number for the compensation, they always state that there is not such request. Thats it. I suggest you disconnect this connection and opt for another service provider. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER I HAVE EVER FACED IN MY TIME IN 3 COUNTRIES.

                        I have reliance broadband connection user id :[protected] which is not working since 4th march 2016

                        Service request no : [protected] opened on 4th march but closed without resolution on 8th march

                        2nd service request no :[protected] opened on 9th march and still its pending.

                        Our business completely dependent on internet service and there is no work going on in or office since 4th march.

                        We cannot expect such pathetic customer service from one of the world class company like reliance.

                          Throttling at 2g speeds despite successful recharge

Yesterday I recharged it for rs 1298 which was successful and received the following message from reliance: Name/Number: 52811 Time:[protected]:31:49 Content: Recharge of Rs.1298 Successful. Enjoy 10GB of 3G data valid for 28 days. Reliance Name/Number: 52811 Time:[protected]:31:51 Content: Congratulation! 3G1298 has been successfully activated on your phone.Thank You. Reliance But I am being provisioned at 2g speeds. Please do the needful and get me back to 3g speeds. My mobile number is [protected] Also, the same incident happened to me a month or two earlier as well. Poor show reliance. Rakesh

                                      I was a customer of reliance 3g services from last 4 years and since last 3 months i was getting 2g services and bill comes for 3g services since november, 15 and number of engineer visits held but failed to restore the 3g services and matter was also brought under the notice of each and every official of reliance communication and i kept using 2g till one month but nothing happen and got number of reminders for the bill payments and today they shoot me a legal notice to pay the outstanding bill of rs 2424/-, i request you to kindly help me for this kind of blackmailing of reliance communications and help me to end this issue without payment of the bills and it is a kind of cheating from reliance in srinagar for providing 2g services and charge 3g charges for the postpaid clients

                                        Dear sir
                                        I m using no. [protected]. From last month i m facing problem o[censored]nnecessary deduction of VAS charges. Fyi from 9th Marg onwards a total of rs. 200 has been deducted from my account of VAS CHARGES. for which i never applied. I m being harassed.
                                        Even after deactivation of DND and Vas sevices the amount is being deducted.
                                        Kindly arrange to refund the amount which has been deducted from my main account.
