I was Purchased Reliance Pro 3 Data card on 2nd Sep. 2014 for my personal uses and it was activated 4th Sep. 2014 and also I have submitted all documents at the time of Purchasing. It was working fine till 9th Sep. 2014 after that I am facing error “A connection to the remote computer could not be established, so the port used for this con…” then I called customer care number and they done some troubleshooting and after that they raised a complain request #[protected] for technical team support. I got call from technical team yesterday evening and they informed me due to negative mark of you address verification the data card connection was deactivated and please go to the nearest Reliance shop and submit your documents again and then only your data card will be activated. But nobody was came to my address or also I did not received any call form any person for address verification. Without any call / address verification/ without any information how to deactivated my connection? I don’t think so this the procedure and I don’t have that much of time for again submitted my document in reliance shop. Request you to if it is possible kindly take your data card and returned back my cash. I will go for different connection. This is a very bed excrescence in my life with reliance and I am a regular customer of reliance shop but this kind of situation is not acceptable. Data card Number- [protected]

Hi,

I have already contact with your VIP Support team, As per them Again "I need to visit Reliance Web World or Point of
purchased with the document for re-activation of service and after that you can place the request for service termination".


If you peoples are not trying to understand customer issue or deactivate the connection without address verification / any information. I have already submitted my documents. If you people are not verifying properly and simply saying visit Reliance web world and submit your document, again this is wasting my time and money. How can I assure this time it will activate?
Sorry I am not happy with this connection and this is a very good experience with reliance net connect and also I am not ready to further wasting my time and money for this connection. After all I am a Professional; there are lots of connection / Options available in market with ready to provide the service in doorstep.

very very very very very bad service
i ordered my data card on 13th september .i received it on 17th.After that when i dialed [protected] they said they will activate it within 4 hours . On 19th at 6.30 am they again said to wait 4 hours than i again talked to them at 1, pm they again said to call them after 4 hours till document are updated .now at 6 pm my father dialed costumer care number they said him to wait for more 4 hours .so finally my mother dialed at 10 pm, same reply again so she became angry at them after waiting 37 hours instead of 4 hours.this is a very bad service i had ever experience.Airtel& vodaphone are[protected] times better than this
lazy reliance my data card number is-[protected](reply any number of hours to wait except 4 again)

    MY moblile no:-[protected] bill amount:-370 paid at reliance webworld, paradise, secundrabad on 13/8/2014. but Amount is not credited my account still today and my mobile services are suspended on 15/8/2014 and still not resume my services. bill no :-338750 book no:-12550. i given a compliant on 24/8/2014, but not resloved and i got next month bill with monthly rent and late payment charges. i called so many times to customer care 222 .But no response . pl reslove the issue .

      It not a matter of money its a matter of wrong information and that should be a fraud. I recharged my no. [protected] with Rs 79 pack from rcom.co.in where it is clearly mentioned that - Local onnet UL for night+500 STD onnet minute for 14day, mean 500 STD min if free for onnet without any time bounding and after recharge i get the msg "Enjoy Ultd R-R local night call(11pm-6am)+ 500 R-R STD min. mean again here does not mention any time bounding for STD min but when i called yesterday night, call does not go when i talk to customer care he told that the minimum core balance should be Rs 1 for enjoying any pack, and for confirmation i asked him about 500 STD min he said that, it will be for 24 hour but today after recharging core balance i called to a STD reliance number he deducted my money from core balance and after that i called to customer care he said that this minute work only in night, and this condition is not mentioned anywhere even there is not any condition sign. And this pack is now have no use for me. I didn't want my money back i just want that 500 R-R STD min as mentioned in product detail and the company msg.The detail mentioned in the procduct detail is - MRP (Rs.) 79 Admin Fee (Rs.) 70.31 Service Tax (Rs.) 8.69 Benefit Local onnet UL for night+500 STD onnet minitue for 14dy Valid for 14 days On-net Definition Reliance CDMA+GSM Mobile Note NA Regards Zeeshan [protected]

        My Reliance CDMA phone has been stolen from Allahabad Railway Station on 12 Sep 2014. There are no reliance office in Allahabad so that I can apply for SIM block in person. Its my urgent request to block the SIM ([protected]) and help me to get a new SIM of the same number as soon as possible.

          Despite of complaining again and again my problem is not solved yet. I have submitted letter for disconnection at the nearest Reliance branch- Gajuwaka on 5th-Dec-2013. My DataCard number is [protected]. At that time your Reliance Executives said that with in a week your connection will be disconnected. After that without any information the unused month bill is get generating and I am getting calls continuously from reliance care that you need to make payment of 1510 /- outstanding amount. In the month of June-14 one of your Reliance executive called me and informed that now your card is in suspension and if you pay the balance amount 1510 /- then she promised me for the complete termination of the card else we will move for a legal claim. Since I do not want to extend this Issue and make quarrel with you people I decided to pay the unused bill amount to close the issue at the earliest and requested to send one of your executive to my place for collecting the amount. They promised me the card will be disconnected after 2 days on payment and the acknowledgement will be mailed to you, I believe your executive words and paid the due amount 1510 /- on 09-June-2014. But they haven't keep up their words and Issue was not resolved, now again I am getting the unused month bill and getting continuous call from the reliance care that you need to make payment of 1030 /-. Now again I personally visited 6 time in last one month to the nearest reliance outlet (Gajuwaka & Muralinagar branches) for waived off the unused bill 1030 rs and the termination of my card. They are not serious and simply postponing the days (Very bad response to the customers). Please help me to waived off the unused bill amount and to resolve the Issue at the earliest...

              Mobile No:[protected] (GSM) On 9th Septemebr-2014 Rs20 deducted from my account named as Hungama Subscription.I never activated any services. Then I called to customer care which is not toll free and chargeable as normal call rate.Their representative told me that it has been deducted wrongly and will be revert back in 48 hours.But it was not reverted during that time.Then I have called to customer care(Harassment) no on 12th Sep-14 to query the status but it all goes vain again.The representative neither knows English nor able to give me any solution to my issue.When they have option to choose English as the language then why support people could not speak in English .Your customer support service not free also and It has been charged as per the normal call rate.My call has been put on hold without informing me for 10 mins and it has been charged.Next day again I called to get my balance back but this time even worse.The customer representative without providing any solution or registering complaints 15 mins put on hold by just saying some word in between in their local language.What I could understand that they could not resolve it as it has been crossed 3days.I am following up for it for past 4 days.Is this the excuse for you?.So I have already spent around Rs20 from my balance for getting my Money of Rs20.I am sure they are doing this loot practice also before and will happen also in future.It is not possible for also to monitor our mobile balance always. My expectation 1.To get my money back including the charges for calling customer support no (RS40 total) 2.Harasment charges due to bad customer service 3.It should given assurance that it will not happen again

                  I have applied for a Reliance broadband connection at my New Delhi office in the month of February 2014, The connection was not installed even for 21 days after payment clearance. After a lot of suffering due to non availability of internet connection i decided to come out of Reliance, i was promissed to pay my advance deposites of Rs.1299/- as they failed to get the new connection installed. But till date i am still waiting for the refund even after 7 months. I made so many long waiting calls to their customer care but nothing came out of but just my wastage of time. I suggest not to go for it. Hathway and Airtel are much better service providers

                      Hello, My name is Rahul Kumar having Reliance Broadband Connection (subscriber id[protected]. My connection was terminated 2 month back and now I get my last bill. Now big question is that how to pay this bill. I cant pay online because my subscriber id is blocked. When I call to customer care they give me address ( S7 BESCOM COMPLEX OLD AIRPORT ROAD BANGALORE) to pay my bill. When I go there they told me they can not pay this bill. I am surprise reliance did not have proper way to pay bill. Now I feel, my decision is right to terminate reliance broadband. When I get this connection one person came to me to get money and fill all the document but now I am suffering to pay last bill. Really reliance have a worst service. I want to know how to pay this bill? Last date to pay is 17/9/2014.

                        My CDMA mobile no is [protected] .Its prepaid account.I have e recharged 92 rupees on 13/04/204 which allowed me to call to call anywhere in India at the rate of 30 paisa per one minute, but for last two days my per call charge is more than that.Moreover if someone try to call me then he/she is charged even though i donot get any indication of his call and sometime just for ringing. So i request someone from cust care to call me at my no and clarify me about my complain immediately. I have been trying to contact customer care but unable to do so for last two days.

                            I am using broadband service from Reliance communication and I am facing frequent problem of losing network. Most of the time it takes 2-3 days to recover. Recently, when my network connection has lost and I have make complaint at customer care various time but till my problem is not resolved by your GOOD TEAM. I am pursuing about this problem with Reliance customer care, and each time Customer Care executive said that they are forwarding my complaint to higher priority to their technical group and they can not provide every time new complain number because your complain is already register. But it seems that there is no control on their technical group. If any one ask from me how the Reliance broadband work So I think so that I should suggest them that IT DOESN'T WORK, DONT BE FOOLED BY THEIR COMPETATIVE RATES BECAUSE YOU ONLY GET THE SERVICES FOR 50% OF THE WHOLE DAY.                               Hello, I wish to express a strong regret to have Reliance as my connection. Just 3-4 days before, I had activated my post paid Rs. 350/- plan on my mobile number [protected] in which I was supposed to get 1000 minutes for local/STD, 100 SMS for local/STD and 1 GB data for 3G and unlimited for 2G internet for whole month but till date my connection not activated yet. When I called up your sales executive Mr. Manas ([protected]), he told me that there was a mistake happened in operation department. However, as per your customer representative, I have taken a Rs. 299/- plan that's why i am not able to access my 3G internet although, I have purchased my Rs.350/- plan from Mr. Manas ([protected]). Now, Mr. Manas is not picking up my call even after giving reminders on phone. Please clarify, which plan is activated on my mobile and when my connection will activate because I have a receipt of Rs. 350/- plan + inclusive service taxes 12.36% i.e., Rs. 400/-. (same is attached for your reference)

                                Despite of complaining again and again my problem is not solved yet. I launched my first complain regarding network issue on 19 Aug and second on 29 Aug. Its been 23 days but my problem is not solved yet. They are just saying it is in process and they are not telling my any fixed date. I have a problem that everyday my balance is deducting with 5 rupees and I am trying to call reliance customer care but it is not responding so I am very upset with reliance please resolve my complain ASAP otherwise I will change network.

                                    Dear Sir, Madam Herein, Debendra Panda, My CDMA no- [protected], since 2012 I am using this number, on 10th-Sept-2014 recharged my prepaid Rs150/- but not used more than one or two calls, on today 11th-Sept-2014 I found as my main account balance is zero. Regarding this matter I called on 198 service provider but they did not log any complained, even I service operator named Ritesh kept on hold long time and at last he could reply me about my query and he replied me wrong query which is not related about my query, so many times I called to 198 service provider but there is no response even not pick the calls, they are advertising in calls.. no response from 198 service. I lost Rs150/- without calling anybody, service is very bad...

                                      Hi, This is regarding the following mail as well the notice has been issued against me due to the unpaid amount in my account #[protected]. Thou this is moreover an ideal service charge for my then post-paid account. Actually this was my corporate Post-Paid connection and due to less uses I had submitted a request to Pre-Paid migration on 20/02/2013 at Reliance Web World outlet in Forum Mall, Bangalore. But due to strange delay in processing the request my account has been charge with pro-rata basis until 14/03/2013 when the account finally got migrated to pre-paid.However I had paid all my outstanding amount for the post-paid account before submitting request for pre-paid migration. Even now I have no issue in paying any amount for which I already avail any such service. But due to delay at your end it's not justified to pay the outstanding amount. Now this looks like Reliance is forcing me to pay the amount at any cost. Also it seems my account has been terminated which means I have also lost the usability of the Data Card which cost me around 1000/-. Presently I'm not in a position to respond this notice legally and fight for the truth but this will surely be a worst experience for me to share across.                                         Hi, I am Himanshu Saxena. I was using idea post paid connection from 1 year till 29 August 2014. At 25 August 2014, I got a call from ([protected], [protected]) reliance executive for 350 freedom post paid plan. I liked it and proceed ahead according to their instructions. They has charged 100 rupees to port my number ([protected]) from idea to reliance. All the verification has done and last number ([protected]) has Activated/ converted into reliance at mid night of 29 August 2014. But After 2 days my number out going service has been barred as well as After 2 days incoming also barred .When I call to any number then reply comes as ' your out going has been Barred. Please contact reliance customer care.' Then I call to reliance Customer care (*222) they told me that you number is activated but due to lack of verification it is not working. So please contact reliance Store near by you. Then i go to reliance store(sector 18 Noida), first they told me we can not do anything in your case, please contact where you port number. Then i has requested too much then they told me that we can not take your document right now. We will send our executive at your home. But still executive not come. Then i called to reliance executive ([protected], [protected]) where i got a call firstly to post Number. I told him all the problem then they told me that we will again send our executive to your home for verification. But no body has come yet.And now when i call to [protected], [protected] number then both numbers many times are busy/not reachable/switched off.Please help me, i am suffering from this problem last 10 days (1 Sep 2014). I was using that number from last 4 years. So it is very important number for me. I want to activate that.Please do needful for me.
