Reliance GSM - deducting vas charges without activation

dear sir, i am using my no.[protected] deducted charges auto. as i didnot asked to do so. this thing happened 4 times with me. why reliance cheat us by unethical work. i was having 4 reliance no. i closed every no. as by this wrong customer policy. i donot suggest people to go with reliance because auto deducted amount without any reason (again & again)...

Unnecessary harassment and cheating

Sir,
I am surprised to know that a big company like reliance assumes that the customers as fools and tries to find out new new ways of cheating them.

I am having a reliance (Smart) sim having number[protected].
I have not subscribed any sevices on this no.

On 6th september 2014, i recharged my sim with rs. 120, on which i got rs. 120 as balance.

After that, 2-3 days later reliance...

Change of postpaid CDMA connection to GSM for No,9369022777

Worst consumer Support

Reliance postpaid conversion offer fraud

3G recharge cheating

When i complained i was told that u get remaining in 48 hours. But now they are telling plan has been changed. If plan has been changed then why website and Cust Care is giving wrong information ? Reliance is cheating on 3g plan

I checked reliance website on 11sept and found that 1GB 3G plan costs 156 Rs,
When i recharged i just got 600MB . When i complained i was told i will get 1 GB in 48 hrs.
But now the Customer Care ppl are telling that plan has changed. If the plan was changed then the website should be updated and Cust Care ppl should know about it.

deduction of main balance

sir, Today I have recharged of 10 rupee in this phone no:[protected].But all main balance deducted today and after calling to the customer care they said that a service is activated but few days before i said to deactivate this service.They did not do it and my main balance is also not refunded.So what do I do?Please give me a proper solution....

Reliance trying to do fraud

I use Relaince dongle at home with number [protected]. Currently I am having a plan with monthly subscription. Getting Unused Bill after Disconnected
