I am thinagar and recharged on - 6-8-14 Rs1299/- for my Reliance Data
card .I got only 15GB data but i never get the benefit 5Gb. So i
complaint to reliance customer care on 31-6-14 but still no response
from reliance customer care service.They are told we ill clear the
issues with in 24hr but now 4days left.still i am using from 15Gb
data.Customer care are cheating or reliance cheating.how to solve the
issues. i called many time to reliance customer care but they are
irresponsible behaviors done.put my call hold more than 25mins.
They said closed your complaint without any intimation to me .This is
sample of fraud Customer care service.

I could not contact u earlier as i was going through the pain of sudden demise of mother. Please look into the matter as i cannot afford to pay Rs 1329 as per message & i m under Rs 399 Plan.             Wrong billing from Reliance Communications for Broadband Connection which hasn't been renewed. Not they are sending SMS for Legal Action. I had taken a Reliance Broadband DSL Cable Internet for my company under corporate plan. CAN No.[protected] Details of Connection are: Connection No. [protected] Problems we have faced : 1. When connection was sold to us it was clearly mentioned to vendor that we use multiple PC, as we are a software development firm. But still the connection was a single user connection, and this was not mentioned to us at the time of sales by Mr. Kailash (+91 [protected]). This came to our notice when the reliance engineer visited to install the connection. 2. Your sales vendor when contacted for this single user for false communication, replied that he will send a contact who will configure the connection on router and needs to be paid additional Rs.300 for this. Since, we had no option as we had paid 1 year advance connection non-refundable rental, we agreed to it, and got a wi-fi router configured. 3. Every day the Internet connection started to get deactivated, and we started getting errors like server not found. Speed has always been an issue for even single user. So, we started filing compalins, and everytime they promised an engineer would visit. The engineer for our local area Mr. Jaypal (Thaltej, Ahmedabad - +91 [protected]), never bothered to visit, and always called us to solve the problem on phone. The compalints without any solution got closed everytime, and every day we had to file a new complaint with same connectivity and speed issues. 3. So, we finally decided that we are not going to renew the connection, even though we recieved offers for discounts in yearly tariff and free internet for few months from Customer care of reliance. 4. So, then Reliance disconnected our connection, and on due date, without our consent renewed the plan for one more year, Bill No. :[protected], dated 27th June 2014, which clearly states that no previous dues from Archit Somani, C/o Strawberry is there. 5. The customer care And started calling for payments. We asked for discontinuation, so Reliance sent us a final bill with a charge of Rs. 577, Bill No. :[protected], dated 27th July 2014, with no mention of the details of what these charges are for. Neither Reliance have started the internet (so no services are being provided, nor have provided any justification). 6. When asked from Customer Care about the details of the charge levied, they say it is for Modem, and we haven't been provided any modem, as it is a DSL connection. Moreover, they cannot provide any reason for the charges levied. Pending Issue : Rs. 577 unfairly charged, without any justified reason. So, we request competent authorities of Reliance Communication to solve this issue, and discontinue our suspended connection untill 7th Sept 2014, or else we have to file a consumer complaint with TRAI and other competent authorities.

              I am mohit chauhan I port my mobile number [protected] from aircel to reliance 2 months ago.But reliance suspended my mobile number on 11 August 2014 just after 1 month of portability they give reason of documents. I have submitted documents on 19 August in Reliance office shopprix mall sec-61 noida and wait for one week but number was still in suspended state, then i call in reliance executive office [protected] three times and each time they said they will activate number in 3 days. My number is still in suspended state from last 21 days please help me.

                I Akashdeep Yadav having number [protected](Reliance UP East) had recharge of Rs. 76/- three times towards Net/GPRS pack one time through Reliance' online recharge site http://www.rcom.co.in for GPRS net pack 2nd time from paytm.com and third time from retailer but i didn't get any benifit as it is mention on website. then i have contacted so many times to their customer care executives, all the times they just ignoring my problem and and finally he told me that you have got recharged with few reliance local minutes. i told them that i had recharged for Net DATA balance. i also told them that i recharged through Reliance Website and i also having Transaction receipt and Transaction number. But finally they denied to help me. and said i can't do anything for you. Sir all recharge coupon details is given on Reliance site "http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/prepaid/overview.html" and i had recharged my phone through this website but now it seems all detail on the site is fake just to make fool to innocence customers. that time i was having lots of work to do thorough my net but all are pending and i have faced so many problems with this issue. Sir for the proof i am having the transaction Receipt of my transaction and voice recording of talking with customer care representatives. i had also request to costumer care executives to send me message about this offer and plan and he send it to me. that is still in my phone.
                i am attaching some proofs like transaction receipt of my payment made to Reliance Online Recharge Service for GPRS Recharge Pack. and some screen shots of their sites from where i recharged for Net Balance they recharged with the minute balance.

                  Every time i recharge my reliance prepaid mobile number, they deduct money from main balance in the name of VAS services. And whenever i tried to call customer care, my call get blocked by reliance. I want to get rid of this. Changing of other network is not the solution.this is the worst experiance i ever have.

                          purchased a postpaid sim from reliance store gurgaon, but after 4-5 days sim services were disconnected due to verification problem. now i am calling again and again since 15 days but no action is being taken... i am hoping a hard action against verification agent and reliance store gurgaon, whoever gave fave fake verification.

                            I took a broadband connection with Reliance (in Indore, Madhya Pradesh) a few months ago and unfortunately the service has been extremely intermittent ever since. I have called Reliance customer care several times but have had no resolution to this more than frequent connection disruption. My billing cycle requires paying for 3 months upfront and next payment is due after 2 months. I'd like Reliance broadband team to fix this problem immediately. If that can't be done, I do not want to continue with the service and would like Reliance to refund not the money I have paid for this discomfort in last few months. Appreciate your help in this matter. Thanks

                                Hello, i am harshit shukla my no. is [protected] on 25 july approx i called customer care *222 and told them to activate a 3g 1 gb data plan on my no., the representative told my that the plan will be activated in 24 hrs and i am able to use the net service. But after 48 hrs i have no data plan on my no. i again contacted to customer care and i said to activate the same plan, the representative said that the plan will be activated after 24hrs and you can use net after it. So i followed the same and after the given time i started the internet on my smartphone and it was running nicely. After a day i received a message from reliance that the data usage is high so i contacted to customer care and told them my problem, he replied that there is no data plan on your no. i was shocked after listen these replies, he also told that there is no 3g in your area. After getting the hopeless replies i contacted customer care next day and said that i want to surrender my no. and all the no. and Netconnect i have because their service is very very shameful. Next day i got a call from a no. he was saying that he was from reliance bombay office, he said that by mistake this is happened so please don't surrender your no. we will wave of the data usage of 1200 /- approx. I was feeling good to hear that. But the main problem started when i saw my bill it was 2106 INR i contacted to customer care and said to define me my bill he said that you have used Value added services of 1188 INR . These value added services are my data usage, then i realized that there is no waver of my data usage.

                                  Hello, My name is Harshit Shukla my no. is [protected], On 25 july approx i called customer care *222 and told them to activate a 3g 1 gb data plan on my no., the representative told my that the plan will be activated in 24 hrs and i am able to use the net service. But after 48 hrs i have no data plan on my no. i again contacted to customer care and i said to activate the same plan, the representative said that the plan will be activated after 24hrs and you can use net after it. So i followed the same and after the given time i started the internet on my smartphone and it was running nicely. After a day i received a message from reliance that the data usage is high so i contacted to customer care and told them my problem, he replied that there is no data plan on your no. i was shocked after listen these replies, he also told that there is no 3g in your area. After getting the hopeless replies i contacted customer care next day and said that i want to surrender my no. and all the no. and Netconnect i have because their service is very very shameful. Next day i got a call from a no. he was saying that he was from reliance bombay office this is the no. [protected] from which i got a call, he said that by mistake this is happened so please don't surrender your no. we will wave of the data usage of 1200 /- approx. I was feeling good to hear that. But the main problem started when i saw my bill it was 2106 INR i contacted to customer care and said to define me my bill he said that you have used Value added services of 1188 INR . These value added services are my data usage, then i realized that there is no waver of my data usage. Reliance services is going very poor i will surrender all of my reliance connections.

                                    Hi,

                                    To start with Reliance Broadband is the worst service provider amongst all. My internet connection is not working from last two days. I raised two complaints[protected] and[protected] regarding this but these guys are auto closing the complaints from there side without any positive output. When called their customer care number those guys are really very rude and asking me to raise complaint again which obviously they will close after 24 hrs. I am really frustated by these things and fed up of calling customer care.

                                    I have a connection of Reliance broadband.My Internet connection not work from last[protected] till now continually Dead.I always complaint to reliance customer care and Appellate authority.But there is no response from them.every time there is problem in Internet-connection, not worked properly.Now I totally Harassed from them.Due to this problem I loss my project.Please take a strict action on them.

                                      It to notify you that I have requested more than 20 times to fix the Improper ( Broadband cable entry was given from the small gap of Wooden frame of Window) Installation problem of Broadband cable at my home to avail the broadband service. At the time of Installation, My wife requested him to have proper installation but he completely ignore the same. Later on, I requested him to fix the same when he came to fix other issues. But he refuses to do so and demand to have problem fix through the customer service request only which never end up with the initiation. On 24th July 2014, I have registered the Complain to fix the problem with ultimatum that if you are not able to resolve the same than kindly initiate the disconnection of my services. the customer service executive told me to prioritize the complaint and promise to resolve in 24 Hours. On 26th July 2014, I took the follow-ups and remind to fix he same but as I said, nothing will turn up. So I expect to have disconnection but again, It is also not initiated and I got the overdue notice and e-bill. So I request you to do the needful.I would also like to inform you that the Internet service provided by Reliance was very good and I have no issues with the same in last 3 years.                                         Hi, My contact number is [protected]. My datacard number is [protected]. I had requested for termination of service.For that one service request was raised on 16th aug with #[protected]. This request was closed on 31st august without terminating connection.When I followed up they created another SR #[protected].What the hell is this? I want my service to be disconnected by this week and a confirmation mail on same as I am no longer interested in this service.I shall take legal action if this is not disconnected.
