I purchased a sim 25/6/2014 they assured me that my sim will be activated within two days but one month past my no.     Hi, I have a registered broadband connection with ID[protected] It is not working since 11th Aug 2014 . I have been calling customer care everyday, but i never reached none of the customer service executive online, then by mail i use to log a compliant, even i created so many complaint's. They have raised complaints for me and close is everyday at there disposal without contacting me. One day i directly went to Reliance customer care, which is located in Nungambakkam, Chennai, i filled a compliant against this issue (CNM[protected]), they asked me time about 1 business day to resolve it, i had given one weeks time, but the issue has not resolved, and then i decided to terminate the connection, bcos of their worst service & response. Again, i went to their office and requested for the line termination. They had not ready to accept my termination request, the way, they behaved to me was totally embarrassed me. they doesn't even know, how to behave to a customer. i finally called customer service from the landline, which was there at customer service and filled a request for termination, i got a ticket no :[protected], even they told me that, their engineer will call me to get a confirmation on this, but till now nobody has called me. So i do hereby request consumer compliant team to involve and help to me terminate the line and get me the deposit money. Regards, Mani [protected]

    Dear Consumer Compliant team,

    I received a call from Reliance support on last friday 19th sep against this compliant registered in consumer compliant, asking for 48 hours time to resolve the issue. i clearly told him, i need to terminate the line, please don't try to convince me, but again they requested me to give final chance to resolve the issue, finally i accepted and given 48 hours, but till now there is no one approached, after i accepted their final request, even the Internet also not working.

    I would request the consumer compliant team to involve and help me to terminate the line, thanks i advance.

      Hi Team, Please read the below complaint carefully & revert to me with the explanation of your action of collecting 3920 Rs from me for this number. I intend to submit this to Consumer Court in case of no Action or satisfactory revert. My Net connect Number - [protected] Last supposed Bill - Apr 2014 Prepaid Conversion request - Apr 2014 I have been using this net connect for a while now & it was a postpaid connection.Looking at the bills it is pretty clear that I had no unpaid dues until Apr-May 2014 Bill.Also, payment receipts clearly show that I have been paying the required amount regularly. On 4-Apr-2014 when I figured out I had no use of this fixed bill net connect, I went to your customer care center in Meerut & requested for them to convert to prepaid. For which they asked me to pay the remaining amount on pro-data basis & I paid Rs 2450 .After this I should not be getting any bills but should be able to get a recharge done & use as required. A service request in your system[protected] was also registered in your system. However, your system still generated the Bills after Apr 2014. An amount was accumulated for Rs 3920, which was not correct as my request for Pre-paid conversion was registered & I had paid amount for conversion. On Sep 5 I got a call in the evening from [protected] stating the lady on the other side is from Civil Court & going to register a case against me due to non-payment.Since I had no access to my receipts at that time, I submitted the amount at Meerut center provided. However, when I checked all my receipts online & inquired about the pre-paid conversion SR I found that Reliance communication has duped me for Rs 3920 for the services I did not render. Additionally I was harassed over call with threats stating non-payment to call for legal action against me.After all the investigation I found that No-notice was sent to me for this Legal action for my reply as per your policy of Dues collection. Please check the evidences & revert to me with a answer on following 1. Why the extra amount was charged on my account 2. How do you plan to revert that transaction & refund the amount 3. Why my number was terminated 4. Why I should not be filing a consumer case against your organization (in case the charges levied on me were not to be levied) Regards, Sourabh Mahajan +[protected]

I requested a change of this connection to GSM through M/s Chanderaprabha Enterprises, Janakipuram near Engineering College crossing Aliganj Lucknow on 27th August 2014 after submitting all required documents for ID as well as address proof. But sorry to say my services stopped two times within a wee of k and still is not working for want of verification by your office. Whenever, I contacted your customer call center I was informed that it will be done very soon. Now three days passed I am not able to use my services. I will not pay the rental for this period and request you to look into the matter and arrange to release my services urgently. Thanking you, Avinash Naidu

          Hello sir!!! I m using a reliance prepaid gsm number. I m very frustrated because i m charged for the services i never activated and they used to charge me on regular basis. And when i called their customer care, they just gave me another number to call where no response was given. Surely i m going to port my number as fast as possible. But company should think it is the money people earn by efforts its not for free. So please take care of it. I[censored] r on the top it does'nt mean u ignore your customers.

              I recharged my mobile ([protected])with 3G Internet pack but i am not getting 3G speed. This recharge i have done after consulting customer care . But now they are telling we don't provide 3G service. You will be able to access only 2G/EDGE speed. Kindly help me and i want compensation for this.

                dear sir, i am using my no.[protected] deducted charges auto. as i didnot asked to do so. this thing happened 4 times with me. why reliance cheat us by unethical work. i was having 4 reliance no. i closed every no. as by this wrong customer policy. i donot suggest people to go with reliance because auto deducted amount without any reason (again & again)

                  Sir,
                  I am surprised to know that a big company like reliance assumes that the customers as fools and tries to find out new new ways of cheating them.

                  I am having a reliance (Smart) sim having number[protected].
                  I have not subscribed any sevices on this no.

                  On 6th september 2014, i recharged my sim with rs. 120, on which i got rs. 120 as balance.

                  After that, 2-3 days later reliance deducted rs. 3 as some ussd service and my balance reached to rs.117.
                  Then i contacted the customer care which was of no use.
                  Then again on 12 september 2014, time-12:02, reliance deducted rs. 3 as some ussd service and my balance reached to rs.113.
                  Today i.E. On 15 september 2014, time-12:27, reliance again deducted rs. 3 as some ussd service and my balance reached to rs.110.
                  After every two days reliance is deducting rs. 3 as some ussd service which i have not opted for.
                  Is the customer fool to recharge and fill the balance in advance so that the company can easily deduct the amount and can enjoy...?

                  I called up the customer care but they are also unable to solve this problem.

                  Do the needfull and return my balance back immediately and also make sure this problem should not occur again.

                        Logged a grievience case in president secretariat cell as well. its continuation of my previous consmer complaint shows all conversation proofs which I went through and wasted 2 hrs. I don’t get the speed I deserve (2Mbps which I Pay for) hence I wanted to switch over to 1Mbps plan. They said first and company policy doesn’t allow it. Then they agreed to change to 549Rs plan. When I acknowledged it they constantly disconnected me over 7 times today and finally they gave me the complaint number after 2 hours of struggle. I logged a grievance complaint in president secretariat cell as well.

                          I have got a call around 17th/18th August, 2014, from Reliance customer executive who has mentioned his name as Prashant and the Mobile number was-[protected]. He offered me Reliance CDMA postpaid plan- Rs. 899 + Tax= Rs. 1014 in which all calls in india in any number will be free unlimited, if I convert my reliance CDMA prepaid number to POSTPAID number. He asked me to submit my document and money as soon as possible either to their agent executive or at any reliance store. I asked to send an executive because of my busy schedule. Anyway he messaged me an email id on 20th August in which I can send my scanned document. the email id was- [protected]@gmail.com . But i preferred to submit the document and money in the hand of the executive. On 21st I got a call from a customer executive whose name is Rahul. He called me from [protected] number. He informed me that an executive named Gaurav will collect my document and money (Rs. 300) from me and will give me a sim that i should use after activation of postpaid plan. in the same evening Gaurav came to me and took my documents and Rs. 300 as well and gave me a sim (ICCID:[protected]. After this they stop receiving my call or providing any information. After many calls that I do continuously for few days, on 26th August I received a message from [protected] number informing me that my reliance is in process of activation and also asked me to contact backhand officer Sunil at [protected] number for any further information. After that I haven't heard anything for few days from them. On 29th August, Rahul called me around 7 p.m. (from [protected] number) and asked me some information regarding my address and informedme that my number will be activated by 1st September. But when my number was not activated till 3rd September, 2014, I started calling in all the numbers but they have not received my calls in any number. Even when they received my call, they did not talk to me. I was listening to their conversation and they were saying tha "arey yaar bechare ke saath koi baat karle" etc. After hundreds of call they received my call on 5th and said that my number will be activated by 9th.Today is 14th September, and still mynumber is not activated. Even they stopped receiving my call, they disconnected my call and when I started calling continuously they switched off my call. On 5th September, their customer Executive Rahul misbehaved with me over phone. Now I am confused because when I called at 198 (Reliance Customer Care) from my prepaid reliance number, I was informed that there is not any request or process for converting my prepaid number into postpaid number. At this position I am thinking of going to consumer court as I think that this is a case of fraudulence and reliance customer care has denied me to help in this matter. I want my mental peace back and compensation too. Besides I want to teach a lesson for cheating me.

                            On reliance website its given that u get 1GB data in Rs 156 and same has been confirmed by Cust Care . I recharged my mobile [protected] But i got ony 600 MB of data . When i complained i was told that u get remaining in 48 hours. But now they are telling plan has been changed. If plan has been changed then why website and Cust Care is giving wrong information ? I want my remaining data .

                              I checked reliance website on 11sept and found that 1GB 3G plan costs 156 Rs,
                              When i recharged i just got 600MB . When i complained i was told i will get 1 GB in 48 hrs.
                              But now the Customer Care ppl are telling that plan has changed. If the plan was changed then the website should be updated and Cust Care ppl should know about it.

                                sir, Today I have recharged of 10 rupee in this phone no:[protected].But all main balance deducted today and after calling to the customer care they said that a service is activated but few days before i said to deactivate this service.They did not do it and my main balance is also not refunded.So what do I do?Please give me a proper solution.

                                  Dear Sir / Madam, I have recharged my mobile (Mobile number: [protected]) with Rs. 57 on September 11, 2014. They deducted my balance, but I didn't get any benefits that were mentioned on their website. I complained to them on the same day regarding this.They told me to wait for 48 hours. After 48 hours, they told me to wait for more 1 day. Today I called them, they are again saying to wait for 1 more day.                                     I use Relaince dongle at home with number [protected]. Currently I am having a plan with monthly subscription. Now Reliance on their website has advertised a new plan where the customer can upgrade for higher package (GB) for the same amount. When I called to upgrade they took the request and they said it will take 48 hrs to process and another one month to activate because my billing cycle is next month. Now the issue is, last time when I upgraded from similar to this scenario at Reliance store agreeing to pay the difference amount, during middle of my billing cycle they said it will get activated within 48 hours and will be charged on pro rata basis. This time there is no difference to be paid so they said they can activate only during the next billing cycle which will fall next month only. Now I have to wait one month to use this facility. According to their convenience they change from pro rata to billing cycle. As a customer I am losing out as others when paying the same amount as I am paying are getting higher data pack while I get lesser.. Reliance has refused to take a complain when I pointed that last time at their store I upgraded using pro rata basis on 30th May. All the phone and internet companies use pro rata basis up grading to higher package etc to avoid delays, Reliance is trying to complicate things and cheat customers. In my office I use different internet provider, recently they advertised for higher data package at same amount and I didn't have any problem switching to bigger bundle on prorata basis. I am aware Reliance internet speed is no good compared to other providers in the market now. I am stuck with Relaince, just because for the dongle I had paid extra money to Reliance and if I go for any other new connection then again I have to pay for a new dongle.

                                      I am using reliance Broadband connection and one land line connection. Broad band (Services Opted :Land line and Broadband, Rate Plan: :WCCI699T), Land line (Services Opted :Land line, Rate Plan: :WFLONEIND). Initially I was receiving a bill with the amount 931 which includes 699 rent for broadband and its service charge, and 130 rent for another Land line and its service charge. Total comes around (785+146 = 931). I was not using the land connection so last may (May - 2014) I was requested for land line termination. They terminated my land connection. After termination my bill should be reduced and it will 699 and its service tax but still i am receiving around 931 some times it 1206, 1085….this will vary every time and I will call customer care, no one will respond properly and they will say like it will be reimbursed in next month bill but they won’t do any thing. This issue I was facing since last 4 months, if I ask the details they are telling like I am using land line with one India plan, but I never requested for that and no one gave the connection too. This is mentioned with customer care so may times but they are very care less. I don’t know whom to approach Please help me. Following are my complaint numbers[protected], [protected],[protected].

                                        I was a reliance loyal customer & holding following two Reliance Data card having nos[protected] / [protected] . I was paying 3 months & 6 months advance rental for this two cards .

                                        I wanted to discontinue this card services & already informed Aastha communications ( Reliance dealer / Ajwa road / Vadodara ) that this will be my last billing cycle & I wanted to terminate reliance service after that billing cycle . Same termination application was given to them & agreed that they will take care of my request . I stopped using my data card much before its last billing cycle. Despite my request to their authorized dealer - reliance carry forward one month billing ( @1900 INR ) . I again went back to toll free no. & ensured that my nos. are terminated . My termination no. for [protected] is[protected] & for other data card no ( [protected] ), reliance didn`t provide me its termination no .

                                        Despite my termination of above nos. I am getting late charges ( @ 1400 INR ? ) payment sms from you with legal notice . Today their lawyer - Called from Delhi ( ? ) from no.[protected] & threatened me on phone . I have registered preliminary information of threatening calls from reliance to local police here and harassing me continuously . Print out of incoming no is with me .

                                        I sincerely request to Reliance to stop harassing me & threatening me otherwise I need to go for my further protection to our legal system . Its your system who generated my bills despite termination request .
