      My number is[protected] I had sent this complaint last 8 days back but it isn't resolved yet. "I had got an sms on 17 Aug that my call rates will be 30p/min for the next 30 days. I used it for couple of days at this tariff. But today I noticed that I was charged at my base plan. Please stop these cheap marketing gimmicks and refund my money !!"

      I don't know what you people are upto. My issue is not resolved till now !! How much time you need to resolve a simply issue ?? Pathetic service I must say!

      I have received the waiver but my call rate is still not reduced. On contacting customer care they are saying that they can't do anything! Now what's this policy??
      People look at the non committal attitude of RCOM! They are not even bothered to even reply. They are posting fake resolutions to save their face that's it. Very unethical service I must say !!
      My number is [protected] and I had sent the below complaint last month but it isn't resolved yet. Every time I get a call from customer service team that I will get the benefit soon but it has been more than 30 days now and it still unresolved !!

        Last month from uninor to reliance gsm converted this no.[protected] .This no. Since 6 years onwards using business no.activated 1/8/2014 one week ok. After one week call barring, i am no.of times calling to customer care no use proof documents submitted that person told. i am submit ed documents karimnagar distributors 10/8/2014, 16/8/2014, 18/8/2014, no use after i was irritated .i am very loss of business in this month . last chance to submitted warangal nakkalagutta rim hub .22/08/2014 election card .till date there is no cal barring deactivated .so reliance peoples is very basted and sun of beach bloody company and basted management

          I want everybody to know that never trust rcom even they have attractive broadband plans as they don't care for customers. When a customer delay their bill they charge penalty and if delayed more then they file a 420 case against the customer.

          Well rcom i have not getting your services from last two months and everythime i called your lier emploees says wait 2 days we will resolve your problem as we have a adp down because of rent issue with the landlord.2 months pass i made 13 complaints, many emails, applet athority is also reliance emploees who just lies to customer.

          Well i am keep on writing on blogs everyday till reliance senior will read this and take action against the people in rcom who just lie to customer for months instead of taking responsibilty to solve the issues.

            Hi, I got call from Reliance agent and they told me regarding some postpaid plans. They told me regarding 599 freedom plan. So I told them to visit to me and collect the document. Their Agent came to me last Friday and I gave the document and security deposit. I and my friend totally took 4 sim and gave him security deposit and document. Last call i got for them on Monday. After that day I am trying to contact them but there no. are switch off. I am having the number of the person who call me and the agent number who came to collect the document. I and my friend applied for MNP from Airtel to Reliance. My number is [protected]. Pls Take the necesaary action and let me know the situation. Thanks

            As per your reply on 6th it more than 10days, still I didn't get any respond from Reliance team. Please let me know about it.

            Now I am having 2 types of problem.

            1. First 2 SIM is not activated. So we took new Reliance SIM from another Agent with 599 Roaming Plan.
            2. Second 2 SIM got activated but 350 plan has been activated instead of 599 roaming plan.

            We paid security deposit of 500 for 599 roaming plan for all 4 SIM.

            Now What I need is :

            1. Please Transfer 500 Amount to our two new SIM or Refund My 1000 Amount which I paid for 1st 2 SIM.
            2. Please change the Security Deposit amount to 500. Because when we talk to customer care they told us that we have deposited 300 only.

            I am Attaching the Receipt of 1st 2 SIM because I agent gave me this 2 receipt only during the first meet. When he came for the second time and I asked for the receipt he didn't provide me the receipt. He told me that he didn't bring the receipt book. He will give the receipt next day. After waiting for next 2 days when He didn't turn back with receipt. I called him back but his number was switched off and still that Agent number and the person who called me for offer his number are off.

              Reliance harassing for payment o[censored]nused Data Card Payment.

              I had taken reliance net-connect connection but that was not working from last 2 months. Reliance not solved issue they only sending bills & now harassing for payment & giving threats from number[protected] saying that we will close your all mobile numbers connection, Land-line connection of other operators like docomo, airtel also.
              This person was very aggressive & giving threats repetitively.

              Somebody please help me & Sugeest some legal way for this.

                Dear Sir, I have been using Data Card no. [protected] for last 4 years. Kindly check my record, I have never defaulted in any of the payments. Of late i shifted my residence to Sector -47 Noida, i am not getting any signals over there in my datacard. I complained to your technical team regarding this matter (Complaint no.[protected]. I was told that we will resolve in 48 hours. But, i checked my connection but there was no technical resolution to this problem ( o[censored]sing the datacard in sector-47). After that i started receiving calls from your payment collection division. I fully understand, that the technical team and payment collection team are different teams. I told your payment collection team that till the time my technical problem is resolved i will not pay my bill. Till date i did not receive any call from the technical team but i have received about 1000 calls from your payment collection team. Moreover, the way they talk is pathetic ( using foul language and rude behaviour); i have seen that my bill has been doubled without any reason. First of all, i am not using the connection anymore, on top of that the bill is being increased form the original amount. Today, i got a call from a lady using slang language in a very rude tone[protected] and [protected]) regarding payments wherein i was told "that i am a beggar that is why i am not making the payment" ; i was even told "that i do not have money in my pocket that is why i am not paying my bills". Now, i would like to understand is this the way of talking to a customer who has been using the datacard for 4 years with no defaults in payment. Moreover, many times i use to receive calls before payment due dates. I would like to close this Reliance connection with immediate effect and more over i would never recommend anybody to go for Reliance datacard or any connection. The option of going to consumer court is always open to me. Dear Sir, I have just spoken to your customer centre for disconnection. The required service request no. is[protected]. They are quoting a pending amount of Rs.3300/- wherein i have not paid for only 1 month. They have multiplied the pending amount with 3 i.e. 3 times. I would like to know how much more pain can you give to your customer ? First of all you do not resolve the technical problem, then your people talk using slang language/foul language, then you multiply the pending amount 3 times.                   i have used reliance dongle net for a while and had requested the service in my city to deactivate it . by then the payment left was 660/- .Am ready to pay that amount. But even after i requested to cancel the services on my net it is not cancelled and i have taken another service net so i was not using reliance anymore after that date but late payment charges are added every month after june. the Service person whom i have contacted to cancel the services has resigned his job. Now the service people are saying that they are not responsible. and when i called up customer care of reliance they said cancellation of services will be made only on call with customer care only with no person in direct. and i have contacted customer care regarding the same issue on july 31st by mails and he had replied me asking more info and delayed and finally left me a final mail on 28th august saying i have to 1820/- Please help me regarding this.

                    I have a Reliance 3G Connection. I am having connectivity issue since the month of August...I had lodged a complaint regarding my connectivity issue..I had called CustomerCare dept nd lodged the complaint..While making complaints, I was asked to go thru several changes in my Reliance 3 G DONGLE...They told me that problem would be resolved by 48 hrs...Within 24 hrs, I had received a call from their technical dept that the problem would be rectified by server dept as soon as possible.. Afterwards, i did nt received any call from thr end and having the same problm while using at my home...Regarding the same, I had called thr sales person(Mr BN Saha ) thru whom I had bought it..He asked me to provide the Broadband no which I had smsed him...But then, I did not get any feedback from him...Evn, I hav called up thr CustomerCare dept regarding the same today, Mr Ankit who received my call, stated that they would not provide any TAT to me as the server upgradation job is going on...not only that he asked me to seat in front of my pc/laptop so he could hav asked me to go thru the same procedures which I had done earlier also...

                          The above no.[protected] is registered under the name Rajiv Khanna.Outgoing services for my landline no. have been terminated since last 15 days. Your Vasai billing center has been shifted to different location, hence the bill could not be submitted, However, as soon as we knew about ur new center, I even submitted cash amount for the bill generated, ur person informed me that the services shall be commenced in half an hour. However, till date no response. I have visited ur Vasai center, even today and ur Center head arrogantly spoke to me, informing me to go to Nalasopara or Bhayander center. Sir, Mr. Sandeep of Vasai branch has no concern for customer and he has bluntly told me to complaint to whosever I want, it does not affect him. i.m sorry to say that i[censored] cannot attend to your customers, then I.m ready to terminate my landline no. at the earliest.

                                  I am Chintamani Ashok Kale from Pune. I had a reliance broadband connection at my shop C-206, Megacenter, Magarpatta, Pune. I terminated it permanently and handed over the instrument to reliance personnel Mr.Karim some three months ago.. Mr. Karim had assured me that he will inform the company about terminated connection. I paid the last due bill and informed the customer care about the closed connection. My complaint ID is[protected]. But still I am receiving the bills for my connection and receiving messages on mobile and e-mails about overdue bill for the month of August. I had complaint to CNM of Rcom about this about a month ago. My trouble ticket number is CNM[protected]. I was assured that the matter will be solved within a day.                                   Hi Chintamani,

                                  I have got similar case with broadband and some of them have suffered so far (after reading few posts). Billing continues post termination of service and then legal threat notices for not paying the bills. I have got one of mail from customer service where in it specifies termination date for service as Aug 2009 and later he attach billing invoice for Sep 2009 till Jan 2010 and saying the billing is correctly generated. Isn't it funny !!

                                  Make sure you have enough proof, bills, mails etc before going to actual court. I'll see if its not resolved will go to court directly and sue the company.

                                      they have billed me wrongly and are troubling me by repeated calls / sms & recorded tapes. I have a vodafone numer [protected] and a reliance number [protected] They have billed me incoming international charges from switzerland ( [protected]) from my own number to my other number in India ( [protected]) all the while I was in India. I can show you my vodafone bill for the number [protected] wherein I have never left India for switzerland. besides my passport which shall also vouch for my presence in India. so neither I nor my phones have gone to switzerland for them to make such charges. so technically I called myself from switzerland while I was in India, so I am present in switzerland & India Since the bill is raised I have complained and have been assured that within 2 working days it will be resolved. till this date no one bothers to do anything. they have put a tape for non paymnt and are calling up and sending sms to harras me.

                                      I have 4 docket numbers of my complaints since last 20 days and yet you give the same reply again and your harrasment and torture continues with your SMS & tel calls, you are cheating the consumer by your silence.

                                      19.8.2014 Ms. Varsha case ID no[protected] promised to sort out in 2 working days.
                                      22.08.2014 Ms. Vishakha ID no [protected] promised to solve the issue in 48 hours.
                                      27.08.2014 Ms Pragya ID no[protected] promised to sort out in 24 hours.
                                      04.09.2014 Ms Monica refused to give docket number saying billing is correct...????
                                      now again 2 more days...

                                      stop taking the consumer for a ride...

                                      You are cheats because all your data centre operatives have my alternate number on which they are calling me & troubling me to pay the bill, you have discontinued my service so there is no outgoing so the number remains unused and I have no intentions of paying any of your bills till you apologise and rectify the same so please do not give false information that you have no way to contact me.

                                      In my complaint here above I have given both my numbers the vodafone number can be easily used to contact me you are giving reasons to delay your reply and in the meanwhile harras me to pay the amount.

                                      Your company is cheating me in broad daylight and you have scant respect for consumer as giving such stupid replies shows your scant respect for the consumer forum or any other legal routes.

                                      My complaint is specific I have 2 numbers one reliance & one voda fone [protected] & [protected] so where is the question of you not being able to contact me.

                                      besides 10 minutes ago I got a call from reliance +[protected] at 10.11 AM for paying the pending dues or face legal action.

                                      can you beat this lying... I hope the world is reading...

                                      I reserve my right to file further proceedings in court of law for harrasment and causing anxiety.

                                      This consumer forum thing is not strong enough to make such hardened crooks to give replies or rectify the wrong they are doing.

                                      I have already discontinued use of the phone since last month and do not intend to restart use of this facility from such fraudsters.

                                      Non response from the service provider what should I do...

                                        My broad band id[protected]. Sunita Parida, Vadodara. I have been complaining constantly but reliance customer care employees are not giving proper answers and the reliance broadband does not work from evening 7pm till morning everyday i face this issue from very starting after taken the connection. My works has been stopped as i have to work in night only and also had many loss in my job. Inspite of repeated requests the reliance team has not solved the problem may be due to their intention of not solving problems or poorest efficiently. If reliance is not able to solve the problem, then i should pay the bill which i get without using the connection . Each customer are executive comes with new reason outage, server problem or the issue will be resolved within 24 hrs or they raise coplaints and closed without resolving. My last complaint was raised on 21st July (Complain no[protected], today is 4th Sept 2014, till now the complaint is not resolved. I call customer care daily but listen the same wait for 24 hrs.                                         Please take serious action or kindly disconnect the connection. I dont need this sucking broadband connection. Though i have broadband i am bound to use MTS.
                                        MTS is far better then this Reliance broadband.
