Dear Sir / Madam
I was using 2 No.s [ [protected]] & [[protected]] in Reliance GSM post paid, but they are converted in Reliance GSM prepaid . Last bill is generated 15-Jun-14 which is 20 Rs. Only. SO please refund my remaining amount 410 Rs. only. I tried 198 customer care number lot of time but they could not get any solution about my problem. My deposit is not refunded after 90+ days
so please refund my remaining deposit

        I have been receiving the emails for non-payment that does not even belong to me. I used reliance services back in 2009 and I cleared all the bills at the time I was cancelling the service. I do not owe anything to reliance. It is highly annoying to receive the emails like this. I certainly do not have to pay anything as I have already made my all payments.
        Kindly look into this matter and i would highly appreciate if you can stop this.

          Dear Sir/Madam, Kindly request you to please waived the internet charges from my bill amount because when i purchased a new no. the lady speech me for the 350 freedom plan and they have given me the 199 plan after the welcome call received they change my plan in to 350 freedom plan.So please request you to waived my internet charges after that whatever amount is there i will pay.             I had got a call from reliance agent to convert my no. from prepaid to postpaid, for that i had to pay him 300.I pay him 300 now they say that my no. can't be changed to postpaid and they are not attending my calls also.. I m very frustated no..please provide some solutions.

                Dear Sir, This complaint regarding for Reliance Broadband Termination. My Customer ID :[protected] Internet not working: From 23/July/2014 to till date. My decision for disconnection: From august i take decision for disconnection I am also sent mail to Appellate West Officer. And its forward this mail to them technical team and they mail me for they want 9 days for disconnection. I gave him more than 9 Days. From customer care i get info like my Internet connection disconnected. And also tell me like you want to payment like 1600/- and i am not able to connect my Internet on that time. So why should i give payment to reliance broadband without i used. Please look in this matter.

                  This is in continuation to my earlier complaint regarding issue of not attending the issue of termination of my Reliance broadband connection and forcing me to pay me the bill without providing services. The request for termination of my connection was made on 14.09.2014 which is lodged on 21.09.2014 with condition that they will take further 9 days and I have to pay monthly rent to them. That means they will charge the bill for the period of delay on their part and intentionally delay is being made by them to charge bill without providing services, in this connection I send a email to '[protected]@relianceada.com' which is as under :- "The request for termination on my connection no[protected] was made through email on 14.09.2014, after my reminders by email on[protected] and[protected] the request was lodged by you on[protected] no.[protected], on[protected] I had also got registered my request for disconnection no[protected]. Now by another disconnection complaint number you are informing that the disconnection will be made in 9 days. Please inform me why my request for disconnection dated 14.09.2014 is delayed. Is it delayed intentionally by you to charge the rent for one more month. My connection is not working since last more then 20 days and my initial complaint was lodged with you through email on 09.09.2014 and you are not entitled to claim any bill after the said period as the services was not provided. You are again requested to please get my connection disconnect without any further delay and only charge the justified bill and please do not try to cheat me by making intentional delay. Janardan Prasad Srivastava, [protected] " The above is the email send by me to said service, the said company is intentionally delaying the disconnection process to charge monthly rent without the service provided to me, initially the disconnection request was lodged on 14.09.2014 but delayed with wrong intentions to 21.09.2014 giving a time of 9 days for disconnection process it means they are intended to charge one month rent more without any use of services. The same is unfair intention of said company as they are having no legal right to charge any rental amount if services is not provided. It is requested to please take up the matter with said company as the said company is adopting Unfair practice against the natural law.

But i did not get that benifits and customer care told me that this skim is not available. If the skim is not available then why they display on website. Now they deny me to refund my money. So why they display this content online? I told to customer care that, If this skim is not available then do refund my money but they refused to do so.                                 Whenever i recharge with any amount of my reliance prepaid the company deduct rupees from my account every time like 3, 5, 10 rs charged every time when i recharge my prepaid no. And i was tired to call customer care but when i press an option to talk with customet care i heared a voice "thank u for calling reliance customer care service ". What the hell is this every time i heared same thing . so i have no option please solve my problem other wise i recommend my all friends and family not to use ever reliance gsm sim worst customer care service i am so irritated with this service.                                   I am reliance netconnect + broadband user.Usually i used to pay advance rental plan of 3 months but when in august i visited reliance web world kurukshetra they refused to take money from me of advance rental by saying that they will not activate the advance rental plan and told me do whatever i can and also misbehaved with me and also told that i have to go to ambala or karnal to activate that plan .Meanwhile i also wrote various mails regarding such incident and tried to activate 3 month advance rental plan but neither i recieved any mail or call regarding this .I have all the video recording and mail details wid me. They have send a billl of 893 which i didnt pay bcz i have to pay rs 1350 for 3 months so why should i pay 893 for 1 month .They have disconnected my connection.This is my Last mail if some action is not taken i will go to consumer court with all the proofs.                                       Dear sir, My Postpaid Number is [protected]. I have converted my prepaid connection to postpaid. After some jitters early on my connection was running smoothly. I was paying my bills timely. Through reliance instacare i was checking my account regularly. On 20 sep my unbilled amount was 8.50 rs and data usage was 754 mb ( i m using dataplan of 123 rs for 1gb). On 21 sep my outgoing was barred suddenly any prior message. After some time i got a message that my account usage is high and amount due is 6622.24 rs after paying this amount my service will resume. what is this cheating ?? How my account usage become so high in just one day. it is impossilbe for me to use my account to such extent that my unbilled amount mount to rs 6622.24. there is something faulty going out there. I made a mistake by opting reliance post paid connection. pls tell me how can I get rid from ur corporation??

How my account usage become so high in just one day. it is impossilbe for me to use my account to such extent that my unbilled amount mount to rs 6622.24. there is something faulty going out there.

                                      My problem has not been solved yet. as per our telephonic conversation i was promised my data plan change which automatically bring down my current bill amount to lesser amount. But it dint happened yet. I had chatted with ur agent but they refused. Pls refer to our earlier conversation for my problem. u promised me for a suitable solution. Pls help me. I had some hope after ur telephonic conversation. But now i am losing hope in ur corporation.

                                        I am really surprised to find out the level of cheating done by relience communication. On 11th of this month my mobile no [protected] was suddenly charged with 202 rupees.i tried to contact relience so many time but they did not pick my phone.on 18 th of ths month I finally called them and they told me that it is wrongly debited and it will come to my ac on 20.but it did not come.such cheating plan reliance is doing it s difficult to understand.my other mobile no [protected].i want some solution.
