Unfortunately a customer of Reliance Broadband connection no.[protected], usually not working, customer care tele. no not responding even after wait of 35-40 minute. My connection not working from last more than 15 days, no response of customer care, emailed for termination of connection on 14-09-14 still pending despite complaint no[protected] on customer care after effort of 1.35 hrs on 19-09-14. Bill is increasing day by day without usage. The company is passing time and not terminating my connection and my bill is increasing day by day without any use of connection. Local rep. of co. using Gunda language for payment of bill for this month. Whereas I asked for resettlement of bill for unused period + appropriation of security deposit Rs 500.00 after that the bill will be paid provided termination of connection. Please help me,

The request for termination on my connection no[protected] was made through email on 14.09.2014, after my reminders by email on[protected] and[protected] the request was lodged by you on[protected] no.[protected], on[protected] I had also got registered my request for disconnection no[protected]. Now by another disconnection complaint number you are informing that the disconnection will be made in 9 days. Please inform me why my request for disconnection dated 14.09.2014 is delayed. Is it delayed intentionally by you to charge the rent for one more month.
My connection is not working since last more then 20 days and my initial complaint was lodged with you through email on 09.09.2014 and you are not entitled to claim any bill after the said period as the services was not provided. You are again requested to please get my connection disconnect without any further delay and only charge the justified bill and please do not try to cheat me by making intentional dalay.

The above is the email send by me to said service, the said company is intentionally delaying the disconnection process to charge monthly rent without the service provided to me, initially the disconnection request was lodged on 14.09.2014 but delayed with wrong intentions to 21.09.2014 giving a time of 9 days for disconnection process it means they are intended to charge one month rent more without any use of services. The same is melefied intention of said company as they are having no legal right ti charge any rental amount if services is not provided. It is requested to please take up the matter with said company.

      This is second complaint about reliance. It's return India's largest network.. but I don't believe in.. Because it's not right what they have written on their official website. My number is [protected]. I've given complaint for no network.. not able to talk even.. but they said your problem will be solved with in 2 Days.. It has been long time but still no solution.. I've another number as well.. Whenever I roam in India. This is the first network that doesn't come in mobile.. Simply they make fool the people that your sim card and your mobile is not working properly.. they suggest to change but after that also same issue. So the issue is in Network not in Mobile and sim card.. I'm not agree what they have written on their site and making people fool.. It's a kind of cheating with people.. If they don't have such type of Network they shouldn't make the people fool.. If they can prove it that this is India's largest Network.. Come to me and call me on this number - [protected]. I will show them what is actual reality of this network. I want solution I'm really fed-up of this Network service.. No network all the times not able to talk even for two minutes.. whenever talk to customer care they say it will be solved but no resolution...

        I am the resident of Pandurang Apts, Plot No 24, Sector 44-A, Seawoods, Nerul (w). RCOM has installed their EDP/EPBS system in our Building in 2008. But it is not paying any rent to Society. I have sent 5 reminder mails and many calls. Every time, I get their stereotyped response saying we regret the inconvenience. We have taken up your issue and will get it resolved on priority. I think, 6 years is more than enough time to resolve this issue. I request the concern authority to look into the matter and resolve the matter ASAP. Thanking in anticipation. Abhijeet [protected]

          I am one of your very dissatisfied customer. My mobile number is [protected].I am user of 3G mobile data plan. Despite having an active plan with available limit I have been falsely charged several times. I have filed complaints to the customer care and they refunded money twice ensuring that it will not happen again. But the same practice is going on and on. Please note my complain numbers to understand my problem correctly[protected] and[protected]. To my surprise, I am refunded with less money both the times. I have been also charged INR 3 on regular basis for not availing any VAS services. I am surprised, how much money Realiance could make like this by unnecessarily charging customers like me all over India.

            Hi, I disconnected my netconnect+ service numbered [protected] on the 30th of july 2014 and made a full payment of Rs 1610 to get it disconnected. But then I again received a bill of Rs 510. I e-mailed your customer care but received no response. I keep getting reminders for this amount which I am not liable to pay since I got my service disconnected. I tried logging in my rcom.in account but it does not recognize my account anymore hence I cannot login online. I am currently in US and will be here for about 4 years so there is no way that I can go and talk to your customer care either on phone or in person. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible. Thanks Harmeet Singh

            Got bill even after disconnection and threat to take legal action against me - Comment #2069241 - Image #0
            I am again repeatedly getting notices for payment of bill. They are threatening to take legal action against me. I don't understand why do I need to pay the bill when I cleared all dues while closing my account. I cannot pay the bill since I am in US and my online account has already been closed.

            I remember that I got a case number for my account closure request from the reliance outlet. I was told that in case I receive bill after disconnection I can always quote this number to show that I have made all payments.

            I do not know what to do and I am frustrated like hell. I don't want to get into legal trouble.

              I am using reliance no.i.e.[protected].I am facing a problem of automatically 3g data loss.i have recharged my no. almost four time Rs 256, 147, 256, 492 .whenever i recharged my number the next day 3G balance got loss and i am facing this problem from 01 September, 2014 till now. i have contacted many time to the customer care of respective mobile company, but they didn't respond till date. and 19th Sept, 2014, i talked to customer care representative named Mr. suryakant, he told me that there is some technical issue with his server and talk to us after 10 minutes, he will resolve the same And i asked to him give me any email address, where i can complaint my problem or give your senior number i[censored] are not able resolve the problem.but he refused to give any contact info, and said after 10 minutes you call again your problem will be resolved. But i am still trying to contact someone in customer care and they are not responding my calls again and again, And computer said please hold the line we will connect you to customer care representative very shortly and do not cut the line...but all in vain. i hope my complaint will be filed and i got the justice very soon.

                I purchased one new Reliance sim ( Number---[protected]) from retailer in guwahati, ASSAM, and he told me that within 24 hours my no. will be activated. But it is since 5 days i have purchased the sim. But it has not been activated yet. I confirmed with the retailer and he told me that he has already submitted my documents the next day.                 imsi no---3006 (Last four digit) from retailer in ghaziabad UP and he told me that within 24 hours my no. will be activated. But it is now one week i have purchased the sim. But it has not been activated yet. I confirmed with the retailer and he told me that he has already submitted my documents the next day. If my document has been submitted already then why my sim is not activated till now. The ratailer give me Reliance mobile executive office number named Rinku and his number is [protected] (Rinku), i contact with him one week back, he assure me that today it will be activated and now he is neither picking my phone nor activating the sim

                  Mail Copy : Hi, Please read it completely. I am hereby sending this mail by much painful. Here with I would like to inform you some shocking facts about the Reliance Communication Customer Care .. And would like to tell you that, it's the worst ever I had such customer service experience. Last one year we are using your Broadband Internet connection. And last month we are planned to shift our office to new address. So I informed to Reliance Customer care at 27-August[protected] before our shifting process. While we got a good response that "We will transfer your connection within 5 days". So we started our shifting process, because we are primarily depend on internet for our works and we can do it only by getting your assurance. We shifted to our new address at 1-September-2014 and we are waiting for the shifting procedure of Reliance. Five days is over, unfortunately we didn't get any information or call regards the connection shifting from Reliance Broadband team. So again I called to your customer care and report this issue, while I got a information that it will happen within 48 hours. Again I started to wait. But unfortunately nothing happened, this frustrating thing is going on as same before. None was called and informed. So many days is covered and nothing happened from Reliance side, but from our side we are continuously calling and informing to your peoples. At-last we went to the Reliance office at Calicut and inform this to them.. While also they informed " It will be okey within 5 days. That time, date is reached to 12-September-2014. Again we called to your customer and getting the information as routine. Our complaint request id was 22428953, again we called and that time our request id is changed to[protected] by one of your executive Supriya. And while I told her transfer the call to supervisor and she connected to Vasaki. I explained all the matter to Vasaki and she gave me an assurance that will be alright within 48 hours as said before by other customer care executives. But days are going without any response from your part. Again we went to Reliance office at Calicut and informed all the things as did before. While we got a assurance again that will be do within 24 hours by your Team head Nataraj (Mob number: [protected]). One thing you have to understand that our duty is not to go, call and spent every time for Reliance to solve the issue, it is your duty to solve a customer complaint/problem. It is not happening from your side. ALL OF THEM FROM RELIANCE TEAM HAD GIVEN ME FALSE PROMISES, ALL THROUGH THE MONTH AND NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME WITH THE SOLUTION., THE INTERNET IS DOWN FOR SO LONG.. STILL WAITING TO SHIFT THE CONNECTION. WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNKEPT PROMISES. RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS - ANIL DHIRUBHAI AMBANI GROUP - RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE REPLY TO CUSTOMERS - HOPELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER SEEN.. Still we are waiting. And here I have to mention primarily that Our most work are lost and in pending condition only by your reason. Because we can't look for alternate connection, your team always saying that will be solve within 24 hours or 48 hours etc.. So we are going for a Legal action and will file a case, If again nothing happened within 48 hours after receiving this mail to you. The only mistake happened is, we believed your words. For that believe, we felt this all things. And you have no rights to generating the bill for this month, We won't pay the bill. Because we are not using Internet for last 20 to 25 days. I am concluding the mail by pressing that you have to solve the issue otherwise we can see from court. You have to pay for your words and wrong information to a customer. You have to solve the issue and have to do something as a Compensation/Remedy for what we felt these days...                     It was clearly mentioned in the bill that our service period ended on 17/02/2014. Before taking the advance plan for 3 months we had a conversation with Miss Sarnali[protected] of Kolkata. She mentioned that it will be converted to prepaid from postpaid after 3 months (18th of November, 2013 to 17th of February, 2014) and we haven't used the dongle after 14th of February, 2014. We have to pay Rs. 2200 unnecessarily.

                        My Reliance no. is +91 [protected], today i.e. 19-Sep-2014, I have received the message "Amount Charged for VAS EasyMobile VP Rs:10.00.Current Main Balance : Rs:29.01" from "RM-Reliance". I don't know what is it and I have never subscribed for such services. I want my money back.

                        My Reliance no. is +91 [protected], that today 21/11/2014, I have received the message "Amount Charged for VAS EasyMobile VP Rs:20.00.Current Main Balance : Rs:24.44" from "RM-Reliance". Moreover, amount also charged regularly for VAS USSD services @ Rs. 3.00. I dont know what is happening on my reliance number. Is it a money laundering policy of reliance or somewhat else. Reliance may like to resolve the matter expeditiously and get my money back...bikash

                          My number is[protected]. I'm getting "44'h, ME error" when I switch on; as well as when I try to use any services. When I try to make any call, I'm getting message of "Not registered on network". My sim displays "Emergency calls only". Whether these problems will be solved or should I go for number portability option to another operator? My alternate contact number is [protected]. This problem persist from Last four days since i have purchased a reliance sim.

                            i recharged my no. [protected] with Rs.74 internet pack on 14th sept...which gives 1 gb 3g internet for 10 days...i had 500 mb data left in my account yesterday night but now (19th sept) no data is there...i had my data connection off...so i didn't downloaded anything and no background apps could use the data connection...it is just 5 days when i recharged my phn... i tried to call 198 but to worsen the situation my no. is blocked there... i want my 500mb data refunded.                               Dear Sir, i am user of reliance net connect no:[protected].i got bill and due to some reasons i failed to pay that i got call to paid and i told them that i will pay in some time but later on that lady caller was talking in very wrong manner to me and once to my wife also that cannot be tolerable for anyone. her language is like "tere ko kitne baar bola tu samjha nahi na and all..." this is kind request that you provide me any manager person number so that i can talked to them.

                                Hello sir, This is +[protected] reliance customer.I use post paid 3G plan, and I pay about 1000/- Rs. monthly, but this plan is not proper working, Its speed is very slow and I can't able to open any site.I have gone Reliance Customer Care also but it was meaningless to go there.My problem is steal as it is. So please help me. Thank You

                                  Hi I have purchased reliance netconnect 10 days ago.I am not able to get any connectivity from the first day itself.Also my retailer is not co operating .I had called customer care several times and i am getting the same reply that they are going to resolve the problem.Please look into this issue and let me know what is the procedure of replacing the dongle because i think i am being fooled.My reliance netconnect number is [protected].Also if you are not interested in resolving my problem i have to go upper authority regarding because i had already Rs.1200 in purchasing the relaince dongle.                                         केंद्रीय हिंदी संस्‍थान हिंदी संस्‍थान मार्ग, आगरा रिलायंस कंपनी के 04 WLL फोन सं. 3296342 (निदेशक कक्ष[protected]पत्राचार विभाग), 3296441 (अंतरराष्‍ट्रीय हिंदी शिक्षण विभाग), 3296443 (नवीकरण एवं भाषा प्रसार विभाग) के समय पर बिल प्राप्‍त न होने के कारण फोन के बिल जमा नहीं हो पाये, तो फोन संभवत: नॉन पेमेण्‍ट में कट गये थे। उक्‍त फोन के बिल प्राप्‍त करने हेतु संजय प्‍लेस जाकर बिल प्राप्‍त करने की कोशिश की गई परंतु कम्‍पनी ने प्रिंटर खराब होने के कारण बिल उपलब्‍ध करवाने में अपने असमर्थता जताई। उक्‍त बिलों को प्राप्‍त करने हेतु कई बार रिलायंस ऑफिस, संजय प्‍लेस गया परंतु बिल प्राप्‍त नहीं हो पाये। उक्‍त के संबंध में अधिक जानकारी लेने पर पताच ला की कंपनी ने अपनी टर्म एवं कंडीशन के आधार पर तीन माह से अधिक समय तक बिल का भुगतान न होने की दशा में उक्‍त फोनों को टर्मीनेट कर दिया है एवं बताया कि उक्‍त फोनों में सिम नहीं होती है इसलिए नए इंस्‍टूमेण्‍ट लेकर नए नम्‍बर मिलेंगे, जिसकी कीमत रु. 2000/- से 2500/- के बीच मे प्रति नग होगी। आपके द्वारा बिल अवधि 20.06.14 से 19.07.2014 जो कि 5833/- का था, जमा करा दिया गया, किंतु उसके उपरांत भी सेवाएं प्रारंभ नहीं की गयीं। इसके विपरीत आपने सेवा बंद करने की नोटिस/धमकी दी है। आप समय से बिल न उपलब्‍ध करायें, आपका प्रिंटर खराब हो और उसकी वजह से प्रिंट आउट न दे पायें अर्थात् आपकी सेवा में कमी स्‍पष्‍ट रूप से झलक रही है किंतु दंड के भागी आपके उपभोक्‍ता बनें, ये कहां तक उचित है। हमारा अनुरोध है कि हमारी सेवाओं के तत्‍काल रिस्‍टोर किया जाए अन्‍यथा विवश होकर हम कानूनी कार्रवाई करने के लिए बाध्‍य होंगे। कृपया इसको साधारण शिकायत मानकर रद्दी की टोकरी में फेंकने की कोशिश न करें। हम इसके प्रति अत्‍यंत गंभीर हैं।
