Dear Sir,
I have been using Data Card no. [protected] for last 4 years. Kindly check my record, I have never defaulted in any of the payments.
Of late i shifted my residence to Sector -47 Noida, i am not getting any signals over there in my datacard. I complained to your technical team regarding this matter (Complaint no.[protected]. I was told that we will resolve in 48 hours. But, i checked my connection but there was no technical resolution to this problem ( o[censored]sing the datacard in sector-47).
After that i started receiving calls from your payment collection division. I fully understand, that the technical team and payment collection team are different teams.
I told your payment collection team that till the time my technical problem is resolved i will not pay my bill. Till date i did not receive any call from the technical team but i have received about 1000 calls from your payment collection team. Moreover, the way they talk is pathetic ( using foul language and rude behaviour); i have seen that my bill has been doubled without any reason. First of all, i am not using the connection anymore, on top of that the bill is being increased form the original amount.
Today, i got a call from a lady using slang language in a very rude tone[protected] and [protected]) regarding payments wherein i was told "that i am a beggar that is why i am not making the payment" ; i was even told "that i do not have money in my pocket that is why i am not paying my bills". Now, i would like to understand is this the way of talking to a customer who has been using the datacard for 4 years with no defaults in payment.
Moreover, many times i use to receive calls before payment due dates.
I would like to close this Reliance connection with immediate effect and more over i would never recommend anybody to go for Reliance datacard or any connection.
The option of going to consumer court is always open to me.
Dear Sir,
I have just spoken to your customer centre for disconnection. The required service request no. is[protected]. They are quoting a pending amount of Rs.3300/- wherein i have not paid for only 1 month. They have multiplied the pending amount with 3 i.e. 3 times.
I would like to know how much more pain can you give to your customer ? First of all you do not resolve the technical problem, then your people talk using slang language/foul language, then you multiply the pending amount 3 times.
Is there something left or you can add some more insult to a customer.
